Welfare Not The Only Requirement To Be A 'Taker'
    Did ya check out the Costas blather during halftime of Sunday's late game (Cowboys vs Eagles)?  Bob Costas decided to weigh in on the gun ban philosophy.  This is just so much socio-fascist BULLSHIT!!
   I recently thought that "Clown Prince" obama's "taker-class" had primary requirements of:
Refusing to work;
Taking unending unemployment benefits;
Taking every other government cash benefit known to man;
Taking the "obama Fo" benefit actually originated by that evil President George W. Bush and on, and on....
    Bob Costas--in his support for the upcoming obama gun ban legislation--has added trashing the Second Amendment to the list!
Whether Costas used Jason Whitlock's article to buttress his own misguided gun-control opinions or not; it all boils down to the fact that Jovan Belcher is a common-criminal... it's just that simple!!  The man committed two crimes, that of murder and of suicide, leaving an infant to grow up without either parent. 

    OK, let's carry Costas' idiotic opinion to it's logical conclusion--from only his perspective--that over time "Clown Prince" obama is able to essentially render the Second Amendment 'toothless.'  We now are a society where the law abiding citizenry is defenseless.... well, except for me and those like me!  The crime rate will shoot up (forgive the pun!!) exponentially, only miscreants of the "taker-class" will have the guns; hell they have them now, illegally!! 
To further prove my point, I'm suggesting this article with an interesting headline:
"How can a city that bans handguns lead the nation in murders?"
[Note: This headline (about the City of Chicago) and the referenced article were written by journalism school grad students at Northwestern]
The headline only makes sense--at least to me--if one considers that said students' slanted education came through Marxist professors with an axe to grind with American History.  Their left-slanted education will impress the leftist national pamphleteers they hope to join.  Had these grad students attended Hillsdale College, Hillsdale, Michigan, their perspective would have been more in line with the U.S. Constitution; that every American has a God-given right to own a firearm; actually an unlimited number of firearms.  The 'gun rights' versus 'gun ban' argument will probably go on until the obama complete destruction of the nation; the constitution. The 'gun ban' supporters better make friends with all the gun owners they can, they're the last line of defense against the miscreants.  Most will never willingly give up their weapons to a totalitarian regime such as obama intends.

    "TurboTax-Tim" Geithner, owe-bama's YESman at the Treasury Department blathered upon the Greater Baltimore Committee, a group of regional businesses and nonprofits.  The Bilderbergers--through George Soros and the "Clown Prince"--trotted "Turbo-" out to pave the way for the next round of disagreements over increasing the debt-ceiling (socio-fascist: borrowing restrictions).  Here's a couple of quotes from Geithner's blusterful blather:
"It's not responsible to put at risk the people's confidence in the credibility of the United States."

"Raising the debt limit does not have to be a crisis.  It's a crisis of Congress' making."

    We have to remember that before "TurboTax-Tim" became owe-bama's first deputy chief Underboss for financial lies and obfuscations, he was one of the 'high muckedy-muck' architects of the 2008 global financial owe-bamaGeddon.  At the time in question, "Turbo-" was the President and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York!!

    Just when do The Bilderbergers; does George Soros; does "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" think we actually fell off the turnip truck.... yesterday?!?  The "Tea Partiers" among us prove time and again:
we conservatives are alive-and-well and will fight to the proverbial death, those who do not uphold the tenets of the United States Constitution!!  There are many arguments to be made against each and every member of the United States Congress, but that's another discussion for another day.  The focus is on the upcoming potential kerfuffle involving the debt ceiling.  If said 'ceiling' is this flexible, this arbitrary, why even have one?!?  It makes no sense to say to the Bilderbergers, et al: 
"Here's the borrowing 'line' and tell your 'Clown Prince' to not cross it." 
When the "Clown Prince" nears said line and begs for more, the Congress tells the Bilderbergers:
"Here's the NEW 'LINE' and tell your 'Clown Prince' to not cross it.  Oh, and by the way, we need some spending-limitation concessions from your 'Clown Prince.'"

    Now is the time for Speaker of the House, John Boehner to put away his 'whiny-face' and absolutely refuse to raise the debt-ceiling.  The Congress has done it repeatedly--ten times since 2001!  The actual debt-ceiling started in 1939 as an evolution of the 'Second Liberty Bond Act of 1917,' and rightfully so.... some measure had to restrict the ruthless spending of President Franklin Roosevelt which itself, continued the RooseveltDepression until well after WWII.  Just as President Roosevelt was restricted; so must be the Bilderbergers, George Soros, and on to "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist!!"

Health care reform equals rebates in Texas

    Texans with health care insurance and Texas employers who pay all or part of their employees' health care insurance premiums will receive the highest amount of rebates from insurance companies this year under a little-known provision of the health care reform law that went into effect last year, a report from the Kaiser Family Foundation released Thursday states.  Not all Texans with health insurance and employers offering health insurance to workers will get rebates, but those that do will divide $186 million in rebates this year, the highest amount among states. Nationally, $1.3 billion in rebates will be issued by Aug. 1, according to a foundation estimate.  Individuals holding their own policies in Texas are expected to receive an average rebate of $193.53, the foundation estimated.     IB schools are required to teach and reinforce the doctrine of international socialism in each and every subject offered to its participants.     The collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991 reversed a process that had been under way since the Russian Empire's emergence in the 17th century. It was ultimately to incorporate four general elements: Eastern Europe, Central Asia, the Caucasus and Siberia. The St. Petersburg-Moscow axis was its core, and Russia, Belorussia and Ukraine were its center of gravity. The borders were always dynamic, mostly expanding but periodically contracting as the international situation warranted. At its farthest extent, from 1945 to 1989, it reached central Germany, dominating the lands it seized in World War II. The Russian Empire was never at peace. As with many empires, there were always parts of it putting up (sometimes violent) resistance and parts that bordering powers coveted -- as well as parts of other nations that Russia coveted.
    The Russian Empire subverted the assumption that political and military power requires a strong economy: It was never prosperous, but it was frequently powerful. The Russians defeated Napoleon and Hitler and confronted the far wealthier Americans for more than four decades in the Cold War, in spite of having a less developed or less advanced economy. Its economic weakness certainly did undermine its military power at times, but to understand Russia, it is important to begin by understanding that the relationship between military and economic power is not a simple one.

LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan Supreme Court says people can resist police officers who unlawfully enter their homes.  In a 5-2 decision, the court ordered that charges be dropped against Angel Moreno Junior, a western Michigan man who was accused of obstructing officers at his home in Holland. The officers were looking for someone and tried to enter the home without a warrant.  Lower courts had upheld charges of resisting police, based on a 2004 Supreme Court decision, but justices on Friday said that case was wrongly decided.  The opinion was written by Justice Diane Hathaway. She and two other Democrats on the court were joined by two Republican justices, a rare alliance.  The dissenters were Republican justices Stephen Markman and Robert Young Junior.

Why the FairTax has a tough time in the media

    This time we’ll use Daniel Malloy, the Washington correspondent for The Atlanta-Journal Constitution as our example. Example of what? Example of the type of reporting that makes it tough for The FairTax to gain a foothold with many who are tired of our present tax system.  Malloy was reporting on the fact that Georgia Congressman Hank Johnson, a Democrat (Yeah – THAT Hank Johnson. The one who said Guam is going to tip over and sink) showed up at a rally in front of the U.S. Capitol last Monday to push the FairTax. Johnson says he was there to promote a debate on major tax reform. Well good for him … there may be something there worth salvaging after all.  Let’s get to the reporting though. Malloy offers this bit of journalism regarding the FairTax:
“The idea is panned by liberals as shifting the tax burden from the rich who are able to save the bulk of their income to the poor who must spend almost all of it on basic needs.”

How “Peak Oil” Will Affect You

    Once the issue with Iran resolves itself, will oil prices crash? Many are saying “yes.” I think they are wrong.  Certainly oil prices are higher than they normally might be because of the ongoing conflict with Iran. And if war breaks out, oil prices will spike even higher.  On the other hand, I have to completely disagree with the position that oil prices will crash.  According to the International Energy Agency (IEA), the world supply of oil is just under 90 million barrels per day…about the same level as daily world consumption.  While some point to the fact that oil inventories in the U.S. are high (which is one of the factors why some point to a crash in oil prices), they are forgetting to note that oil inventories in other parts of the world are falling.  Most experts in the oil industry, including the IEA, agree that the oil wells supplying the world with oil are declining at a rate of three percent to five percent per year. That means that if there is no economic growth in the world, we still need to find roughly 3.6 million barrels a day more of oil to replace the wells that are running dry.
    If worldwide economic growth is 1.5%, this is another 1.35 million barrels per day needed to meet demand, bringing the total supply required to roughly five million barrels a day. To put this into perspective, Saudi Arabia exports about six million to six and a half million barrels per day. Five million barrels a day is a significant amount of oil that needs to be replaced.  In a recent interview, the CEO of Royal Dutch Shell plc (NYSE/RDS-B) stated that the era of cheap oil is over, which will mean sustained higher oil prices (source: Forbes, Apr. 23, 2012).  As oil wells deplete, we [....]

No Obamacare Exchanges

    Obamacare had a bad couple of days before the Supreme Court — so bad that President Obama made some ill-considered comments about the Court from which he still hasn't totally backpedaled. Though the oral arguments over the individual mandate and severability were encouraging, we cannot count on the Supremes to kill Obamacare. Opponents must keep fighting it on all fronts.  The most important front right now is to ensure that states do not create the health-insurance exchanges Obamacare needs in order to operate. Refusing to create exchanges is the most powerful thing states can do to take Obamacare down. Think of it as an insurance policy in case the Supreme Court whiffs.
    Exchanges are the new government bureaucracies through which millions of Americans will be compelled to purchase Obamacare's overpriced and overregulated health insurance. Through these bureaucracies, insurance companies will receive hundreds of billions of dollars in taxpayer subsidies. Without these bureaucracies, Obamacare cannot work. 
Here are just a few reasons why states should refuse to create them.
    Jobs. Refusing to create an exchange will block Obamacare from imposing a tax on employers whose health benefits do not meet the federal government's definition of "essential" coverage. That tax can run as high as $3,000 per employee. A state that refuses to create an exchange will spare its employers from that tax, and will therefore enable them to create more jobs.

    In the State of the Union, I laid out three areas we need to focus on if we’re going to build an economy that lasts: new American manufacturing, new skills and education for American workers, and new sources of American-made energy.  These days, we’re getting another painful reminder why developing new energy is so important to our future. Just like they did last year, gas prices are starting to climb. Only this time, it’s happening earlier. And that hurts everyone – everyone who owns a car; everyone who owns a business. It means you have to stretch your paycheck even further. Some folks have no choice but to drive a long way to work, and high gas prices are like a tax straight out of their paychecks.  Now, some politicians always see this as a political opportunity. And since it’s an election year, they’re already dusting off their three-point plans for $2 gas. I’ll save you the suspense: Step one is drill, step two is drill, and step three is keep drilling. We hear the same thing every year.  Well the American people aren’t stupid. You know that’s not a plan – especially since we’re already drilling. It’s a bumper sticker. It’s not a strategy to solve our energy challenge. It’s a strategy to get politicians through an election.
[What I'm not telling you:   My three points here aren't nearly as important as those three points I demagogue later in this blather opportunity. For the past three-plus years, I've been touting the return of American manufacturing jobs; the plain truth is that the American companies involved can't profit from bringing the aforementioned jobs back on-shore.  The federal--read: owe-bamacRATic; socio-fascist--tax policies coupled with the ineffciencies of a union-controlled labor force make any reasonable profits impossible. 
    The fossil fuels are the tried-and-true energy sources that have sustained the American manufacturing and business 'engines' for the past three centuries!  Every American president since the mid-nineteenth century has had a viable, workable federal energy policy.  Those policies centered primarily on the availability of inexpensive fossil fuels.  Since my immaculation, the federal energy policy has been "higher retail prices will curtail demand!"  Lest we forget my rewards for my supporters, donors, my voter blocks, an important part of the regime's energy policy is to subsidize those 'green-turned-black' energy companies, even though we knew they would file for bankruptcy within weeks of said subsidies.  This allowed investors in companies like SOLYNDRA to reap untold profits prior to the various-and-several companies' collapse at the expense of the American taxpayer!   Remember that ever-famous statement I made during the last "Campaign of Fluff?"
"Under my plan of a 'Cap and Trade' system, electricity prices will necessarily skyrocket."
...or how 'bout this one:
"So, if anyone wants to build a coal [-fired power] plant, they can.... it's just that it will bankrupt them, because they will be charged a huge sum for all that greenhouse gas that's being emitted." 
Now, I ask you:  Is this a viable, workable federal energy plan, or is it just more vindictiveness predicated upon the huge 'chip' on my shoulder?!?  'You be the judge!!']
    You know there are no quick fixes to this problem, and you know we can’t just drill our way to lower gas prices. If we’re going to take control of our energy future and avoid these gas price spikes down the line, then we need a sustained, all-of-the-above strategy that develops every available source of American energy – oil, gas, wind, solar, nuclear, biofuels, and more. We need to keep developing the technology that allows us to use less oil in our cars and trucks; in our buildings and plants. That’s the strategy we’re pursuing, and that’s the only real solution to this challenge.  Now, we absolutely need safe, responsible oil production here in America. That’s why under my Administration, America is producing more oil today than at any time in the last eight years. In 2010, our dependence on foreign oil was under 50% for the first time in more than a decade. And while there are no short-term silver bullets when it comes to gas prices, I’ve directed my administration to look for every single area where we can make an impact and help consumers in the months ahead, from permitting to delivery bottlenecks to what’s going on in the oil markets.  But over the long term, an all-of-the-above energy strategy means we have to do more. It means we have to make some choices.  Here’s one example. Right now, four billion of your tax dollars subsidize the oil industry every year. Four billion dollars.  Imagine that. Maybe some of you are listening to this in your car right now, pulling into a gas station to fill up. As you watch those numbers rise, know that oil company profits have never been higher. Yet somehow, Congress is still giving those same companies another four billion dollars of your money. That’s outrageous. It’s inexcusable. And it has to stop.
[What I'm not telling you:  Now on to the 'drilling' argument:  Had George Soros and I not thought placating the environmentalists was 'the way to go,' we--and by 'we' I mean Soros--could have developed an energy exploration, development and production plan which very well may have taken the United States out from under the 'OPEC thumb.' We--and by 'we' I mean Soros--didn't; we--and by 'we' I mean the American consumer--now have to suffer with energy prices that seem to rise by-the-minute!
    All the aforementioned 'alternative energy sources' have shown to be unsustainable without massive federal subsidies.  Much like me purchasing General Motors with taxpayer money, the subsidies to 'green-turned-black' energy companies do little more than prop up poor managements, unworkable business models.  Let's go back to the mid-19th century I spoke of earlier:  Did Henry Ford get massive federal subsidies to develop his Model T, the most successful automobile in history?!?  Did George Eastman get massive federal subsidies to develop materials that evolved into the Eastman-Kodak Company?!?  Did that 'Wizard of Menlo Park,' Thomas Edison get massive federal subsidies to 'light-the-world?!?'  ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!  Each of these businesses had to 'stand-or-fall' on their individual viability. 
     That "...under my administration...." ditty?  That's is--and was designed to be--quite misleading!!  The real truth--which you'll never see admitted to anywhere else--is that most of the drilling permits in force today, are the product of that evil George W. Bush!!  My regime has approved precious few new drilling permits; part of a continuing effort to force the American economy to accept alternative energy sources.  The regime's 'all-of-the-above' energy strategy is quite similar to "throwing gobs-of-shit at the barn wall, hoping at least some will stick!!" 
    All the new drilling permits; the removal of delivery 'bottlenecks;' trying to second-guess foreign energy markets, doesn't mean 'squat' in the whole scheme-of-things.  The EPA-in it's infinite wisdom--has regulated new refining facilities practically out-of-existence.  The energy companies are forced to spend untold billions-of-dollars just to prepare for the EPA and Department of Energy permitting processes!  Most older refineries on the Gulf Coast are only equipped to refine 'Brent Sweet' crude oil while refineries in the mid-west are capable of processing 'West Texas Intermediate' crude.  Very few refineries have been upgraded to process "later-generation" variations of crude oil.  No matter who says what: the onus is on the owe-bama Regime for this kerfuffle!!]
    A century of subsidies to the oil companies is long enough. It’s time to end taxpayer giveaways to an industry that’s never been more profitable, and use that money to reduce our deficit and double-down on a clean energy industry that’s never been more promising. Because of the investments we’ve already made, the use of wind and solar energy in this country has nearly doubled – and thousands of Americans have jobs because of it. And because we put in place the toughest fuel economy standards in history, our cars will average nearly 55 miles per gallon by the middle of the next decade – something that, over time, will save the typical family more than $8,000 at the pump. Now Congress needs to keep that momentum going by renewing the clean energy tax credits that will lead to more jobs and less dependence on foreign oil.  Look, we know there’s no silver bullet that will bring down gas prices or reduce our dependence on foreign oil overnight. But what we can do is get our priorities straight, and make a sustained, serious effort to tackle this problem. That’s the commitment we need right now. And with your help, it’s a commitment we can make.
[What I'm not telling you:  Certainly, there are subsidies to the oil companies!  Certainly, it's money that might be better-spent elsewhere!  A secondary affect of oil company subsidies is lower retail product prices.  We could end said subsidies, but at what cost; at what pain-level to the American consumer?!?

Who--exactly--believes that bullshit?!?  As I mentioned previously, the green-turned-black energy sector exists primarily for the regime to transfer taxpayer 'wealth' to owe-bamacRATic and owe-bama campaign supporters, seemingly without the ruler's "fingerprints" on the transfers!!  Why is 'doubling-down' be any more productive, profitable than the previous 'singling-down' by the owe-bama regime that came just days and weeks prior to the seveal companies' bankruptcy filings?!?  The several energy alternatives are currently unsustainable and thus will currently cost the American taxpayer far more than they'll ever realize.  Let the alternatives live-and-die by consumer demand, product viability, much like the aforemention industrial titans!!  Wake up, America!!  The owe-bama regime--and by that I mean SOROS--will continue to circumvent the United States Constitution; circumvent all logic, until the Congress steps in to force us to stop.  And--rest assured--we WILL NOT stop until forced to do so!!  Soros does admit--by the way--these price issues, these production issues and these tax issues are a direct aid to the owe-bama class-warfare strategy!!]

    Remember back when "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" determined--surely with George Soros' help--that General Motors was too big to fail and would be converted to 'Government Motors' with a federal bailout?!?  Some of the terms of that PORKulus deal were:

Screw the private-sector GM bondholders with a buyback of mere cents on the dollar;
Screw additional GM suppliers, dealers and other private investors in favor of paying off the auto unions for their campaign and election support;
A re-issue of 'Government Motors' stock with the socio-fascists awarding the auto unions 17% of the new stock to additionally benefit the auto unions' retirement funds.

    Now, the unions' difficulty in funding the current and retired auto workers' pension funds seems to be leading them back to the owe-bama 'treasure chest!'  The unions are looking to modify their PORKulus bailout agreement to suck even more money out of the taxpayer!
    Never before have I considered myself an anarchist!  I'm certainly leaning in that direction, given the absolutely--if not unlawful,--unethical actions of practically every politician in the District of Corruption.  The males and females that are sworn to serve yours and my interests and to support and defend OUR Constitution, are failing miserably!!

Tea Party Members Called Addicts
    In the normal socio-fascist smear campaign, this is way too early to pull the kooks out-of-the-woodwork!  But--then again--the fascists' adversary isn't their usual caliber of enemy.  Normally, the adversary and the fascist visit the same types of activities upon each other: physical thuggery; Nixon-esque 'dirty tricks;' voter fraud; blatant lying--back-and-forth--about each others' perceived transgressions, etc.
    This time the fascists' adversary is nothing more than a collection of leaderless, like-minded citizens; taxpayers, who advocate for smaller government, for less spending, for a balanced budget and for adherence to the precepts of the United States Constitution.  The fascists' current adversary is the "Tea Party" movement!  Never before has the socio-fascist gone up against and organization which has no leader to demonize; no leader to demagogue!!
    Recently, MSNBC trotted out Stanton Peele to be 'interviewed' by Martin Bashir.  This Peele dude is billed as an expert on addictions, mainly those of alcohol and drugs.  With a bit of prompting in the right direction by Bashir, Peele postulated:

"Tea Party members (we assume the guy ment those members in the House, primarily) remind him of addicts that are seeking something they can't have; a state of happiness that can't be achieved except through an artificial substance."

    Mr Peele sounds like another expert 'stuffed-shirt.'  Within the parameters of Mr Peele's thinking; Mr Peele's blather, one would have to surmise that anyone who follows the U.S. Constitution literally, is an addict!   Does 'the persuit of happiness' ring a bell?!?
    "Tea Partiers:" Stay-The-Course!  We are on-point with our stand on the principles that formed the movement.  So long as we are determined to stay with the facts of our debates without return-demagoguery, without name-calling, we--as the movement--will win-the-day!!
