Some 'More Equal' Than Others!
    The 'Ground Zero' mosque versus burning the Koran [or Quran, Qur’ān, Coran or al-Qur’ān]:  Contrary to the prophet "Clown Prince," (Att'y) General Holder or General David Petraeus; both these abominations are Constitutionally protected acts.  While "Clown Prince" 0bama and General Holder continue trashing the U.S. Constitution, they might bode well to read the First Amendment and the FIVE FREEDOMS contained therein!!
    Remember all the burning American flags during the 1960s??  Where were the legislators then??  We had to shut up and sit down, lest we upset the 'Freedom of Speech' exhibited by those flag burners.  In this case, we have to excuse the "Clown Prince," he was born SOMEWHERE in 1961 and thus, probably too young to remember; if old enough-too liberal to care.  General Holder, born in 1951, IS old enough to remember but again, too liberal to care!!
    I don't know which book you carry to worship service, but the one I carry DOES NOT demand that I kill anyone and everyone who doesn't worship as I do!!  Listed below are just a few of the THIRTY-THREE Koran references I've found that advocate death to non-believers:

"Clown Prince" 0bama STILL Pissin'!
This wonderfully ridiculous "Clown Prince" --most likely spurred on by that wonderful financier, George Soros--is in Cleveland promoting his latest boobification of the American economy.  He wants another porkulus package; never mind that the first two failed miserably!!

• The TARP [$356 BILLION] boobification worked as planned [more federal control] but failed in 'fixing' the American economy.
• The Porkulus [$787 BILLION] boobification worked as planned [more federal control] but failed in 'fixing' the American economy.

Now the "Clown Prince" needs another $50 BILLION to fix the American economy!!   

The Clown ostensibly 'needs' this money to:

[I realize that fascism is all about federal control of everything; but at some point even the most devout fascist should show at least a modicum of compassion for the common man and woman.  We ARE NOT as stupid as he would believe!!]

1.  — A $50 billion infrastructure investment to rebuild and repair the nation’s roads, railways and runways.
2. — A permanent extension of research and development tax credits for businesses.
3. — Tax breaks to let businesses quickly write off 100 percent of their spending on new plants and equipment through 2011.

   
Correct me if I'm wrong BUT, wasn't highway maintenance and repair one of the major points of the first Porkulus bill??  The only thing I've seen are those costly highway signs [as above] giving "Clown Prince" 0bama credit for saving America's highways!!

[In New York, the state published engineering instructions that estimated the biggest, 84-square-foot signs could cost between $6,000 and $8,300 each to make and install.]

    Wouldn't it make good sense to have ALL R and D money completely TAXFREE?  American ingenuity could and would be turning out new and/or improved products almost moment-by-moment!!

Big Labor’s Legacy of Violence               
When it comes to terrorizing workers, the head of the AFL-CIO knows whereof he speaks:

    To mark Labor Day 2010, President Obama will join hands with AFL-CIO president Richard Trumka in Milwaukee, and they will pose as champions of the working class. Bad move. Trumka’s organizing record is a shameful reminder of the union movement’s violent and corrupt foundations.
    The new Obama/AFL-CIO power alliance — underwritten with $40 million in hard-earned worker dues — is a midterm shotgun marriage of Beltway brass knuckles and Big Labor brawn. Trumka warmed up his rhetorical muscles this past week with full-frontal attacks on former GOP vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin. He indignantly accused her of “getting close to calling for violence” and suggested that her criticism of tea-party-bashing labor bosses amounted to “terrorizing” workers.
    Trumka and Obama will cast Big Labor as an unassailable force for good in American history. But when it comes to terrorizing workers, Trumka knows whereof he speaks.  Meet Eddie York. He was a workingman whose story will never scroll across Obama’s teleprompter. A nonunion contractor who operated heavy equipment, York was shot to death during a strike called by the United Mine Workers 17 years ago. Workmates who tried to come to his rescue were beaten in an ensuing melee. The head of the UMW spearheading the wave of strikes at that time? Richard Trumka. Responding to concerns about violence, he shrugged to the Virginian-Pilot in September 1993: “I’m saying if you strike a match and you put your finger in it, you’re likely to get burned.” Incendiary rhetoric, anyone?
    A federal jury convicted one of Trumka’s UMW captains on conspiracy and weapons charges in York’s death. According to the Washington, D.C.–based National Legal and Policy Center, which tracks Big Labor abuse, Trumka’s legal team quickly settled a $27 million wrongful death suit filed by York’s widow just days after a judge admitted evidence in the criminal trial. An investigative report by Reader’s Digest disclosed that Trumka “did not publicly discipline or reprimand a single striker present when York was killed. In fact, all eight were helped out financially by the local.”
    In Illinois, Trumka told UMW members to “kick the s**t out of every last” worker who crossed his picket lines, according to the Nashville (Ill.) News. And as the National Right to Work Foundation, the leading anti-forced-unionism organization in the country, pointed out, other UMW coalfield strikes resulted in what one judge determined were “violent activities . . . organized, orchestrated and encouraged by the leadership of this union.”
    Trumka washed off the figurative bloodstains and moved up the ranks. As AFL-CIO secretary, he notoriously refused to testify in a sordid 1999 embezzlement trial involving his labor-boss brethren at the Teamsters Union. No surprise. Thugs of a feather: Trumka’s violence-promoting record echoes the riotous Teamsters strikes dating back to the 1950s, when the union organized taxicab companies to target workers with gas bombs, bottles, and fists.
    And now, Trumka is spearheading a Democratic get-out-the-vote campaign by far-left groups — publicized in the revolutionary-Marxist People’s World — to “energize an army of tens of thousands who will return to their neighborhoods, churches, schools and voting booths to prevent a Republican takeover of Congress in November and begin building a new permanent coalition to fight for a progressive agenda.”

Take those as literal fighting words. The bloody consequences of compulsory unionism cannot be ignored.

Speaking Of Union "Thugs"
   AFL-COI's "Thug-in-Chief" has gone on the attack; his current victim: Sarah Palin!  During a blather opportunity with the Christian Science Monitor editorial board, Richard "killing-for-the-union-is-ok" Trumka noted that Ms Palin has ascended a position of leadership in opposition to the "Clown Prince" and fascism.  His primary rant concerns her suggesting that union membership would be better served supporting "the common sense, conservative movement."  Mrs Palin's Facebook page has the following quote in response to Trumka's rantings:

    Not only do we have "Michelle-the-Moocher" whining about all the 'fat kids' in America; not only do we see "Michelle-the-Moocher" shovelling ice cream into her pie-hole at a "2-40 gait;" not only does "Michelle-the-Moocher" have an ass "due credit--a forty-dollar mule;" we now have the ruling class suggesting that doctors write prescriptions to--and for--fat kids!! With the great numbers of America's children on drugs to alter/control their tempers, attention span, etc; They'll now be subjected to fat control drugs as well!!  Only in America..!!

My son brought a packet of papers home from school during the first week of classes. This packet was from our county health department and his school, in cooperation with the federal government. The program is We Can [Yes, We Can], and is supposedly devoted to ending childhood obesity. I went to the website at wecan.nhlbi.nih.gov/. I was shocked (shocked, I say) to find a part devoted to community organizers.
The packet consisted of charts telling us what foods to give our kids regularly, which foods to give them occasionally, and which foods are better avoided. It's a good thing we have nannies in Washington now, because we parents are such ninnies we don't know what foods to give our children.
The piece de resistance was the final paragraph in this packet. I'm paraphrasing, but it said that we all must be concerned with fighting childhood obesity because unhealthy eating will lead to unhealthy citizens and a huge health care bill down the road that WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO AFFORD. Yes, they will steal our money to give to others for their healthcare, but when it comes time to pay for our own care, foreget about it!

    On Monday, we celebrate Labor Day. It’s a chance to get together with family and friends, to throw some food on the grill, and have a good time. But it’s also a day to honor the American worker – to reaffirm our commitment to the great American middle class that has, for generations, made our economy the envy of the world.  That is especially important now. I don’t have to tell you that this is a very tough time for our country. Millions of our neighbors have been swept up in the worst recession in our lifetimes. And long before this recession hit, the middle class had been taking some hard shots. Long before this recession, the values of hard work and responsibility that built this country had been given short shrift.
[What I'm not telling you:  The 'Handler Group' modeled this regime after one of my favorite idols, Frankling Delano Roosevelt.  FDR managed to prolong "The Great Depression" several years beyond it's normal lifespan, as I am doing with "The Great Recession!!" You've heard me whinin,' pissin,' and moanin' about the millions upon millions (Heh!!) of jobs this regime as saved or created.  (How the hell does one even quantify a 'saved job'??)  I've done FDR 'one-better,'  he had to create all those "alphabet" agencies to put people to work--I just ignore the facts and toddle onward!!  That "...throw some food on the grill...." thingie...??  Ever notice: After "Michelle-The-Moocher" whines and bitches about all the fat kids.... ya see her stuffin' her pie-hole with ice cream by the 'boat-load?!?!?"  WHEW...!! That's gonna make some hips on that ol' girl!!!]
    For a decade, middle class families felt the sting of stagnant incomes and declining economic security. Companies were rewarded with tax breaks for creating jobs overseas. Wall Street firms turned huge profits by taking, in some cases, reckless risks and cutting corners. All of this came at the expense of working Americans, who were fighting harder and harder just to stay afloat – often borrowing against inflated home values to pay their bills. Ultimately, the house of cards collapsed.  So this Labor Day, we should recommit ourselves to our time-honored values and to this fundamental truth: to heal our economy, we need more than a healthy stock market; we need bustling main streets and a growing, thriving middle class. That’s why I will keep working day-by-day to restore opportunity, economic security, and that basic American Dream for our families and future generations.
[What I'm not telling you:  I can't take ALL the credit for the housing bubble and it's collapse!!  It was "Slick-Willie" Clinton and Andrew Cuomo, his HUD Secretary, who forced Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae to loosen their requirements and put more and more people into houses they couldn't afford and had no desire to pay for.  Now that Freddie and Fannie are bankrupt and require Billions in bailouts each year.... I'M LEFT HOLDING THE BAG!!  I gotta plan..... We blame this whole housing thing on GEORGE BUSH!! I say it enough, the sheep (taxpayers) will believe it!! Ya know....... I'm a walkin' talkin' breathin' OXYMORON!!  I preach about having a healthy stock market, a bustling main streen and a growing, thriving middle class....... and yet,........ I'm practically OWNED BY THE UNIONS!!  Anybody BUT the unions thriving, IS NOT the union goal.  The union management is the union goal!!]
    First, that means doing everything we can to accelerate job creation. The steps we have taken to date have stopped the bleeding: investments in roads and bridges and high-speed railroads that will lead to hundreds of thousands of jobs in the private sector; emergency steps to prevent the layoffs of hundreds of thousands of teachers and firefighters and police officers; and tax cuts and loans for small business owners who create most of the jobs in America. We also ended a tax loophole that encouraged companies to create jobs overseas. Instead, I’m fighting to pass a law to provide tax breaks to the folks who create jobs right here in America.  But strengthening our economy means more than that. We’re fighting to build an economy in which middle class families can afford to send their kids to college, buy a home, save for retirement, and achieve some measure of economic security when their working days are done. And over the last two years, that has meant taking on some powerful interests who had been dominating the agenda in Washington for far too long.
[What I'm not telling you:  Have you had the opportunity to check out what I've done sofar with the roads and bridges??  When you do, you'll see these really neat, pretty signs saying I did it!!  Those signs ONLY cost $300 each PLUS installation!!  What'ta deal, right?!?!  Any more to be done, YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN!!  As for the high-speed railroads.... if we just stick to the trackage leased by Amtrack, we'll need about a Trillion Bucks to upgrade infrastructure and to develop safety, security hard and software.  Another 'real deal,' right?!?!  THEN we... 'n' by 'we,' I mean YOU.... get to subsidize it ad infinitum while no one rides it!!]
That’s why we’ve put an end to the wasteful subsidies to big banks that provide student loans. We’re going to use that money to make college more affordable for students instead.
[What I'm not telling you:  We effectively 'nationalized' an entire private industry--essentially destroying ALL BUT ONE of the lenders of student loans.  That ONE is The State Bank of North Dakota, coincidentally, in the home state of Senator Kent Conrad, Chairman of the Senate Budget Committee!!  How special is that?!?! With the nationalization of said student loan industry, we've made 35,000 more Americans eligible for some portion of the federal tit!!  Again, How special is that?!?! BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!!  Now we control who goes to college, what college they attend, what political party the student belongs to, what the student's religion is, what the student's major is.....see, we now CONTROL EVERYTHING about ANY STUDENT, foreign or domestic!!  Ain't that George Soros a real smarty?!?!]
That’s why we’re making it easier for workers to save for retirement, with new ways of saving their tax refunds and a simpler system for enrolling in retirement plans like 401(k)s. And we’re going to keep up the fight to protect Social Security for generations to come.
[What I'm not telling you:  Even with my lack of any economic or financial experience what-so-ever; even with Congress' track record of heretofore mismanaging the various federal entitlement programs; most of the sheep known as 'taxpayers' will follow along blindly, allowing the executive and legislative branches to continue their contest to see who can piss away more money, faster!!  Who--in their right mind--would even consider loaning the federal government a tax refund at such an interest rate as to be mathematically nill??  Those same sheep, that's who!!  The 'Handler Group' has a plan that I hesitate to refer to.  (Shush!!....Don' tell nobody I tol'ya this!!)  At least once a year if not more often, they plan to tweek the IRA and 401(k) regulations and convince the sheep that each tweek is to their advantage.  In reality, the tweeks will result in nothing more than controlling how much an individual can invest in his or her retirement fund; how much said retirement fund can grow, how said retirement fund is dispersed.  The more an individual has in retirement, the less he or she is dependent upon the federal tit!!  Without more and more dependency, thus control, the fascist way of life--the fascist way of rule--will collapse.  If that collapse comes by way of restoration of a constitutional republic, the timetable of my plan to become UN Secretary-General will have to be stepped up!!  That may not be so bad..... I always wanted to be a 'general,' anyway.]
That’s why we stopped insurance companies from refusing to cover people with pre-existing conditions and dropping folks who become seriously ill.
[What I'm not telling you:  Of course I'm going to brag about forcing the insurance companies to stop considering pre-existing conditions when marketing their products.  What you don't realize is that there's no provisions for controlling the costs of insurance to those with pre-existing conditions.  The companies are free to charge what they feel will cover their outlays.  The 'Handler Group' which formulates what I think and what I say and what is programed into my teleprompter have intentionally left out one important fact in the talking points I blather on and on about.... The insurance can continue to morally and ethically, "nail your ass to the wall!!"  Pre-existing conditions portion of the unconstitional 0bamaCare legislation DOESN'T EVEN KICK IN UNTIL 2014!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Isn't that special!!!  Rather cleaver of Soros--wasn't it--to leave it out of the talking points!!]
And that’s why we cut taxes for 95 percent of working families, and passed a law to help make sure women earn equal pay for equal work in the United States of America.
[What I'm not telling you:  Actually both 'Turbo-Tax' Tim Geithner and I were surprised so many Americans bought into that ruse!!  The actual brilliance involved here is that we decided to call 'it' a tax cut when 'it' was actually a cash rebate.  We sent each American a check for a measly $300; each pair of joint tax filers a check for a measly $600.  I congratulate 'Turbo-Tax' for coming up with this scheme!!  While this regime does not rely on 'cash in the bank' to piss away; it looks better on the books if there's seemingly, a strong incoming cash flow to disguise our faulty Keynesian economics!!  Think of the detrimental effects of even a measly 2% actual cut in the tax rates that reasonably could go on for years.  The actual rate cut would have amounted to real savings to the American taxpayer--something that can not be tolerated by this regime!!]
   This Labor Day, we are reminded that we didn’t become the most prosperous country in the world by rewarding greed and recklessness. We did it by rewarding hard work and responsibility. We did it by recognizing that we rise or we fall together as one nation – one people – all of us vested in one another. That is how we have succeeded in the past. And that is how we will not only rebuild this economy, but rebuild it stronger than ever before.
[What I'm not telling you: In less than five years, we'll be overtaken by China in the areas of real GDP growth, manufacturing output, defense spending, federal gold ownership, all the areas that have any significance.  We will be relegated to the status of my home country of Kenya...... a THIRD-WORLD RAT-HOLE!!  Oh, in closing I'd like to point out one more thing:  There's a new website that I prefer you not check out; if you do, don't believe a word of it!!  That's http://www.theblaze.com/; another offering by that dam' Glenn Beck!!  Just when I had the fascist media reduced to mere phamphleteers, he has to come along--AGAIN--to post "the rest of the story!!"]

This'n'That; September Third ["Education;" Sebelius;World Tax]

The Fascist 'Education' Begins Soon
    Kathleen Sebelius notwithstanding, America is facing a dramatic 'education' in the alleged 'benefits' of 0bamaCare!!  During the next few months, corporations--large, medium and small--will 'shop' their employee health care insurance benefits around, looking for a better "bang for the buck."  The consensus of those who should know is that any renewed contracts will probably have DOUBLED CO-PAYS as well as adding $80-$100 per pay period, to the EMPLOYEE PORTION of premiums.  Many health insurance companies are NOT writing any NEW PRIVATE INSURANCE CONTRACTS. 
**How's that FREE 0bamaCare workin' for ya, now??**

Speaking Of Kathleen Sebelius....
Mrs Sebelius is acting the part of a fascist 'camp whore,' mouthing bullet points in the socialist playbook.  Sebelius will prove inept in counteracting the growing dissention in the voter ranks.  With 0bamaCare unsustainable without massive reductions in healthcare procedures or massive increases in taxes of every sort, I've not been able to uncover very many of them:

The combination of a 3.8% surtax on investment income, contained within the health care reform package, and the expiration of the Bush tax cuts threaten to derail the tenuous economic recovery in the US as well as endanger future growth. Currently, the long-term capital gains tax rate is 15%. Expiration of the Bush tax cuts and the imposition of the investment surtax will raise the long-term capital gains rate to 23.8%, a 58.7% increase.

The reason for the increased wrath: Republicans. Some 77% of them now oppose the law, up from 69% the past two months. Among Democrats, 68% favor the law, down from 73% in July.

Either tax increase on its own would have a negative effect on business expansion; together, the effects are deleterious.  The companies that will be hardest hit are those with innovative products or services that have enjoyed modest success and are poised for expansion.  ANY negative change in the tax structure; either adding new taxes or the necessary massive increases in current taxes, will not ride well with the electorate!!

   One can not expect Reaganomics results while practicing 0bamanomics!

"Clown Prince" 0bama Supports A 'World Tax'

    The "Clown Prince" thinks an average, middle-class total tax rate approaching 50%....... is just not quite enough!!!  He's agreein' with "The Binderberg Group; [not to be confused with the Handler Group-which tells 0bama what to say and think]"  a conclave of world-wide high muckety-mucks of the fascist, socialist, communist persuasion.

    This fascist group seems to understand national sovereignty; much as they'd like to, this international sovereignty policy does not allow for one country or international organization to assess taxes upon another.  The group has proposed thus:

Several options: A 10-cent-per-barrel tax on oil at the well-head, a surcharge on international travel by air and sea and a charge for cross-border financial transactions.

“Tax harmonization” so high-tax countries could compete with more tax-friendly nations—including the United States—for foreign investment. They would “harmonize” taxes by forcing the rate in the United States and other countries to rise so that socialist Sweden’s 42-percent level would be “competitive.”
“Transparency” of bank accounts and credit cards to a UN agency yet to be established. This “transparency” would mean that an international body, at the stroke of a computer key, could examine your bank accounts, credit cards and other financial information. The IRS would have access, too.

The "Clown Prince" has found another fascist president who agrees with him on the UN's quasi-world tax; Richard Trumka-president of the afl-cio. One might note that this is the same 'Trumka' that settled out-of-court on an all-cash payout for being at fault in a wrongful death suit in 1993. It seems that some of Mr Trumka's striking miners shot one Eddie York in the head; and the miners continued to stone the victim, so much so that he died before rescuers could reach him to render medical aid. One might also note that the union thug visited [or was summoned to] the white house over thirty times during this regime.

News The Pamphleteers 'Missed'

    The Daily Caller [Google this name] reported yesterday [08/18] that Arne Duncan, Obama's Secretary of Education, will speak at Al Sharpton's August 28 rally in Washington D.C., seen by some as a counter-protest to Glenn Beck's march on the same day.
    Sharpton was quoted in a blackvoicenews.com story asking black people nationwide to attend his rally, which, by extension, he says casts doubt on Beck's message.  Duncan's presence there will certainly aid in that effort. Sharpton claims education is this century's civil rights issue. Does that fact alone explain Duncan's presence?

The U.S. Department of Education's spokesperson hung up on The Daily Caller Wednesday when seeking clarification regarding the Secretary of Education Arne Duncan's planned speech at an Aug. 28 protest march that the Rev. Al Sharpton and his National Action Network (NAN) are holding to counter Fox News commentator Glenn Beck's "Restoring Honor" rally...

Hamilton hung up the phone on TheDC when contacted for further comment, refusing to answer actual questions, including whether Duncan believes the Tea Party is racist or if he believes Beck is trying to "hijack" the American dream, or comment any further on Duncan's planned participation in the rally...

Fascists Continue To Re-write History

Edward "Ted" (Phatt) Kennedy

....this time it's Edward "Ted" (Phatt) Kennedy and the goings on surrounding 'The Chappaquiddick Incident;' you remember that... where Mary Jo Kopechne lost her life due to Phatt's complete incompetence and depraved indifference to human life..... Yea, that time!  Here's what really happened-complete with the official opinions:

    During the evening of July 18, 1969, Phatt Kennedy, Mary Jo Kopeche and many others attended a party at 'Lawrence Cottage' on Chappaquiddick Island which reunited "the boiler-room girls;" six girls--including Kopechne--who had worked on Robert Kennedy's 1968 Presidential campaign.  Phatt Kennedy was also competing in the Edgartown Yacht Club Regatta on the neighboring island of Martha's Vineyard.  Phatt and Ms Kopechne left the party together at approximately 11:15PM, 07/18/69, ostensibly to drop Ms Kopechne at her hotel.  Phatt got the keys to his mother's Oldsmobile sedan from his chauffeur--John Crimmins--which leads one to believe this outing was nothing more than another Kennedy "bop 'n' drop," sexual encounter.  If she had not expected to return to the party, why did Ms Kopechne leave her purse and hotel key there??

Dike Bridge (with Guardrails-POST 1969)

    In the many official reports and pamphleteer accounts of the death, Phatt Kennedy took a wrong turn onto Dike Road and at the approach to the Dike Bridge, applied his brakes, went over the side of the bridge--the vehicle landing upside-down in several feet of water.  Kennedy said that he was able to swim from the car; Ms Kopechne was not.  Kennedy also said that he called her name several times from the shore; swam down to the car "7-8 times" but was unable to rescue her.
    After the crash, Phatt Kennedy returned to the party.  On that return, he passed FIVE houses with WORKING TELEPHONES!!  Throughout the remaining early-morning hours, Phatt pissed away any possible Kopechne rescue by:

1. Casually talking with the participants upon his return to the party.
2. Swimming the 500 ft channel back to Edgartown [when there were several vehicles at the party site that could have driven him to the nearest police station {Did he REALLY swim the channel fully dressed??}]
3. Changing his clothes and taking a nap in his hotel room.
4. At 7:30AM, 07/19, Phatt Kennedy was back at the Yacht Club, chatting with the winner of the previous day's race.
5. At 8:30AM, 07/19, the fat bastard FINALLY GOT AROUND to reporting the accident and murder to the police in Edgartown.

Dike Bridge-Vehicle recovery,1969

The police attempted their own unsuccessful rescue upon arriving at the accident scene.  The sheriff then called for vehicle-recovery equipment and a rescue diver.  The diver had this to say about the accident:

"It looked as if she were holding herself up to get a last breath of air. It was a consciously assumed position. ... She didn't drown. She died of suffocation in her own air void. It took her at least three or four hours to die. I could have had her out of that car twenty-five minutes after I got the call. But he [Ted Kennedy] didn't call."

— diver John Farrar, Inquest into the Death of Mary Jo Kopechne, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Edgartown District Court.

Phatt, with his political connections, was ONLY CHARGED with--and pled guilty to--leaving the scene of an accident causing injury. He received a suspended sentence.
    A 'secret' inquest was ordered by the Massachusetts Superior Judicial Court.  The inquest found:

1. "Kopechne and Kennedy did not intend to drive to the ferry slip and his turn onto Dike Road had been intentional".
2. "A speed of twenty miles per hour as Kennedy testified to operating the car as large as his Oldsmobile would be at least negligent and possibly reckless."
3. "For some reason not apparent from [Kennedy]'s testimony, he failed to exercise due care as he approached the bridge."
4. "There is probable cause to believe that Edward M. Kennedy operated his motor vehicle negligently ... and that such operation appears to have contributed to the death of Mary Jo Kopechne."
5. Under Massachusetts law Boyle, having found "probable cause" that Kennedy had committed a crime, could have issued a warrant for his arrest, but he did not do so.[36] District Attorney Dinis chose not to pursue Kennedy for manslaughter, despite Judge Boyle's conclusions.

Sometime after all the hub-bub surrounding Ms Kopechne's death; Phatt Kennedy--personally--bought her parents' silence with a one-time payment of $90,904, plus a one-time payment of $50,000 from his insurance company.

Ted Kennedy an Innocent Chappaquiddick Victim

This is one story that U.S. News /World Report's Washington Whispers might want to keep to a low whisper or risk even more ridicule than what they are already receiving. Paul Bedard, writing in Washington Whispers, quotes Kennedy's biographer and former girlfriend who claim that Ted was really an innocent victim of the Chappaquiddick accident. Here is Kennedy biographer Burton Hersh making the case for Kennedy as merely a lousy driver:

Now, a year after Kennedy died, his lifelong biographer Burton Hersh, armed with fresh interviews with Kennedy's mistress at the time, tells Whispers that the whole July 1969 episode should have been handled as a simple crash, leaving the senator's legacy untainted. "It was a car accident," he says. "Ted was a terrible driver. He never paid much attention to where he was going."

In any event, loyal lifelong biographer Hersh continues to play a sympathetic note on his violin:  Darn that mighty Ted Kennedy moral compass. That is what got him into so much trouble. Oddly enough, despite his laughable defense of Kennedy, Hersh admits that his type of woman is a...bimbo:

"He took a tremendous blow on the head," says Hersh. In interviews following the crash, Kennedy displayed confusion and amnesia, he says.
Wasn't Ted married to Joan Kennedy at the time of the accident? No matter. Perhaps his biographer figures it is better to show that Kennedy was unfaithful rather then culpable in Mary Jo Kopechne's death.

"If the thing had been handled properly, the first thing they would have done is put him in a hospital. Then they would have said he was a victim of an auto accident and didn't know what he was doing and couldn't be held responsible for anything that happened really after that, which would have been a fair explanation," says author-journalist Hersh, who knew Kennedy since they were classmates at Harvard. "But instead, he felt terribly guilty about the whole thing ... tried to take responsibility and ... just confused the issue."   As for Kennedy being interested in the straight-laced Kopechne, Hersh says that was highly unlikely. "She wasn't Ted's kind of babe. She was a long way from being a bimbo."

My 'take' on the truth:  Phatt Kennedy actually killed TWO PEOPLE in this whole fiasco!!  Mary Jo, when he failed to do all he could in her rescue AND the unborn child his wife was pregnant with, and subsequently miscarried!  We can thank Ms Kopechne for one thing, though:  The "Chappaquiddick Incident" created an atmosphere where Phatt could never be elected president!!!
