The FSA (Fascist States of America) as envisioned by the Soros/Jarrett/owe-bama regime has just increased by 100%-to a total of two states as Kentucky joins Indiana on the roster. The U.S. Supreme Court upheld the assertion that local police have the right to announce their presence-then kick a door in! While I do believe that drug dealers are almost as despicible, almost as vile as "Clown Prince" owe-bama, my question is: when their rights are abridged-how long will ours be safe?!?
It pains me greatly to agree with an avowed fascist as I applaud Justice Ruth 'Buzzy' Ginsberg who wrote the "Supremes" dissenting opinion:

“The Court today arms the police with a way routinely to dishonor the Fourth Amendment’s warrant requirement in drug cases. In lieu of presenting their evidence to a neutral magistrate, police officers may now knock, listen, then break the door down, never mind that they had ample time to obtain a warrant.”
