"Clown Prince" Weekly Blather; January 22nd

A Patriotic Response To The "Clown Prince;" 01/22/2011

The White House

January 22, 2011

    Here’s the truth about today’s economy: If we’re serious about fighting for American jobs and American businesses, one of the most important things we can do is open up more markets to American goods around the world.   That’s why I met with China’s President Hu Jintao at the White House this past week. We’re now exporting more than $100 billion a year to China in goods and services. And as a result of deals we completed this week, we’ll be increasing U.S. exports to China by more than $45 billion, and China’s investments in America by several billion dollars. Most important, these deals will support some 235,000 American jobs. And that includes a lot of manufacturing jobs.  That goal is why I fought so hard to negotiate a new and better trade deal with South Korea – a deal with unprecedented support from business and labor – that will support more than 70,000 American jobs. And that’s why I traveled to India last fall to help pave the way for $10 billion in new deals for American businesses and more than 50,000 new American jobs.
[What I'm not telling you: Let me start this segment with a little quip from Party Chairman Hu--
"Why you having a meal of this size for me?  Why you need all these people around, just to talk privately?"
And, those were just the first two questions!!  You should have heard the venom the party chairman served up for me about my managerial and fiscal abilities:
"The Chinese people have given you lot of money; they dislike learning that you waste money on this unnecessary meal; money they worked hard for--much like your American 'Tea Pot' radicals!!" {Here the translator broke in to correct Hu--"Honorable Chairman, the term is the 'Tea Party' movement"}
"More than this meal, you and your government waste money at every turn!!  You play golf allatime; you fly all over the world, allatime; you on vacation, allatime--this is not why we bought all your debt when 'that fat Soros guy' asked us to!!  Soros told the communist committee members that when we had bought enough of this nearly-worthless paper, "The People's Republic of China" would have 25% of the seats in each branch of your legislature.  You must bring Soros here-I need answer to: 'How much is enough?' "
Whew!! I was grateful when that mini-meeting ended!!  Thank Allah, that part was in private!!  Finally, I was able to bring Soros' concerns to the fore;  He and I can not continue to 'snow the public' for much longer.  We need some solid changes in the areas of trade and U.S. security.  We are having an exceedingly more difficult time keeping the American public convinced that trading sensitive military and commercial technology for really crappy toys, tainted pet-food and defective drywall is a  good deal.  We can not compete so long as Chinese manufacturing essentially uses quasi-slave labor!!  With the Yuan currently valued at $00.151US, the average American auto worker earns approximately 250 Yuan in pay and benefits, per hour!!  Conversely, the average Chinese laborer earns 3.75 Yuan per hour.  In a 3,000 hour work-year, the Chinese earn 10,800 Yuan, while the American earns 875,000 Yuan.  The Chinese government continues to manipulate the monetary system in their favor; flooding international markets with what amounts to federally subsidized products-making it impossible for European and Western Hemisphere companies to compete!!]
    Now, these may just sound like statistics. But yesterday, I saw what that means firsthand when I traveled to a GE plant in Schenectady, New York. This plant is manufacturing steam turbines and generators for a big project in India that resulted from a deal we announced around that trip – a project that’s helping support more than 1,200 manufacturing jobs and more than 400 engineering jobs in Schenectady. Good jobs at good wages, producing American products for the world.  At the same time, GE has also been investing in innovation, building a clean energy center, an advanced battery manufacturing plant, and other state-of-the-art facilities in Schenectady that are resulting in hundreds of new American jobs and contributing to America’s global economic leadership.
[What I'm not telling you: 'Supporting' is not--by any stretch--CREATING!!  These 'jobs at good wages' depend largely on federal grants and subsidies.  There is not a 'green energy' segment in the country--on the planet--that can truthfully stand on it's own; stand without government subsidies or--more importantly--government mandates!!  We continue to support the 'greenies' with billions in cash and mandates in part, to make it appear that we're creating jobs hand-over-fist, when in reality we're doing nothing more than buying jobs for the favored few!!  To illustrate what I'm talking about, let's just take the simple ear of corn.  Each year, the Farm Bill includes mega-billions of dollars in corn subsidies for the simple reason of keeping the corn market-price artifically LOW!!  This has several positive (political) results:  It serves to reward the mega, corporate farms and ag-businesses; It serves as an incentive to include high-fructose corn syrup in practically everything we eat, drink, wear, drive and use on  a daily basis.  The artifcially low price combined with other subsidies, make the development and production of ethanol fictitiously profitable.  Negatively, it's nothing more than putting food in the gas tank!!  With millions and billions starving around the world, this seems tantamount to murder!!  True, the American consumer would suffer with corn at true market prices; but so would the diversion of monies to the F-O-F (Friends-of-Fascism)!  We'll leave the destructive effects of ethanol on the automobile engine for another day; surfice it to say--ethanol is far more destructive than it is beneficial!!  Subsidizing the simple ear-of-corn amounts to an additional subsidy to the 'green energy' industry; farce!!]
    Leading the world in innovation. Opening new markets to American products. That’s how we’ll create jobs today. That’s how we’ll make America more competitive tomorrow. And that’s how we’ll win the future.  While I was in Schenectady, I announced that Jeff Immelt, GE’s CEO and one of the most imaginative and visionary business leaders in America, has agreed to head up our new Council on Jobs and Competitiveness. The purpose of this council is to help us find ways to grow our economy by investing in our businesses here at home. And under Jeff’s leadership, I’m confident that they’ll generate good ideas about how we can spur hiring, educate our workers to compete in the 21st century, and attract the best jobs and businesses to America rather than seeing them spring up overseas.  We’re living in a new and challenging time, in which technology has made competition easier and fiercer than ever before. Countries around the world are upping their game and giving their workers and companies every advantage possible. But that shouldn’t discourage us. Because I know we can win that competition. I know we can out-compete any other nation on Earth. We just have to make sure we’re doing everything we can to unlock the productivity of American workers, unleash the ingenuity of American businesses, and harness the dynamism of America’s economy.
[What I'm not telling you:  I gotta tell ya.... I think "Georgie-Peorgie-Puddin'-Pie" scored with that one!!  Soros' creation of "The Council on Jobs and Competitiveness" serves as a coup in our defying the 'Tea Party' mandate of 'SMALLER GOVERNMENT; LESS SPENDING!!  The 'Jeff Immelt' thingie--not so much!!  Here, the reader needs a bit of a 'brush-up' on the phrase "words have meanings."  Remember when President Bush signed the 'TARP' legislation after my temper-tantrum??  The stated purpose of that legislation was to bail out the American banks that were insolvent or were holding a large amount of 'toxic' assets.  General Electric's financial arm-GE Credit Corp is neither a bank, nor did it hold more than a minimal amount of 'toxic' assets.  Soros used some of his shady political connections to have GECC declared 'a bank' and thus was given $16 Billion in TARP funds--even though General Electric is the largest--and a highly profitable--industrial company in the world!!  All of them; Jeff, General Electric and GECC; were large donors--both recorded and unrecorded--to my last "Campaign of Fluff,"  so Jeff's chairmanship is nothing less than a blatant pay-off for his support!!  (Soros has quiet assurances that Jeff and the stock-holders will also support the "Campaign of Fluff-Redux" we kicked off at the 'Arizona Tragic Memorial Pep Rally')  Many--Soros included--see this new 'Council on Jobs' as an admission that I don't have a clue when it comes to anything fiscal!!  My regime on it's own, hasn't been able to come up with any plans on invigorating the economy and/or the jobs market--not that they've(we've) been trying very hard!!  Although I protested as much as I'm allowed to; Soros wanted the following statement loaded onto the teleprompter:
"Leading the world in innovation.  Opening new markets to American products.  That's how we'll create jobs today."
The point of my argument was:  Is the statement even relevant today??  If so, why was it not relevant two years ago??
**As for myself:  I can't wait to see what George is having loaded on the teleprompter for the "State of the Onion Show!"  I hope you're excited, as well!!]

This'n'That; January Twentieth [Second Anniversary]

The "Clown Prince" Very SUCCESSFUL!
    Now that we've arrived upon the second anniversary of "Clown Prince" obama's 'selection-for-election,' those two years have proven very successful for obama:
  • A complete success at the failure of keeping virtually any of his campaign promises!
  • A complete success at turning over majority ownership of the country to the Chinese government via the massive U.S. debt that country purchased!
  • A complete success at using the vast resourses of the $787BILLION Porkulus bill to repay his financiers and supporters!
  • A complete success at stifling recovery from 'obama Great Recession!'
  • A complete success at concentrating on any number of mundane issues rather than America's primary issue of jobs creation!
  • A complete success at ignoring federal law; then suing any and all states who strive to uphold and enforce them!
  • A complete success at suing four states for enacting laws that reflect 'the will of the majority but not the objectives of labor unions!'
  • A complete success at 'hiring' a justice department whose leadership has vowed to never prosecute a case where 'whitey' is the victim!
  • A complete success at 'hiring' the most communistic "shadow government" of czars in history!
  • A complete success at being nothing more than a marionette in the hands of the 'guy with the most money,' i.e., George Soros!
  • A complete success at discouraging business investment and business creation with Soros' fascist economic policies!
  • A complete success at failing to prosecute SEIU thugs-the "Purple People Beaters" for the many infractions of public law and election law!
  • A complete success at disgusting me to the point that I'll not elucidate the remaing hundreds of examples!

This'n'That; January Eighteenth [The "Clown Prince" Sues Again]

"Clown Prince" QUIETLY Suing More States
    While "Clown Prince" obama was 'making nicey-nice' at the Soros/obama Arizona 'Tragic' Memorial Pep Rally, members of his regime announced they were going to sue four more states; this time to force them to accept 'card-check' results!  Those four states are Arizona, South Carolina, South Dakota, and Utah.
    Last November--when voters were handing the obamacRATics their asses--they also approved their individual state constitutional amendments which gave all employees the right to a secret ballot election when deciding whether to unionize. The elections were lopsided blowouts that set back the labor cause. Voters approved the measures by:
{*}(4)http://www.unionfacts.com/articles/democracyCardCheck.cfm
■60 percent in Utah;

■61 percent in Arizona;
■79 percent in South Dakota
■86 percent in South Carolina.

The methodology to rule by fiat; The National Labor Relations Board contends that the states' referenda violate federal law--two points to remember here:
(1)  The NLRB is under the fascist-dictatorial control of ex-SEIU union legal thug--Craig Becker;
(2)  The regime continues to ignore those parts of the Constitution that don't serve their dictatorship.
In this case, the Tenth Amendment which states:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
No where in the aforementioned document can the regime thugs point out their authority to continue to rule by ancillary appointment!
   Ya can't make this shit up; it gets even better as it goes on!!  The affected states' Attorneys General were sent a series of extortion letters, {URL, below} each signed by Acting General Counsel Lafe Solomon, by Eric Moskowitz, ASS't General Counsel, and Abby Simms, Deputy General Counsel.  This Nazi-esque action threatened legal action by some piece of fecal matter named Mark Eskenazi, presumably working at the behest of the NLRB.
{Blogger's Note:  Folks, I could continue to digest all the pap and write on this topic, but--your best information will come from the actual sources of the information; without my possible bias!!  It is my hope that each and every reader will do as I intend: email, snail-mail AND  call your senators and representatives-they're allowing these actions AGAINST the wishes of the majority, much like their voting on obamaKare!!}

This'n'That; January Seventeenth[obama/MLK; King Murder Conspiracy]

obama Should Consider Serving ALL OF US!!
    This report from the Associated Press:

WASHINGTON -- (01/17/11) -- "Clown Prince" obama is marking Martin Luther King day today with community service.  The president and first lady will pitch in today at a to-be-named location in Washington, while Cabinet chiefs and other top officials do likewise across the country.  obama has eagerly embraced the idea of honoring the memory of the civil rights leader in projects that help the community.  Last year, obama dropped by a Washington food bank to serve hot meals to the needy.
    Were the Reverend, Doctor Martin Luthur King alive today, he would be agast at the events and changes since his murder!!  As a campaigner for civil rights for all, Dr King--first and foremost--had a great love for his country; nay--for our country.    Dr King demanded civil rights, NOT welfareRAT 'rights,' for all!!
    This dependency, 'welfareRAT' mentality really began in earnest with the LBJ "Great Society,"  President Johnson's method of insuring the 'less-than-productive' vote!!  "Slick-Willie" Clinton pretended to 'reform' the federal dependency system which actually increased participants by opening up the Medicare/Medicaid/Social Security Disability system to any welfareRATs that remotely qualified!!
    The "Clown Prince" might consider asking George Soros to allow him to serve the entire country by governing as the majority would dictate!!  Soros is not likely to allow this change in governance!!  By obama, 'The Moocher' and their kids serving FREE meals to less-than-deserving individuals only reminds us that he supports the dependency class--so long as he has their vote!!

As For MLK:  What Really Happened?
    No matter the 'event,' one can find multiple conspiracy theories as to how and why any given tragedy happended.  As I cast about for more information on Dr King and his untimely demise, I found this article (I'd never heard of, before this) in which the King Family was victorious in a civil action claiming that Dr King's murder was the product of a conspiracy:

Celebrate 2011 MLK Day with "The Truth from the Trial" won by the King Family in Memphis in 1999!

    Are you aware that the King family took a civil suit into a Memphis court in 1999 with William Pepper as their lawyer? They presented numerous witnesses who had been steadfastly avoided by the Memphis police and government investigators. Are you aware of any of the following information? If not, why not? If yes, will you be getting this information out as part of your 2011 observance of the life and legacy of [....]

....or this King Family press conference transcript (concerning the civil trial):
Coretta Scott King:

There is abundant evidence of a major high level conspiracy in the assassination of my husband, Martin Luther King, Jr. And the civil court's unanimous verdict has validated our belief. I wholeheartedly applaud the verdict of the jury and I feel that justice has been well served in their deliberations.
This verdict is not only a great victory for my family, but also a great victory for America. It is a great victory for truth itself.
It is important to know that this was a SWIFT verdict, delivered after about an hour of jury deliberation. The jury was clearly convinced by the extensive evidence that was presented during the trial that, in addition to Mr. Jowers, the conspiracy of the Mafia, local, state and federal government agencies, were deeply involved [....]

The Sunday 'Report;' 01/16/2011

What The National Pamphleteers Don't Tell You:
Lookin' For Work?
WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) — A good job is still hard to find, though recent labor-market data indicate the employment situation is slowly improving.   While the economy is adding jobs at lower levels than workers would like, analysts expect some growth in a wide range of service jobs this year — including retail, information technology, professional, scientific and technical jobs — and continuing growth in health care. Read more about the job market’s lost decade. Read more about unemployment rate drops to 9.4%.
    Jobs data proves mixedJobs growth disappoints, but some details of labor reading show promise, Barrons.com's Bob O'Brien reports.  “Primary job generation will be across a wide range of private service areas,” said Nigel Gault, chief U.S. economist at IHS Global Insight, an economic consulting firm in Lexington, Mass.  With the aging population, health care remains a primary field for job growth, experts say. “Health care is always adding jobs. That will clearly continue,” said Dean Baker, co-director of the Center for Economic and Policy Research, a Washington think tank.  Among the positions expected to have greater demand in coming years: nurses, [....]

The Secretary and the Sheriff

January 10, 2011
By Seth Leibsohn

    As you’ve read, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told an audience in Abu Dhabi: “Look we have extremists in my country. A wonderful, incredibly brave young woman congress member, Congresswoman Giffords, was just shot in our country. We have the same kinds of problems. So rather than standing off from each other, we should work to try to prevent the extremists anywhere from being able to commit violence.”
    This is little different from the sheriff in Tucson, Clarence Dupnik calling his state “a mecca for prejudice and bigotry.”   Why is it little different? Because it’s quite hard to discern just what motivated the assassin in Tucson — he’s been described by friends as [....]

Katie Couric: Koranic Scholar
by Deroy Murdock;
January 10, 2011
The hostess is not anchored in reality.
     Amid late 2010’s snowstorms and champagne toasts, most folks likely missed a truly stunning comment by a high-profile U.S. journalist. Katie Couric’s words epitomize the ignorance and politically correct blindness that befall too many of America’s media elite.
    In a CBSNews.com year-in-review discussion, the Evening News anchor lamented that “the bigotry expressed against Muslims in this country has been one of the most disturbing stories to surface this year.” She complained about “this seething hatred many people feel for all Muslims, which I think is so misdirected, and so wrong — and so disappointing.”
Couric added: “Maybe we need a Muslim version of The Cosby Show.…I know that sounds crazy. But The Cosby Show did so much to change attitudes about African-Americans in this country, and I think sometimes people are afraid of what they don’t understand.”  With apologies to chickens, ostriches, and other feathered creatures,  [....]

A 'Flying Car' In Your Garage?
Flying cars are no longer the stuff of science fiction. Terrafugia, a company based in Woburn, Mass., plans to introduce its car-plane, the Transition, next year.  How does the car-plane work? The Transition has wings that unfold for flying. The wings can fold back up in one minute, and the car is ready to drive. A runway is still required for landing and takeoff. The plane is designed to fly below 10,000 feet, thus flying under bad weather instead of flying into it. The maximum takeoff weight is just 1,410 pounds.
    The basic car-plane costs $194,000 for the basic model. Extras include such items as a radio, transponder and full plane parachute. So far, the company has orders for 70 vehicles.  Terrafugia, which is Latin for "escape from the land," is working closely with the FAA to meet aircraft regulations and with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to meet safety regulations.  The company was founded in 2006 by five Massachusetts Institute of Technology grad students who were also pilots. They received some seed money [....]

Support for Public Employee Unions Declines

January 10, 2011
    With states across the country finding that benefits for public workers are becoming nearly impossible to fund in the current economic climate, support for public employee unions has fallen.
A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey shows that 45% of Americans now at least somewhat favor unions for public employees, while the identical number (45%) are opposed to them. These findings include 21% who Strongly Favor such unions versus 30% who are Strongly Opposed to them. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
    In May of last year, 53% of Adults favored unions for public employees, while 37% opposed them.
By comparison, 51% now at least somewhat favor unions for private sector workers, with just 39% opposed.

Violence and Revolutionary Rhetoric

January 10, 2011
By Kevin D. Williamson
     The problem with contemporary conservative rhetoric, Alex Pareene protests, is that it indulges revolutionary tropes. Disagreement is fine and all, he argues, but some ideas are impermissible or dangerous, especially the idea “that the opponent is not simply wrong, but has illegitimately seized power, and is illegally exercising that power.” To be clear: “The attempted assassination of a member of Congress,” he writes, “seems depressingly like the inevitable conclusion of two years of hysterical revolutionary language suffusing every single domestic political debate.”
    I am aware of no serious conservative who believes that Barack Obama or Democratic congressmen have “illegitimately seized power.” But it is true that Barack Obama is the first president to be commonly denounced by his opponents as illegitimate since . . . the last one. The belief that the Bush administration was installed through a judicial coup d’état was — and is — an article of faith for much of the Left. As recently as December 2010, you could read this sentence at the Huffington Post: “The 2000 election was a coup d’état.”
    Mr. Pareene would not have to look very far to find examples of the Left arguing that a conservative politician “is not simply wrong, but has illegitimately seized power, and is illegally exercising that power.” He might look in his own publication, for instance.  Salon.com co-founder Gary Kamiya wrote that the Bush-Gore contest was “rigged” and “fixed.” Illegitimate governing institutions, you say? Mr. Kamiya wrote: “The American people’s allegiance to democracy should be greater than our fealty to a court that has just spat in its face.” Reviewing Alan Dershowitz’s book on the 2000 election [....]
