    "Clown Prince" obama IS the most racist president since the CSA's Jefferson Davis, and that was 147 years ago!!  Now the ass-clown is instituting more racist policies aimed at putting the negro student on a higher plateau than all others, even those who actually strive for the highest levels of academic excellence.  This latest executive order--currently unnumbered, dated July 26, 2012--(Executive Order--White House Initiative on Educational Excellence for African Americans) is ment to work hand-in-hand with order #13532 (Promoting Excellence, Innovation and Sustainability at Historically Black Colleges and Universities). 
    I expect both these 'clownish' executive orders to be viewed by most Americans as racist, nothing more than continuing "Clown Prince" obama's class and race warfare.  This seems quite natural for a racist trying desperately to keep his job.  Given the negro voter is nearly as disillusioned with the "Clown Prince" as the average American voter, this pair of orders is just more 'grasping-at-straws,' trying to charm the negro voter back into 'the fold.'

    The Department of Education's own findings indicate the negro student percentages have been gaining since race became an issue (1976). 
In 1976, the three largest racial components in colleges and universities were:
White-82.6%, Negro-9.4%, Hispanic-3.5%.
In 2009--the most recent year available--the demographics were thus:
White-62.3%, Negro-14.3%. Hispanic-12.6%.
    Do the non-white races need the 'Clown Prince prop-up?!?'  Statistically, just the opposite!!  In the 33 years covered by these statistics, the AWBs (Average White Boys) have dropped drastically, while the other two sub-divisions have made remarkable gains without "Clown Prince" obama's interference.  The white demographic dropped nearly 25% while the negro participation increased by 53%.  The real surprise--at least to me--is the HUGE 250% increase posted by the hispanic students; truly amazing!!! Where were/are the financial and moral incentives for the hispanic student?  They are continually at the bottom rung of those ladders!
