"Clown Prince" Weekly Blather; February 27th
Weekly Address
February 27, 2010
As the Winter Olympics draw to a close this weekend, I just want to take a minute to congratulate all the athletes who competed in these games. And I especially want to say how proud I am of all the American men and women have achieved over the last few weeks.
Whether it was the men’s hockey team’s stunning upset of the Canadians on their way to the gold-medal game, Lindsey Vonn’s heroic gold-medal comeback from a shin injury, or Apolo Ohno becoming the most decorated American winter Olympian of all time, you can’t help but be inspired by the sheer grit and athletic prowess on display in Vancouver.
And it’s not just the medal count that’s inspiring – though we’ve certainly done great on that score. What’s truly inspiring is the character of the men and women who have won those medals. The sacrifices they’ve made. The integrity they’ve shown. The indomitable Olympic spirit that says no matter who you are or where you come from or what difficulties you may face, you can work hard and train hard and still triumph in the end. That is why we watch. That is why we cheer. That is why in the middle of an extremely challenging time for America, we’ve been able to come together as one nation for a few weeks in February and swell with pride at what our citizens have achieved. [What I'm not telling you: I'm not really in favor of the Olympics, either Summer or Winter. They really do nothing but take the camera and media away from ME!! How can I continually hoodwink the American public if I'm not afforded 24/7 media, camera and video coverage?? I hesitate to mention the athletes' character--even though it's great in measure--it highlights my own lack of character. "Character" indicates a measure of moral or ethical strength. If the topic comes up in conversation, I can't honestly claim even a modicum of either!! I continually display a lack of moral character when STILL attempting--with the morons in the Congress--to force obamaCare down the American throat when upwards of 65% of potential voters say they're against it. Ethics....ETHICS....?? Now there's a concept lost on me!! Where are the ethics involved with my party demanding that the Toyota management testify before committees and sub-committees, when the party OWNS GENERAL MOTORS and a large share of CHRYSLER?? We demonstrate a clear conflict-of-interest as we torture and persecute a competitor!!!]
Now, when it comes to meeting the larger challenges we face as a nation, I realize that finding this unity is easier said than done – especially in Washington. But if we want to compete on the world stage as well as we’ve competed in the world’s games, we need to find common ground. We need to move past the bickering and the game-playing that holds us back and blocks progress for the American people.
We know it’s possible to do this. And we were reminded of that last week when Democrats and Republicans in the Senate came together to pass a jobs bill that will give small businesses tax credits to hire more workers. We also saw it when Democrats and Republicans in the House came together to pass a bill that will force insurance companies to abide by common-sense rules that prevent price-fixing and other practices that drive up health care costs.
We need that same spirit of cooperation and bipartisanship when it comes to finally passing reform that will bring down the cost of health care and give Americans more control over their insurance. [What I'm not telling you: ANYTHING/ANYONE who doesn't roll-over-and-play-dead on any of my proposals are to me, acting in a partisan fashion. 'Bi-partisan'=conformance to my economic plans which will eventually destroy democracy in America. Bi-partisanship will give me someone to hang the blame on when the eventual, happens!! Tax credits for small businesses to hire more workers--is SHIT!! I ask you: What the hell is the benefit of more workers if there's nothing for them to do?? A far better solution would be across-the-board tax CUTS, which obamacRATics can not abide; more money in businesses' pockets; less control for the fascists. Did the ultimate fascist--Adolph Hitler--give out tax cuts?? NO!! He had the ultimate in control--to which I aspire!! As I see many times in blogs and the conservative media--the logical solution to this health insurance is to allow the various insurance companies to do business acrosss state lines. Again, more money in the public's pocket; less control for the fascists!!] On Thursday, we brought both parties together for a frank and productive discussion about this issue. In that discussion, we heard many areas of agreement. Both sides agreed that the rising cost of health care is a serious problem that plagues families, small businesses, and our federal budget. Many on both sides agreed that we should give small businesses and individuals the ability to participate in a new insurance marketplace – which members of Congress would also use – that would allow them to pool their purchasing power and get a better deal from insurance companies. And I heard some ideas from our Republican friends that I believe are very worthy of consideration.
But still, there were differences. We disagreed over whether insurance companies should be held accountable when they deny people care or arbitrarily raise premiums. I believe they should. We disagreed over giving tax credits to small businesses and individuals that would make health care affordable for those who don’t have it. This would be the largest middle class tax cut for health care in history, and I believe we should do it. And while we agreed that Americans with pre-existing conditions should be able to get coverage, we disagreed on how to do that.
Some of these disagreements we may be able to resolve. Some we may not. And no final bill will include everything that everyone wants. That’s what compromise is. I said at the end of Thursday’s summit that I am eager and willing to move forward with members of both parties on health care if the other side is serious about coming together to resolve our differences and get this done. But I also believe that we cannot lose the opportunity to meet this challenge. The tens of millions of men and women who cannot afford their health insurance cannot wait another generation for us to act. Small businesses cannot wait. Americans with pre-existing conditions cannot wait. State and federal budgets cannot sustain these rising costs. [What I'm not telling you: The most telling thing I can say on this issue is: What you saw last Thursday, was NOT the massacre I had envisioned when I had the summit set up!! Figuratively, there should have been blood-spatter on every wall, body parts hanging from the chandeliers and 'dead' republicRATs laying all over with we obamacRATics standing on the conference table, 'dusting off' our weapons!!! I must admit, though, I looked like a bumbling idiot!! I should have done my 'homework' on that proposal offered in my name!! It was clearly a mistake to just scan a proposal written by one of my morons. If the massacre I expected had materialized, that would have been all that was necessary. Alas, Mr Ryan of Wisconsin and Mr Cantor of Virginia, handed me my ass on a silver platter; neatly "sliced-and-diced!!" I'm guessin' these guys have more testicular fortitude than i expected-they ain't gonna give up!!]
It is time for us to come together. It is time for us to act. It is time for those of us in Washington to live up to our responsibilities to the American people and to future generations. So let’s get this done.

This'n'That; February 26th[Phones;Entrapment]
A couple of years ago, the "Young Miss Lovely" and I decided that with all the services we get from Time Warner Cable, we should get our phone service from them as well.
All was well.... for about the first twenty minutes!! Then we started getting-NON STOP-calls from EVERY credit card company, mortgage company and collection agency ON THE PLANET!!
Each one was on the hunt for JENNIFER MIRANDA and/or ALVARADO MIRANDA to collect the various outstanding balances owed them!!
To you companies and agencies who call:
THEY DON'T HAVE THIS NUMBER ANYMORE!!!!
To the Miranda's: Pay your dam' bills, ya pair'a SLUGS!!!
The "Clown Prince" Set To 'Trap' republicRATs
What the "Clown Prince" thought would be the indians trapping the soldiers in the valley of death, had a far different conclusion after 7+ hours of the obamaCare Summit photo-op.
Fluffy obama obviously didn't 'do his homework;' without his ubiquitous teleprompter, most times he spoke, he stumbled along desperately trying to remember the details of his own ill-conceived proposal. Fluffy proved the 'Rushism' without a doubt: what ever room he's in-Fluffy is the least experienced; least qualified!!!
This WAS NOT the lynching the obamacRATics were led to believe would be the end result!! Several republicRATs who spoke, poked holes into the various proposals-at every turn. They did this with facts, with the obamacRATics' own CBO findings, with irrefutable details of Fluffy's "double accounting" and blatantly false spending amounts. Mr Paul Ryan, Wisconsin and Mr Eric Cantor, Virginia were obama's two primary adversaries. Both demonstrated in each of their presentations, they were more-than-adequately prepared for the lynching!! They convinced "the indians their group wouldn't be massacred" without a fight!! The "Clown Prince" was "handed his ass on a silver platter" with each statement the republicRATs made!!
By-the-way.... did anyone catch Geeze-Louise McIntosh Rodham Slaughter during the obamacRATics' bumbling responses and highly speculative bouts with honesty??
["Geeze-Louise" mis-represents those in the Rochester, N.Y., area from her palatial offices in
Washington-we never see her 'live!' She devised the TELEPHONE townhall meeting!!!]
She and her family have my deepest condolences!! During her rambling discourse, it became patently obvious that her dementia has gotten worse. She spoke once of one of "her constituents" who had to use her dead sister's dentures.
I think her mind wandered back to her childhood in Kentucky and some of her neighbors. In this day and age, it's no longer necessary to share dentures; if she assures illegal immigrants get free dental care, why not one of her own?!?! She probably felt she had to have an equal quality sob-story as the other obamacRATic speakers; to do this, she had to think on the fly-nearly impossible for those suffering from her debilitating condition.
Til Nex'Time....
This'n'That; February 25th[Conflict;Reconciliation]
Then-Senator obama, April 25, 2005: "A change in the Senate rules that really, uh, I think would change the character of the Senate, uh, forever, Uhhh, and what I worry about would be th-th-that you essentially still have two chambers, the House and the Senate, but you have simply majoritarian, uhhh, absolute power on either side, and that's just not what the Founders intended."
Then-Senator Clinton, May 23, 2005: So this president has come to the majority here in the Senate and basically said "Change the rules! Do it the way I want it done," and I guess there just weren't very many voices on the other side of the aisle that acted the way previous generations of senators have acted and said "Mr. President, we are with you, we support you, but that's a bridge too far. We can't go there. You have to restrain yourself, Mr. President."

This'n'That; February 24th[Earmarks;obamaSlimier;
"I also have championed greater disclosure requirements for earmarks to ensure that the public knows which member of Congress is sponsoring an earmark. However, even with all of these reforms, I have come to believe that the system is broken. We can no longer accept a process that doles out earmarks based on a member of Congress' seniority, rather than the merit of the project. We can no longer accept an earmarks process that has become so complicated to navigate that a municipality or non-profit group has to hire high-priced D.C. lobbyists to do it. And we can no longer accept an earmarks process in which many of the projects being funded fail to address the real needs of our country. The entire earmarks process needs to be re-examined and reformed."
- Earmarking is still a bipartisan affliction.
- Earmarks go disproportionately to those powerful members in the room when the bills are written.
- While some members publicly state their aversion to earmarking, they often take credit back in their districts for bringing home the goods.

RepublicRAT National Committee 310 First Street SE PO Box 96994 Washington, D.C., 20077-7556
Attempts to hide evidence of Fluffy's involvement with ACORN have included wiping the web clean of potentially damaging articles that had appeared, and were previously publicly accessible. Unfortunately, those behind the attempted cover-up failed to realize that in today's day and age, nothing disappears forever. There also exists another layer of the web, the hidden web, which is full of information included in proprietary scholarly databases where these very same "missing" articles can be easily uncovered.
- Fact: barack was never an ACORN trainer and never worked for ACORN in any other capacity.
- Is that really a FACT, or just another lie?
- Let's take a look at a quote from a 2004 article - Case Study: Chicago- The Barack Obama Campaign - written by Toni Foulkes, a Chicago ACORN Leader, which was published in the journal Social Policy.
- Did we mention that Social Policy recently pulled this particular article from their website, while leaving links to all other articles up?
Since then, we have invited obama to our leadership training sessions to run the session on power every year, and, as a result, many of our newly developing leaders got to know him before he ever ran for office. Thus it was natural for many of us to be active volunteers in his first campaign for State Senate and then his failed bid for U.S. Congress in 1996. By the time he ran for U.S. Senate, we were old friends."
"At the time, Talbot worked at the social action group ACORN and initially considered obama a competitor. But she became so impressed with his work that she invited him to help train her staff." (LA Times, March 2, 2008)
For the next 3-5 years, the "invisible hand" of government will be more like a fist clenched around the stock market's neck. And investors must understand how to adapt their investments in this new economic reality. I'm calling this new economic reality Managed America.
- Unemployment will remain above 7%
- GDP Growth will Top Out at 3%
- Government Regulations will Stifle Innovation
- Higher Taxes will Cap Consumer Spending
- Runaway Inflation will Ramp Energy and Commodity Prices
- A Permanently Weak U.S. Dollar will Crush Manufacturing
- Weak Banks will Limit Lending
- Stock Prices will be Volatile
- Bernanke's monetary policy only does more damage to an already bombed-out U.S. dollar. And his multi-billion dollar bank bailouts – bailouts we, the taxpayer, will be saddled with for years – are giving criminal bank executives a free pass.
- Average Americans are getting the shaft coming and going.We've lost our shirt on our houses and our investments.
- We have to foot the bill in the form of higher taxes and rising unemployment the bill to keep our entire financial system from going down the tubes.
- Managed America is the biggest fraud ever perpetrated on the American Public.

This'n'That; February 22nd[RetirementFundsAgain!]
The Department of Labor and the Department of the Treasury (the "Agencies") are currently reviewing the rules under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and the plan qualification rules under the Internal Revenue Code (Code) to determine whether, and, if so, how, the Agencies could or should enhance, by regulation or otherwise, the retirement security of participants in employer-sponsored retirement plans and in individual retirement arrangements (IRAs) by facilitating access to, and use of, lifetime income or other arrangements designed to provide a lifetime stream of income after retirement. The purpose of this request for information is to solicit views, suggestions and comments from plan participants, employers and other plan sponsors, plan service providers, and members of the financial community, as well as the general public, on this important issue.
Accordingly, with the continuing trend away from traditional defined benefit plans to 401(k) defined contribution plans and hybrid plans ... employees are not only increasingly responsible for the adequacy of their savings at the time of retirement, but also for ensuring that their savings last throughout their retirement years ... In recognition of the foregoing, the Agencies are considering whether it would be appropriate for them to take future steps to facilitate access to, and use of, lifetime income or other arrangements designed to provide a stream of income after retirement.
13. Should some form of lifetime income distribution option be required for defined contribution plans (in addition to money purchase pension plans)? If so, should that option be the default distribution option, and should it apply to the entire account balance? To what extent would such a requirement encourage or discourage plan sponsorship?
The government is talking about some form of "lifetime income distribution" and "lifetime stream of income." (Isn't this what Social Security was supposed to do?) But just HOW does the government provide this "lifetime" income? Simple ... by FORCING you to take all or a portion of your retirement funds and invest them where China won't go; invest them where private international investors no longer want to go; invest them in Treasury Certificates. Oh yeah ... they'll probably come up with some fancy new name for some fancy new type of T-bill ... but the goal and the effect will be the same. You'll see your money seized by government and used to finance the insane spending plans of politicians .. Democrat and Republican.
"Clown Prince" Weekly Blather; February 20th
- ~~The Illegal Immigration Problem~~ If it weren't for my disastrous job performance {low-to-mid 40%} I'd consider some resolutions {but only half-heartedly!!}: Completion of the Mexican border fencing projects. These are already funded and a small portion has been completed. To be completely fair, assess the cost and practicality of Canadian border fencing as well. Insure that governmental offices AT EVERY LEVEL verify the identity and citizenship status of EVERYONE doing business with these offices. Develop and institute an effective repatriation program which treats everyone fairly-to include legitimate American Taxpayers who fund all these bazaar "piss-away" programs!! Refine current immigration laws so ALL are treated fairly, not just those who will work in states with strong congressional representation, i.e., the apple orchards of upstate New York, represented by 'Chuckie-Cheese' Schumer and that 'invisible senator,' Gillibrand. ~~Health Insurance Dilemma~~ In keeping with my fascist beliefs and policies, I refuse to admit that there's an 'insurance' problem; but it's a 'quality' issue. I will never even consider why persons of means and other national potentates come to the United States to partake of our first-rate practitioners, surgeons and facilities. We've all seen that GEICO tv ad where it's said that one can save $XXX by changing auto insurance providers. The consumer is able to compare rates for one simple reason: The various auto insurance companies are allowed to market their product{s} across state lines {albiet with state insurance department approvals}. One has to wonder to what 'lows' health care premiums would drop when health insurance companies have the same rights and procedures as auto insurance companies?!?! ~~Governmental Dependency~~ The modern era of dependency originates with the Franklin Roosevelt Administration, coinciding with the 1929 stock market crash. Mr Roosevelt created several demeaning "alphabet" programs to put the unemployed Americans to work, performing the most menial of tasks {so simple, even a caveman could do them}!! During the post-Korean War era on into the Viet Nam era, programs developed and instituted by the fascists of the time, created a dependency that has worse effects than drug adiction. Multi-generational families can be cited as having NEVER WORKED FOR WAGES!! What a sad commentary on America's commitment to it's citizens!! Welfare, SSI, AFDC, among others-have removed all incentive to produce; to produce earnings at a level to insure a family's welfare. I remember "Slick-Willie's" welfare reform program and I thought it was masterful in it's subtle deception!! Not only did he NOT REDUCE DEPENDENCY, he reassigned some recipients over to SSI..... thus reducing the welfare rolls, but not the dependency rolls. MASTERFUL!!!! This slight-of-hand was also instrumental in helping to bankrupt the Social Security Ponzi Scheme. Statistically, those who suck away at the government "teat" traditionally vote fascist, thus it's in the obamacRATics' best interests to keep them dependent; so long as the taxpayer doesn't revolt!! WHEW!! Did anyone foresee the growth and power of that "Tea Party" thingie....?? That has me concerned!!]

This'n'That; February 17th[TaxRefund]
- [Justin] "Turd, I don't think I'll be able to pay the taxes due to the state for a while."
- [Turd] " Oh but Justin, I need that money NOW to close our current spending gap. Give us an estimate as to when you might be able to pay us."
- [Justin] "Let's see.... the filing date is April 15th..... Oh, probably by August first...."
- [Turd] "That's unacceptable!! My tax department will have to assess a penalty and charge you interest...."
- [Justin] "This 'spending gap' you mentioned.....?? If you stopped adding to the expenditures-or atleast slowed the rate some..... would you still have to charge me interest and penalties??
- [Turd] " You're getting off-topic here, but to answer your question: If we obamacRATics don't continue to buy votes through having more and more New Yorkers addicted to the "government teat," do you think ANYONE would vote for us?? All that dependency funding costs money!! Where do you think it's gonna come from?? We have a large percentage of New Yorkers who pay no tax at all--So it's up to you commoners to make up the difference!! So to answer your question: Yes, we'd still charge you a penalty and interest."
- [Justin] "Going by your rules, my penalties and interest won't begin until June first, right?? That's when your interest responsibilities start, when you owe me a refund."
- [Turd] "Justin, I have your records with the taxation department up on the screen; You were born in the mid-1940s, which is in the twentieth century; we're now in the twenty-first century. Justin, did you just 'fall off a turnip truck??' By now, you should know that NOTHING IS EVER EQUAL between a government and an individual!!
- [Justin] "OK, if I'm unable to pay the balance until August first, and I own you about $500, how much will the interest and penalty be?"
- [Turd] "Let's see..... the penalty will be about $8.75 [1.75%]; the interest will be about $37.50 [7.5%], for a total of $46.25. Your payment to the tax department would have to be $546.25 or we just keep the interest accruing!!"
- [Justin] "OK, Turd... Just for shits and giggles, if I had a refund of $500 coming, and you didn't issue the check until August first, how much would the interest be?"
- [Turd-with a HUGE smile on his face] " We would owe you interest of $15, for a fat check of $515!!"
- [Justin] "Turd, THAT AIN'T FAIR!!"
- [Turd] " Of course not; THAT'S GOVERNMENT!!"
Where do we find these slugs to elect to state government??

This'n'That; February 15th[Medical Tort Reform]
- Limited punitive damages;
- Reformed joint and several liability;
- Restricted venue shopping;
- Restored the Deceptive Trade Practices Act to its original purpose of protecting consumers in ordinary consumer ransactions;
- Enacted a half dozen other reforms to curtail specific lawsuit abuses.
The 2003 session (with James Richard "Rick" Perry as Governor):
- Enacted comprehensive reforms governing medical liability litigation, including a $750,000 limit on non-economic damages;
- Initiated product liability reforms;
- Made the burden of proving punitive damages similar to criminal law, requiring a unanimous jury verdict;
- Comprehensively reformed the statutes governing joint and several liability and class action lawsuits;
- Imposed limits on appeal bonds, enabling defendants to appeal their lawsuits and not be forced into settlements (this is what pushed Texaco into bankruptcy in its famous lawsuit against Pennzoil);
- Further limited the filing of lawsuits that should have been brought in other states or countries.
The changes to medical liability in 2003 were extraordinary, and had a very substantial impact, including:
- 1. In August 2004, the Texas Hospital Association reported a 70% reduction in the number of lawsuits filed against the state’s hospitals.
- 2. Medical liability insurance rates declined. Many doctors saw average rate reductions of over 21%, with some doctors seeing almost 50% decreases. (Recent information provided to The Perryman Group during the course of this study suggests that premiums are declining even further in 2008.)
- 3. Beginning in 2003, physicians started returning to Texas. The Texas Medical Board reports licensing 10,878 new physicians since 2003, up from 8,391 in the prior four years. Perryman has determined that at least 1,887 of those physicians are specifically the result of lawsuit reform.
- 4. In May 2006, the American Medical Association removed Texas from its list of states experiencing a liability crisis, marking the first time it has removed any state from the list. A recent survey by the Texas Medical Association also found a dramatic increase in physicians’ willingness to resume certain procedures they had stopped performing, including obstetrics, neurosurgical, radiation and oncological procedures.
In 2008, TLR commissioned a study by The Perryman Group to determine the impact of these reforms. Here are the economic impact findings of that study:
- $112.5 billion increase in annual spending;
- $51.2 billion increase in annual output–goods and services produced in Texas;
- $2.6 billion increase in annual state tax revenue;
- $468.9 million in annual benefits from safer products;
- $15.2 billion in annual net benefits of enhanced innovation
- 499,000 permanent jobs;
- 430,000 additional Texans have health insurance today as a result of the medical liability reforms.
- http://tlrfoundation.com/beta/files/Texas_Tort_Reform_Report_2008.pdf
Given the aforementioned statistics, how can anyone [well, excepting the current fascist government!!] deny that medical tort reform WORKS?!?! obamaCare notwithstanding, each and every state legislature should strongly consider enacting reforms similar to those in Texas. See the increases in personal earnings; increases in state tax revenue?? This would be a boon to state treasuries such as New York and California; two states that are running huge deficits due to their "piss-away" rates of spending!!
Fluffy obama notwithstanding, the congress has been controlled by the obamacRATs since 2006!! If true and meaningful medical tort reform were important to the moronic leadership[?] of that party, it would already be law!! With majorities in both houses, there'd be no way the few objectors could stall the legislation!!
I've found a report denoting reforms--by state--concerning tort reform in general. To see if your state is involved in tort reform, go here: http://uspolitics.about.com/library/bl_tort_reform_state_table.htm
- 38 States---Modified Joint-and-Several Liability: Have based the amount for which a defendant can be held liable on the proportion of fault attributed, but the formulas differ substantially from state to state. In addition, most of the reforms apply to specific types of torts or have other restrictions.
- 25 States---Modified the Collateral-Source Rule: Typical reforms either permit evidence of collateral source payments to be admitted at trial, allow awards to plaintiffs to be offset by other payments, or both.
- 23 States---Limit Non-economic Damages: The caps range from $250,000 to $750,000. More than half of the reforms apply to torts involving medical malpractice.
- 34 States---Limit Punitive Damages: Various types of limits include outright bans; fixed dollar caps ranging from $250,000 to $10Million; caps equal to a multiple of compensatory awards.

{Point to ponder: Where did the Congress reduce expenditures to cover the $787Billion presidential slush-fund? to cover the $1Billion Cash-for-Clunkers program??}As you know, I deplore any tax cuts that will benefit businesses or the serf class; I call them "tax cuts for the rich"..... continuing to build on my plan of class warfare. Here's where I again attempt to deride President Bush, when 'in real life' his routinely pilloried tax cuts truly benefitted the serfs... reducing his economic control over that class of Americans!! Even I ignored PAYGO when I whined to have President Bush force TARP through the congress; when I whined enough to get my slush-fund, yadda, yadda, yadda!! The true message here is "when democRATs and obamacRATs are involved, the 'piss-away' rate is astronomical!! But this isn’t a perfect world. This is Washington. And while in theory there is bipartisan agreement on moving on balanced budgets, in practice, this responsibility for the future is often overwhelmed by the politics of the moment. It falls prey to the pressure of special interests, to the pull of local concerns, and to a reality familiar to every single American – the fact that it is a lot easier to spend a dollar than save one. That is why this rule is necessary. And that is why I am pleased that Congress fulfilled my request to restore it. Last night, I signed the “pay as you go” rule into law. Now, Congress will have to pay for what it spends, just like everybody else. But that’s not all we must do. Even as we make critical investments to create jobs today and lay a foundation for growth tomorrow – by cutting taxes for small businesses, investing in education, promoting clean energy, and modernizing our roads and railways – we have to continue to go through the budget line by line, looking for ways to save. We have to cut where we can, to afford what we need. This year, I’ve proposed another $20 billion in budget cuts. And I’ve also called for a freeze in government spending for three years. It won’t affect benefits through Medicare, Medicaid, or Social Security. And it will not affect national security – including benefits for veterans. But it will affect the rest of the budget. [What I'm not telling you: You have no idea how it pained me to sign that PAYGO thingie!!! Now I'll force the congress to "exempt" any new vote-buying schemes I come up with; new slush-funds I'll need to reward the unions, street thugs, etc!! ".....will affect the rest of the budget....." What-ta-hell is left to affect, after we exempt all the entitlement programs, whose specific design is to buy votes!! Have you noticed, when I talk about tax cuts for workers and businesses, I get this funny look on my face; all that rhetoric is tongue-in-cheek; I have no intention of following through on those promises. Don't you find it somewhat suspect that... After signing PAYGO into law.... I submit a 2010 $3.552TRILLION budget, with revenues OF ONLY $2.381TRILLION; leaving a deficit of $1.171, how stupid is that?!?!?! This budget pushes the national debt to a whoopin' $14.078TRILLION!!! I've succeeded in forcing all--but selected--Americans into fascism, whether they want it or not!! This nation will PROBABLY NEVER pay off the national debt; if they're able to, it'll be three generations--or more--out!! $20Billion in budget cuts proposed.....?!?! In the whole sceme of things, what-ta-hell good does that "drop in the bucket" do?? It's a mere .0074 OF ONE PERCENT {seven THOUSANDTHS OF ONE PERCENT!!} which amounts to the same force as "a fart in a whirlwind!!"] Finally, I’ve proposed a bipartisan Fiscal Commission to provide recommendations for long-term deficit reduction. Because in the end, solving our fiscal challenge – so many years in the making – will take both parties coming together, putting politics aside, and making some hard choices about what we need to spend, and what we don’t. It will not happen any other way. Unfortunately this proposal – which received the support of a bipartisan majority in the Senate – was recently blocked. So, I will be creating this commission by executive order. After a decade of profligacy, the American people are tired of politicians who talk the talk but don’t walk the walk when it comes to fiscal responsibility. It’s easy to get up in front of the cameras and rant against exploding deficits. What’s hard is actually getting deficits under control. But that’s what we must do. Like families across the country, we have to take responsibility for every dollar we spend. And with the return of “pay as you go,” as well as other steps we’ve begun to take, that is exactly what we are doing. [What I'm not telling you: "Bipartisan or bipartisanship" to me and the vast majority of other obamacRATs means anyone of the opposition party.... ROLLS OVER AND PLAYS DEAD!! No other definition is acceptable!! That "Fiscal Commission"... that's just another cleaver way to add to the 250,000 NON-ESSENTIAL workforce in federal government. Rather than allow the entire congress to guide the operation and direction; when I can't get them to do as I demand, I just sign an 'executive order'... which requires approval FROM NO ONE!!! that "take responsibility for every dollar we spend...." That "load'da Shit" will never happen during my regime!!!]

This'n'That; February 13th[obama;GovChristie]
- He feels our pain.
- He will fight for us until his very last breath (even if he's fighting to pass policies the public detests).
- He is going to get every dime of our money back from those evil banks on Wall Street (even though most have already paid back what they owe).
was going to bring both parties together to solve America's most serious problems.
- A year bailing out Wall Street;
- A year buying auto manufacturers;
- Demanded passage of a $787Bln porkulus bill [a thinly disguised presidential slush-fund];
- Demanded the Congressional Moron Caucus pass obamaCare [a thinly disguised take-over of 18% of the American economy] fraught with backroom deals like the whoring out of Landrieu and the Nebraska sellout, blatantly catering to labor unions;
- No positive results concerning unemployment or job creation;
obama: Hire NJ Governor As "Budget Czar!!"
New Jersey Gov. Christie signed an executive order to close New Jersey's $2.2 billion budget gap, freezing money for schools districts, higher education and hospital services, among hundreds of other programs.
- This executive order: freezes $1.6 billion in unspent money, including $475 million in school aid, $62 million for higher education, and $12.6 million in hospital charity care.
- freezes nearly $16 million in unused grant money from the Division of Youth and Family Services and $158 million from the Clean Energy Fund.
Christie told a joint session of the Legislature, "higher spending is the road to ruin,'' and that the cuts, while difficult, were necessary to keep a balanced budget, as required under the state constitution. "Today, we come to terms with the fact that we cannot spend money on everything we want. Today, the days of Alice in Wonderland budgeting in Trenton end,'' Christie said. Are ya listening, Fluffy?!?!

This'n'That; February 11th[Jobs]
He has called the focus on tax cuts “shortsighted” and questioned whether it is possible to link employers’ hiring decisions with tax incentives.“We think that tax incentives can solve any problem, and it doesn’t work like that,” Harkin said.
