Why This?!? Why Now?!?
The 'big stink' going into the republicRATic convention: Control of Conservative delegates. In addressing this, some idiot somewhere, decided that a rules change is required to 'control' those evil conservatives, i.e., the "Tea Party" Movement, forgetting that said conservatives gave the GOP it's majority in the House of Representatives.
The rules change controversy involves the presumptive nominee's ability to control each states' nominating delegates to--and at--the convention. Initially, one must attempt to understand the complicated formula used to determine each state's total number of nominating delegates. An example of the formula used to determine Texas' delegate contingent can be found here.
The contention is that the Rules Committee wants to change the RNC rules (Rule 15, [being renumbered to Rule 16]) to give future presidential candidates the ability to veto who can be state delegates to the national convention. This is a blatant attempt by inside-the-Beltway political hacks to negate the mounting power of said "Tea Party" Movement by having a stranglehold on the entire political process. Many opponents to said rules changes are not just "Tea Party" Movement members, but come from all across the 'republicRATic' political spectrum, including long-time conservatives, party 'regulars' as well as lots of Romney supporters. This blatant attack by the 'Karl Roves' and the 'John Sununus' to gain control of the process is at the expense of the voices--and support--of conservative American voters!!
Thus far, it seems this obama-style tactic won't fly with the saner minds on the RNC Rules Committee. One can only hope! How can anyone think ANY SANE AMERICAN would stand for socio-fascist control from the right?!? Especially since we've already had three-plus years from the 'control-master,' HIMSELF?!?

In recent weeks, we’ve seen signs that our economy is growing stronger and creating jobs at a faster clip. While numbers and figures will go up and down in the coming months, what cannot waver is our resolve to do everything in our power to keep stoking the fires of the recovery. And the last thing we should do is let Washington stand in the way. You see, at the end of the month, taxes are set to go up on 160 million working Americans. If you’re one of them, then you know better than anyone that the last thing you need right now is a tax hike. But if Congress refuses to act, middle class taxes will go up. It’s that simple. Now, if this sounds familiar, it’s because we’ve been here before. Back in December, Congress faced this exact same predicament. Ultimately, thanks to your voices, they did the right thing – but only after a great deal of bickering and political posturing that put the strength of our economy and the security of middle class families at risk. We can’t go through that again.
[What I'm not telling you: Here we go again! We going to create enormous amounts of drama over $17.50 in the average Americans' weekly paycheck. For my part, I intend to continue my various 'warfares' right up through the November elections. Oh, by-the-way; that election is a mere 270 days from today, on November 6, 2012.

Neither major political party really cares about this $17.50. It's nothing more than a 'political football,' to be kicked back-and-forth across the aisles of Congress. Essentially, we're fighting over 8 and 3/4 loaves of store-brand Italian bread; 4 and 1/2 pounds of hamburger; 4 and 1/2 gallons of gasoline; less than two trips around your lawn by the neighborhood kid and his-or-her lawnmower!! As he did with the 'General' Holder-sanctioned Brian Terry and Jaime Zapata murders, the George Soros media and political manipulation 'machine' is developing plans as we speak, to force Speaker John Boehner to weep before the cameras, then back down on this class-warfare issue. You might remember the last time: Soros forced Speaker Boehner to back pedal on Rep Darrelll Issa's insistance that 'General' Holder be charged with perjury for his knowledge and participation in the "Fast'n'Furious" scandal; vast amounts of evidence and testimony notwithstanding!!]
Congress needs to stop this middle class tax hike from happening. Period. No drama. No delay. And no ideological side issues that have nothing to do with this tax cut. Now is not the time for self-inflicted wounds to our recovery. Now is the time for common-sense action. And this tax cut is common-sense. If you’re a family making about $50,000 a year, this tax cut amounts to about $1,000 a year. That’s about $40 in every paycheck. I know there are some folks in this town who think $40 isn’t a lot of money. But to a student or a senior who’s trying to stretch the budget a little bit further? To a parent who’s filling up the tank and looking at rising gas prices? To them, $40 can make all the difference in the world. And so can your voice. I hope you’ll pick up the phone, send a tweet, write an email, and tell your representative that they should get this done before it gets too late. Tell them not to play politics again by linking this debate to unrelated issues. Tell them not to manufacture another needless standoff or crisis. Tell them not to stand in the way of the recovery. Tell them to just do their job. That’s what our middle class needs. That’s what our country needs. In the wake of the worst economic crisis of our lifetimes, we’re getting things going again. And we’re going to keep at it until everyone shares in America’s comeback.
[What I'm not telling you: Notice how we just 'picked' the annual wage of $50,000?!? That number is purely policitcal in that it makes the potential 'tax-hike' appear much larger than the amount that really affects the majority of American wage earners. 2007 statistics are the most recent available to the general public. Those statistics--from the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development--reveal that the United States' median income is $31,111--a far cry from the $50,000 I read from the teleprompter!! When actual numbers are considered, the tax benefits are reduced from $40 per paycheck ($20 per week!!) to a far more relevant amount of LESS THAN $12.00 per week!! It's all about class warfare; about economic warfare.
As I urge the public to contact their representatives in support of this tax scam, the public might consider that tax obligations are far from the most immediate peril to their paycheck; FEDERAL SPENDING IS!! The informative 'U.S. Debt Clock" (http://www.usdebtclock.org/) indicates that currently, there are approximately 140,979,180 'souls' in the American workforce. My 2012 budget proposal suggests that I MIGHT BE HELD TO deficit spending of $901 BILLION.... Whoop-tee-doo!!!
For the ease of computation, let's assume that all nearly 141 MILLION workers are median wage earners, earning the aforementioned $31,111; that there are 2,080 work-hours in the standard work-year; that given the previous assumptions, the median hourly wage is $14.96.
Essentially, that means just this year, the INDIVIDUAL median American worker must work 4,274.5 HOURS!! Does the reader realize that to accomplish this, the median worker will work his standard 2,080 hour work year at the $14.96 hourly rate. To satisfy just this year's projected annual deficit, each median worker must work an additional 1,463 hours at 'time-and-a-half!!' This will result in a workday--EVERY DAY, five-days-a-week for an entire calendar year--of 13.85 HOURS-PER-DAY!! AND.... EVERY-DAM'-DOLLAR of said annual earnings would have to be GIVEN to the federal government to satisfy JUST this year's deficit spending!!
Every year of my dictitorial rule, I'm amazed at the numbers of spineless, whiney-assed, 'go-along, to-get-along' congress-persons who're elected to try to reign me in!! As much as I hate to admit it; the "Tea Party" Movement is on the right track; less spending, smaller government and reduction or elimination of entitlement programs. It'll never gain enough traction to stop me--actually, stop George Soros--from massive 'credit-card' spending; from growing said entitlements as a method of 'voter-base enhancement!']

An owe-bamacRATic Primary In NY-25?
The recently defeated Dan Maffei of DeWitt, N.Y., has expressed his intention of unseating the current representative, Ann Marie Buerkle in New York's 25th Congressional District. There may be 'a wrench' thrown into Mr Maffei's intentions in the name of one Brianne Murphy. While Mr Maffei is running on his usual 'carrying the water' for a failed regime as he continually did in his only term in the House. Ms Murphy--as evidenced on her campaign website--is attempting to co-opt the basic tenents of the "Tea Party" movement while subscribing to the current regime's mantra: using 'the children' when all else fails; continually displaying examples of Albert Einstein's definition of insanity; complete ignorance of the United States Constitution, et al. One can only assume that Ms Murphy also supports "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist's" 'under-the-table' payoffs to the various unions' hierarchy; payoffs to the regime's supporters, and payoffs to the regime's donors.
Quite obviously, I'm a conservative; a constitutionalist! I contend that 'everything wrong with the country' can be laid at the feed of our "Clown Prince." By that admission, one can expect my opinions and views to be somewhere to the right of Limbaugh, Hannity, et al!! That being said, if you're a Maffei or Murphy supporter, ya might wanna drop out here!
Dan Maffei--as a one-term representative--confirmed his liberal bent with a voting record which stretches from liberal to liberty-reducing to far-reaching as evidenced by his yea vote on S-987: To Protect girls in developing countries through the prevention of child marriage, and for other purposes.
What-the-hell business is it of the 111th Congress--or any numbered Congress, for that matter--what happens with respect to any resident of any other country, be it a 'third-world rathole' or not!! Meddling actions like this as well as the direction George Soros was taking the "Clown Prince's" regime, forced the creation of the "Tea Party" movement!
While Representative Ann Marie Buerkle squeaked out a victory in the 2010-NY25 elections, she's more than proven she's up to the task of governance! A review of Ms Buerkle's record seems to indicate a conservatism in her vote. Without the time to check each and every bill, it's difficult to tell the contents of a bill or amendment by it's title. I know from experience Ms Buerkle is quick to reply to a question or comment from her constituency, as opposed to C. Ellis Schumer or "The Invisible Senator" Gillibrand. You can check the Buerkle voting record yourself, using the proper URL below.
In the case of the possible challenger to Mr Maffei's owe-bamacRATic candidacy, information on Brianne Murphy is difficult to find, well-hidden! What I've located indicates that in the unlikely event Ms Buerkle is defeated, Central New York will go-to-Hell, in a hand-basket!! Both Maffei and Murphy are progressives which is defined--by ME--as a communistic, socio-fascist, "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" water-carrier!!
Information on Ms Murphy indicates a strong proclivity toward ultra-progressivism. She's steeped in the ways of the District of Corruption, having worked for the retired-Rep Jim Walsh; having worked at the National Traffic Safety Board (NTSB); having worked as a lobbyist at Hall & Associates [the principal, James Hall, as Director of the NTSB at the time of the TWA800 crash, botched the investigation; refused any information to FOIL filers; refused any communication with Don and Donna Nibert-parents of victim (16 year-old) Cheryl Nibert; unexpectedly--and without explanation--resigned his directorship two years early], among other examples of liberal, progressive employments.
In conclusion, Representative Buerkle's most formidable opponent will be Ms Murphy, presuming Murphy wins the expected primary against Mr Maffei. Again presuming, Ms Murphy--with her education and employment--is probably proficient in the progressives' "mud-slinging" campaign mode. If either of these political miscreants are victorious over Rep Buerkle, the results will be disasterous for the nation in general; for this region in particular!!

It's Proven: 'Water(s) Does Burn!'
Whew!! Maxine Waters is 'madder'n a wet hen!' All that 'wetness' caused an explosion directed at the "Tea Party" movement rather than those responsible. Ms Waters, Ms Bass and Ms Richardson--congressional owe-bamacRATics, all--hosted a gathering of constituents they called a "Kitchen Table Summit," which drew over 1,000 participants to Inglewood High School.
Prior to her '9.0' explosion, Ms Waters took the occasion to blame the "Tea Party" movement for all the owe-bama kinsmen's economic ills:
"As a black caucus, we've introduced 40 bills, all related to job development" she told the crowd. "They're not going anywhere in Congress because the House is dominated by the 'Tea Party.' What did they do? They organized, they hit the streets, they elected some people and they took over Congress in 2010."
Ms Waters seems so wrapped up in her communistic socio-fascism, she's failing to take the Constitution--she swore many times to support--into account with respect to the "Tea Party" movement:
"....the right of the people peaceable to assemble and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."
The "Tea Party" movement--even when baited by thuggery--since their inception in 2009, have peaceably assembled throughout the United States. The "Tea Party" movement redressed their grievances by replacing owe-bamacRATic representatives with those the "Tea Party" movement had properly vetted. Ms Waters went on to make this 'biden-esque' quip:
"This is a tough game. You can't be intimidated. You can't be frightened. and as far as I'm concerned, the "Tea Party" can go straight to hell."
The Tea Party Patriots organization is but a small segment of the entire "Tea Party" movement. They took this opportunity to take umbrage with Ms Waters' comments:
"We've had [owe-bamacRATics] calling American citizens 'terrorists' and 'hostage takers,' and now an elected [owe-bamacRATic] representative says we can 'go straight to hell,'" the group 'Tea Party Patriots' said. [The group continued:] "....Is civility only required from their opponents? Perhaps it's time for a new-NEW era of civility. ....The president's silence on these latest violations of civility has been deafening, but not surprising."
[NOTE TO Ms WATERS: This ain't a game; it's serious bid'ness!!]
I take from all this blather is that the "Tea Party" movement is ruling the discourse; the movement has the owe-bamacRATics defining their campaign strategy of one which will "vilify your opponent; ignore the "Clown Prince's" less-than-dismal record!" "As a black caucus, we've introduced 40 bills, all related to job development" she told the crowd. "They're not going anywhere in Congress because the House is dominated by the 'Tea Party.' What did they do? They organized, they hit the streets, they elected some people and they took over Congress in 2010."
Ms Waters seems so wrapped up in her communistic socio-fascism, she's failing to take the Constitution--she swore many times to support--into account with respect to the "Tea Party" movement:
"....the right of the people peaceable to assemble and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."
The "Tea Party" movement--even when baited by thuggery--since their inception in 2009, have peaceably assembled throughout the United States. The "Tea Party" movement redressed their grievances by replacing owe-bamacRATic representatives with those the "Tea Party" movement had properly vetted. Ms Waters went on to make this 'biden-esque' quip:
"This is a tough game. You can't be intimidated. You can't be frightened. and as far as I'm concerned, the "Tea Party" can go straight to hell."
The Tea Party Patriots organization is but a small segment of the entire "Tea Party" movement. They took this opportunity to take umbrage with Ms Waters' comments:
"We've had [owe-bamacRATics] calling American citizens 'terrorists' and 'hostage takers,' and now an elected [owe-bamacRATic] representative says we can 'go straight to hell,'" the group 'Tea Party Patriots' said. [The group continued:] "....Is civility only required from their opponents? Perhaps it's time for a new-NEW era of civility. ....The president's silence on these latest violations of civility has been deafening, but not surprising."
[NOTE TO Ms WATERS: This ain't a game; it's serious bid'ness!!]
I take from all this blather is that the "Tea Party" movement is ruling the discourse; the movement has the owe-bamacRATics defining their campaign strategy of one which will "vilify your opponent; ignore the "Clown Prince's" less-than-dismal record!"
