[These are the same clowns that the obama Handler Group used for voter intimidation in Philadelphia during the last presidential election.  These are the same clowns that the obama Handler Group used to 'stir shit' in Oakland after the manslaughter verdict in the shooting of a black man by a BART police officer.  I found websites referencing their '10 Point Platform,' here it is, edited for brevity-with comment { http://www.newblackpanther.com/ }.]

1.  We want freedom.  We want the power to practice self-determination and to determine the destiny of our community and THE BLACK NATION.

Your REAL  complaint is with the black leaders of this and previous eras.  The Jesse Jacksons, the Al Sharptons and the Van Jones' have convinced the black man in America that they're owed everything they want, while sitting on their dead-asses and suckling from the federal, state and local tits.  My national background is Mohawk, Irish, English and German.  I grew up 'dirt poor' in the late 1940s, '50s and early '60s.  My parents raised six kids in a house in a small New York village that cost LESS THAN $1,500!!  That's ONE thousand, FIVE hundred dollars!!  My siblings and I started 'working for wages' at 14 or younger.  We got our FIRST TELEVISION in 1963 [when I was 17; I was next to the youngest!!]!!  We weren't allowed to 'sit around on our dead-asses;  we worked for wages OR we worked at home.  As an adult I work for everything I got, with one exception:  In 1982[?] I applied for and received a SINGLE PAYMENT OF $122 in food stamps from Steuben County, New York, to feed my family.  When I was back on my feet, I tried to pay it back-they had no procedure to accept repayment;  the county REFUSED MY MONEY!!  I then donated $125 to the local Salvation Army 'Kettle Drive' the next Christmas.

2.  We want full employment for our people and we demand the dignity to do for ourselves what we have begged the white man to do for us.  We believe further in:  POWER, WEALTH and ARMS IN THE HANDS OF THE PEOPLE!

Look around you!  The power and the wealth IS IN THE HANDS OF THE PEOPLE!!  People like the decendents of George Eastman, George Pullman, John D. Rockefeller, Alfred P. Sloan, Henry Ford, Andew Carnegie--as far down "the food chain" as W.H. Gunlocke--all who worked for a living, invested their money and sweat into ideas that turned into businesses; that turned into the giants of their respective industries. [I suspect they 'dragged' several thousand employees of ALL RACES into millionaire status, along the way!!]  Many of these families went broke more than once before they hit on the 'right formula' for success!!  Again, I've worked hard all my life AND I've been 'wiped out' three different times.  At one point, I lived 'under a bridge' in Kansas City, Mo.  Did I quit??  Did I whine to 'the man' for a hand-out??  F*CK NO!!!!    Only once did I ASK for food stamps; for ONE MONTH--to feed my family!!  I'm just 'an average joe'  with a high school diploma; my wife, the same.  Now, in my retirement years (she still works, God Bless her!!), we own a brand-new car, a two-family home (NO mortgage!!), several hundred ounces of silver, some gold, a couple-thousand shares in such stocks as Ford, Frontier Communications, GMAC, Berkshire-Hathaway, GlobalScape, National Grid, AmbiComm, Siris-XM Radio;  several thousand shares spread over ELEVEN MUTUAL FUNDS, and we ain't even countin' our 401Ks or IRAs.  See, sport?? IT CAN BE DONE, even by average schlubs like us--with sacrifice, perserverance and determination!!

3.  We want tax exemption and an end to robbery of THE BLACK NATION by the CAPITALIST.  The "jews" were given reparations.  The Japanese were given reparations.  The black, red and brown nations must be given reparations.  The American white man owes us reparations.  England owes us reparations, Spain and all of Europe.  Africa owes us reparations and repatriation.  The Araba owe us reparations.  The "jews" owe us raparations.  All have taken part in the AFRICAN HOLOCAUST and the slaughter of 600 million of our people over the past 6,000 years.  In general and 400 year [sp] in particular.  We know that this is a reasonable and just demand tat we make at this time in history.

Don't presume to speak for me or most others of 'North American' descent!!  My mother was eligible for monthly payments from the Bureau of Indian Affairs--but REFUSED!!  Nor do I want the taxpayer's money,--I'll earn my own, thank you very much!!  Your black, brown, green, and purple 'nations' must eventually break the cycle of dependency on taxpayer money, or ANY MONEY (read: DRUG MONEY) that ISN'T EARNED!!

4.  We want decent housing, fit for shelter of human beings, free health-care (preventive and maintenance).  We want an end to the trafficking of drugs  and to the biological and chemical warfare targeted at our people.

In my middle adulthood--after THIRTEEN YEARS of honorable military service--I too wanted adequate housing.  Guess what?!?!  I went out and got one full-time and two part-time jobs to afford the luxury of home ownership!!  Get off 'the tit' and ON THE JOB!!  We live in one of the more prosporous cities in New York State (not NYC!!), where my wife drives through black neighborhoods and inner-city ghettos on her way to work.  Whadd'ya 'spose she sees?  It's the black thugs on the street corners selling the drugs to andy and all customers!  Wake up to the facts, Bub!!  Take the next cuppla generations and raise up the kids in TWO-PARENT HOUSEHOLDS, make 'em do their homework; set curfews and enforce 'em;  make 'em graduate hight school!!  Contrary to popular belief, college isn't for everyone; those who aren't college material would benefit attending a technical high school, in preparation (NOT reparation) for adult life in America!!

5.  We want educaiton for our people that exposes the true nature of this devilish and decadent American society.  We want education that teaches us our true histor/herstory and our role in the present day society.  We believe in an educational system that will give our people "a knowledge of self."  If we do not have knowledge of self and of our position in society and the world, then we have little chance to properly relate to anything else.

Aa-Haa, we agree on something!!  I want a factual, honest history education for each and every LEGAL American student; race, crede, color and gender-notwithstanding!!  BUT, with the possible exception of the Republic/State of Texas, it ain't happenin'!!  Whe have the liberal, socialist-fascists up to and including the current "Clown Prince" obama to thank for the recurring revisionism.  For instance, try t find a current text book that references the Founding Fathers never expecting the republic they installed to last more that one-hundred years!!  Or, read about FDR and the depression.  No where will you find any reference that WITHOUT the FDR interference, the depression would have ended FIVE YEARS EARLIER!!

6.  We want all Black Men and Black Women to be exempt from military service.  We will not fight and kill other people of color in the world who, like Black People, are being victimized by the white racist government of America.  We will protect ourselves from the force and violence of the racist police and the racist military, "by any means necessary."

I'm confused, kind sir!  I was assured when obama was selected for election that racism would end upon that election..... What's up with that??  Statement #6 does a huge disservice to a great many of YOUR PEOPLE who served honorably and with great distinction in America's wars, including the Civil War--both north and south, WWI, WWII, Korea, Viet Nam, Iraq, Afganistan and the many 'little skirmishes' in-between!!  Many of those valuable warriors went on to distinguished military careers, to wit:  GENERAL Benjamin O. Davis, Sr. (the FIRST black general), GENERAL Benjamin O. Davis, Jr. (the FIRST Tuskegee Airman), GENERAL Colin Powell, COLONEL Allen West, to name but a few.

7.  We want an immediate end to POLICE HARRASSMENT, BRUTALITY and MURDER of Black People.  We want an end to Black-on-Black violence, "snitching," cooperation and collaboration with the oppressor.  We believe we can end police brutality in our community by organizing Black self-defense groups (Black People's Militias/Black Liberation Armies) that are dedicated to defending our Black Community from racist, fascist, police/military oppression and brutality.

A sure-fire way to reduce or end poice contact.....  Don't act like a thug; don't hang out on street-corners, trying to act intimidating;  don't persist with criminal activity!!  That "black-on-black" thingie..... You're on your own, there;  I don't understand it, myself!!

8.  We want freedom for all Black Men and Black Women held in international, military, federal, state, county, city jails and prisons.  We believe that all Black People and people of color should be released from the many jails and prisons because they have not received a fair and impartial trial.  'Released' means 'released' to the lawful authorities of the Black Nation.

Are you sure item #8 isn't another attempt at humor??  What earthly reason would prompt the first sentence??  Ya do the crime--ya do the time!!! Direct and to the point!!  Most of America believed that O.J. Simpson didn't receive a fair and impartial trial.... and yet.... HE WALKED!!  If one is to be a criminal, one had better hire the best, most crooked lawyer available!!   "..released to the lawful authorities of the black nation....??"  What the Hell is that all about??  We must assume you mean the New Black Panthers, right??  Now this 'authority??'   Which does it come from: "Clown Prince" obama or the obama Handler Group??

9.  We want all Black People when brought to trial to be tried in a court by a jury of their peer group or people from their Black Communities, as defined by white law of the Constitution of the United States.  We believe that the courts should follow their own law, if their nature will allow (as stated in their Constitution of the United States) so that Black People will receive fair trials.  The 6th Amendment of [sp] the United States Constitution gives a man/woman a right to an impartial trial, which has been interpreted to be a "fair" trial by one's "peer" group.  A "peer" is a person from a similar economic, social, religious, geographical, environmental, historical and racial background.  To do this, the court will be forced to select a jury from the Black Community from which the Black defendant came.  We have been and are being tried by all white juries that have no understanding of the "average reasoning person" of the Black Community.

Hey, Skippy.... You can't just REdefine words on a whim; to suit your 'cause da jour.'   If you had consulted your copy of West's Encyclopedia of American Law, you'd have discovered that 'peer' is defined as:

1. Equals-those who are an indiidual's equals in rank and station;
2. The traditional phrase 'trial by a jury of his peers' means trial by a jury of citizens.

10.  We want land, bread, housing, education, clothing, hustice and peace.  And, as our political objective, we want NATIONAL LIBERATION in a separate state or territory of our own, here or elsewhere, "a liberated zone" ("New Africa" or Africa), and a plebiscite to be held throughout the BLACK NATION in which only we will be allowed to participate for the purposes of determining our will and DIVINE destinay as a people.

Again, you can leave most of us 'RED' guys out'ta the mix!!  Even though you think the "pasty, white guys" stole the land form it's rightful, native owners, it was more a bad real estate deal made by those same natives!!  Here again, if you'd stay away from those liberal, socialist, fascist REVISED history books, you'd understand more of the background  concerning your stated positions and demands.  Go to the largest library in your area and check out pre-1955 world and American history books.  In each book, go to the back, until you find the "index."  In that index, go to the 'L' page and look up "Liberia."  In one or both books, you should find a true, honest, UNREVISED and expanded recitation of the information below.  See, Skippy..... you ain't hit on nuttin' new!!  There's folks far brighter than you who looked into the same solution....and made it work.....without subsidy!!

• Liberia, officially the Republic of Liberia, is a country on the west coast of Africa, bordered by Sierra Leone, Guinea, Cote d'Iviore, and the Atlantic Ocean.  As of the 2008 census, the nation is home to 3,476,608 people and covers 43,000 square miles.
