'The Dick' said--during a Scott Pelley blather opportunity--that monthly Social Security checks being sent couldn't be guaranteed if there's no debt ceiling deal.
'The Dick' probably doesn't even know, but what the slimy bastard failed to mention is: Social Security benefits are an entitlement and--here's the part owe-bama doesn't know--entitlements aren't subject to debt ceiling constraints!!
