A Patriotic Response to the "Clown Prince;" 01/26/2013

    Here in America, we know the free market is the greatest force for economic progress the world has ever known. But we also know the free market works best for everyone when we have smart, commonsense rules in place to prevent irresponsible behavior.  That’s why we passed tough reforms to protect consumers and our financial system from the kind of abuse that nearly brought our economy to its knees. And that’s why we’ve taken steps to end taxpayer-funded bailouts, and make sure businesses and individuals who do the right thing aren’t undermined by those who don’t.  But it’s not enough to change the law – we also need cops on the beat to enforce the law. And that’s why, on Thursday, I nominated Mary Jo White to lead the Securities and Exchange Commission, and Richard Cordray to continue leading the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

[What I'm not telling you:  Here in barackingham Palace, there's not a soul who can define "free market" without checking Wikipedia!!  How 'bout I give you a minor treatise on the subject? 
The whole free-market system depends on the coordinaton of the various aspects of the system with very minimal, preferably NO control from any level of organized government.  We here in the United States do not have a true free market economy, but--we have the alternative--a socio-fascist economy:  You can sell anything you want so long as the federal government approves the product; approves the price; approves the availability; approves the retail consumers, essentially strangles the marketplace until a particular commodity or item offered for sale needs a subsidy to survive.   Once that point is reached, the federal government has attained complete-and-total control over some--if not all--of the socio-fascist marketplace. 
    These
"....smart, commonsense rules in place to prevent irresponsible behavior...."
are diametrically opposed to logic!  The rules I--and previous presidents--have put into place both intiate and continue the socio-fascist plan for control of commodity and product markets to the advantage of increased federal control of as many factors of freedom as possible!  Many entrepreneurs have discovered the complete and total effects of said "irresponsible behavior...." the behavior that will eventually initiate the destruction of his endeavor!!  Without governmental intervention, the inappropriate behavior will eventually self-correct the direction of the enterprise.]   

    Mary Jo White has decades of experience cracking down on white-collar criminals and bringing mobsters and terrorists to justice. At the SEC, she will help complete the task of reforming Wall Street and keep going after irresponsible behavior in the financial industry so that taxpayers don’t pay the price.

    Richard Cordray is a champion for American consumers. After the Senate refused to allow Richard an up-or-down vote when I nominated him in 2011, I took action to appoint him on my own. And since then, he’s helped protect Americans from predatory lenders, launched a “Know Before You Owe” campaign to help families make smart decisions about paying for college, and cracked down on credit card companies that charge hidden fees. But Richard’s appointment runs out at the end of the year, and in order for him to stay on the job, the Senate needs to finally give him the vote he deserves. As President, my top priority is simple: to do everything in my power to fight for middle-class families and give every American the tools they need to reach the middle class. That means bringing in people like Mary Jo and Richard whose job it is to stand up for you. It means encouraging businesses to create more jobs and pay higher wages, and improving education and job training so that more people can get the skills that businesses are looking for. It means reforming our immigration system and keeping our children safe from the menace of gun violence. And it means bringing down our deficit in a balanced way by making necessary reforms and asking every American to pay their fair share. I am honored and humbled to continue to serve as your President. And I am more hopeful than ever that four years from now – with your help – this country will be more prosperous, more open, and more committed to the principles on which we were founded.
[What I'm not telling you: Unless you're a complete socio-fascist, the Mary Jo White appointment makes no sense at all!  This appointment will allow me--as well as other Bilderberg Group members--to achieve thousands-of-percentage-point profits much like my Secretary of State did in the early '90s in cattle futures!!  Ms White should develop connections in the investment world to provide the same service that was provided to Hillary "Rob'em" Clinton.   These 'connections' will be similar to those she currently enjoys with the law firm of Debevoise and Plimpton, which is, and I quote from Wikipedia: 
For the past 10 years, she has been Chair of the litigation department at Debevoise & Plimpton. Among other duties, she has used her influence and connections to protect Wall Street CEOs from prosecution. 
This is exactly what I need in a recipient of my political largess; someone who will have the future obligation to keep my fuzzy, brown-over-white, ass out of prison for the treasonous acts I've continually committed at the behest of The Bilderberg Group. 
    Any student of socio-fascist politics will remember that "pinky" reid and I colluded--well, not directly--to momentarily have the Senate gaveled 'out of session so that I could install Richard Cordray as a recess appointment; an appointment as director of The Bilderberg Group's latest scheme: the CFPB, which would never be approved if the Senate were officially in session.  The rest of this blather opportunity is "pure-d-bullshit!!"
Take for instance, this quote I insisted on:

Can you--or anyone--find a more ludicrus statement I've ever made?!?!?
I've continually lied to all of America, particularly those who actually have jobs; those who actually drag their rears out-of-bed every day for work. 
No one was to be subjected to higher taxes....  Yea, that's going well, isn't it?!?

Well kiddies, the Secret Service Presidential Protection Unit should have a local golf course cleared by now.  We just have to round up several to chase my errant shots into the bushes, then I'll be off to the course!!]
