This'n'That; April First #2; The 'Happiness' People

The 'Cram-Down' Continues....!
Let me begin this post with a disclaimer:  I have nothing against 'any class' of people or 'any sub-class' of people, be they white, black, brown, yellow, green or red or straight or gay or left-handed (as I am) or a gun-owner, et al!!  As a matter of fact, I have two brothers-in-law who are gay partners-whom I've nicknamed: "The Happiness Boys."  My reasoning:  I remember when 'gay' ment happy; hence the word 'happiness.'
What I do have a problem with is the segregation of yet another group of people--actually creating another 'protected class' of Americans.  I know this 'sounds like a broken record' but "The Student Non-Discrimination Act (H.R. 4530)" is less about protecting the student against discrimination, and more about creating a protected--elevated--class of students, the LGBT student.  The ambiguous wording is deceiving to the 'non-lawyer' reader in that it purports to be necessary to protect the LGBT lifestyle; while realistically, it forces an LGBT topic-based education on every student, on every school, on every school district, on every public school, on every private school, on every parochial school, et al.  Believe it or not:  even 'home-schoolers' are included!!  Enforcement of that remains a mystery!!
Quite possibly, the 'Google' search apparatus is colluding with supporters of this legislation:  A 'Google' search reveals 'tons of entries' in support of the legislation.  The non-support entry is rare indeed!!  With the growth in numbers of the 'Happiness People' in both houses of Congress-look for this legislation to be pushed heavily for passage!!  NOW might be the time to 'suggest' that your senator or representative reveal his position on the bill.  You can make your preferences known to him/her then (well actually, to a staffer who may or may not convey your wishes!!).  As expected, most of the 80++ Soros-funded websites are in support of this legislation as a method to further-fracture the 'family unit' and the educational 'experience.'
