"barackingham Palace"
District of Corruption
After the worst recession since the Great Depression, our economy is growing again, and we’ve gained almost 2 million private sector jobs over the last 13 months. But I also know that a lot of folks aren’t feeling as positive as some of those statistics might suggest. It’s still too hard to find a job. And even if you have a job, chances are you’re having a tougher time paying the rising costs of everything from groceries to gas. In some places, gas is now more than $4 a gallon, meaning that you could be paying upwards of $50 or $60 to fill up your tank.  Of course, while rising gas prices mean real pain for our families at the pump, they also mean bigger profits for oil companies. This week, the largest oil companies announced that they’d made more than $25 billion in the first few months of 2011 – up about 30 percent from last year.  Now, I don’t have a problem with any company or industry being rewarded for their success. The incentive of healthy profits is what fuels entrepreneurialism and helps drives our economy forward. But I do have a problem with the unwarranted taxpayer subsidies we’ve been handing out to oil and gas companies – to the tune of $4 billion a year. When oil companies are making huge profits and you’re struggling at the pump, and we’re scouring the federal budget for spending we can afford to do without, these tax giveaways aren’t right. They aren’t smart. And we need to end them.
[What I'm not telling you:  I had hoped all this 'silliness' with Donald Trump calling for the release of my 'Certificate of Live Birth (CoLB) would have held the economy and my less-than-stellar energy policy off the front pages for longer than it has!  But--alas--we must focus on them now.  Before that, a bit about my CoLB:  I fully intend to fire the individual(s) involved with it's 'manufacture!'  The document is hopelessly inadequate in it's semblance of authenticity.  Websites and blogs are popping up all over the place, questioning it's authenticity and--at least to my closest czars--illustrating a plausable case for outright fraud; for 'filing a false instrument!'  This, after adequate investigation, could easily subject me to impeachment proceedings in the U.S. House of Representatives.  We have travelled too far down the 'one-world government' path to allow this obstruction to occur!
Now, on to less important things:  the economy, the domestic energy policy and the 'price-at-the-pump.'  I'm being told the American people are fed up with my stall tactics; my obfuscations on these topics!  The 'price-at-the-pump' is affected by several factors: cost of crude oil; cost of refining and transportation; miscellaneous production expenses; general inflation.   The cost of crude oil is controlled by the producers, mostly members of OPEC.  All my 'ass-kissing' in the Middle-East seems to be paying off:  the price of crude oil is edging up, nicely.  As I said during my "Campaign of Fluff," I wouldn't mind $5-gas, I just don't want the prices to go up at a rate that the American voter will be upset to the point of actually blaming me!!  While I blather on about all those 'evil oil companies' making a profit, what you're not hearing is the 'profit' made by the federal government.   There are all kids of fees for all kinds of permits required by the federal government through the EPA.  For instance:  Recently Shell Oil was refused a drilling permit due to air quality issues involving a small village more than 70 miles from the proposed drilling site.  Certainly any impurities  will have dissipated long before they might have reached the aforementioned village!   At the time of the EPA refusal, Shell Oil had more than FOUR BILLION DOLLARS invested in the project that was lost due to the refusal.  As is normal with any manufacturing, production, retail, enterprise; most--if not all--added operational expenses are added to the end consumer.
In all fairness (if that's even a part of the fascist lexicon?)  if we're to look toward the elimination of oil production subsidies then we should visit the reduction/elimination of all subsidies!  These would include crop subsidies--primarily corn for ethenol--'big-agri' subsidies, individual farmer subsidies (pay for no-grow), ethenol production, transportation subsidies, forced ethenol inclusion in retail fuels, wind energy subsidies, solar energy subsidies, geo-thermal energy subsidies, hybrid and electric vehicle production subsidies, the $7,500 retail sales bribes, et al.  While we're at it, why don't we explore one of Donald Trump's good ideas: countries we both fight for and against; other dictators we 'prop up,' fund said actions??  Billions of dollars we can ill afford are invested in these asinine actions.  It's about time we recouped some of the expense we incur.]
That’s why, earlier this week, I renewed my call to Congress to stop subsidizing the oil and gas industries. Understand, I’m not opposed to producing oil. I believe that if we’re serious about meeting our energy challenge, we need to operate on all cylinders, and that means pursuing a broad range of energy policies, including safe and responsible oil production here at home. In fact, last year, America’s oil production reached its highest level since 2003.  But I also believe that instead of subsidizing yesterday’s energy, we should invest in tomorrow’s – and that’s what we’ve been doing. Already, we’ve seen how the investments we’re making in clean energy can lead to new jobs and new businesses. I’ve seen some of them myself – small businesses that are making the most of solar and wind power, and energy-efficient technologies; big companies that are making fuel-efficient cars and trucks part of their vehicle fleets. And to promote these kinds of vehicles, we implemented historic new fuel-economy standards, which could save you as much as $3,000 at the pump.  Now, I know that in this tough fiscal environment, it’s tempting for some in Washington to want to cut our investments in clean energy. And I absolutely agree that the only way we’ll be able to afford the things we need is if we cut the things we don’t, and live within our means. But I refuse to cut things like clean energy that will help America win the future by growing our economy and creating good-paying jobs; that will help make America more secure; and that will help clean up our planet in the process. An investment in clean energy today is an investment in a better tomorrow. And I think that’s an investment worth making.
[What I'm not telling you:  The Congress stopping the oil company subsidies won't make one whit of difference!!  It's just the difference of 'the left pocket vs the right pocket!'  Actually, it will be doubly-detrimental to the American Taxpayer:  When the federal government stops paying those oil company subsidies, will that $4 billion be divided among either taxpayers or retail fuel purchasers?  Not very dam' likely!!  So the taxpayer is still paying that $4 bln into the government in the form of income taxes.  When the oil companies loose that $4 bln in 'income,' they have a fiduciary responsiblity to their shareholders to make it up somewhere else.  Guess where that 'somewhere else' is??  You win!!  The pump-price of gas and diesel!!  See:  I've managed to add another 'expense' to the gas end-user, without calling it a tax!!  The same principle applies to the fuel economy standards.  All these federally mandated changes cost money, and in the case of forced ethanol useage actually reduces fuel economy and causes earlier-than-normal parts and engine destruction!!  (Want more government interference in your daily lives-we got lot'sa plans we've yet to implement!!)  Remember 'investment??'  That's my euphemism for "pissin' money away on unsustainable products and projects!!"  I'm all for a one-world government....and....I never expected it to be so easy!!  Come ON, people!!  Wake up!!  All these subsidies for unsustainable energy sources is just ridiculous, even to me!!  You're making all this just too easy for Soros!!  Put up a fight, dam'mit!!]

This'n'That; April Thirtieth #1; Now What?!?

Fake Or Authentic?!?
Now that Donald Trump has forced "Clown Prince" owe-bama to produce his 'long-form' birth certificate, the release has created more questions than answers.  "The Donald" has gained plenty of traction in the GOP 'hopefuls' polls with his taking credit for the document.
While I'm not 'a birther,' I do take exception to those not adhering to the provisios of the United States Constitution!  Therein lies the--positive, as well as the negative--requirements to be president, as well as the members of Congress sworn to "protect and defend" the Constitution.  There have been dam' few--from any political party--who've continually 'protected and defended' the Constitution!!
[But....I digress!!]
With the 'Trump-forced' release of owe-bama's long-form 'Certificate of Live Birth (CoLB),' the questions continue to fly as to it's authenticity:
  • Those 'in-the-know' contend that the document is a "cut-and-paste" forgery with obvious clues [ http://market-ticker.org/akcs-www?post=185094 ] [http://gatewaypundit.rightnetwork.com/2011/04/critics-obamas-latest-long-form-birth-certificate-is-a-fake/].
  • There is a disparity in the chronology of the document when compared with births in the same hospital, the same date.
  • No matter the authenticity question; is owe-bama a legitimate president, given that his--stated--father is not an American citizen but a Kenyan citizen?  This question requires an official definition of "Natural-born Citizen" [http://federalistblog.us/2008/11/natural-born_citizen_defined.html ].
  • Some have raised the question of owe-bama's actual parentage.
See..... more questions than answers!

This'n'That; April Twenty-Nineth #4; Fraud

Fraud Runs In Family
The fraud that is owe-bama, has family roots!  We're now finding out that barak insane owe-bama (The First; Senior) has passed his fraudulent ways on to his son, the "Clown Prince."  owe-bama1 was refused continuation as a Harvard doctorial candidate; presumably for his many relationships with women and his Kenyan financial difficulties.  Both Harvard University and the US Immigration Service were unable to determine how many wives owe-bama1 actually had.
Here it should be noted that owe-bama2 had 'artfully avoided' several aspects of his owe-bama1's life:
  • owe-bama1 wrote extensively about the benefits of marxism and promoted that view at every opportunity.
  • owe-bama1 abused members of his immediate family, unmercifully!
  • owe-bama2 made no mention of owe-bama1's financial difficulties, which seem extensive-but no proof can be found.
  • owe-bama1 essentially abandoned each of his 'families' when he tired of the current 'wife.'  There's proof that owe-bama1 didn't find it necessary to divorce one wife before 'marrying' the next.
Now, can you see owe-bama2's use of the 'artful dodge?!?'

This'n'That; April Twenty-Nineth #3; Elimination

Petraeus 'Eliminated'
"Clown Prince" owe-bama has a unique way of eliminating his political opponents:  he appoints them to a post in his regime.  Does anyone think Hillary Clinton was appointed Secretary of State for her vast knowledge of foreign affairs?  Her knowledge of foreign 'affairs' would only encompass those foreigners whom "Slick-Willie" has 'boinked!'
With General David Petraeus' appointment to CIA Director, owe-bama has eliminated a possible GOP presidential or vice-presidential candidate; much as he eliminated Mrs Clinton.  This assumes that General Petraeus will maintain his military bearing and career allegience to the Incompetent-in-Chief, even while manning a civilian position.

This'n'That; April Twenty-Nineth #2; Trump Up!

Trump Ahead Of Field
After "The Donald" handed owe-bama his political 'ass-on-a-silver-platter' over the birther issue, Trump has the lead in a recent Rasmussen Poll.   The fascist owe-bamacRATs had expected to use the birth certificate release against Mr Trump as an unwarranted 'fishing expedition.'  When he claimed victory on the issue, a bumper sticker message became obvious:  "Trump-GETS RESULTS!"
Mr Trump now leads the GOP field at 19% of likely voters.  The rest of the supposed field:  Romney-17%; Huckabee-15%; Palin and Gingrich tied at 9%.  Just four months ago--prior to Trump's declaration of consideration--the field was:  Romney-24%; Palin-19%; Huckabee-17%; Gingrich-11%; (Ron) Paul-8%; Pawlenty-5%; Daniels-3%.  The 'Tea Partiers' favor Trump as well:  declared membership-22%; non-membership, but of like mind-16%.

This'n'That; April Twenty-Nineth #1; What's That On Their Heads?!?

The Hat As A Fashion Statement!
During the past century, the English lady's hat has become more formal, if that's even possible!  As the hat evolved through the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries, it became more than a fashion statement; it became a show of wealth; a show of social status.  The upper-class hats of the day were decorated with the family jewels, feathers, precious metals, rare and exotic fabrics.
If you watched any of the royal wedding coverage this morning (Friday, 4/29), you've witnessed some real creations; some better suited to 'the dunce of the class.'  One site I found had styles ranging from those seen worn by Queen Elizabeth to those worn at one of Michael Vick's past 'dog fights.'  And the money they pay for 'em! Atrocious!!  The prices on this site ranged from $17 to $668!!  I'm sure the royal wedding invitees paid far more money for far more hideous hats.  Hell, I don't pay $17 for a pair'a jeans, although I would pay more than that for a good torque wrench!!

This'n'That; April Twenty-Eighth #2; Islam

Peace?!? Not So Much!
Muslims have long touted their religion as one 'of peace.'  I think, not so much!!  Check out the cover-girl on the May, 2011 German issue of 'Playboy' Magazine.  This actress--Sila Sahin--posing topless for the cover shoot, was vilified in nearly every muslim publication!  While this subject is Turkish-German, these restrictions are what the muslims want to subject Americans to (actually, all non-Muslims): no more Constitutional protections!
Ms Sahin was branded a 'western slut' and a whore after the magazine's release.  The Muslims are wrong on this one!!  It has nothing to do with religion, Ms Sahin's 'restrictive' childhood, et al!!  It's nothing more than Ms Sahin's personal choice to expose her body for pay, rather than strive for--demand--personal respect!!  She should be free to do as she chooses, within the constraints of the law!!

This'n'That; April Twenty-Eighth #1; Trump Does It!

[For a better view: http://www.justincase505.wordpress.com/]
A 'Defining Moment!'
In commenting on the release he's spend north of $3Million to prevent; "Clown Prince" owe-bama is quoted as saying: {*}Judging by this quote, owe-bama thinks the U.S. Constitution and it's requirements are just so much 'silliness.'  Judging by his actions, we have confirmation:  After the release and rather than concentrating on pressing national issues, owe-bama and the 'Moocher' went to Chicago to tape an episode of oprah; then off to NYC to tie up 'afternoon drive-time' traffic in several sections of the city.  The owe-bamas are were the city for three "Tour d'Lies" fundraisers.
{*}"We don't have time for this silliness."

Donald Trump is taking credit for the document release; as well he should!  Mr Trump 'trumped' "Clown Prince" owe-bama on the 'birther' issue by forcing the release.  The regime presumably expected to put Trump 'in his place' with the release, but that didn't happen as Mr Trump used it to his advantage to gain the top spot in some  polls.

This'n'That; April Twenty-Seventh #3; Trump, Again!

A 'Bumper-Sticker' Campaign?!?
If "The Donald" doesn't commission "Trump-GETS RESULTS!" as a bumper-sticker, he's not a serious GOP candidate!!
American Public (particularly 'Tea Partiers'):  Focus on the above for 17 milliseconds or less!!  OK, that's enough!!
The posting and release of the owe-bama 'Certificate of Live Birth;' while not legal for the purposes of presidential eligibility, is part of the "Clown Prince's" ongoing 'hocus-pocus' domestic, energy, foreign, economic, monetary (combined) policy.  This latest obfuscation is to take your eyes 'off-the-ball;' that 'ball' being several:  the quickly escalating gas prices; the Bernanke press conference;  the release of upcoming quarterly results; the continued dismal and falling housing market, financing, foreclosures; the destruction of domestic oil production; China trade; China currency issues; et al.
With this latest owe-bama obfuscation, Donald Trump must now get serious!  If he still doesn't speak to the current regime's activities; speak to his potential plans, programs, policies, potential cabinet members; speak to his take on current events; etc., he'll just be taken as a joke-never a serious GOP candidate!!

This'n'That; April Twenty-Seventh #2; owe-bama Oil,Energy Policy

Why Does He Even Bother?!?
He's making my efforts to decrease my personal commentaries on owe-bama--himself--very difficult, to say the least!!  My references to his on-going incompetencies should be viewed as professional, rather than personal, although he is very little of either.
In what owe-bama thinks is a positive in view of the rising prices at the pump, he's promoting the cessation of subsidies to 'big-oil' in a letter to the most senior of the professional politicians.  At the same time, the "Clown Prince" is practically demanding that international oil producers step up their production.
Why does he even bother to disguise his hatred and disgust with American oil producers?!? owe-bama said that he'd not mind that retail gas prices rise to the $5 per gallon level; he just didn't want them to rise too quickly, so as to tarnish his--self determined--"squeeky clean" image. At a time when current retail pump prices are approaching a $4/gallon national average ($5 in some individual markets!), owe-bama is forcing the prices even higher with his ridiculous demands!!
On Monday, the EPA's Environmental Review Board denied Shell Oil an important air quality permit.... why, you ask:  Shell Oil didn't consider the emmisions of an ice-breaker ship when calculating the overall greenhouse gas emissions of the entire project!!  Now we--the retail fuel consumer--will absorb the $4+Billion investment that Shell Oil's sure to write off as a loss.
(Are we ruled by a bunch that make the 'village idiot' look like a genius?!?  Sure looks that way to me!!)
Does owe-bama not realize this loss of income and investment will be passed on to the consumer?  Of course he does!!  He's under the delusion that his 2008 "Campaign of Fluff" base is still intact; that he's a 'shoo-in' for reelection.
What owe-bama doesn't realize though, is that the preferential treatment he affords his boss--NOT you and I, silly!--George Soros; doesn't resonate well with the American voting public.  Soros 'juggled' his investments to make it appear he'd divested his investment funds of Petrobras stock; in reality he did nothing more than switch common stock for preferred stock.  There have been reports that the owe-bama regime 'invested' money--about $3Bln we don't have--in Chilean oil refineries.  These 'reports' have mysteriously disappeared from web search results!
owe-bama's continued ignoring of court orders to lift the Gulf drilling moritorium are having his desired effect;  several Gulf deep-water drilling rigs have relocated to waters off the coast of Brazil-could Soros have any influence on this? ....naw!!!!!!!!!!!
Donald Trump and his wrangling about the 'birther' issue is playing into owe-bama's 'scheme-of-things;' it keeps most of his other communistic actions off the front pages.  We're being set up by the guy who campaigned to save us from those evil Bushes; from those evil health insurers, providers; from those evil capitalists; from those evil rich; from those evil dollars we may accumulate over the $250,000 (evil rich) threshold; et al!!
I think I've 'figgered out' the owe-bama regime's energy policy:  "The highest retail prices of foreign oil, for those who can ill afford them!"  Everything owe-bama does--while benefitting Soros--is aimed directly at the American middle-class; driving the gas prices ever higher, but slowly; 'we wouldn't want "the little people" to notice!'  Besides that:  without Rahm Emmanuel to supervise him, owe-bama is continually letting "a good crisis go to waste!"

This'n'That; April Twenty-Seventh #1; Trump!?!

Are You For Or Against Donald Trump And Why?!?
OK, ok!!  I'll go first!!
Barring some really, Really untoward revelation about 'The Donald,' I'm in his corner!!  Mister Trump has the education he needs to 'do the job,' that of--basically--the construction, construction management, buildings and buildings management industries.  Oh... Ho...., you say: What about his bankruptcies?!?  Actually, I see them as a plus, REALLYTrump over-extended himself and his organization on more-than-one building project.  I--like most of America--don't know the particulars of the bankruptcies; what I do know is that he refinanced each one to continue ownership.  In some cases, those reorganizations did require Mr Trump relinquish majority ownership in the building; the project.
What this indicates--to me, at least--is that he is willing to take a chance in business.  We all 'take chances' every day; in all walks of life.  It's a chance to order that 'super whiz-bang' from a late-night tv ad; it's a chance to click on one of those pop-up internet ads; it's a chance to pick this particular red Ford Focus over that blue one.  What is key in my mind is Mr Trump's specific education-that which is required for his choice of careers.  The alternative is what we have now: an inexperienced lawyer--with an education inadequate for the task-at-hand--essentially running a multi-TRILLION-dollar international 'corporation.'  I wonder:  If Mr Trump started a war in Libya without the compunction to see it through, would he then go off and 'play tiddly-winks with manhole covers?!?'  I think not!!  I think he might--as Commander-in-Chief--'suggest' that the Marines "kick-some-ass'n'take-some-names!!"  Mister Trump seems not the type to stand for much trifling from those lil' "piss-ant" third-world rathole dictators!!  He's certainly not gonna bow'n'scrape, not gonna kiss their asses!!

This'n'That; April Twenty-Sixth #2; Know Your 'Enemy!'

Ya Can't Defeat 'em If Ya Don't Know 'em!!
I--as a Constitutionalist; somewhere to the right of Limbaugh and Beck--have signed up for email updates from the "Clown Prince's" election website for the specific purpose of 'knowing my "enemy"!!'   The latest promotes a 6:14 minute video ( http://my.barackobama.com/page/share/strategy-slideshow-share?source=20110425_jm_imin&keycode=&email=ustatruck%40gmail.com&zip=14622) of the run-up of their grassroots campaign.  Check it out; they seem to have the same handle on social websites they used in the "Campaign of Fluff."  The new "Tour d'Lies" will have lot'sa 'boots-on-the-ground,' in this campaign; to which the 'Tea Party' movement must have a plan to counteract.
Stay on message; continue recruitment efforts.  These two objectives must be at the fore in any opposition movement to the Washington professional fascists.  Don't let the owe-bamacRATs set the agenda; don't let the owe-bamacRATs set the tone of the upcoming campaign.  The "Tour d'Lies" is just that: more of the half-truths, untruths and outright lies spewed forth from the "Campaign of Fluff!"  Rather than make this a 'personality' campaign--much as we'd like to--it must be restricted to the issues.  owe-bama has a steady stream of failed policies and programs, ruling by executive order, ruling by 'agency and commission(i.e., EPA, FCC, et al)' totally ignoring Federal and Surpreme Court rulings (i.e., owe-bamaKare and Gulf drilling moratorium).  The list is so extensive, personalities will be in the background, anyway!!  Do not fall into the owe-bamacRATic mantra: it's "never too late to blame Bush!"
Recruiting 'official' membership for the 'Tea Party' movement is not nearly so important as recruiting like-minded voters to the cause.  These new 'recruits' don't necessarily have to become actual 'Tea Partiers' as they have to be ready to vote to unseat non-conservative/ non-constitutionalist, professional officeholders; be ready to quietly recruit friends and neighbors to the conservative/constitutionalist cause.

This'n'That; April Twenty-Sixth #1; Day Off

A 'Forced' day Off
When necessary, Mondays are one of my "runnin' 'round" days-the other being Thursdays.  Most of my doctor's appointments are scheduled on Mondays; Thursdays are my grocery, tool, lottery and building supplies buying days.
Over the past weekend I had to deal with my asshole neighbor!  He steadfastly refuses to  replace the eaves trough he removed several years ago;  this causes all the rain runoff from his roof to end up in our basement.
The City of Rochester (NY) is worthless in this case!!  The code enforcement inspectors--after one finally chases down a website--say they can only fine him for non-compliance which are added to his tax bill.  He cares not one wit; his mother owns the house, is responsible for the taxes and never seems to question any rise in the total taxes.  Allegedly, the city can only fine him on a frequency of 60 days--but, only after I call.  So--not only do I call the code enforcement office each 60th day--I openly refer to him as 'the asshole next door;' even to him--face-to-face!!
Yesterday was such a discouraging day, I decided to just take a day off; ta' hell with everything!!  Due to the aforementioned 'asshole,' I vacuumed up 70 gallons of run-off from the basement last Thursday morning; Saturday morning, the total was 85 gallons--and--it rained again last night!! You got any idea how heavy a shop-vac filled with twelve gallons of water, is?!?  Try picking up 12 gallons of milk at the same time!!
So--the moral of the story is--if you're looking for a city to move to, DO NOT choose Rochester, N.Y.;  the city is governed and managed by owe-bamaesque inept boobs and the jobs are all but non-existent!!
Enough of my whining!!  Hopefully, on to more important--thought provoking--items.

This'n'That; April Twenty-Fourth #1; A Chicago 'Fit'

Brizard To Chicago Schools
This guy should fit right in with the 'gangster mentality' of the City of Chicago; "mediocre" is acceptable so long as the student tried his or her best!  Who determines 'best?!?'
Jean Claude Brizard has been the superintendent of the Rochester (N.Y.) City School District (RCSD) for a bit more than three years; prior to that-an administrator for 100+ NYC schools; prior to that-a teacher with NYC's primary jail, Riker's Island.  With Mr Brizard's "Riker's" experience, he should have been well suited for duty at RCSD-alas, no!  Seems Rochester's thugs measure up well to the Riker's Island population.
At last report, Mr Brizard got a whoppin' $223,600 to manage a failure!!  Prior  to his arrival, the RCSD 2007 graduation rate was 51%.  After six-months on the job brought the 2008 RCSD graduation to 48%; in 2009 a more dismal 42% and on-and-on.  The 'Brizard Era' is rife with financial, pay standards and curriculum inequities; pay raises up to 37%-based on what? A part-time, special assistant to the superintendent for $100,000; part-time? To do what?  ONLY five-percent of graduates ready for college?  That's just five out of one-hundred graduates, the lowest of New York's major cities!! [Rochester-5%; Syracuse-14%; Buffalo-15%; NYC-22%]

Former mayor and current Lt Governor, Bob Duffy, tried for several years to bring the RCSD under the domain of the mayor, much like the New York City schools (which are under the administration of Mayor Bloomberg).  It never happened.  I'm sure he gave it his best shot; Mr Duffy is a man not used to being defied.  He rose through the ranks of the Rochester Police Department, from patrolman to chief.  We'll never know how good a Duffy school administration may have been; how bad a Brizard school administration would have become!?!
He ain't our problem now!!  Rahm Emmanuel, former 'Chief of Thugs' for the owe-bama regime has finally done something positive for the citizenry-he removed our trash to become his head thug!!  Rahmmie baby, you're welcome to him!!

"Clown Prince" Weekly Blather; April 23rd

A Patriotic Response To The "Clown Prince;" 04/23/2011
barackingham Palace,
District of Corruption
Saturday, April 23, 2011

This is a time of year when people get together with family and friends to observe Passover and to celebrate Easter. It’s a chance to give thanks for our blessings and reaffirm our faith, while spending time with the people we love. We all know how important that is – especially in hard times. And that’s what a lot of people are facing these days.   Even though the economy is growing again and we’ve seen businesses adding jobs over the past year, many are still looking for work. And even if you haven’t faced a job loss, it’s still not easy out there. Your paycheck isn’t getting bigger, while the cost of everything from college for your kids to gas for your car keeps rising. That’s something on a lot of people’s minds right now, with gas prices at $4 a gallon. It’s just another burden when things were already pretty tough.   Now, whenever gas prices shoot up, like clockwork, you see politicians racing to the cameras, waving three-point plans for two dollar gas. You see people trying to grab headlines or score a few points. The truth is, there’s no silver bullet that can bring down gas prices right away.  But there are a few things we can do. This includes safe and responsible production of oil at home, which we are pursuing. In fact, last year, American oil production reached its highest level since 2003. On Thursday, my Attorney General also launched a task force with just one job: rooting out cases of fraud or manipulation in the oil markets that might affect gas prices, including any illegal activity by traders and speculators. We’re going to make sure that no one is taking advantage of the American people for their own short-term gain. And another step we need to take is to finally end the $4 billion in taxpayer subsidies we give to the oil and gas companies each year. That’s $4 billion of your money going to these companies when they’re making record profits and you’re paying near record prices at the pump. It has to stop.
[What I'm not telling you: Yup; you're right, prices are rising..... well...... except for me!  I ride around on taxpayer-funded transportation costing $182,000 per hour to operate.  The taxpayer is "paying the frieght" for me to travel 'hither, thither'n'yon' on fundraising bashes--to use against the vast majority of those same taxpayers in the next 'selection-for-election!!'  True, there is no way to bring gas prices down in the near-term!  The rise in prices is directly attributed to my failed fiscal and economic policies; the further in-debt the country goes, the less value  the dollar has.
The problem translates to this:  In September, 2000, the national debt was $5.6 Trillion and the national average of a gallon of gas was $1.56.  Currently, the national debt is $14.3 Trillion and the gas prices have risen to $4.21 per gallon in some US markets!  Oh, how I love the 'national pamphleteers!'  When gas prices rose to $2 per gallon, President George W. Bush was vilified!!  Currently, the national average is approaching $4 and no one seems to publically notice; nothing is attributed to my failing/failed policies!!  In keeping with my current campaign--the "Tour d'Lies (pron: Tour d'LEE)"--I'm 'fudging' on those oil production numbers-actually not telling the entire truth (surprise, Surprise!!).  Domestic oil production has been steadily falling since it's pinnacle in 1985!  The only increase has been in the Gulf of Mexico, despite my ignoring several court orders to end the drilling moritorium.
The Attorney-General's office won't prosecute meaningful cases so I'm tasking them with something they surely can manage: gin up something we can blame the rising prices on. Something the dependency class will believe, like price-gouging or the speculators driving the prices up!!  Neither will be the truth (again-surprise; Surprise!!) but the 'KoolAid drinkers' will believe most anything if it comes from barackingham Palace!!  The gas prices could be reduced by 35 to 50 cents per gallon--almost instantanously--by temporarily eliminating state and federal taxes!!  Will either do it..... NOT ON YOUR LIFE!!  What 'has to stop' is the continual "living beyond our means" by the federal government!!  Since my immaculation in January, 2009, we've driven up deficit-spending to stratospheric plateaus... on our way to even loftier levels!!  As I said during the original "Campaign of Fluff," I'm not against $5.00 gas, nor am I against sky-rocketing utility prices until we're all living in the Stone Age with unsustainable wind, solar and geo-thermal energy sources!!]
Instead of subsidizing yesterday’s energy sources, we need to invest in tomorrow’s. We need to invest in clean, renewable energy. In the long term, that’s the answer. That’s the key to helping families at the pump and reducing our dependence on foreign oil. We can see that promise already. Thanks to an historic agreement we secured with all the major auto companies, we’re raising the fuel economy of cars and trucks in America, using hybrid technology and other advances. As a result, if you buy a new car in the next few years, the better gas mileage is going to save you about $3,000 at the pump.   But we need to do more. We need to harness the potential I’ve seen at promising start-ups and innovative clean energy companies across America. And that’s at the heart of a debate we’re having right now in Washington about the budget.  Both Democrats and Republicans believe we need to reduce the deficit. That’s where we agree. The question we’re debating is how we do it. I’ve proposed a balanced approach that cuts spending while still investing in things like education and clean energy that are so critical to creating jobs and opportunities for the middle class. It’s a simple idea: we need to live within our means while at the same time investing in our future.   That’s why I disagree so strongly with a proposal in Congress that cuts our investments in clean energy by 70 percent. Yes, we have to get rid of wasteful spending – and make no mistake, we’re going through every line of the budget scouring for savings. But we can do that without sacrificing our future. We can do that while still investing in the technologies that will create jobs and allow the United States to lead the world in new industries. That’s how we’ll not only reduce the deficit, but also lower our dependence on foreign oil, grow the economy, and leave for our children a safer planet. And that’s what our mission has to be.
[What I'm not telling you:  There I go again with that euphemism: "invest!"  The common definition is:  'over-spending on unsustainable projects!'  As for 'renewable' energy: researchers are now finding evidence that petroleum deposits may be renewable; there may not be a finite limit to the unrecovered oil.
The new technology forced upon the auto manufacturers is rife with disappointment.  The companies would have trouble "giving the dam' things away;" it's been hard enough with the federal government paying $7,500 in 'bribes to the customer' to influence purchases!!  The key to reducing our dependence on foreign oil is more domestic production!!  To hell with these unsustainable energy sources; they're little more than political pay-offs to the tree-huggers among us!!  Without federal support, these "promising start-ups and innovative clean energy companies" would fall flat on their proverbial faces.  There's a reason few private investors have participated in clean-energy development:  In it's current form, it's unsustainable; unprofitable!!  Were I not the fascist I am; I'd realize that the 70% reduction is not doing enough; removal of all federal subsidies is the logical way to go, at least until my failed economic policies are brought under control: we live within our means!!  Were Soros to tell me he wants America to "lead the world in new industries," I only have to eliminate the various corporate taxes and have the federal government 'get the hell out'ta the way!!!! ]

This'n'That; April Twenty-Third #2; Tax Dead-beats!

owe-bama Knows How'ta Pick 'em!!
The "Clown Prince" is proving out as more despicable with every passing day!!  His picks for the regime's cabinet secretaries now include the most tax-cheats in the 'modern era!'  The latest to join this contemptible fraternity is 'General' Holder.  You remember him, right?  The one of "....my people...." fame!!  This from the New York Post:
{*}Under which rock does owe-bama find these vile specimens?!?
US Attorney General Eric Holder and his brother failed to pay the property taxes on their childhood home in Queens, which they inherited last August after their mother died, The Post has learned.  And because their ailing mom, Miriam, was already behind on two quarterly tax bills when she succumbed to illness on Aug. 13, the charges went unpaid for more than a year — growing to $4,146.  It wasn’t until The Post confronted Holder last week about the delinquency that he and younger brother William Holder finally paid up Friday, including $73.14 in interest.

This'n'That; April Twenty-Third #1; Debt Ceiling

Did republicRATs Roll Over 'n' Play Dead?!?
If you listen to 'Turbo-Tax' Tim Geithner--on one of the 'Sunday, talking-head shows last weekend--the deal has already been struck on the debt ceiling question.  I'm hoping the republicRATs are sharper than that; failure in raising the debt ceiling will not be the catastrophic implosion the owe-bamacRATs are implying!
As of a week ago, the fascists still had $76 Billion--of the $14.3 Trillion debt limit--they hadn't pissed away yet.  The current balance ($76B) is expected to last until May 16th, at which point the planet--as we know it--will implode into a firey hell, fueled by all the federal bonds that won't be paid off!!
The United States Treasury takes in roughly $6.3 Billion on a daily basis!  From today (04/23) until May 16th equals twenty-four days.  That means 'Turbo-Tax' Tim will take in  $151.2 Billion!!  Add that to the current balance of $76 Billion and the fascists will have a total of $227.2 Billion that must be wasted to ensure the federal government 'runs out of money!'
Can you and I run our checking accounts in the same fashion?!?! Not no, but HELL NO!!  We'd be in jail if we even came close to operating with the current regime's mindset!  This is nothing more than a political ploy to sway the American voter to follow the failed policies of Soros and owe-bama into financial oblivion!!  How tough can it be to determine the solution to be:  Cut spending below the level of income!!!

This'n'That; April Twenty-Second #4; "Tour d'Lies"

Can owe-bama Get More Disgusting?!?
[This is another of those ubiquitious emails--you know the kind--that travels all over the internet.  The subject is the most despicable one concerning "Clown Prince" owe-bama, yet!!  I'm getting closer to believing this vile individual doesn't even know when he's "delving into verbal fabrication!"]

Obama's father served in WW II, really?

Of all the things I've seen or heard about owe-bama on the internet, NONE has hit me like this!   How can we not believe some of the charges about citizenship, religion, etc., after hearing what he says on this? owe-bama said his father served in WW II? Barack's father served in WW II?   He said so in a speech. Here is an 18 second video:
{*}Is he a compulsive liar?   Were there no reporters who checked or double checked these statements and called the party on this?   They did for everyone else.   Why not him?
CNN News clip: >> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fv4jnlkxOaw

Like it or not, here are the TRUE facts:

Barack Hussein Obama Sr.,  (owe-bama's father) Born: 4/4/1936 Died: 11/24/1982 at the age of 46.   He was 5 years old when WW II started, and less than 9-1/2 yrs old when it ended.

Lolo Soetoro (owe-bama's step father) Born: 1935 Died: 3/2/1987 at the age of 52.   He was 6 years old when WW II started, and 10 years old when it ended.

Either would have been the youngest Veteran of the war.
Watch the video. RIGHT OUT OF HIS MOUTHAnd the media doesn't say anything.   If you doubt it, Google both of these guys.  It appears owe-bama doesn't know how to tell the truth -- or he doesn't care about telling the truth, or perhaps he doesn't know when he isn't telling the truth (which is also a very scary angle).   Talk about STOLEN HONOR! Had this been Bush, the media would still be on this! {*}
The CNN clip of owe-bama is surprising. I guess I shouldn't be surprised that this lie wasn't uncovered, questioned or debated before the Nov. 2008 election. Oh well, he must have just "forgotten" the facts, again. Or perhaps he really doesn't even know the difference between truth and fabrication?   This should be sent to every Veterans group in the U.S.A.
Stolen Honor! I'm insulted...... are you?

This'n'That; April Twenty-Second #2; owe-bama's Lies!

Campaign Needs A New Euphemism!
During the first owe-bama campaign of 'selection-for-election,' I sorta named it the 'Campaign of Fluff' to illustrate the complete lack of verifiable facts, policies, plans or proposals.  This new campaign for 'American Ruler' logically became the 'Campaign of Fluff-Redux.'  This latest euphemism is so 'last year' that a new one is 'a must!'  Why don't we call it the "Tour d'Lies?!?"  What caused this change-of-mind was the owe-bama lie about America having less than 2% of the world's oil reserves.  Some of the lies and ignored or distorted facts of the "Tour d'Lies:"
  • The world-wide oil reserves have been so under-estimated and so mis-stated that the United States may very well have upwards of 40% of proven, recoverable oil reserves.
  • The United States has 27.1% of proven, recoverable coal reserves; nearly three times the tonnage of our nearest competitor-Russia.
  • The most blatant lie of the owe-bama regime is the misrepresentation of domestic oil production.  This quote from the "Clown Prince" on March 11th:  "We need to continue to boost domestic production of oil and gas, "he said. "Last year, American oil production reached its highest level since 2003. Let me repeat that. Our oil production reached its highest level in seven years. Oil production from federal waters in the Gulf of Mexico reached an all-time high. For the first time in more than a decade, imports accounted for less than half of what we consumed. So any notion that my administration has shut down oil production might make for a good political sound bite, but it doesn’t match up with reality,"
  • The "Clown Prince" is leaving out the part about US' total oil production has steadily declined since it's peak of 8.9 million barrels per day in 1985.
Practically everything from the 'princely' lips--if not a blatant, outright lie--is an obfuscation of the true facts.  That being the case, nothing of the "Tour d'Lies" should be believed!!!

This'n'That; April Twenty-Second #1; NBPP-Frauds!

owe-bama 'Contract' Thugs!
owe-bama--during the past 'Campaign of Fluff'--used the New Black Panthers (New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense[NBPfSD]) to 'enforce' his message; to 'suggest' voting patterns at various polling places in several cities.  This group is used by both Soros and owe-bama in the same capacity as the SEIU's "Purple People Beaters"-convincing voters to make the 'right' choices!!
NBPfSD has a rally planned for Saturday, April 23, 2011 as noted on their website: http://www.dayofactionmovement.org/If the rally holds true to the NBPfSD philosophy, it may turn into a bloody, violent conclave!
On the aforementioned website, the NBPfSD lists their 'what, where, when, why, how' particulars of the world-wide rally, with a partial list of American and foreign cities to be ravenged.  The part I take exception to is the 'why' of the program: "Because blacks world-wide are dissatisfied at their current condition"  [Emphasis, mine-poor grammar!].
The "blacks' condition" is directly the fault of the progressive, fascist democRAT/owe-bamacRAT party.  In this modern era, the dependency class can be attributed to the Kennedy/Johnson administrations through the promotion and funding of various 'suck at the federal tit' programs-aimed directly at the negro!  LBJ's "Great Society" did the exact opposite of it's state purpose, by holding down the lower class Americans by destroying the national work ethic, individual self-esteem and the individual desire to achieve "the American dream."  The scope of dependency was-and-is ever advanced by 'Jimmuh Cahtah (Carter),' "Slick-Willie" Clinton and owe-bama; progressive fascists-all!!
the NBPfSD would be better served to march directly to 'barackingham Palace' in the District of Corruption and deliver their demands directly to their 'messiah' barack insane owe-bama.  The "Clown Prince" uses and abuses everyone he can; everyone who doesn't support his and Soros' plan for a 'one-world government.'
Wake up, Jackasses!!

This'n'That; April Twenty-First #3; Debt Ceiling

Here We Go With Another 'Emergency!!'
First we had President Bush signing onto the TARP legislation forced through Congress by the fascist majority-the banks had to be bailed out immediately or the world as we knew it, would implode into a black hole somewhere out there in the universe!
Then we had the $787Billion PORKulus legislation forced through Congress by the fascist majority-the economy had to be saved, jobs had to be created and unemployment levels had to be reduced or the world as we knew it, would implode into a black hole somewhere out there in the universe!
Then we had the fictitious tax cuts that were nothing more than a continuation of the 'Bush era' tax rates, begrudgingly agreed to by the "Clown Prince!"
Then we had the on-going 'continuing resolutions' to fund the government for  a coupl'a weeks at a time, compromised upon by a republicRAT House majority, ignoring the 'Tea Party' mandate that swept them into office.
Now we have the raising of the debt ceiling or--again--the world as we know it will collapse into a black hole somewhere out there in the universe.
Everything the current regime does is defined as an 'emergency' so grevious that the entire (insert name here) sector will collapse unless more money is thrown at it.  The debt ceiling is nothing more than a quasi-balanced budget action, just approached backward.  Rather than yours and my budget, where we cut spending to arrive at a financial balance; the federal government just raises the limit towhich they can spend; just bass-ackward of the real world approach!!  Realistically, it has the same emergency level as your wife/girlfriend chipping her nail polish!!  It's a load'a crap!!
What happens if the ceiling is not raised?  Not much, if anything.  The Treasury has money coming in every day from various taxes, tariffs and fees.  The Treasury--with current cash on hand--can fund operations for a couple of months beyond the arrival at the ceiling.  If all else fails, the Treasury will just 'monetize the debt;' print more money!
If--and I repeat: If--the republicRATs in the House want to return to their cushy career part-time jobs, they'll refuse to raise the debt ceiling for any reason!  They will force owe-bama to yet again, cave in to the 'Tea Party' mindset: Reduce Spending; as he did with the 'Bush era' tax rates; as he did with the alleged budget compromises!!  Just like you and I, the "Clown Prince" would be forced to reduce spending in all categories to stay under the current ceiling.  Think the House will refuse?!?

The Muslim 'Take' On Christianity
At the outset of each campaign, the "Clown Prince" seems to find religion; religion of the masses-Christianity!  Having two or three muslim fathers to show him the way, owe-bama embraced the muslim religion, early on.  Now in the early stages of the "Campaign of Fluff-Redux," he's found Christianity, once again.  This time he's trying to--if not quote--relay a semblance of some knowledge of the topic.  Here's a quote from one of the "Clown Prince's" recent blatherings:

"....we are reminded that there’s something about the resurrection -- something about the resurrection of our savior, Jesus Christ, that puts everything else in perspective."

Just mentioning the words "resurrection and Jesus Christ," does not convey any knowledge on those two subjects.  He's just referring to them in passing. He seems to have had a point to the statement but lost it somewhere along the way!   Thusfar, the owe-bamas have attended church a whoppin' four times since his inauguration.  He certainly stands at the fore in muslim issues.  The "Clown Prince" and George Soros are now--through Hillary Clinton--proposing funding Hamas, al Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood in Libya with 'non-lethal' supplies-while in Iraq and Afganistan, he orders the killing of those same terrorists.  owe-bama aught not start wars, then go off golfing only to leave the 'heavy lifting' to others!

This'n'That; April Twentieth #1; Any 2nd Amendment Left?!?

Is Your Shotgun Going Away?!?
The shotgun--as we know it today--first made it's appearance in a primitive form in 1776, just in time for the American revolution.  It's nearest 'ancestors' are the smoothbore rifle and the blunderbuss, neither of them nor the shotgun have rifled barrels (lands and grooves).  These weapons have been used in every armed conflict since then; at times, the weapon-of-choice of some (including yours, truly!).  I've always maintained it's more advantageous to wound most of several adversaries, than to kill one of several adversaries.
The ATF has been studying the possibilities of further reclassifying and regulating shotguns in their continuing efforts to subvert the Second Amendment.  You and I can agree that owe-bama is the most aggressive 'gun-grabber' in the modern era, right?!?  His ultimate goal--via the ATF--is to completely circumvent the Second Amendment.  If this comes to pass, another phrase I'll subscribe to is: "....from my cold, dead hands!"
The ATF has been studying barrel lengths, pistol-grip stocks, in an effort to classify various shotguns as 'sporting weapons' or 'distructive devices.'  I intend to go this weekend to buy another 'distructive device;' one with a 16-1/2" barrel, 6-shot capacity and pistol grips.... then defy someone to come for a visit!!!

Has Anyone Besides Me, Noticed....
The last several blather opportunities, the "Clown Prince" has primarily blathered at colleges and universities at the teenies and twenties-hardly ever does he blather at adults.  Has he realized that the adult audience member doesn't fall for his bullshit any more; that the teenies and twenties are such naive adolescents who fall into the trap of "If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything!"
The 2006-2008 "Campaign of Fluff" certainly proved that verifiable facts are not necessary in a fascist presidential campaign.  During that campaign very few blatherings were before adult audiences.  owe-bama's approval ratings have been dropping like a brick since his first month in office.  On January 22, 2009, owe-bama's presidential approval rating was '+30.'   From March 7,'09 until June 20,'09, the "Clown Prince"--with few exceptions--had sunk into positive single digits.  By June 30 '09, he sunk into negative territory and never recovered to this day!!  owe-bama's highest rating occurred just TWO DAYS into his regime: +30; his lowest rating thusfar has been '-24 (09/09/2010);' currently (04/20/'11) '-16.'
If the "Clown Prince" continues to promulgate his non-budget package his negative ratings will continue to plummet!!  To verify my numbers and to learn how these statistics were and are developed, see:

The Arizona's Senate passed that state's 'birther' bill (House Bill 2177) with a vote of 20-9; the House by a vote of 40-16 (with 4 non-votes). Governor Jan Brewer in her less-than-infinite wisdom, vetoed it.      Given the voting majority in both houses, an override of the governor’s veto would seem plausible; possible. This'n'That; April Nineteenth #2; New Class....

The Problems Within
At the outset, I'd like to state that I feel both the federal and the New York State governments have over-spent for years-and-years, no matter the party in power.  Had I been in charge--at the federal level--there would not have been any 'continuing resolutions!!'
Depending on the faction you're listening to; the federals have an income problem; a spending problem; a wealth-redistribution problem.  I contend that we have a 'spending-category' problem!  Yes, the federals' spending far surpasses the federal 'income,' but look where it's being spent:
  • $787Billion for 'shovel-ready' projects that never existed; for investments in infrastructure creation and repair that never materialized.
  • The 54% of American adults that are on some form of federal wealth-redistribution-funded by the 46% of American adults that actually pay taxes.
  • Many Americans, while paying federal income taxes, actually make a profit in the process!!  With the 'Earned Income Credit' and the 'Making Work Pay' tax credit, Americans actually are refunded more money than they paid in federal withholding.  If the federals weren't in the business of buying votes, they might consider any tax credits applicible up to the total of the individual's/families' federal withholding amount.  No Profits!!
Both the federals' spending and redistribution practices are creating a "Super Walmart" mentality; a "Super Walmart" class of Americans!!  Memers of this new class take the results of their sucking at the federal tit to the Super Walmart and buy cheap foreign crap that may last until the celebration of their next birthday.  owe-bama, Soros and like-minded fascists--worldwide--will continue these practices until the American economy implodes-thus, further paving the way to a one-world government!

This'n'That; April Nineteenth #1; Signing Statements

'Signing Statements;' Anyone Ever Hear Of 'em?
Has anyone ever heard of 'signing statements' prior to owe-bama abusing the priviledge?!?  Now we find out the owe-bamacRATs--and their forerunners, the democRATs--were continually whining about an alleged 'Bush-43' abuse; apparently, these whines weren't considered important enough to report.  Maybe, it's just me being 'out-of-touch!!'
Signing statements originated with President James Madison.  They were traditionally used as a ceremonial instrument; at times to set the general tone of the sitting president's opinion of the attached legislation.

  • "Ronaldus-Magnus" is credited with 'beefing-up' signing statements, possibly as a way to influence the legislation's interpretation by the courts and various agencies of the Executive Branch.
  • President 'Bush-41' went further with the practice by having 'colloquies' inserted into the legislative debates; using said 'colloquies' to interpret statutory provisions.
  • "Slick-Willie" Clinton signed 105 'signing statements' during his two terms, primarily in the area of 'foreign affairs (NO, not the "Lewinsky"-type affairs!).'  As an example: "Slick" declared one provision in the subject statute unconstitutional and instructed his Attorney-General not to defend it if challenged.
  • (Now, I run into conflict!)  I find two totals for the number of 'signing statements' issued by President 'Bush-43.' The site: http://www.cdi.org/laws/fleming-presidential-signing-statements-022807.html indicates that President Bush issued 'more than 800' signing statements in his first six years in office.  The site: http://www.coherentbabble.com/listGWBall.htm indicates an eight-year total of 160 signing statements.  A break-down of the larger total indicates: 77 involved exclusive presidential authority over foreign affairs; 37 involved 'commander-in-chief' powers; 82 involved the 'unitary executive' theory.
Here, we've arrived at the subject of the current kerfuffleowe-bama again reneging on a 'Campaign of Fluff' promise, this time-not to issue 'signing statements!'  The "Clown Prince" took issue with non-payment for some of the czars in Soros' "shadow cabinet" in the latest budget bill.  Do we need more of this kind of "hope'n'change?"
