    "Clown Prince" obama (CPo) has finally gone beyond ineptitude, beyond incompetence to a state of mental derangement, a trip into functional madness!!  I intend to contact my invisible senator, Kirsten Gillibrand to see if the Palace psychiatrist has been involved in CPo's mental-health care.  Never-the-less, TFI, CPo (That Fuckin' Idiotic, "Clown Prince" obama) has been isolated in his madness, to wit:
a couple'a days ago TFI, CPo trotted 'Big Sis,' Janet Napolitano out to announce the ludicrus plan to release imprisoned illegals, pretending that's it's more than a publicity stunt ahead of the miniscule sequestration budget cuts.  TFI, CPo wrongly believes that the 'Big Sis' announcement isolates him from this treasonous, impeachable act; sadly though, the "Clown Prince" hasn't thought this through.
Firstly, Hillary "Rob'em" Clinton is no longer available--as a member of the regime--to 'take responsibility' for his stupidity. TFI, CPo might consider asking her replacement, John Forbes-Heinz-Kerry to step in and announce his 'Hillaryesque' intentions!!
Secondly, by definition said "Clown Prince" is responsible for any and all actions, statements, declarations, stupid thoughts ANYONE  in his administration undertakes!!  Hence, he and other cohorts are subject to impeachment proceedings although the various obamunists will keep him from legal action.
    The general populus--including the low-information voters--should be outraged!  About a month ago, TFI, CPo issued twenty-three (?) Executive Orders, some of which instructed ICE and Border Patrol agents to detain and incarcerate only those illegals convicted of serious--felony--crimes.  Hence, 'Big Sis' will--and can only--release the murderers, the rapists, the human traffickers, the traffickers of monumental amounts of drugs, possibly others in various stages of ill repute!!

I've Questioned obama's Political Stance Since Apology Tour
    Remember the infamous "2009 Worldwide Apology Tour" when our very-own "Clown Prince" obama bowed-and-scraped to every third-world muslim terrorist-dictator?!?  That's when I began to wonder about said "Clown's" political proclivities.  Seems I'm not the only one (this, from the reaganiterepublican):

 

Do keep in mind that many in the Arab world are convinced obama is a Shiite Muslim himself--they note that he went after (Sunni) bin Laden aggressively and only supported Arab Spring revolutions against Sunni Muslims and Arab secularists in Libya, Egypt, etc--yet refused to lift a finger against a Shiite-allied (Iran/Hezbollah) Assad regime in Syria nor teetering Tehran itself in 2009--then handed Iraq right over to them.

Circumstantial evidence of Obama's Shia-sympathies is indeed considerable... and I imagine he'd be proud of how Iran is provoking Israel, rather than making deals with them like (Sunni) Mubarak did. NOW these two nutty, pro-Muslim nominees to run our nation's defense and intelligence complex...?

Said proclivities are being confirmed by the nominations of John Heinz-Kerry--who served in Viet Nam--as Sec'y of State; of John Brennan as CIA Director and Chuckie Hagel as Sec'y of Defense.
Heinz-Kerry will replace "Rob'em" Clinton as America's "Clown Prince" obama's international 'yes-person.'
John Brennan  A former U.S. Marine/FBI Agent confirmed Brennan's conversion: “Mr. Brennan did convert to Islam when he served in an official capacity on behalf of the United States in Saudi Arabia.”  Like-wise, this clown should never be confirmed for anything 'OBAMA!'
Lil' Chuckie Hagel is the craftsman of a deal to support the muslim terrorists over the pro-freedom movement.  This clown should never be confirmed!!  We have enough muslim-terrorists and supporters in barackingham Palace!
Today might be the day; right now might be the time, to call your senators and 'splain all this to them.  If they're like mine (Chuckie-Cheese Schumer-The Putz of Park Avenue and Kirsten--the invisible senator--Gillibrand) any criticism will fall on deaf ears, but I like to call once-a-week or so-just to let 'em know I still exist!!

'pinky' reid Again "The Obstructionist!"
    With the U.S. Senate in deliberations on the next 'farm bill--S. 3240--(with the delusionary title: Agriculture Reform, Food and Jobs Act of 2012)' harry 'pinky' reid will play obstructionist in deciding which amendments will come to the floor for debate.  The amendment with the most importance to conservatives, the "Tea Party" Movement, is Senator Rand Paul's which would change the administration of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) funds to block grants to the states.
    Senator Paul's amendment--S. Amdt 2177--would require the individual states to administer their own SNAP grants.  Each state would establish it's own eligibility requirements as well as monitoring and enforcement procedures.  This amendment--which failed, 65-33--would have reduced the welfareRAT income source by $280 Billion "over-ten-years" by freezing funding at the current level of $45 Billion a year.
  Although my senators (C. Ellis Schumer and Kirstin "The Invisible Senator" Gillibrand) are communists from New York, 'The Welfare State,' I intend to inform them of my plans to insure they find retirement or unemployment!!  Hopefully, you'll do the same if your senator(s) voted against this amendment!!

The Obama class warfare campaign is in high gear.
    There are many must-pass bills for Congress to consider before year’s end, giving President Obama leverage to promote his class-warfare agenda.   The President has demanded that Congress continue and expand his payroll tax cut. His stimulus bill contained a 2% cut of the 6.2% Social Security tax rate, and to offset the loss of revenue, Obama would impose a 3.25% surtax on Americans making more than $1 million a year.  The Obama “tax cut” would actually not reduce the tax burden by one cent. The Obama tax cut isn’t pro-growth for two reasons: It’s not a permanent or a net reduction in taxes. It’s merely another campaign ploy by President Obama to attack the wallets of upper-middle class and wealthy Americans.
Getting Paid Not to Work
    Another issue being debated is an extension of unemployment benefits. By Dec. 31, benefits for the long-term unemployed who receive 99 weeks of income support will run out. Most expect a bill to pass to pay individuals not to work.  Liberals don’t want to cut spending elsewhere to pay for an extension of these benefits. They even argued that this costly program should have been part of the Super Committee deal to reduce the deficit. They want this passed, and they don’t care about the cost to the taxpayers.  Liberals argue that the extension of unemployment benefits provides a stimulus to the economy. Providing In-State Tuition for Illegal Aliens: A Violation of Federal Law

    Federal law prohibits state colleges and universities from providing in-state tuition rates to illegal aliens “on the basis of residence within the State”—unless the same in-state rates are offered to all citizens of the United States. Today, 12 states are circumventing this federal law, and the legal arguments offered to justify such actions are untenable, no matter what other policy arguments are offered in their defense. Because at least one federal court of appeals has held that there is no private right of action under the specific statute in question—§ 1623 of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996—the U.S. Department of Justice must enforce this statutory provision against states that have violated federal law. Yet even as it sues states like Arizona and Alabama for trying to assist the enforcement of federal immigration law, the U.S. government refuses to sue states that are incontrovertibly and brazenly violating an unambiguous federal immigration law. Such inaction is unacceptable: The President and the Attorney General have an obligation to enforce every provision of the United State’s comprehensive federal immigration regulations—including the federal law prohibiting state colleges and universities from providing in-state tuition rates to illegal aliens “on the basis of residence within the State.”
    In 1996, Congress passed—and President Bill Clinton signed into law—the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act (IIRIRA).[i] Section 1623 of this federal statute prohibits state colleges and universities from providing in-state tuition rates to illegal aliens “on the basis of residence within the State” unless the same in-state rates are offered to all citizens of the United States.[ii] Today, 12 states[iii] allow individuals who are in the United States illegally to pay the same in-state tuition rates as legal residents of the states[iv]—without providing the same rates to others. By circumventing the requirements of § 1623 these states are violating federal law, and the legal arguments offered to justify such actions are untenable, no matter what other policy arguments are offered in their defense.

‘Yes, many of our men have grown rich in politics. I’ve made a big fortune out of the game, and I’m gettin’ richer every day . . . there’s an honest graft, and I’m an example of how it works. I might sum up the whole thing by sayin’: I seen my opportunities and I took ’em.”
That was Tammany Hall leader George Washington Plunkitt, explaining back at the turn of the last century how it was that so many political leaders had become wealthy in “public service.” But today’s pols make the old corrupt Democratic Party machine that ruled New York City for nearly a century look like pikers.
Pelosi’s pal: Kirsten Gillibrand’s bill wouldn’t do enough to end congressional insider trading.
    Take the disclosures two weeks ago on CBS’s “60 Minutes” that Congress is effectively exempt from insider-trading laws, and that members routinely act on nonpublic financial information that they acquire while doing the “people’s business” to boost their personal-investment portfolios.  Reporter Steve Kroft grilled former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on her uncanny trading ability: “I wanted to ask you why you and your husband back in March of 2008 accepted and participated in a very large IPO [initial public offering] deal from Visa at a time there was major legislation affecting the credit-card companies making its way through the House.”
Coincidentally, Pelosi’s net worth leaped 62 percent last year, to at least $35.2 million, attributed in news reports to “stock gains and smart investments.”
She’s not alone. Even in a down economy, House Speaker John Boehner, Senate Major Leader Harry Reid and many others in Congress also saw handsome net-worth increases. In fact, some 245 of the 535 Congress members are millionaires, putting them squarely in the “one percent” that the Occupy Wall Street rabble is allegedly protesting.
Yet Pelosi could only sputter in reply: “I don’t know what your point is of your question.”
She may be the only one who can’t figure it out. Americans are finally waking up to the fact that we are ruled by oligarchs, many of whom entered Congress as folks of modest means and leave as millionaires and billionaires.
    According to the Center for Responsive Politics, the estimated median net worth of a US senator now stands at $2.56 million — a remarkable feat considering that congressional base pay is $174,000 a year. In addition to Social Security, members also get a generous retirement plan and health-care benefits, as well as an annual automatic cost-of-living increase — unless they vote not to accept it.  On top of all that, they get pensions that start at 80 percent of a qualifying member’s final salary. No wonder they spend so much money to win office and fight so hard to stay there.  Still, with public satisfaction with Congress at near-record lows, the stench is getting hard to ignore. Which is why Congress is pretending to do something about its appalling ethical problems. In the wake of the “60 Minutes” report, the House Ethics Committee issued a toothless warning against the use of nonpublic information to line members’ personal coffers, and two senators introduced legislation to stop congressional insider trading.

One could conscientiously make the case for NOT impeaching "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist."  That being:  No where in the oath of office--for newly-immaculated rulers--does it say "....adhere to the tenets of the Constitution...." 
    I say: the time has long-since arrived for barack obama's impeachment!  Let's forget the many, many past transgressions and focus on the Justice Department's filing suit in Federal court to block South Carolina's immigration enforcement law, set to take effect on January 1, 2012.  The "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" regime is taking exception to portions of the law which inconveniences their illegal alien voter block. 
    What's even more distasteful than the current regime failing to honor any-and-all states rights constitutional provisions: foreign entities may be allowed to collude with the "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" Regime in formulating US DOMESTIC law!!  Sixteen countries--most of them, third-world ratholes (Mexico, Honduras, Ecuador, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, Columbia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay)--have filed to join the litigation against a state entirely within the United States: South Carolina!
    The Mexican government has stated it "has an interest in protecting it's citizens and insuring their ethnicity is not used as a basis for state-sanctioned acts of bias and discrimination."  
I might ask were was this governmental concern when 200 Mexican citizens were recently murdered by drug cartel actions; some with "Fast 'n' Furious" weapons!!
    Mexican officials also had the balls to say  "some of the law's provisions would criminalize immigration and could lead to selective application of the law.  It's enforcement could adversely affect the civil rights of Mexican nationals living in South Carolina or visiting that state."
I might just say--even though the aforementioned Mexicans may have huge balls--the Mexican government really doesn't "give-two-hoots-in-Hell" unless provoked by the owe-bama Regime or paid off by George Soros to stir the political shit!  If there were actual caring, would they "roll-over-and-play-dead" at the dictates of the dozen-or-so drug cartels controlling most of the land mass known as Mexico?!? The time has arrived for illegal to be illegal!!
    These sixteen countries' attempts to formulate American domestic policy is tatamount to the United States using returning soldiers, sailors, marines and their materiel south of the border in eradicating said drug cartels, with a level of force and violence unknown to the miscreants or the Mexican government!! 
Navy Seals, Army Rangers, Delta Force operatives and Marine Recon members can "break a whole lot'ta shit in NOT a whole lot'ta time!!" 
Would these foreigners--or any other country--stand for this intrusion into their domestic policy?!?  I think not!!  Why should the U.S. citizen accept foreign influence?!?
    The "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" Regime is constantly using 'constitutionality' as a truncheon in their quest to render the United States a communist-fascist-socialist country.  Where is the 'constitutionality' in allowing various 'third-world ratholes' a voice in United States domestic policy?!?
As socio-fascist as Jimmuh Cahtah was;  as socio-fascist as Franklin Delano Roosevelt was, neither one of them would have allowed this travesty-of-justice to go forward!
    Where are the voices of reason?!?
    Where is Senator C. Ellis Schumer, The Putz of Park Avenue; the 'Invisible Senator,' Kirstin Gillibrand; the senile Dorothy 'Geeze-Louise' McIntosh Rodham Slaughter; Rep Ann Marie Buerkle on this issue?!?  Has anyone in the congress even heard of this potential miscarriage of justice?!?
   If the socio-fascists are successful in their vote-buying, voter-fraud, polling place intimidation, actions of this nature will only get worse after a second "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" immaculation!!

An owe-bamacRATic Primary In NY-25?
    The recently defeated Dan Maffei of DeWitt, N.Y., has expressed his intention of unseating the current representative, Ann Marie Buerkle in New York's 25th Congressional District.  There may be 'a wrench' thrown into Mr Maffei's intentions in the name of one Brianne Murphy.  While Mr Maffei is running on his usual 'carrying the water' for a failed regime as he continually did in his only term in the House.  Ms Murphy--as evidenced on her campaign website--is attempting to co-opt the basic tenents of the "Tea Party" movement while subscribing to the current regime's mantra: using 'the children' when all else fails; continually displaying examples of Albert Einstein's definition of insanity; complete ignorance of the United States Constitution, et al.  One can only assume that Ms Murphy also supports "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist's" 'under-the-table' payoffs to the various unions' hierarchy; payoffs to the regime's supporters, and payoffs to the regime's donors.
    Quite obviously, I'm a conservative; a constitutionalist!  I contend that 'everything wrong with the country' can be laid at the feed of our "Clown Prince."  By that admission, one can expect my opinions and views to be somewhere to the right of Limbaugh, Hannity, et al!!  That being said, if you're a Maffei or Murphy supporter, ya might wanna drop out here!
    Dan Maffei--as a one-term representative--confirmed his liberal bent with a voting record which stretches from liberal to liberty-reducing to far-reaching as evidenced by his yea vote on S-987: To Protect girls in developing countries through the prevention of child marriage, and for other purposes. 
What-the-hell business is it of the 111th Congress--or any numbered Congress, for that matter--what happens with respect to any resident of any other country, be it a 'third-world rathole' or not!!  Meddling actions like this as well as the direction George Soros was taking the "Clown Prince's" regime, forced the creation of the "Tea Party" movement!
    While Representative Ann Marie Buerkle squeaked out a victory in the 2010-NY25 elections, she's more than proven she's up to the task of governance!  A review of Ms Buerkle's record seems to indicate a conservatism in her vote.  Without the time to check each and every bill, it's difficult to tell the contents of a bill or amendment by it's title.  I know from experience Ms Buerkle is quick to reply to a question or comment from her constituency, as opposed to C. Ellis Schumer or "The Invisible Senator" Gillibrand.  You can check the Buerkle voting record yourself, using the proper URL below.
    In the case of the possible challenger to Mr Maffei's owe-bamacRATic candidacy, information on Brianne Murphy is difficult to find, well-hidden!  What I've located indicates that in the unlikely event Ms Buerkle is defeated, Central New York will go-to-Hell, in a hand-basket!!  Both Maffei and Murphy are progressives which is defined--by ME--as a communistic, socio-fascist, "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" water-carrier!!
    Information on Ms Murphy indicates a strong proclivity toward ultra-progressivism.  She's steeped in the ways of the District of Corruption, having worked for the retired-Rep Jim Walsh; having worked at the National Traffic Safety Board (NTSB); having worked as a lobbyist at Hall & Associates [the principal, James Hall, as Director of the NTSB at the time of the TWA800 crash, botched the investigation; refused any information to FOIL filers; refused any communication with Don and Donna Nibert-parents of victim (16 year-old) Cheryl Nibert; unexpectedly--and without explanation--resigned his directorship two years early], among other examples of liberal, progressive employments.
    In conclusion, Representative Buerkle's most formidable opponent will be Ms Murphy, presuming Murphy wins the expected primary against Mr Maffei.  Again presuming, Ms Murphy--with her education and employment--is probably proficient in the progressives' "mud-slinging" campaign mode.  If either of these political miscreants are victorious over Rep Buerkle, the results will be disasterous for the nation in general; for this region in particular!!

What's Up With The "Invisible Senator?"
    Has the "Invisible Senator" Kristin Gillibrand (owe-bamacRAT, NY) been released from under the thumb of C. Ellis Schumer?!? She seemingly had an original thought with regard to the 'Lockerbie Bomber,' Abdelbaset al-Megrahi. 
al-Megrahi is responsible for the deaths of 189 American souls, several young adults; several college students; several from Syracuse University.  He was released from a Scottish prison in August, 2009 with three-months to live. 
    al-Megrahi seems to have recovered somewhat; he was seen frail but in fair health at a pro-Gaddafi rally in July.  The "Invisible Senator" is calling for the 'Muslim Brotherhood' to hold the terrorist accountable for his unconscionable actions resulting in the many deaths of the PanAm 103 bombing.
    Is the release of Senator Gillibrand a sign that there's concern for the results of the upcoming national elections?  Why else would C. Ellis Schumer allow Ms Gillibrand her own thoughts?  He seemed quite comfortable doing her thinking for her!
