This'n'That; July Twenty-Second #1; NFL vs 111th Congress

This entry is far too f'ed up to even consider editing!  See: http://www.justincase505.wordpress.com/ for a duplicate entry!!!
Who's The More Intelligent?!?
    Remember the 111th Congress?
The 111th Congress as well as barackingham Palace were controlled by the socio-fascist owe-bamacRATs.  The 111th Congress brought us such gems as the PORKulus bill (aka: American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009), owe-bamaKare (aka: Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act), among others.  barackingham Palace brought us countless executive orders.
Remember the X-Speaker Nancy PORKlosi who gave us that stunningly intelligent quote:   The owe-bamacRATics were--sadly--in control of everything legislative; of everything executive; of mostly everything judicial!!  They used this control to 'cram-down' practically every piece of legislation needed to increase and expand their level of control; their levels of personal power.NOTE: A 'trade association' cannot sign-off on a collective-bargaining agreement; only a union can.
"But we have to pass the bill so you can find out what's in it, away from the fog of the controversy."

Now let's fast-forward to today:  Allegedly, the NFL owners have voted to ratify  the latest (ten-year) collective bargaining agreement with player personnel.  Commissioner Roger Goodell did his best 'Nancy PORKlosi impersonation,' while not going as far as she in demanding the approval of a document that hadn't been read:
Smartly, the players--through their representatives--refused to sign 'anything they've not read.'  This would indicate to me that those folks who smash heads, twist arms (actually, not figuratively!) and knock other folks flat-on-their-asses, are far smarter than both the former and current 'crops' of the ruling class!!
"....There's an urgency to this.  We want to have a full 2011 season that includes the four preseason games.  We're up against the wall."

Much like the over-reaching NLRB (National Labor Relations Board), the NFL owners are urging (bordering on 'ordering') the players to reform the 'players union' that was dissolved back in March as negotiations deteriorated.  At the time of dissolution, the players formed a 'trade association' which allows them as a unit, to sue the owners group to rectify issues covered by current anti-trust legislation.

Thus far, the owners group didn't get the eighteen-game season they desired; it may come later--possibly for the 2013 season.
See my point here?!?  The players' organization seems far more intelligent than the PORKlosi-led owe-bamacRATic 'sheep!'
Til Nex'Time....
