This'n'That; November Fourteenth #2; No Deal?!?

Rush Says "No Deal!"
    When caller to his radio show asked Mr Limbaugh for his take on the possibility that the Joint Select Committee on Deficit Reduction (or the mis-nomer: Super Committee) will or will not arrive at a deal, Rush said: "No Deal!"  A 'deal' would be that republicRATics and owe-bamacRATics agreed to  $1-point-5 ThousandBillion in spending cuts "over-ten-years."
    To have 'no deal' means the "obama-water-carrying" media will automatically blame the republicRATics.  No matter who 'mucked up the waters,' the owe-bamacRATics will be absolved of any blame, whatsoever!!  The likely areas of cuts are defense and a cuppla'entitlement programs.  The republicRATic senators and representatives will be blamed for the various cuts involving their states; the various cuts involving their constituencies!!  This was an owe-bamacRATics' fore-gone conclusion, even before the individual participants were appointed.  The republicRATics just failed to realize--as they always do--the depths to which the owe-bamacRATics will sink to achieve their goals!! 
This 'Super Committee' bullshit is far more political than it is economic or fiscal!!
    The owe-bamacRATics are also the prime users of the phrase: "....over ten years." 
This phrase has no positive meaning, what-so-ever!! 
This phrase intimates that future members of Congress will honor prior agreements, when history proves otherwise!!  Each incoming numbered Congress is under 'no obligation, what-so-ever,' to honor any agreement entered into by any previous numbered Congress!!
