This'n'That; August Fifth #2; Rule By RULE

{Out of sequence? Check http://www.justincase505.wordpress.com/}
"Clown Prince" owe-bama Methods Of RULE
    Just in the month of July, the owe-bama Regime has proposed 229 new rules and finalized 379 other rules previously in the pipeline.  that's a total of 608 new rules in just a single month!!  These are primarily new EPA rules, new owe-bamaKare reform rules and financial reform rules which will cost the citizen and the business community $9.5 BILLION in regulatory compliance costs.  This information indicates that the "Clown Prince" initiated his 'laser-like focus' on jobs, earlier than he had announced!  These rules will be huge job killers, not quite the focus we had hoped for; but the focus we've come to expect from this regime.
    The previous paragraph reminds me of a 'Paul Bagala' quote from the "Slick-Willie" Clinton era:

"Stroke of the pen, law of the land.  Pretty cool."
Here's some examples of 'strokes-of-the-pen' from the same era:
In 1996, "Slick-Willie" 'locked-up' 6.1 MILLION ACRES using the Antiquities Act of 1906, with the purpose of preventing natural resource discovery and recovery.  Stroke of the pen, land and rights gone. Pretty cool.
In 1997, Norma Cantu, "Slick-Willie's" Undersecretary of Education for Civil Rights deemed that race-based college administrations continue.  Ms Cantu invalidated SAT and ACT testing programs due to racial impact. Stroke of the pen, federal government controls all things-education. Pretty cool.
In 1998, Andrew Cuomo, "Slick-Willie's" HUD Secretary took $60MILLION in federal funds from New York City because he didn't like Mayor Rudy Guiliani's homeless program.  Stroke of the pen, federal funds evaporate. Pretty cool.
This example from the President George W. Bush-43 Era:
In 2004, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service stopped the construction of a San Beradino County hospital and school; why?  Because EIGHT (endangered) New Dehli Sand Flies were found on the job site.  The county was forced to spend $4MILLION to relocate the bugs.  Stroke of the pen, bugs win. Pretty cool.
    Can you see the pattern here?!?  Every dam' time the government power brokers (at any level) get involved in anything, it costs the American citizen, the American taxpayer millions-and-millions of dollars in worthless expenses to placate the group making the most noise, like the reverse-racists and the environmentalist whackos!
Til Nex'Time....
