It Jis Don't Get No Stupider'n This!!
Since a John Forbes-Heinz-Kerry protest incident in 1971 where he didn't have the balls to throw his own medals over the White House fence (he's admitted he threw his own ribbons but someone else's medals) I've not had much use for him. Although I thought it fairly wise for him to have "married the Heinz Ketchup fortune!"
Now, he's illustrating the mistakes "Clown Prince" obama (CPo) continually makes in his choices for who will shoulder the blame for him (CPo). Let's compare a couple of true statesmen with 'Forbes-Heinz-Kerry:'
*President John F. Kennedy--on June 1963, in the City of **Berlin--said:
"Two thousand years ago the proudest boast was civis Romanus sum ["I am a Roman citizen"]. Today, in the world of freedom, the proudest boast is "Ich bin ein Berliner!"... All free men, wherever they may live, are citizens of Berlin, and, therefore, as a free man, I take pride in the words "Ich bin ein Berliner! [I am a Berliner]"
***President Ronald Reagan--in a June, 1987 speech at The Brandenberg Gate--said:
"We welcome change and openness; for we believe that freedom and security go together, that the advance of human liberty can only strengthen the cause of world peace. There is one sign the Soviets can make that would be unmistakable, that would advance dramatically the cause of freedom and peace. General Secretary Gorbachev, if you seek peace, if you seek prosperity for the Soviet Union and eastern Europe, if you seek liberalization, come here to this gate. Mr. Gorbachev, open this gate.
Mr. Gorbachev, Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall!"
Secretary John Forbes-Heinz-Kerry--early on in his Apology Tour-2013--had this to say to Berlin students:
“The reason is, that’s freedom, freedom of speech.
In America you have a right
to be stupid – if you want to be…
And we tolerate it. We somehow make it through
that.”
Secretary Forbes-Heinz-Kerry made his 'stupid' comment in an effort to get away from how he insulted the German survivors, victims, and surviving families of the Adolf Hitler Nazi-era attrocities. The Forbes-Heinz-Kerry comments only served to confirm the stupidity of the obamunist indoctrination and thought.

Supreme Court Justices NOT Gods!!
As Ruth "Buzzy"--er, Bader--Ginsburg has just proven during a visit to Egypt, the United States Supreme Court is NOT made up of 'gods' nor are they infallible!! (Well, she DOES look like Ruth Buzzi!!) Mrs Ginsburg travelled to Cairo and Alexandria, Egypt in January to meet with that country's judges, law professsors, legal experts and invited guests to discuss the United States Constitution and the American legal system in general. During her Egyptian visit, Mrs Ginsburg demonstrated distain for the very document she has sworn to uphold, to support and defend.
Justice Ginsburg made the following statements:
*[The Justice advised her audience:] "....to achieve the goals of this revolution and to continue to strive to create a government of the people, by the people and for the people."
*"....the spirit of liberty has to be in the population, and then in the constitution ....should safeguard basic fundamental human rights, like our First Amendment, the right to speak freely, and to publish freely, without the government as a censor."
Then Mrs Ginsburg took a 'left turn:'
*"I would not look to the U.S. Constitution, if I were drafting a constitution in the year 2012."
Instead, she pointed toward those countries whose people look to government--as opposed to the Almighty--as the creator of their rights.
*"I might look to the constitution of South Africa. It really is, I think, a great piece of work that was done."
Mrs Ginsburg then referenced that bastion of freedom and liberty, Canada which enacted their Charter of Rights and Freedoms in 1982:
*"Yes, why not take advantage of what there is elsewhere in the world."
South Africa once was a proud and self-sufficient nation-now, not so much.
South Africa has been on the edge of anarchy for the past two decades.
South Africa has seen over 1,000,000 citizens flee the country since the implementation of 'democracy.'
Canada has been slipping further into socio-fascist 'democracy' for several decades.
Canada's 'democracy' includes 'hate speech' laws which quash or penalize opinions not approved by the ruling authority.
Conservative columnist John Hayward, writing in Human Events, takes us on a 'right turn:'
*"The last thing an Egyptian populace struggling for freedom from the Islamic Muslim Brotherhood needs to hear a paean from a fashinable liberal about ultramodern state charters that enshrine the use of compulsive force in the service of leftist 'positive rights,' such as the right not to be offended."
*"The more fervent muslims trying to turn Egypt into a theocracy are very good at being offended and they love the use of compulsive force to remove the objects of their ire."
*"The Egyptians could use exactly the kind of timeless and powerful ideals laid out by the brilliant framers of the United States Constitution,a document written precisely to thwart the amibitions of 'reformers' who think utopia is just a few trampled individual rights away."
Another turn, even further to the 'right,' is from Mathew Staver, founder and chairman of the Liberty Council as well as Dean, Liberty University School of Law:
*"[Justice] Ginsburg's comments were nothing less than an insult to the venerable document she is commissioned to protect."
*"When given the opportunity to promote American liberty abroad, Justice Ginsburg did just the opposite and pointed Egypt in the direction of progressivism and the liberal agenda."
*"For a sitting U.S. Supreme Court Justice to speak derisively about the Constitution she is sworn to uphold is distressing, to say the least."
*"Justice Ginsburg's comments about our Constitution undermine the Supreme Court as an institution dedicated to the rule of law, as well as our founding document."
It's my guess--if we had conservative federal legislators with balls--that Mrs Ginsburg has opened herself up to impeachment! Yes, Supreme Court Justices are subject to removal from the bench by impeachment, as demonstrated by the impeachment of Justice Samuel Chase in 1804. Justice Chase was acquitted by the Senate and subsequently returned to the bench.
All this 'talk' about the Supreme Court and it's justices brings a FAR MORE IMPORTANT point to the fore: With four justices being of advanced age, Ginsburg-78; Scalia-75; Kennedy-75; Breyer-73, the successful Soros purchase of a "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" second term of rule could potentially put 'The American Dream' in a hole it may NEVER get out of!! A second term would allow George Soros' choice of nominees to mirror the socio-fascist views of both 'owe-bama' appointees, Justices Sotomayor and Kagan.
Those of conservative mind and thought as well as those quasi-conservative GOP candidates have a lot on their plates going into the nomination process as well as into the general election. Everyone must pull out all the stops in promoting and advancing the conservative mindset as it relates to the Supreme Court in addition to the upcoming election!!

This'n'That: October 6th
The current Housing/Financial Crisis:
The current fiasco had it's origins in the first and second "Slick-Willie" administrations as well as George H.W. Bush's [#41] presidential term.
The Department of Housing and Urban Destruction's [HUD] 1991 financial statement was so inaccurate and lacking in current financial information that the Auditor, PriceWaterhouse, couldn't file an opinion.
For the previous 15 years, the "Contracts for Rent" records HAD NOT been reconciled.
That period was included in the Carter, both Reagan and the G.H.W. Bush administrations.
Precipitated by the "King" riots of 1992, the following year Sec'y Henry Cisneros [HUD] memoed then President Clinton asking for "a multi-faceted urban policy," with tax and housing credits for the working poor, expanded home-ownership programs, and economic empowerment zones to encourage business investment.
Clinton put $5 billion into "Empowerment Zones" which was intended to help communities to develop their own recovery plans and become economically viable.
Apparently, Clinton isn't/wasn't a really student of history. If he had been he would have realized that the actions of his predecessors hadn't worked or were only marginally successful.
The presidents and their attempts: TRUMAN [Urban Renewal], KENNEDY [War on Poverty], JOHNSON and NIXON [Model Cities], FORD [Community Development Block Grants], CARTER [Urban Development Action Grants], REAGAN, BUSH-41 and CLINTON [Enterprise Zones].
Looks to me like there are two schools of thought at work here; The Democrats doing what they do so well-Pissing away hardworking taxpayers' money through poor/no planning and the Republicans who use crap like this to buy votes.
[Continuing on......] A New York Times Magazine article by Nicholas Lemann in January, 1994, stated in part:
"Economic revitalization efforts pass every test but one, the reality test. They are popular among all the keys players in antipoverty policy; they sound good; they have bipartisan appeal; they are based on tax breaks rather than on spending so are easier to pass. The only problem is that so far they haven't worked-which creates a larger problem."
Poor planning was in evidence when Johnson asked and Congress passed legislation in 1965 to create the Department of Housing and Urban Destruction. The legislation failed to enummerate the responsibilities of the lateral organizations as well as regional, state, county and local organizations.
HUD deals with approximately 3,100 public housing agencies that disperse 80%[+/-] of all HUD funds and manage 1.3 million housing units.
HUD has such arms as Federal Housing Administration [FHA] and the Government National Mortgage Asssociation [GINNIE MAE] The private Federal National Mortgage Association [FANNIE MAE] is the corporate "sister" of Ginnie Mae and is subject to regulation by HUD.
