Is 'holder Empire' Crumbling?!?
'General' eric holder is in control of his own empire, as authorized and supported by both the "Clown Prince" obama regime and The Bilderberg Group. Within the obama regime, the holder Empire is responsible for pushing the socio-fascist ideology--either by hook or by crook--throughout the government, throughout the American legal system, throughout the nation.
Of late, several mishaps have befallen said Empire.
Most recently, the fact that his Department of Justice has been colluding with George Soros' media matters organization--via numerous emails--to firm up their joint control over the nation pamphleteer corpse's (for benefit of the "Clown Prince") pro-regime narrative.
Who can forget the infamous "Fast 'n' Furious" gun-running program inwhich both 'General' holder and "Clown Prince" obama are directly and personally responsible for the deaths of both Brian Terry and Jaime Zapata as well as the deaths of over 200 Mexican nationals!
Of the 2,500 guns involved, only 600 have been recovered to date.
The obama regime, the 'General' holder DoJ, the ATF, have yet to officially notifiy the Mexican Attorney General of the "Fast 'n' Furious" illegal gun running operation, nor have they apologized for said Mexican nationals' deaths.
The many 'General' holder "shortcomings" have been accumulating almost since the obama 2009 immaculation. Both holder and Greg Craig--former barackingham Palace Counsel--advised the "Clown Prince" to announce the closing of the military prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, long before any feasible studies had been conducted. They had to walk that one back.
Then there was the holder decision to release classified DoJ memos concerning the CIA radical MUSLIM terrorist interrogation methods. holder reopened criminal investigations into those topics after everybody's-whose-anybody in the intelligence community told him it was a phucked up idea. After two years of absolutely no accomplishments, he had to walk that one back.
Then there was holder's amateurish mishandling of the 'Christmas Day Bomber' by ordering said radical MUSLIM bomber Abdulmutallab after only 50 minutes of interrogation. Not only did this shortened interrogation cost the United States possibly valuable intelligence, the whole incident was instrumental in Scott Brown's (R-Ma) election to the Senate, thus 'blowing-up' obama's filibuster-proof Senate. holder had to walk this one back too.
Then there's holder's amateurish attempt to try Kahlid Sheikh Mohammed and others in a New York City federal court. Due to the resultant firestorm of outrage from many New York City officials as well as the general public, the regime had to walk this one back as well. In the 'walk-back,' the regime was forced to resume "military commission trials" at Guantanamo for these and future radical MUSLIM terrorists.
How about when holder withdrew the lawsuit against the New Black Panthers for violating the Voting Rights Act with their acts of voter intimidation?
How about when holder verified he's "the greatest dumb-ass lawyer in the room" by suing the State of Arizona over their highly popular immigration law? This amateurish attempt to protect illegal aliens, cost two-of-three democratics their legislative seats.
One of the NEGATIVE outcomes of an obama re-immaculation is the possibility probability that 'General' holder will find life-time employment as an Associate Justice on the Supreme Court. Given his complete denegration of the U.S. Constitution thusfar as the nation's top lawyer, what kind of planned destruction would the populus be subject to when he's given a position from which he can only be removed through the impeachment process.

"Clown Prince" Rewards Donors, YET AGAIN!!
In keeping with his promise to 're-distribute the wealth;' much like the PORKulus stimulus bill; much like the GM take-over; much like the 'green' energy bribes, "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" has found yet ANOTHER WAY to reward his donors in 'the one-percenters' class!! The trial lawyers have benefitted from EVERY modern-era administration and EVERY modern-era Congress--no matter the party in power--in that if tort reform makes it to the fore in various legislative agendas, this highly valuable action for THE CONSUMER, is always resoundingly voted down!!
In 2010, 'General' Holder and his Department of Social-Justice have placed more-and-more activities and businesses under the pervue of the Americans With Disabilities Act. While it very-well may be a worthwhile endeavor, the 'General' and his "Thugs-Juris" have targeted public pools and spas (300,000-nationwide). They've determined that every one must have a lift to facilitate use of said pools and spas by those disabled Americans. Again, a worthwhile endeavor!! The kerfuffle here is the operators of said pools and spas have had but THREE-MONTHS to find the equipment, ensure that it'll work at their facility, have said equipment delivered; have said equipment installed. The kerfuffle--to the benefit of owe-bama's trial-lawyer corpse--does not end there. While the Department of Social-Justice will not begin enforcement, they're allowing the trial lawyers to proceed with suits against those public pools and spas that are not in compliance by YESTERDAY, March 15th!!

Kevin Maher, Senior VP for Governmental Affairs for the American Hotel and Lodging Association said "The enforcement is going to be by litigation. A lot of drive-by law suits against businesses by law firms that are set up to file spurious ADA claims." [These firms] "often file lawsuits against every business in a community. A lot of times they are not looking for businesses to comply with the ADA. They are just looking for a quick cash settlement to go away."
Not only is this the perfect addition to the several-thousand other reasons for federal tort reform, it's germaine here, to mention that the trial lawyers donated $45 million to the "Clown Prince's" 2008 'Campaign-of-Fluff!!'

Yet another confirmation that "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" is in deep shit, re-election wise!! The "Clown Prince's" approval numbers are bordering on 'subterranian;' his basic credibility is approaching ZERO-point-crap!! owe-bama is losing on nearly every creditable category of voter: the womens' vote, the male vote (in practically every age range), the union-member vote and others. [Blogger Note:] "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" has not fared well during his reign. His highest daily approval number was only thirty (30) and that occurred just the second day after his immaculation. The last time the "Clown Prince" had a positive approval number was June 29, 2009 (ONE); that's nearly three-years of falling, failing approval by surveyed voters.
In an effort to prop up his boss' numbers, 'General' Holder is taking the fascist tact of completely ignoring 'fairness' while--out of the other side of their mouths--blathering on about the necessity for fairness.
The Social-Justice Department is whining that the Texas law is unfair to hispanics who may not have identification papers. Bet these 'hispanics' drive cars, own guns, etc!!! The Social-Justice Department in cahoots with socio-fascist federal judges, are currently in the process of blocking--or refusing to approve--a required photo ID to vote in several states. While the 14th, 15th, 19th, 23rd and 24th Amendments to the Constitution spell out what Americans have that right in elections at every level, it's apparently not enough to insure a "Clown Prince" re-immaculation!!
Now--at least in Texas--it's completely unfair--and thus, illegal--to require voters to show an ID at the time of their vote, although an ID is required:

To buy cigarettes,
To buy a shoulder-weapon,
To buy a handgun,
To register a currently-owned handgun,
To buy real estate,
To obtain a mortgage,
To buy certificates-of-deposit,

et al!!
The only voter-blocks that aren't pissed-off at the "Clown Prince" are the illegal alien and the "Chicago" blocks; the illegals, because they probably can't understand what he's saying let alone understand his destructive policies. The "Chicago" voters are in "A League of Their Own!!" To be considered a "Chicago" Voter, you must vote AT LEAST twice and, if you're already dead-one vote will qualify you!!
While it doesn't seem to be a logical campaign strategy, the "Clown Prince" and his advisors have forsaken nearly everyone who's not a welfareRAT!! They expect the negro vote to be a given; that too, is very suspect to those who watch these things. The numbers don't add up to a win; the negro-plus-the-welfareRAT.

"Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist's" choice of Eric Holder as the country's top law enforcement officer again illustrates their combined incompetence!! With cleaver verbage--during his March 5th blather opportunity at Northwestern University Law School-- the 'General' attempted to justify the notion that the "Clown Prince"--at his whim--can ignore the Congress and federal law when it suits the regime's socio-fascist principles.
The War Powers Act of 1973 (P.L. 93-148; 50 U.S.C. 1541-1548) requires that a president consult with Congress "in every possible instance" before deploying U.S. forces. Here it would be germaine to recall that "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" informed the Congress--back in January of this year--HE would decide which laws are constitutional and which laws HE could choose to ignore:
"I have informed Congress that I will not construe these provisions as preventing me from fulfilling my constitutional responsibility to recommend to the Congress's [sic] consideration such measures as I shall judge as necessary and expedient."
How considerate of our dictatorial supreme ruler!!
To that end, 'General' Holder has explained that 'supreme-ruler, owe-bama' determined that the constitution rights of an American citizen--outside the U.S. borders--don't count-for-shit!! Particularly when said citizen is involved with an entity warring against the United States! Gee!! Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't remember reading in the Constitution that it's up to the sitting American ruler to determine my--or any citizen's--rights, inside or outside the country!! Did the Founding Fathers write the Constitution as an item-by-item, choose-or-not-choose, document?!? I think NOT!!

A Patriotic Response To The "Clown Prince;" 02/11/2012

In recent weeks, we’ve seen signs that our economy is growing stronger and creating jobs at a faster clip. While numbers and figures will go up and down in the coming months, what cannot waver is our resolve to do everything in our power to keep stoking the fires of the recovery. And the last thing we should do is let Washington stand in the way. You see, at the end of the month, taxes are set to go up on 160 million working Americans. If you’re one of them, then you know better than anyone that the last thing you need right now is a tax hike. But if Congress refuses to act, middle class taxes will go up. It’s that simple. Now, if this sounds familiar, it’s because we’ve been here before. Back in December, Congress faced this exact same predicament. Ultimately, thanks to your voices, they did the right thing – but only after a great deal of bickering and political posturing that put the strength of our economy and the security of middle class families at risk. We can’t go through that again.
[What I'm not telling you: Here we go again! We going to create enormous amounts of drama over $17.50 in the average Americans' weekly paycheck. For my part, I intend to continue my various 'warfares' right up through the November elections. Oh, by-the-way; that election is a mere 270 days from today, on November 6, 2012.

Neither major political party really cares about this $17.50. It's nothing more than a 'political football,' to be kicked back-and-forth across the aisles of Congress. Essentially, we're fighting over 8 and 3/4 loaves of store-brand Italian bread; 4 and 1/2 pounds of hamburger; 4 and 1/2 gallons of gasoline; less than two trips around your lawn by the neighborhood kid and his-or-her lawnmower!! As he did with the 'General' Holder-sanctioned Brian Terry and Jaime Zapata murders, the George Soros media and political manipulation 'machine' is developing plans as we speak, to force Speaker John Boehner to weep before the cameras, then back down on this class-warfare issue. You might remember the last time: Soros forced Speaker Boehner to back pedal on Rep Darrelll Issa's insistance that 'General' Holder be charged with perjury for his knowledge and participation in the "Fast'n'Furious" scandal; vast amounts of evidence and testimony notwithstanding!!]
Congress needs to stop this middle class tax hike from happening. Period. No drama. No delay. And no ideological side issues that have nothing to do with this tax cut. Now is not the time for self-inflicted wounds to our recovery. Now is the time for common-sense action. And this tax cut is common-sense. If you’re a family making about $50,000 a year, this tax cut amounts to about $1,000 a year. That’s about $40 in every paycheck. I know there are some folks in this town who think $40 isn’t a lot of money. But to a student or a senior who’s trying to stretch the budget a little bit further? To a parent who’s filling up the tank and looking at rising gas prices? To them, $40 can make all the difference in the world. And so can your voice. I hope you’ll pick up the phone, send a tweet, write an email, and tell your representative that they should get this done before it gets too late. Tell them not to play politics again by linking this debate to unrelated issues. Tell them not to manufacture another needless standoff or crisis. Tell them not to stand in the way of the recovery. Tell them to just do their job. That’s what our middle class needs. That’s what our country needs. In the wake of the worst economic crisis of our lifetimes, we’re getting things going again. And we’re going to keep at it until everyone shares in America’s comeback.
[What I'm not telling you: Notice how we just 'picked' the annual wage of $50,000?!? That number is purely policitcal in that it makes the potential 'tax-hike' appear much larger than the amount that really affects the majority of American wage earners. 2007 statistics are the most recent available to the general public. Those statistics--from the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development--reveal that the United States' median income is $31,111--a far cry from the $50,000 I read from the teleprompter!! When actual numbers are considered, the tax benefits are reduced from $40 per paycheck ($20 per week!!) to a far more relevant amount of LESS THAN $12.00 per week!! It's all about class warfare; about economic warfare.
As I urge the public to contact their representatives in support of this tax scam, the public might consider that tax obligations are far from the most immediate peril to their paycheck; FEDERAL SPENDING IS!! The informative 'U.S. Debt Clock" (http://www.usdebtclock.org/) indicates that currently, there are approximately 140,979,180 'souls' in the American workforce. My 2012 budget proposal suggests that I MIGHT BE HELD TO deficit spending of $901 BILLION.... Whoop-tee-doo!!!
For the ease of computation, let's assume that all nearly 141 MILLION workers are median wage earners, earning the aforementioned $31,111; that there are 2,080 work-hours in the standard work-year; that given the previous assumptions, the median hourly wage is $14.96.
Essentially, that means just this year, the INDIVIDUAL median American worker must work 4,274.5 HOURS!! Does the reader realize that to accomplish this, the median worker will work his standard 2,080 hour work year at the $14.96 hourly rate. To satisfy just this year's projected annual deficit, each median worker must work an additional 1,463 hours at 'time-and-a-half!!' This will result in a workday--EVERY DAY, five-days-a-week for an entire calendar year--of 13.85 HOURS-PER-DAY!! AND.... EVERY-DAM'-DOLLAR of said annual earnings would have to be GIVEN to the federal government to satisfy JUST this year's deficit spending!!
Every year of my dictitorial rule, I'm amazed at the numbers of spineless, whiney-assed, 'go-along, to-get-along' congress-persons who're elected to try to reign me in!! As much as I hate to admit it; the "Tea Party" Movement is on the right track; less spending, smaller government and reduction or elimination of entitlement programs. It'll never gain enough traction to stop me--actually, stop George Soros--from massive 'credit-card' spending; from growing said entitlements as a method of 'voter-base enhancement!']

Remember--on February 4, 2010, while speaking at the National Prayer Breakfast--when the incompetent boob occupying barackingham Palace referred to Christian Brossard as a Navy 'Corpse'-man rather than the 'Core'-man?!? (and he said it TWICE!!)
The same type of gaffe occurred during "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist's" teleprompter blather yesterday at the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, when he said:
"....with the help of Democratic and Republican attorney generals from nearly every...."
O.K., 'Dum-Bass!!' The complicit miscreant-morons you referred to are ATTORNEYS-GENERAL, not attorney-generals!! With all of my great, great, great-grandchildren's--as yet, unearned--money you've pissed away in the last three miserable years, can't you withhold some union-bribery money; some donor pay-off money, to hire someone with--at least--a passing acquaintance with the english language?!?
