RINOs Help obamacRATics Set Up Non-Fulfillment
    "The Immigration Control and Reform Act of 1986" was the brainchild of Senator Alan Simpson (r-Wy) and Rep Romano Mazzoli (d-Ky), commonly known as "Simpson-Mazzoli."  Much like the "Secure Fence Act of 2006" and the current 'illegal-democrat' bill with the 1,200 page AMENDMENT,  promised/promises all kinda shit; all of which is arbitrary, depending on which party of the ruling class was/is in power and how much they chose/choose to ignore.
   H.R. 6061, "Secure Fence Act of 2006" was signed into law by President George W. Bush on October 26, 2006.  This legislation required 698 miles of fencing be built along the entirety of the country's southern border.  On March 16, 2010, "Clown Prince" obama ordered that continued building of the southern fence be suspended until further notice.  At the time of the socio-fascist suspended fence construction, approximately 169 miles (San Diego, Ca., to Yuma, Az) had been completed. 


Anything less IS NOT BORDER SECURITY!

    This 1,200 page monstrosity has five conditions that CURRENTLY have to be met:

• 1.  A comprehensive border security plan set up by the current administration that has a geat aversion to the truth as well as keeping it's commitments (obama's out: any one of his current minions has no compunction in ignoring any and all directives; his lack of truthfulness, integrity, ethics, etc), and
• 2.  20,000 additional Border Patrol agents deployed, maintained and stationed on the southern border (obama's out:  nowhere does the amendment say "permanent; permanently;" his lack of truthfulness, integrity, ethics, etc), and
• 3.  700 miles of fencing along the southern border must be completed (obama's out: suspending funding; not letting the contracts; his lack of truthfulness, integrity, ethics, etc), and
• 4.  The mandatory employment verification system must be fully implemented (obama's out: suspend development; suspend implementation; suspend funding; suspend usage requirements, his lack of truthfulness, integrity, ethics, etc), and
• 5.  The mandated electronic entry/exit system has been fully implemented at all international air and sea ports of entry within the United States where U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers are currently deployed (obama's out: suspend deployment; suspend implementation; selected ports-of-entry; partial deployment/implementation; his lack of truthfulness, integrity, ethics, etc)

which--according to the amendment--must be met in their entirety before any further amnesty provisions can be implemented.  How long do you think it'll take "Chuckie-Cheese" Schumer, "The Putz of Park Avenue," to find a tv camera or a Sunday show to start bitching about the 'unfairness' of it all, that it's a dam shame that these unfortunate "illegal democrats" can't immediately have all the amnesty benefits that will eventually be accorded them? {This 'Putz' thingie: that applies to any and all legislation that restricts currently-illegal democrats in any way!}

    Only Senators Lamar Alexander (Tn) and Lindsey Grahamnesty (S.C.) will be running for re-election during the mid-terms of 2014.  Senators Murkowski, Rubio, Kirk, Ayotte and Hoeven will be running in the presidential election year of 2016.  The remainder will be running in 2018, providing the republic still survives! 

When tweeting about Senator Rubio, I precede his name with the title "RINO."  I intend to extend this policy to each RINO senator on the aforementioned list.  For those running in '16 and '18, it'll be tough to hold their collective feet 'to-the-fire' but something should be done to insure said miscreants are reminded of their misdeeds in the face of the majority public opinion!

    Each and every one on the list as well as the entire obamacRATic party serve as a glaring example that the federal government has grown to unmanageable size!  Not only does the left hand not know what the right is doing; both parties conspire with one-another to screw the American taxpayer 'to-the-wall!'  Eventually the national debt coupled with politicians' demands for ever more funding for one whacky idea or another, will cause the nation to implode!

    "Clown Prince" obama (CPo) has finally gone beyond ineptitude, beyond incompetence to a state of mental derangement, a trip into functional madness!!  I intend to contact my invisible senator, Kirsten Gillibrand to see if the Palace psychiatrist has been involved in CPo's mental-health care.  Never-the-less, TFI, CPo (That Fuckin' Idiotic, "Clown Prince" obama) has been isolated in his madness, to wit:
a couple'a days ago TFI, CPo trotted 'Big Sis,' Janet Napolitano out to announce the ludicrus plan to release imprisoned illegals, pretending that's it's more than a publicity stunt ahead of the miniscule sequestration budget cuts.  TFI, CPo wrongly believes that the 'Big Sis' announcement isolates him from this treasonous, impeachable act; sadly though, the "Clown Prince" hasn't thought this through.
Firstly, Hillary "Rob'em" Clinton is no longer available--as a member of the regime--to 'take responsibility' for his stupidity. TFI, CPo might consider asking her replacement, John Forbes-Heinz-Kerry to step in and announce his 'Hillaryesque' intentions!!
Secondly, by definition said "Clown Prince" is responsible for any and all actions, statements, declarations, stupid thoughts ANYONE  in his administration undertakes!!  Hence, he and other cohorts are subject to impeachment proceedings although the various obamunists will keep him from legal action.
    The general populus--including the low-information voters--should be outraged!  About a month ago, TFI, CPo issued twenty-three (?) Executive Orders, some of which instructed ICE and Border Patrol agents to detain and incarcerate only those illegals convicted of serious--felony--crimes.  Hence, 'Big Sis' will--and can only--release the murderers, the rapists, the human traffickers, the traffickers of monumental amounts of drugs, possibly others in various stages of ill repute!!

    What's happening is the illegal aliens (committing a fraud most Americans won't do!) are claiming dependent children--still living in Mexico or other home countries--on their income-tax returns.  In two cited cases, the fraudulent returns are netting $10,300 for nine nieces and nephews; $11,000 for seven nieces and nephews, who've NEVER BEEN TO THE U.S.!!  In anonymous interviews, some illegal aliens admitted they actually send most or all the additional IRS payments to help support the claimed 'nieces and nephews' actually living in their home countries!!

[Blogger Note:]  "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" has not fared well during his reign.  His highest daily approval number was only thirty (30) and that occurred just the second day after his immaculation.  The last time the "Clown Prince" had a positive approval number was June 29, 2009 (ONE); that's nearly three-years of falling, failing approval by surveyed voters.
    In an effort to prop up his boss' numbers, 'General' Holder is taking the fascist tact of completely ignoring 'fairness' while--out of the other side of their mouths--blathering on about the necessity for fairness. 
    The Social-Justice Department is whining that the Texas law is unfair to hispanics who may not have identification papers.  Bet these 'hispanics' drive cars, own guns, etc!!!  The Social-Justice Department in cahoots with socio-fascist federal judges, are currently in the process of blocking--or refusing to approve--a required photo ID to vote in several states.  While the 14th, 15th, 19th, 23rd and 24th Amendments to the Constitution spell out what Americans have that right in elections at every level, it's apparently not enough to insure a "Clown Prince" re-immaculation!!
    Now--at least in Texas--it's completely unfair--and thus, illegal--to require voters to show an ID at the time of their vote, although an ID is required:

    There are many must-pass bills for Congress to consider before year’s end, giving President Obama leverage to promote his class-warfare agenda.   The President has demanded that Congress continue and expand his payroll tax cut. His stimulus bill contained a 2% cut of the 6.2% Social Security tax rate, and to offset the loss of revenue, Obama would impose a 3.25% surtax on Americans making more than $1 million a year.  The Obama “tax cut” would actually not reduce the tax burden by one cent. The Obama tax cut isn’t pro-growth for two reasons: It’s not a permanent or a net reduction in taxes. It’s merely another campaign ploy by President Obama to attack the wallets of upper-middle class and wealthy Americans.
Getting Paid Not to Work
    Another issue being debated is an extension of unemployment benefits. By Dec. 31, benefits for the long-term unemployed who receive 99 weeks of income support will run out. Most expect a bill to pass to pay individuals not to work.  Liberals don’t want to cut spending elsewhere to pay for an extension of these benefits. They even argued that this costly program should have been part of the Super Committee deal to reduce the deficit. They want this passed, and they don’t care about the cost to the taxpayers.  Liberals argue that the extension of unemployment benefits provides a stimulus to the economy. Providing In-State Tuition for Illegal Aliens: A Violation of Federal Law

    Federal law prohibits state colleges and universities from providing in-state tuition rates to illegal aliens “on the basis of residence within the State”—unless the same in-state rates are offered to all citizens of the United States. Today, 12 states are circumventing this federal law, and the legal arguments offered to justify such actions are untenable, no matter what other policy arguments are offered in their defense. Because at least one federal court of appeals has held that there is no private right of action under the specific statute in question—§ 1623 of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996—the U.S. Department of Justice must enforce this statutory provision against states that have violated federal law. Yet even as it sues states like Arizona and Alabama for trying to assist the enforcement of federal immigration law, the U.S. government refuses to sue states that are incontrovertibly and brazenly violating an unambiguous federal immigration law. Such inaction is unacceptable: The President and the Attorney General have an obligation to enforce every provision of the United State’s comprehensive federal immigration regulations—including the federal law prohibiting state colleges and universities from providing in-state tuition rates to illegal aliens “on the basis of residence within the State.”
    In 1996, Congress passed—and President Bill Clinton signed into law—the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act (IIRIRA).[i] Section 1623 of this federal statute prohibits state colleges and universities from providing in-state tuition rates to illegal aliens “on the basis of residence within the State” unless the same in-state rates are offered to all citizens of the United States.[ii] Today, 12 states[iii] allow individuals who are in the United States illegally to pay the same in-state tuition rates as legal residents of the states[iv]—without providing the same rates to others. By circumventing the requirements of § 1623 these states are violating federal law, and the legal arguments offered to justify such actions are untenable, no matter what other policy arguments are offered in their defense.

That was Tammany Hall leader George Washington Plunkitt, explaining back at the turn of the last century how it was that so many political leaders had become wealthy in “public service.” But today’s pols make the old corrupt Democratic Party machine that ruled New York City for nearly a century look like pikers.
Pelosi’s pal: Kirsten Gillibrand’s bill wouldn’t do enough to end congressional insider trading.
    Take the disclosures two weeks ago on CBS’s “60 Minutes” that Congress is effectively exempt from insider-trading laws, and that members routinely act on nonpublic financial information that they acquire while doing the “people’s business” to boost their personal-investment portfolios.  Reporter Steve Kroft grilled former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on her uncanny trading ability: “I wanted to ask you why you and your husband back in March of 2008 accepted and participated in a very large IPO [initial public offering] deal from Visa at a time there was major legislation affecting the credit-card companies making its way through the House.”
Coincidentally, Pelosi’s net worth leaped 62 percent last year, to at least $35.2 million, attributed in news reports to “stock gains and smart investments.”
She’s not alone. Even in a down economy, House Speaker John Boehner, Senate Major Leader Harry Reid and many others in Congress also saw handsome net-worth increases. In fact, some 245 of the 535 Congress members are millionaires, putting them squarely in the “one percent” that the Occupy Wall Street rabble is allegedly protesting.
Yet Pelosi could only sputter in reply: “I don’t know what your point is of your question.”
She may be the only one who can’t figure it out. Americans are finally waking up to the fact that we are ruled by oligarchs, many of whom entered Congress as folks of modest means and leave as millionaires and billionaires.
    According to the Center for Responsive Politics, the estimated median net worth of a US senator now stands at $2.56 million — a remarkable feat considering that congressional base pay is $174,000 a year. In addition to Social Security, members also get a generous retirement plan and health-care benefits, as well as an annual automatic cost-of-living increase — unless they vote not to accept it.  On top of all that, they get pensions that start at 80 percent of a qualifying member’s final salary. No wonder they spend so much money to win office and fight so hard to stay there.  Still, with public satisfaction with Congress at near-record lows, the stench is getting hard to ignore. Which is why Congress is pretending to do something about its appalling ethical problems. In the wake of the “60 Minutes” report, the House Ethics Committee issued a toothless warning against the use of nonpublic information to line members’ personal coffers, and two senators introduced legislation to stop congressional insider trading.
    Sen. Scott Brown (R-Mass.) introduced his STOCK (Stop Trading On Congressional Knowledge) Act, which would prohibit Pelosi-like shenanigans by Congress members and executive-branch officials. Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) followed him with her own version [....]

December 7, 2011    The U.S. investment bank identifies the shares of 30 companies in various industries that are worth buying heading into  2012. Most of the top picks are diversified across countries, though there’s a concentration in France and Germany, the most stable in the eurozone.  A portfolio of JPMorgan’s top European picks for 2011 would have declined by 11% so far this year, compared with the benchmark Stoxx Europe 600 Index’s 12% drop. EADS, a Dutch aerospace and defense company, was the best-performing pick this year, up 25%. Carmaker PSA Peugeot Citroen was the firm’s worst selection, down 50%.
    Monday was a big day for Europe. France and Germany told the European Union that they must decide if they will accept greater central control over their national budgets. Then Standard & Poor’s said it may cut Germany’s and France’s AAA credit ratings as the agency put 15 euro nations on review for a possible downgrade.  U.S. Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner is currently on a three-day trip to Europe to push European leaders to commit [....]

It’s a battle for first place in the NFC East – with, potentially, one bummer of a booby prize.
For coaches Tom Coughlin and Jason Garrett, a defeat on Sunday night at Cowboys Stadium could be a hard shove toward the unemployment line. With Coughlin’s Giants (6-6) already reeling from a four-game losing streak and Garrett’s Cowboys coming off a brutal overtime defeat to the Cardinals that can be easily traced to the coach’s clock mismanagement, the specter of an ignominious collapse looms for the loser.

The Swiss Control Their Problem; The U.S. Must, As Well!!
    It has taken the Swiss People's Party (SVP) just two-and-a-half months to garner 120,000 signatures on an initiative to limit mass immigration into Switzerland.  Under Swiss "direct-democracy" rules, any initiative must have 100,000 within 18 months of origin, to be put to a referendum vote.  The next step is signature verification which may take nearly a year;  the referendum may be eligible for a vote in next year's general election.

     A possible kerfuffle to this plan is the previously negotiated Swiss entry into the European Union.  As one provision of the aforementioned negotiation, any resident of the EU can immigrate to Switzerland providing they're financially self-sufficient.
The citizens of Switzerland are demanding--through this initiative--that mass immigration be controlled; that numerical limits be in place.
NOTE:  As of August 31, 2010 the 'foreigner' population of Switzerland stood at 1.75MILLION, 22.3% of the nation's total of 7.9MILLION.
    This is exactly what the United States needs with regard to the country's ILLEGAL ALIEN problem, but any legislation will have no effect affect so long as George Soros and his minions control the country's political power!!  As he's demonstrated before, "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" has no intention of doing anything about the ILLEGAL ALIEN problem so long as Soros can keep him in power.  'General' holder realizes that his boss--the "Clown"--needs every vote he can muster; be they legal or illegal; be they live or dead voters; be they freely cast or through intimidation!!

Ya Can't Have It Both Ways!

    The "Days of 'Whine' and Roses" will continue so long as "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, The Narcissist" continues to rule America!!  His latest 'whine' is that various government sub-divisions are releasing illegal aliens from the state, county and city jails, apparently without his express approval.  As usual, while "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, The Narcissist" is talking out of both sides of his mouth; he now displays his unique ability to obfuscate in two directions!!  As we fund his travel around the country, the "Clown Prince" seeks out groups of illegal aliens where he can 'kiss every fuzzy, brown ass' he can find; the other side of his mouth 'whines' to the various political sub-divisions who're releasing illegal aliens without deportation.

    Cook County--which surrounds Chicago--yesterday (October 4th), released 40 illegal aliens who had completed their sentences-ignoring federal requests to detain the illegal aliens beyond their sentence conclusions.  The illegal aliens' release is in compliance with a Cook County ordinance which requires the county sheriff to release those illegal aliens who complete their sentences.  Cook County is the first--and only--to require that felonious miscreants be released as well as those illegal aliens with traffic and misdemeanor convictions.

    Cook County, Illinois is but one of the many political sub-divisions whose law enforcement officials are required by law to release illegal alien miscreants; others include the State of Illinois, the State of New York and the City of San Francisco.

    "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, The Narcissist" could reduce these incidents dramatically by enforcing--even a modicum of--border security, increasing the difficulty factor of illegal aliens even being in the United States. Our socio-fascist ruler continues to put his political success--more correctly, the lack thereof--ahead of the safety and security of the citizenry!
