Boehner Actually Promoting MORE Gun Control?
    Apparently Speaker Boehner hasn't heard about the communistic approach to gun rights, we citizens of Marxist New York State live under.  Mr Boehner should have read the papers; watched his taxpayer-provided office big-screen!  He would have found that we New Yorkers ain't too keen on having our throats stood upon, constitutionally speaking!!
    As with most bills passed by the New York Legislature, the NY SAFE Act was passed in the middle-of-the-night--on January 15, 2013--and signed into law by Marxist Cuomo within 1/2 hour of passage. 

On February 28th, about 10,000 men, women, children, seniors, veterans et al, showed up in Albany to protest said legislation as well as the "night-owl" activities of those elected!
I'm kinda thinkin' Boehner intends to give the other 49 states' citizens the same 'boner' that decent, middle-class New Yorkers got from Marxist Cuomo!!

    In the wake of the ludicrous 'fiscal cliff' deal made by Boehner and McConnell -packed with pork, increasing the deficit by $4 TRILLION, and raising taxes on most every American while extracting diddly-squat in spending cuts- the Republican Party doesn't represent my interests anymore, yet no GOPer has the huevos to mount a viable challenge to Boehner's feckless 'leadership'-

Yet yesterday's so-called 'fiscal cliff' deal included all this

• $430 million for Hollywood through “special expensing rules” to encourage TV and film production in the United States. Producers can expense up to $15 million of costs for their projects.
• $331 million for railroads by allowing short-line and regional operators to claim a tax credit up to 50 percent of the cost to maintain tracks that they own or lease.
• $222 million for Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands through returned excise taxes collected by the federal government on rum produced in the islands and imported to the mainland.
• $70 million for NASCAR by extending a “7-year cost recovery period for certain motorsports racing track facilities.”
• $59 million for algae growers through tax credits to encourage production of “cellulosic biofuel” at up to $1.01 per gallon.
• $4 million for electric motorcycle makers by expanding an existing green-energy tax credit for buyers of plug-in vehicles to include electric motorbikes.

How much worse could the American right do in upcoming battles on debt, immigration, and Obammunist gun grabs? PLENTY worse... but there's no need to take it on faith,

    We have president of the United States who's chosen to not participate in the free-market, capitalist system - never, ever-yet today he rules over it

    We have a president who's only success is as a demagogue- where he trashes his opponents... lies and decieves in a serial fashion... he gets elected, and somehow -SOMEhow- he's qualified to run everything! He's qualified to re-write the Constitution... how did that happen? I dunno...

    In America now we're supposed to despise people who actually achieve the American Dream... we're supposed to despise people who follow the law, follow the rules, though hard work, through intelligence... long hours... invest everything they have... many of whom began with very modest means- now suddenly, if they don't contribute to 50% of their income to Obama, to the Sentate, to the Congress, to the massive bureaucracy, SOMEHOW that's unfair- unfair to whom?

    Like the mob, they've got their hands in our pockets- they're the first ones there!

    This isn't only a financial disaster, it is a constitutional disaster- and that's the point, ever since the federal government became un-moored from the federal Constitution, it's become this: an insatiable leviathan monster, it can't stop- you heard Obama.

    It's not about the rich... it's about YOU- (Obama) hasn't gotten enough, he wants more...

    This fiscal cliff discussion- what happened? The Republicans sold their soul to a president who would make Karl Marx and Saul Alinsky proud...

    A president who pretends to speak for the middle class and to represent the middle class when he resents the middle class.. he resents this entire society- that's why HE's NOT DONE, he's going to push the envelope

    This is not America, this is not a constitutional democracy-
this is something else

    When they say 'government is broken' they don't mean because politicians aren't complying with the Constitution, they mean we need... a benevolent dictatorship'

The issue is no longer 'what can the government do, it's 'what can't the government do?'"

Add Adam Lanza to the list of mentally ill gunmen who created great massacres under the influence of 'Big Pharma.'  We know Big Pharma's concoctions are more likely to make those who take these drugs more violent as one of the side effects.
So, what are we learning about Lanza?  He was indeed a product of  'Big Pharma's' psychotropic drugs.  Lanza has now been reported by mainstream media to indeed be taking the violence-linked anti-psychotic drug known as Fanapt.  While Fanape isn't on Time Magazine's top ten list of drugs most likely to make one violent, it is still known to have side effects like those in the top ten.
Fanapt has a very disturbing history of FDA testing and approval.  It also has a long line of side effects that echo reports that drugs of this nature ultimately lead to suicidal behavior and increased overall aggression.  But the way the system is set up, these side effects are often covered up by the deep pockets of Big Pharma.  Like other things we have seen denied over and over again by the FDA, like the dangerous sweetener aspartame (NutraSweet), which it took Donald Rumsfeld to pull the red tape to get it to market, Fanapt to failed FDA testing many times before someone finally pulled the red tape from the process.  The FDA from the testing [determined that] the drug created "severe problems" in the 500 people it tested including: [....]

    Everyone except most federal, state, county, parish, local, politicians understand the principles of gun restrictions at their individual levels.  Said restrictions only hinder law-abiding citizens from gun-ownership while all miscreants--as well as most in obama's 'taker-class'--know they have a--more-or-less--free hand in their gun violence!!  These several contemplated knee-jerk reactions to the Sandy Hook Tragedy will have little affect beyond placating the socio-fascist obama followers!
    It's not only the obamacRATics creating this atmosphere of 'Kissing Big Pharma's Ass,' the republicRATics have their hand in the process as well.  Normally, I'm one who rails against ANY government involvement in corporate or individual endeavors.  In this case--and all DRUG APPROVAL cases--I'm all for as much red-tape as it takes to insure adequate and thorough testing of said drugs.

Second Reign: obama To Ban Dozens More Guns!!
    Those of us who consider ourselves conservatives, constitutionalists, libertarians, et al, knew this was coming; just a matter of time.  If you were asleep and really didn't see the ban coming-read here and here!  The--most recently edited--obama gun ban list has been released and it's more devastating to the Second Amendment than any previous ban-list!!
    The Bilderberg Group, the group's avowed-communist mouthpiece--and designated obama handler--Valarie Jarrett, as well as "Clown Prince" obama himself, have the ultimate objective of scrapping the Second Amendment completely!!  If you haven't augmented your arms and ammunition stocks, NO TIME LIKE THE PRESENT!!  I continue to buy what I can afford, whether it's weapons or ammo.
    The 'powers-that-be' ain't even tryin' to disguise it: the second Bilderberg Group reign, with 'frontman-child,' "Clown Prince" obama, as directed by the aforementioned avowed communist-Valerie Jarrett; will be a complete destruction of the United States Constitution, one amendment at a time, 'til the whole thing is in the 'trash-can' of history.
    Can we agree that--if they vote at all--the street thugs; general miscreants; gang participants, are members of 'the taker-class?'  As such, they voted for any upcoming gun-ban legislation.  Smart move!  The honest, law-abiding American will not be allowed:
"....the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."
One need only to look at the U.K., Canada, Australia, Israel among others to see the affects of severely restricting private ownership of guns. 
Israel has a private registered gun ownership rate of 5.98 guns per 100 citizens.
Israel--in 2008--had 61 firearm homicides which equates to 0.83 firearm homicides per 100,000 citizens, with nearly the same numbers (both categories) for Israeli firearm suicides.
But.... Israel is the exception--by a wide margin--to the rule.  One should check the U.K. and Australia's firearm-crime statistics to see the actual 'rule.'
In the United Kingdom--after their gun ban legislation--the crime nearly doubled: 1998/99-5,209 gun offenses, compared to 2007/08-9,865 gun offenses!!  With fewer LEGAL guns!!
In Australia--actually only the State of Victoria considered--after the federal firearm ban (of 1996): 1996-just 7 firearm homicides; 1997 a whoppin' 19 firearm homicides for an increase of 171%!!  In one year!!
    The Bilderberg Group WITH "Clown Prince" obama want the United States' gun laws to be far more restricted than any of the aforementioned countries!

The Bilderberg Group On 'Bandwagon!'
    Through their 'Mouthpiece-in-Chief,' "Clown Prince" obama, the Bilderbergers are calling for more gun restrictions in the United States.  The Bilderberg Group, one of the early--and still current--advocates and promoters of a one-world government; of a one-world currency.  Their first official meeting--with initially secret membership--was held here, May 29, 1954:

    The "Clown Prince" included his 'gun-grab' bluster in his re-immaculation campaign blather at attendees of the National Urban League's convention last night in New Orleans.  I'm sure barackingham Palace got the word on gun control when obama's Chief (but ineffective) Economist, Austen Goolsbee returned from the 2012 Bilderberg meeting, this year in Chantilly, Va.

P.S.  In wandering around the 'net, I did find that the AK-47 is the most mass produced and mass-marketed shoulder weapon on the planet, out selling; out smuggling all other shoulder weapons COMBINED!
I also found that in "Clown Prince" obama's home country of Kenya, the 1986 price of the 'AK' was fifteen (15) cows, but by 2005 the price had dropped to four (4) cows!!  Glaring proof that the economic laws of supply-and-demand; the free market system really does work.  If "Clown Prince" obama visited the homeland more often, he might find this among other important information!!

The 'Gun-Grabbers' Are Coming!
    In the wake of the Aurora Theater Massacre, the "gun-grabbers" are hogging the cameras and the communist national press.  To that end--one of Congress' most outspoken Constitution tramplers--Rep Carolyn McCarthy (NY4; Nassau County-Long Island) is out almost demanding that "Clown Prince" obama further reduce the legal availability of small arms.  Said Ms McCarthy:
"I personally think that he [obama] is going to be looking at what he can do on the books, what he can do by executive order, what he can do without having to come to Congress.  He's able to do something."

Might I remind all U.S. Senators and Representatives of the Second Amendment, the right to keep and bear arms:
"A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

Lest the aforementioned federal miscreants forget, the U.S. Supreme Court upheld the Second Amendment, thus:
[2008]  In District of Columbia v. Heller (554 U.S. 570), the Supreme Court ruled that the Second Amendment protects an individual's right to possess a firearm, unconnected to service in a militia and to use that arm for traditionally lawful purposes, such as self-defense within the home.
[2010]  In McDonald v. Chicago (561 U.S. 3025), the Supreme Court ruled that the Second Amendment limits state and local governments to the same extent that it limits the federal government.

    An aware citizen is an 'armed' citizen!  There are folks for which the Second Amendment is but an encumbrance; part of a document that must be negated!  The 'gun-control advocates' are all about CONTROL, little about GUNS!  To me, 'gun control' means using both hands; "double-tap, center mass!"  There most probably will come a time when the tyrannical federal government must be opposed at every turn, in every alley!!

More Gun Control; More Gun Control!!
    The national pamphleteer corpse (that's for you barackie, baby!) has started with reciting their statistics to support their premise that guns kill.  Using their logic,

• ban the fork: it causes obesity, and
• ban the car: it causes highway fatalities, and
• ban alcohol: it causes DWIs and DUIs, resulting in traffic deaths, and
• ban higher education: it causes agnst for those unemployed graduates

well, you see where this is going; the guns are not the problem, the idiots behind them are!  The LAST THING WE NEED NOW, is further erosion of the Second Amendment.  Like unenforced immigration policies, the law enforcement agencies must step up their enforcement of existing gun laws.  If one cares to check, the states with the most restrictive gun laws, most restrictive conceal-carry permits have the highest instances of gun violence!
    Given that the Aurora shooter is alleged to have been despondent after being unable to find a job commensurate with his education, this entire incident can be laid directly at the feet of "Clown Prince" obama!!  His destructive policies have continued the downward spiral of the national economy, causing an unemployment rate that's not been below 8.1% for many, many months.
