"Clown Prince" obama Hiding His Negligence

His "Royal Low-ness" is feebly attempting to hide his and his handlers' negligence in attending to the Gulf of Mexico oil spill 'event.' While he runs down to the gulf region practically every other day--at a cost to the American Taspayer of at least a half-million bucks, per--for his ego-manical photo and blather ops, he continues to run BP 'into the ground' while saying nothing about the eneptitude of both himself and his regime's political appointees. Why have we not heard that BP--early on in the spill remediation--purchased 13,870 feet of boom and two skimmers from Mexico?!?!

The "Clown Prince" has so destroyed the American image worldwide that not one of our former alles--or advisaries, for that matter--has offered any assistance WITHOUT DEMAND OF PAYMENT!! The only exception here is Mexico which offered 'some' containment boom FOR FREE!! America's FORMER ALLIES certainly didn't hesitate to accept our foreign aid or, on occiasion, our aid in times of emergency. Here's how the "Clown Prince's" inexperience and ineptitude are shaping up so far:

RUSSIA [Adversary]: Will send containment boom, oil containers and ships-IF AMERICA PAYS FOR THEM [U.S. Aid: 2008-$78Million; 2009-$70.5Million].
CHINA [Adversary]: Offered containment boom FOR SALE [U.S. Aid: Annually-$30Million; Earthquake aid-April 2010, $100,000; Earthquake aid-2008, $500,000 to the Red Cross through U.S. Embassy in Beijing].
ISRAEL [Ally?]: Offered containment boom FOR SALE [U.S. Aid: Annually-$3BILLION].
FRANCE [Ally?]: Offered chemical dispersants and equipment to clean wildlife FOR SALE.
KENYA [Ally?]: Offered fire boom FOR SALE [ U.S. Aid: 2009-$24Million; 2008-$11Million].
VIETNAM [Adversary]: Offered a ship with oil collecting sweep arms FOR SALE [U.S. Aid: 2008-$102Million; 2009 Emergency Typhoon aid-$100,000].
ROMANIA [Adversary]: Offered "general support" FOR SALE [U.S. Aid: 2009-$16.9Million].
CROATIA [Adversary]: Offered technical experts, support and plans FOR SALE [U.S. Aid: 2009-$2.8Million].

All this after "Clown Prince" obama refused to waive The Jones Act; refused IMMEDIATE aid and equipment offers [FREE!!] from Sweden and others whose specialized equipment, personnel and contingency plans would have greatly mitigated the devastating effects of the oil spill on the lifestyles and local economies of the gulf region states. At what price political gain?!?! obama has performed as the inept, inexperienced duplicitous fool he is!! The greater question here is: Why would his 'Handler Group' have him perform this way?? Do they think he's assured, guaranteed, a second term?? We shall see what we shall see....................

["Clown Prince" obama DID NOT have to assure the American people that his pet project--obamaCare--would not federally fund abortions..... It was already being done!! As you can read below, the lyin,' incompetent, inexperienced, duplicitous boob had no reason for all the blather and photo ops other than to massage his mega-ego!! KUDOS to Mr Pence for bringing this to light and attempting to do something about it!]
Congressman Mike Pence [R-Indiana] today issued the following statement regarding the release of a new Government AccountabilityOffice (GAO) report revealing that the Planned Parenthood Federation of America received $657.1 million in taxpayer dollars from Fiscal Year 2002 to Fiscal Year 2009. The largest source of these funds ($342.1 million) was theTitle X family planning program.
Originally, family planning services were not allowed to include abortions and currently federal dollars are not used directly for abortions. However, over the years, the subsidy of abortion providers under the umbrella of family planning has been gradually accepted.

The Title X Family Planning program was enacted in 1970 as Title X of the Public Health Service Act. Title X is the only federal grant program that provides individuals with comprehensive family planning and related preventive health services. Current law prohibits the use of Title X family planning funds “in programs where abortion is a method of family planning;”and current regulations require some form of separation between federally-funded family planning services and abortions. However, the current regulations do not contain a descriptive standard of what constitutes “separation.” They only require the level of separation to be more than “mere bookkeeping.”

Congressman Pence introduced The Title XAbortion Provider Prohibition Act (H.R. 614), a bill prohibiting the distribution of Title X family planning money to entities that use abortion as a method of family planning. The bi-partisan bill has 93 co-sponsors.
