    In response to a Senator Rand Paul letter questioning the legality of using unmanned drones to spy on and possibly murder Americans IN AMERICA, general holder says hell yea, why not?!?  Given that "Clown Prince" obama--in concert with Hillary 'Rob-em' Clinton--has experience in murdering American citizens, he has yet to do so within the confines of the United States' various land masses.  Although in the holder-Paul letter, holder is reacting to what he calls a hypothetical situation; we know that the "Clown Prince" enjoys 'pushing-the-envelope' by turning hypotheticals into realities!!  Hell, have we ever-before had a sitting U.S. president work in concert  with his Secretary of State to murder four of it's federal--non-military--employees?!?  We very-well may in the near future.
    It's the responsibility of the DHS to spec and order weapons and equipment necessary to protect the nation from various miscreants within and without the nation's several borders.  This seems to be why said department spec'd the drones to track and intercept radio signals; spec'd the drones to reasonably determine if the tracked subject is armed so "Clown Prince" obama can reasonably blow'em to hell, i.e., murder 'em..... i.e., Benghazi-esque!

Now comes the time to buy weapons of all sorts--legally, or not--buy the appropriate ammunition and take the appropriate actions within the confines of the property to conceal and protect one and one's family!!

    The First Amendment To The U.S. Constitution:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people to peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
    The Hobby Lobby background as it relates to the obama Regime's fornication [Uncharacteristically, I'm being nice here. I really mean 'the fucking-up of the Founding Fathers' intended, interpreted meaning'] of the First Amendment:
    Hobby Lobby co-CEOs David and Barbara Green--as Evangelicals--are opposed to obamaKare's mandate that employers provide--cost free--abortion-inducing drugs.  The Greens' have joined with Catholics and other faith-based businesses and organizations in court actions against such mandates.
    The Regime's DoJ has been knocked on their collective asses--judicially speaking--by the Supreme Court in the court's several loose interpretations [one here] of the religious aspects of the First Amendment.  Said DoJ continually blathers forth that once an individual starts a 'secular' business, he or she must leave their religious convictions "at-the-door" when operating the business.  This bullshit has continually been the basis of their judicial 'ass-kicking!'  The regime's HSS Department has written a 'religious employer' exception so narrow that Catholic Charities will not qualify if it serves indigent non-Catholic individuals. 
    The Greens have no objections to contraception in general; but object to 'emergency contrtaceptives,' i.e., the morning-after and the week-after pills.  Said pills, which per the FDA, can prevent the implantation of a fertilized egg in the womb.  The Greens' collective consciences and evangelical religious views preclude them from offering the aforementioned pills in their health plan.  In their refusal, Hobby Lobby is subject to $1.3 Million PER DAY in fines!
    This is the kind of socio-fascism the 'taker-class' recently voted for.  Is every pro-obama voter related to the "obama Fo" lady?!?

    How can "Clown Prince" obama LEGALLY accrue 99% of the popular vote in more than 100 Ohio precincts?!?  Ain't possible!!
There were sixteen precincts inwhich Governor Romney didn't get even one vote.  It's statistically not possible--even in the smallest precinct (by votes cast)--that absolutely no one voted for the governor!  In these precincts, the vote total was 5,328; the smallest precinct: 49 votes cast; the largest precinct: 597.

   In Cuyahoga County (Cleveland and it's environs), Ohio, there were 24 precincts where the governor got 1 vote; 35 precincts inwhich the governor got 2 votes; 56 precincts inwhich the governor got between 3 and 6 votes, for the entirety of said precincts!! Possible?!?  Not no, but hell no!!  Another statistical impossibility!!!
    Back in September, a Columbus newspaper reported that more than one of every five registered Ohio voters is probably ineligible to vote.  In several Ohio counties, from 104 to 109 registered voters per 100 eigible voters were on the rolls.  In many other counties, another statistical anomaly occured: that of registered voters versus eligible voters of over 90%!!  The norm is +/- 70%.
    Even earlier than that--February 10th--Ohio Secretary of State (and by definition, the state's chief election officer) Jon Husted lettered the communist Attorney General eric holder in an attempt to clean up Ohio's voter rolls, quote:
"Common sense says that the odds of voter fraud increase the longer these ineligible voters are allowed to populate our rolls.  I simply cannot accept that."
You may find this startling, but the communists never replied to Secretary Husted's letter!!
    The Bilderberg Group, in conjunction with their surrogates-The "Clown Prince" obama Regime, are in complete--albeit, fraudulent--control of influential states' voting.  Will there ever be a fair and equitable investigation?!?  NEVER, the obamacRATics and The Bilderbergers WON!!

Federal 'Arschloch' Suspiciously Quiet!
    There is a national outrage centering around the tragic Trayvon Martin shooting and death.... as well there should be!!  As expected--the human vultures--Jesse Jackson and Not-A-Reverend Al Sharpton are circling the carrion--as it were--scoping out anyone who can be shaken-down as Jesse Jackson has done numerous times in the past. N.A.R. Sharpton is equally famous, albeit fabricating evidence as well as manufactured outrage, ala Tawana Brawley!!  BTW-N.A.R. Sharpton has yet to pay the hundreds-of-thousands in fines, penalties and court awards against him in the Brawley case of November, 1987.  With the entire planet well aware of the funding methods both Jackson and N.A.R. Sharpton use for their quasi-nonprofits, why are these two miscreants given any press at all?!?
    What's even more baffling is the deafening silence surrounding "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" and the associated miscreant 'General' eric holder!!  "Clownie" waited a full five-weeks--count'em F-I-V-E--before commenting the Trayvon Martin tragedy; then interjecting race into the issue:  Would "Clownie's" son look like Trayvon if "Clownie's" son were a pasty white kid?!?  Where's the Socio-Justice Department's outrage with a bounty being placed on the alleged shooter, George Zimmerman?!? 
    The "Clown Prince" didn't even wait a week before racially excoriating the law enforcement personnel involved in the 'Professor Henry Louis Gates' kerfuffle and yet, he--and the aforementioned miscreant--are blatantly SILENT on the 'bounty issue!'  It gets kinda tough--doesn't it, "Mr Clown"--when the vast majority of those involved are of races that can't be criticized!
    Remember the 'New Black Panther Party?!?'  They were allegedly employed by George Soros to perform their--very efficient--form of voter intimidation in Philadelphia and other cities with questionable owe-bamacRAT support.  Their leader--some clown named Malik Zulu Shabazz--has placed a $10,000 bounty on Mr Zimmerman's head.  The group has--also allegedly--put together a 5,000 person posse to hunt Mr Zimmerman down and bring him to 'justice,' even though he's not been charged in the Martin tragedy.  
    'General' holder's "lack of curiousity" in the bounty, in the posse actions, falls in line with the Department of Socio-Justice's position that cases with white victims won't be prosecuted; much like the 'General's' ignoring the New Black Panther-voter intimidation case.  As a point of media corpse' complicity in the matter:  early on, the corpse referred to Mr Zimmerman as a hispanic; then as a latino; still later as a "white-hispanic!!"  How racially complicit is that?!?  Has there ever been a more blatant example of a Soros, owe-bama controlled media corpse?!?

NOW, You Can Understand The Reasoning
    Way back in 1995, the current 'wannabe general' eric holder was filmed on CSPAN2, explaining his plan for gun control that evolved into "Fast and Furious."  The holder plan included 'changing the hearts and minds of the people in Washington, D.C.' in the way they look at guns.  Some holder quotes from that blather:
"What we need to do is change the way in which people think about guns, especially young people and make it something that's not cool, that it's not acceptable, it's not hip to carry a gun anymore, in the way in which we changed our attitudes about cigarettes."
holder said that the [DC] school board should have some form of anti-violence or anti-gun message every day.
"Every day, every school, at every level."
holder reluctantly admitted that his proposal is 'brainwashing.'
"We have to be repetitive about this.  We need to do this every day of the week, and just really brainwash people into thinking about guns in a vastly different way."
    One may conclude that because the American 'heart and mind' wasn't being changed fast enough for his liking, the 'wannabe general' eric holder created "Fast and Furious" to spur greater and greater gun violence along the Mexican-U.S. border to change the American 'heart and mind' at a quicker pace.  With the additional 'gun violence' promulgated by "Fast and Furious" would make tighter and tighter federal gun laws a more timely reality.

"Clown Prince" Rewards Donors, YET AGAIN!!
    In keeping with his promise to 're-distribute the wealth;' much like the PORKulus stimulus bill; much like the GM take-over; much like the 'green' energy bribes, "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" has found yet ANOTHER WAY to reward his donors in 'the one-percenters' class!!  The trial lawyers have benefitted from EVERY modern-era administration and EVERY modern-era Congress--no matter the party in power--in that if tort reform makes it to the fore in various legislative agendas, this highly valuable action for THE CONSUMER, is always resoundingly voted down!!
    In 2010, 'General' Holder and his Department of Social-Justice have placed more-and-more activities and businesses under the pervue of the Americans With Disabilities Act.  While it very-well may be a worthwhile endeavor, the 'General' and his "Thugs-Juris" have targeted public pools and spas (300,000-nationwide).  They've determined that every one must have a lift to facilitate use of said pools and spas by those disabled Americans.  Again, a worthwhile endeavor!!  The kerfuffle here is the operators of said pools and spas have had but THREE-MONTHS to find the equipment, ensure that it'll work at their facility, have said equipment delivered; have said equipment installed.  The kerfuffle--to the benefit of owe-bama's trial-lawyer corpse--does not end there.  While the Department of Social-Justice will not begin enforcement, they're allowing the trial lawyers to proceed with suits against those public pools and spas that are not in compliance by YESTERDAY, March 15th!!
    There are some beside those in the blogosphere that understand the socio-fascist bent of the owe-bama Regime:
Kevin Maher, Senior VP for Governmental Affairs for the American Hotel and Lodging Association said "The enforcement is going to be by litigation.   A lot of drive-by law suits against businesses by law firms that are set up to file spurious ADA claims."  [These firms] "often file lawsuits against every business in a community.  A lot of times they are not looking for businesses to comply with the ADA.  They are just looking for a quick cash settlement to go away."
    Not only is this the perfect addition to the several-thousand other reasons for federal tort reform, it's germaine here, to mention that the trial lawyers donated $45 million to the "Clown Prince's" 2008 'Campaign-of-Fluff!!'

    Yet another confirmation that "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" is in deep shit, re-election wise!!  The "Clown Prince's" approval numbers are bordering on 'subterranian;' his basic credibility is approaching ZERO-point-crap!!  owe-bama is losing on nearly every creditable category of voter: the womens' vote, the male vote (in practically every age range), the union-member vote and others.  The 'Rasmussen Reports' Presidential

[Blogger Note:]  "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" has not fared well during his reign.  His highest daily approval number was only thirty (30) and that occurred just the second day after his immaculation.  The last time the "Clown Prince" had a positive approval number was June 29, 2009 (ONE); that's nearly three-years of falling, failing approval by surveyed voters.
    In an effort to prop up his boss' numbers, 'General' Holder is taking the fascist tact of completely ignoring 'fairness' while--out of the other side of their mouths--blathering on about the necessity for fairness. 
    The Social-Justice Department is whining that the Texas law is unfair to hispanics who may not have identification papers.  Bet these 'hispanics' drive cars, own guns, etc!!!  The Social-Justice Department in cahoots with socio-fascist federal judges, are currently in the process of blocking--or refusing to approve--a required photo ID to vote in several states.  While the 14th, 15th, 19th, 23rd and 24th Amendments to the Constitution spell out what Americans have that right in elections at every level, it's apparently not enough to insure a "Clown Prince" re-immaculation!!
    Now--at least in Texas--it's completely unfair--and thus, illegal--to require voters to show an ID at the time of their vote, although an ID is required:

To buy beer,
To buy cigarettes,
To buy a shoulder-weapon,
To buy a handgun,
To register a currently-owned handgun, 
To buy real estate,
To obtain a mortgage,
To buy certificates-of-deposit,

et al!!
The only voter-blocks that aren't pissed-off at the "Clown Prince" are the illegal alien and the "Chicago" blocks; the illegals, because they probably can't understand what he's saying let alone understand his destructive policies.  The "Chicago" voters are in "A League of Their Own!!"  To be considered a "Chicago" Voter, you must vote AT LEAST twice and, if you're already dead-one vote will qualify you!!
    While it doesn't seem to be a logical campaign strategy, the "Clown Prince" and his advisors have forsaken nearly everyone who's not a welfareRAT!!  They expect the negro vote to be a given; that too, is very suspect to those who watch these things.  The numbers don't add up to a win; the negro-plus-the-welfareRAT.

     Hello, everybody. On Thursday, I went down to Florida to visit Disneyworld. To Sasha and Malia’s great disappointment, I was not there to hang out with Mickey or ride Space Mountain. Instead, I was there to talk about steps we’re taking to boost tourism and create jobs.  Tourism is the number one service we export. Every year, tens of millions of tourists come from all over the world to visit America. They stay in our hotels, eat at our restaurants, and see all the sights America has to offer.  That’s good for local businesses. That’s good for local economies. And the more folks who visit America, the more Americans we get back to work. It’s that simple.  We can’t wait to seize this opportunity. As I’ve said before, I will continue to work with Congress, states, and leaders in the private sector to find ways to move this country forward. But where they can’t act or won’t act, I will. Because we want the world to know that America is open for business. And that’s why I announced steps we’re taking to promote America and make it easier for tourists to come and visit.  Frequent travelers who pass an extensive background check will be able to scan their passports and fingerprints and skip long lines at immigration at more airports. We’re going to expand the number of countries where visitors can get pre-cleared by Homeland Security so they don’t need a tourist visa. And we’re going to speed up visa processing for countries with growing middle classes that can afford to visit America – countries like China and Brazil.  We want more visitors coming here. We want them spending money here. It’s good for our economy, and it will help provide the boost more businesses need to grow and hire. And we can’t wait to make it happen.
[What I'm not telling you:   A huge 'thank you' to my opposing political forces for paying the freight for this almost-meaningless visit to Florida's--as well as America's--most popular tourist attraction.  The visit's primary accomplishment was cordoning off a major portion of the site as well as disrupting thousands of visitors' foot and vehicle traffic.  With tourism being the largest private-sector revenue stream not controlled by government socio-fascists, I met secretly with marxist-leaning Disney hierarchy to discuss my proposal of untold rules and regulations to strangle the tourism industry while still maintaining autonomy and the ability to convincingly place the blame on the conservative, "Tea Party-esque" forces in the state.
    As with all other owe-bamacRATic 'improvements' to immigration--including illegal border crossings--this 'fast-track' through airports and border entry points with scanible passports will benefit us.  Just as 'General' Holder has done with the Social-Justice Department with respect to immigration, this 'improvement' will quickly degenerate to a 'wave-through' at the United States' entry points.  We place far more importance on increased owe-bamacRATic voter numbers over any form of border security; adherence to immigration regulations.
    As the government--under either party--has proven, a reduction in the formal documents required for--permanent or temporary--entry into the United States works especially well for my muslim brethren!!  You can rest assured, when I'm replaced as your exhalted ruler, the immigration policies will tighten up until real border security will be the 'rule-of-the-day.']
    Too often over the last few months, we’ve seen Congress drag its feet and refuse to take steps we know will help strengthen our economy. That’s why this is the latest in a series of actions I’ve taken on my own to help our economy keep growing, creating jobs, and restoring security for middle-class families.  In September, we decided to stop waiting for Congress to fix No Child Left Behind and give states the flexibility they need to help our kids meet higher standards. We made sure that small businesses that have contracts with the Federal Government can get paid faster so they can start hiring more people. We made it easier for veterans to get jobs and put their skills to work. We took steps to help families whose home values have fallen refinance their mortgages and save up to thousands of dollars a year. We sped up the loan process for companies that want to rebuild our roads and bridges – putting construction workers back on the job. And I appointed Richard Cordray to be America’s consumer watchdog and protect working Americans from the worst abuses of the financial industry.  These are good steps. Now we need to do more.  On Tuesday evening, I’ll deliver my State of the Union Address, where I’ll lay out my blueprint for actions we need to take together – not just me, or Congress, but every American – to rebuild an economy where hard work and responsibility are rewarded. An economy that’s built to last.  I hope you’ll tune in. In the meantime, I’m going to keep doing everything I can to make this country not only the best place to visit and do business – but the best place to live and work and build a better life.
[What I'm not telling you:  Only my socio-facist brethren truly believe that I have the authority to act on my own with respect to the Constitution and my restrictive position as your exhalted ruler.   My appointment of Richard Cordray  as the guy best equipped to control the entire private-sector personal wealth, as well as my arbitrary alterations to standing legislation are decidedly UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!  I'm--effectively--exempt from any public scrutiny.  George Soros controls practically all aspects of the media, either by ownership or intimidation!!   If the 'Soros control' doesn't work, I have minions  who throw down 'the race-card' to any resistant opposition, no matter party affiliation!!  'Anyone who opposes America's SECOND black president-IS A RACIST!! 
    As you will note, I've expressed a desire to initiate another round of 'buying the union vote' with more PORKulus spending on roads and bridges; spending that--in the initial PORKulus--never occurred!!  In keeping with George Soros' socio-fascists demands, I've refused to approve the Keystone XL pipeline project.  Said project would have created upwards of 20,000 IMMEDIATE jobs with estimates of 150,000-250,000 long-range jobs.  Luckily, these future jobs cannot be considered 'lost jobs;' they've never existed!!  I don't pretend to know how all this political crap works but Soros has assured me that my re-immaculation is almost guaranteed, no matter what I do!!  Be sure to watch my "State of the Onion" address, there may be another 'Joe Wilson moment!!']
