    I'm old enough (67) to remember when junior and high school textbooks dealt more with fact than what is seen today.  Today's textbook alterations began some years back with the socialization of historical events and those men and women involved.  Ever the keepers of the written word, America's socio-fascists have advanced to rewriting the various--most objectionable--amendments in the Bill of Rights.
    If your child attends--among several others--West Forsythe High, Clemmons, S.C., or Guyer High School, Denton, Tx., you should be very wary about their history education and the textbooks used in it's accomplishment.  Books like this go hand-in-hand with the Agenda 21 concept of dumbing down American students in preparation for their entry into the third-world rathole America will become in the future.
    New York State does the same thing with questionable textbooks but they go even farther.  The state education department actively and forcefully promotes mergers between two or more school districts.  The state usually pairs adjoining school districts, one with excellent graduation rates, teachers, administrators with a mediocre school having socialistic financial problems.  My experience was with the Cohocton (N.Y.) Central School District being forced to merge with the financial geniuses in the Wayland (N.Y) Central School District. 
     To shorten a long story, the merger was handled in such a manner as to remind one of today's obama Cabal.   The social dynamics of each district, of each village were diametrically opposed to one another; the two couldn't have been more different.  Where 'political' cliques, various  wealth and social strata existed in Wayland, Cohocton seemed to be a closer knit district, community.
Wayland was so in debt that servicing said debt AND budgeting for the upcoming school year was bordering on the impossible without massive school tax increases.  Cohocton had almost always had a budget surplus, rarely was there even a revote on the annual budget.  The state demanded as many referendums as necessary to get the desired result (it took three).  The instruction, the admin, the maintenance staffs were enticed into support with promises of flowery titles and in many cases, exorbitant pay raises.  Finally, the forerunners of today's obamacRATic voters (mindless, blind followers) were convinced to send their kids to a mis-managed system over one with a 100% graduation rate!! 
     Cohocton's community volunteerism was huge.  Cohocton Sports Boosters Club built three soccer fields, refurbished a baseball diamond (ALL LIGHTED-unheard of for the time [late 1980s] in a small town, school), built, maintained and staffed a snack bar on site--ALL with volunteers with donated supplies and materials.
    For the record I received an excellent education in the Cohocton school system, graduating in 1964.  My graduating class had 15 students IF one were to count the two exchange students!  We all went through 13 years of education IN THE SAME BUILDING.  So far as I know, no classmate ever ended up in prison; all had careers and families.

This'n'That; March Fourth #1; Boehner Waffling?

Boehner Actually Promoting MORE Gun Control?
    Apparently Speaker Boehner hasn't heard about the communistic approach to gun rights, we citizens of Marxist New York State live under.  Mr Boehner should have read the papers; watched his taxpayer-provided office big-screen!  He would have found that we New Yorkers ain't too keen on having our throats stood upon, constitutionally speaking!!
    As with most bills passed by the New York Legislature, the NY SAFE Act was passed in the middle-of-the-night--on January 15, 2013--and signed into law by Marxist Cuomo within 1/2 hour of passage. 

On February 28th, about 10,000 men, women, children, seniors, veterans et al, showed up in Albany to protest said legislation as well as the "night-owl" activities of those elected!
I'm kinda thinkin' Boehner intends to give the other 49 states' citizens the same 'boner' that decent, middle-class New Yorkers got from Marxist Cuomo!!

This'n'That; December Third #1; Costas

Welfare Not The Only Requirement To Be A 'Taker'
    Did ya check out the Costas blather during halftime of Sunday's late game (Cowboys vs Eagles)?  Bob Costas decided to weigh in on the gun ban philosophy.  This is just so much socio-fascist BULLSHIT!!
   I recently thought that "Clown Prince" obama's "taker-class" had primary requirements of:
Refusing to work;
Taking unending unemployment benefits;
Taking every other government cash benefit known to man;
Taking the "obama Fo" benefit actually originated by that evil President George W. Bush and on, and on....
    Bob Costas--in his support for the upcoming obama gun ban legislation--has added trashing the Second Amendment to the list!
Whether Costas used Jason Whitlock's article to buttress his own misguided gun-control opinions or not; it all boils down to the fact that Jovan Belcher is a common-criminal... it's just that simple!!  The man committed two crimes, that of murder and of suicide, leaving an infant to grow up without either parent. 

    OK, let's carry Costas' idiotic opinion to it's logical conclusion--from only his perspective--that over time "Clown Prince" obama is able to essentially render the Second Amendment 'toothless.'  We now are a society where the law abiding citizenry is defenseless.... well, except for me and those like me!  The crime rate will shoot up (forgive the pun!!) exponentially, only miscreants of the "taker-class" will have the guns; hell they have them now, illegally!! 
To further prove my point, I'm suggesting this article with an interesting headline:
"How can a city that bans handguns lead the nation in murders?"
[Note: This headline (about the City of Chicago) and the referenced article were written by journalism school grad students at Northwestern]
The headline only makes sense--at least to me--if one considers that said students' slanted education came through Marxist professors with an axe to grind with American History.  Their left-slanted education will impress the leftist national pamphleteers they hope to join.  Had these grad students attended Hillsdale College, Hillsdale, Michigan, their perspective would have been more in line with the U.S. Constitution; that every American has a God-given right to own a firearm; actually an unlimited number of firearms.  The 'gun rights' versus 'gun ban' argument will probably go on until the obama complete destruction of the nation; the constitution. The 'gun ban' supporters better make friends with all the gun owners they can, they're the last line of defense against the miscreants.  Most will never willingly give up their weapons to a totalitarian regime such as obama intends.
