Capitalizing?!?
With a hypocrisy-level befitting "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist," nay, the ENTIRE owe-bama family; the "occupy Wall Street" hierarchy is attempting to profit from their mob actions. This hypocritical hierarchy--in the midst of decrying capitalism--is attempting to capitalize on the basic principle of capitalism by trademarking the phrase "occupy Wall Street."
On October 24th, Victoria Sobel and Pete Dutro--the mob's finance leaders--filed an application with the U. S. Patent and Trademark Office. The application wants to protect those evil capitalist profits, control and use involving merchandise, backpacks, luggage, clothing, headgear, periodicals, newsletters, educational material, et al. BUT.... other capitalists "beat 'em-ta-the-punch:" On October 18th, Robert and Diane Maresca of West Islip, N.Y., submitted an application to trademark the phrase "occupy Wall St;" on October 24th, an Arizona concern, Fer-Eng Investments LLC, filed an application similar to the Sobel-Dutro filing, but only covering merchandise.
Whew!! George Soros has his work cut out for him!! He's gotta get the other two filers to drop their applications so his Soros-funded mob can capitalize on those evil capitalist principles they vilify!!

Miscreants Abound!
The "occupy Dallas" miscreants seem to be harboring sexual preditors. One miscreant--Richard Armstrong--was arrested after boinking a 14 year-old runaway from nearby Garland, Texas. The female miscreant--who had originally said she was 19 years old--admitted to police that she had boinked and/or blown several other miscreants.
Taking time off from molesting young ladies(?) or procuring 'favors' from them, "occupy Dallas" miscreants blocaded entry into the Chase Bank branch at Main at Akard Sts., downtown Dallas. Twenty-Three miscreants were "cuffed'n'stuffed;" escorted to improved accomodations at the city jail.

I May Have Been Wrong!!
Yesterday (November First http://justincase505.blogspot.com/2011/11/thisnthat-november-first-1-more.html), I blogged about "The Soros Plumbers" quite possibly having sabotaged the Herman Cain campaign with "Watergate-esque" activities. I quite possibly may have been wrong (imagine that! Someone admitting a possible error!). I could have been Mr Cain's own party; Mr Cain's opponents for the GOP nomination.
Think about this: Willard "Mitt" Romney--for the most part--has been leading in the polls since forever; this time 'round, the GOP nomination seemed--early on--to be Mr Romney's to lose. Newt Gingrich has been rising in the polls of late. He seems to be considered "a Washington insider," a negative in anybody's book! Texas Governor Rick Perry--after his declaration--shot up meteoritically in the polls, to run a close second to Mr Romney. Mr Rick Santorum seems to have traction on a local basis but not much of a following, nationally. Former Governor John Huntsman--at least to me--seems to be untrustworthy, having been "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist's" Ambassador to China; potentially a 'stealth' member of the owe-bama inner circle. Mr Ron Paul is largely seen as a bit of a radical, albiet with a potent message and a passionate delivery; probably not electable. Ms Michele Bachmann--after being a top contender--seems to have had 'the bottom fall out of her campaign;' out of her debate credentials.
While I'm accusing no-one, I merely suggest that anyone of these contenders may have been the sabeteur in Mr Cain'ssexual harassment inappropriate actions kerfuffle. Each has good reason to see Mr Cain fail in his quest for the nomination.
The public; the Herman Cain supporters seem not to be buying the assertions that Mr Cain made any inappropriate advances toward co-workers when he ran the National Restaurant Association. On his morning talkshow, Mark Davis (WBAP-820AM; DFW; 8:30-11:00AM, central time; http://www.wbap.com/article.asp?id=746707 ) had several callers and emailers who said they'd already donated from $50 to $150 to the Herman Cain Campaign (as have I!)!! Mark Block--Mr Cain's Chief-of-Staff--reported that in a single, 24-hour period (last Sunday evening to Monday evening), Mr Cain's campaign raised upwards of $400,000; a clear vote-of-confidence!!

Blatant Media Bias 'Explodes! (AGAIN)'
The character assassination of Herman Cain has begun!! owe-bamaedia has it's collective 'panties-in-a-wad' over unverified allegations that Herman Cain committed some allegedsexual harassment inappropriate contact with a couple of unnamed women. Recently, conservative talk-show host Mark Levin had no problem in finding female co-workers who supported--even applauded--Herman Cain!! Where were the same media sycophants when "Slick-Willie" Clinton was screwing--not only the American Taxpayer; the American citizen, but--every female he could force into his 'daily-dalliance' regimen!!
Gawd-only-knows how many "Slick-Willie" screwed while the Arkansas Attorney-General and Governor!?! It later came to light (without the help of the national media) that the last 'lady(?)' "Slick" boinked in the Arkansas' Governor's Mansion was Marilyn Jo Jenkins. Clinton 'dipped-his-wick' in Ms Jenkins just prior to leaving for the inauguration that would allow him to 'screw' the entire nation!! Others on this less-than-celebrated list of "Slick-Willie" 'receptacles' include Gennifer Flowers, Juanita Broaddrick, Kathleen Willey, Elizabeth Ward Gracen, Sally Perdue and Dolly Kyle Browning, among many, many others-unnamed!!
Will Herman Cain be accorded the same lackadaisical treatment "Slick-Willie" received?!? Not-No-But-HELL-NO!! In the national pamphleteers' eyes, the country can not have a conservative republicRAT president! 'Shades of "Ronaldus-Magnus!!"' We now have a new "creep!" For those too young to know or just plain 'don't remember, "creep" is the mocking acronym for the abbreviation 'CRP' which was "Committee to Reelect the President." "creep" gained considerable negative traction, by association with President Richard Nixon. The presidenthas had two squads: "The Plumbers" and "The Burglars." Each squad had it's areas of responsibility.
"The Plumbers:" Were a covert group formed as "The White House Special Investigations Unit," to prevent leaks of classified information to the media. "The Plumbers" eventually branched out into illegal activities involving "creep."
"The Burglars:" Were the covert arm of the Oval Office; were involved in the break-in at The Watergate Apartment Complex. This break-in grew into a gigantic scandal which eventually forced the resignation of President Nixon.
This brings us to the owe-bamacRATics' Desperation "Three-Point-Oh." Much like President Nixon, George Soros has come to realize that "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" can't weather the challenge of a republicRAT nominee who removes most of "the arrows in the Soros quiver!" Herman Cain removes the 'negro,' arrow; the 'downtrodden-negro-can't-get-ahead' arrow; the 'successful-negro-that-wasn't-held-down-by-the-man' arrow; the 'business-savvy negro' arrow as well as the 'conservative-negro' arrow from said quiver; all arrows Soros planned on using to vilify the generic republicRAT in "his boy's" 30-second blather ops; all arrows that are nullified by a successful Herman Cain candidacy.

On his show, conservative talkshow host Mark Levin had no trouble speaking with a half-dozen callers-in who essentially vindicated Mr Cain, showering many glowing accolades on him!
