This'n'That; October Sixteenth #1; Compromise?!?

How The Hell Did We Get Here?
How did we get--yet again--to the brink of--as the obamacRATics would have you believe--bringing down the entire planetary economy?  The entire debacle can primarily be laid at the feet of the obamacRATics and old-line democRATics., secondarily at the feet of every member of Congress.
Federal law and the U.S. Constitution require that a federal budget be constantly in force.  The process usually starts with the president's (or in the current case, the "Clown Prince's") budget proposals to the Congress.  The Congress then--along with the Senate and the House's budget proposals--merges through compromise, the proposals put forth to end with a federal budget.  Said budget is then sent forward for the ruler's approval [disapproval] and signature into law [veto].  This is the point at which the federal government agrees to spend the taxpayers' money as if it grew on trees and with very little accountability.
Deficit spending--year by year--is generally a collusion between the two houses of Congress and the president.  This really came to bear during "Clown Prince" obama's first two years of reign with an obamacRATically controlled House and Senate.  We were subjected to the socio-fascist spending in TARP, in the Stimulus (PORKulus) as well as the early expenses involved with the major obama fiasco: obamaKare.  As noted in the two pie charts below, the "Clown Prince" and Congress habitually far outspend the treasury's receipts.
[The charts indicate a deficit of $1.09 TRILLION {$1.09 Thousand-Billion!!}]
File:U.S. Federal Receipts - FY 2007.png

File:U.S. Federal Spending - FY 2011.png

The debt ceiling is an entirely different matter.  The federal government--since 1910-1911--has had a national debt of at least $2.765 Billion and in most years--no matter the president or the majority party in Congress--has risen steadily.  The first serious "growth spurt" came between 1930-1940 when FDR tried to buy his way out of the Roosevelt Depression rather than cutting personal income taxes and gettin' ta hell outa the way!!  Not only did FDR continue to spend more-and-more money he didn't have, he did it with personal tax rates of between 25% (1930) and 79% (1940).  Just to illustrate what economic 'Whiz-Kids' the democrats are, WWII ended with a personal tax rate of 94%!!  That means the bracket allowed the earner to only keep a measly six bucks out of every $100 he earned!!  Again no matter the party or regime in power, the federal debt has grown to today's $16.964 TRILLION.  Without a congressionally controlled debt ceiling--as "Clown Prince" obama has actually suggested--one can just imagine how far the socio-fascist obamacRATics would have pushed it JUST in the past five years of obamanomics!!
Now we come to the "surrenderepublicRATs"  the very persons whose spines are as limp as their principles!  We have to await the 'votes-by-name' in both the House and the Senate, but those republicRATs who campaigned on fiscal responsibility must not get away with placating "Clown Prince" obama's enormous ego!!  At the least, each affirmative voting republicRAT MUST be primaried in his/her next election season; every socio-fascist MUST be opposed no matter the chances of success.  The majority of the country is opposed to both obamaKare and raising the debt ceiling!!
That's all I got.

"Clown Prince" Weekly Blather; July 14th

A Patriotic Response To The "Clown Prince;" 07/14/2012
barackingham Palace,
District of Corruption
July 14, 2012
Over the past couple weeks I’ve been talking with folks across the country about how we’re going to rebuild an economy where if you work hard, you and your family can get ahead.  And right now, there’s a big debate going on in Washington over two fundamentally different paths we can take as a country to do that.
One path – pushed by Republicans in Congress and their nominee for President – says that the best way to create prosperity is to let it trickle down from the top. They believe that if we spend trillions more on tax cuts for the wealthy, it’ll somehow create jobs – even if we have to pay for it by gutting education and training and by raising middle-class taxes. I think they’re wrong. We already tried it that way for most of the last decade, and it didn’t work. We’re still paying for trillions of dollars in tax cuts that benefitted the wealthiest Americans more than anyone else; tax cuts that didn’t lead to the rise in wages and middle class jobs that we were promised; and that helped take us from record surpluses to record deficits. The last thing we need right now is more top-down economics. What we need are policies that will grow and strengthen the middle class; that will help create jobs, make education and training more affordable, and encourage businesses to start up and stay right here in the United States.
[What I'm not telling you: To open this week's blather event, I'd like to commend Ms Stephanie CutterMs Cutter has proven a far more prolific liar than even I, your exalted ruler!!   Ms Cutter's the one who dreamed up and brought to the fore, these lies implicating Governor Romney in some shady doings with regard to the governor's employment at Bain Capital and some SEC filings that weren't necessary--he wasn't employed by Bain Capital at the time in question. I intend to see that the obama Re-immaculation Campaign Finance Committee rewards her handsomely--under the table of course, we don't want her to pay out 60% of it in federal, state and local taxes--for her efforts in this obfuscation.  When I asked the "Dirt-and-Mud" Committee to come up with something--anything--on my opponent that would 'stick-to-the-wall,' Ms Cutter came through like the Marxist socialist I know her to be!  So congratulations to her; when you see her in the 'hollered-halls' here at barackingham Palace, be sure to express your thanks as well!!
Now that I've covered the only highlight of the week, on to the more dismal aspects of this re-immaculation effort.  Because The Bilderberg Group has absolutely nothing positive on which to run this re-immaculation campaign, we're attacking the evils of republicanism: like an evil lower unemployment rate, like an evil lower inflation rate, like evil higher jobs creation numbers, like evil higher GDP rates.  The 'king-on-high' of republicanism is President Ronald "Ronaldus-Magnus" Reagan.  Let's have a look at the net results of his 'trickle-down' economics The Bilderbergers continue to insist I vilify at every turn:
Unemployment rates-at the end of the Jimmuh Cahtah era: 7.5%, as compared to President Reagan's eighth-year result of 5.4%, (your exalted ruler: from 10.4% all the way down to 8.2%!!) and
Inflation rates-at the end of the Jimmuh Cahtah era: 12.5%, as compared to President Reagan's 4.4% (your exalted ruler: 2011 inflation rate of 8%!!),and
GDP (Gross Domestic Product) rates-To his credit Jimmuh Cahtah raised the GDP a full 30% during his disasterous four-year reign.  President Reagan--during his eight-year administration--essentially DOUBLED the GDP, from $2.76 Trillion (January, 1981) to $5.06 Trillion (January, 1989); (your exalted ruler: 2012Q1 GDP grew at a 'less-than-dismal- 2.2%!!). These factoids make The Bilderberg Group's campaign efforts--if not a mega-disaster--truly an uphill battle.  How can the Bilderbergers compare me (a former union picnic organizer) with Jimmuh Cahtah (a small business owner; a degreed Naval Academy graduate working with submarine nuclear propulsion technology) or--Heaven forbid--"Ronaldus-Magnus" (a successful businessman, a successful governor, a degree in economics and sociology, AND a successful president) ?!?]
Soon, we’ll face a choice between these two different approaches. On January 1st, taxes are set to go up for tens of millions of Americans. I think that would be a huge financial hit for middle-class families. That’s why I’ve cut middle-class taxes every year that I’ve been President – by $3,600 for the typical family. And that’s why, this week, I called on Congress to immediately stop the January 1st tax hike from hitting any American on the first $250,000 of their income. Under my plan, 98% of American families won’t see their income taxes go up at all. But the other 2% of Americans will have to pay a little more in taxes on anything they make over $250,000. In other words, the wealthiest few Americans will go back to the income tax rates they were paying under Bill Clinton. And if you remember, that was when our economy created nearly 23 million new jobs, the biggest budget surplus in history, and millionaires were doing pretty well. The folks in Congress and on the campaign trail who oppose this plan warn that it would somehow hurt small businesses and job creators. Well, they’re completely ignoring the facts.
[What I'm not telling you: I think The Bilderberg Group is wrong!  Rather than continue to use my blatant lies as well as those of the Stephanie Cutter ilk, we should do and say anything that will start the economy, the jobs creation numbers as well as the continued dificit spending down each's correct path to get re-immaculated!! And then--once I'm re-immaculated--The Bilderberg Group can lay out a plan for my obama Regime II to continue my first term economic and societal destruction but in a grander, more forceful manner!!
Blatant Lie #1I DID NOT CUT TAXES each year of my reign; I merely extended those evil President George W. Bush tax rates!
Blantant Lie #2:  Those family incomes above about $145,000 will see significant tax increases!
Blantant Lie #3:  My tax plans will have disasterous affect on the overall economy.  With the smiall business owners subjected to vastly greater confiscatory tax rates there will be no industrial, manufacturing or general commercial growth. Those confiscatory tax rates are sure to increase unemployment to levels not seen since the Roosevelt Depression!
Blatant Lie #4:  The 2% that I'll tax into oblivion account for 53% of all small business profits!  The same 2% account for 54% of all jobs created on a month-by-month basis!
Blatant Lie #5: $250,000 in annual income=millionaire status!]
Under my plan, 97% of small business owners would avoid getting hit with any income tax hike whatsoever. In fact, I’ve cut taxes for small businesses eighteen times since I’ve been President. And just this week, I ordered a series of new steps to help our small businesses grow and hire. The only place we disagree is whether we keep giving tax cuts to the wealthiest 2% of Americans. Republicans in Washington want more of those tax cuts. With the deficit we have, I don’t think we can afford them.
But even if we disagree on the tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans, we all agree that no American should pay more taxes on the first $250,000 of their income. So let’s at least agree to do what we all agree on. That’s what compromise is all about. Let’s not hold the vast majority of Americans and our entire economy hostage while we debate the merits of another tax cut for the wealthy. Let’s skip the unnecessary drama, the needless delays and all the partisan posturing and let’s just do the right thing for the people who sent us here to serve. And I’m going to keep fighting to make sure we rebuild an economy that rewards work, grows the middle class, and gives new opportunity to those trying to earn their way into the middle class.
[What I'm not telling you:  In conclusion: You, me, The Bilderberg Group, the national pamphleteers, the conservative pundits, the Marxist pundits can all discuss the merits and detriments of my economic, societal, domestic, foreign, defense--et al--policies til we're "blue-in-the-face!"  Our Marxist dialog as well as The Bilderberg Group's Marxist plans and strategies, are hard-pressed to compete with the impressive results compiled by the "Ronaldus-Magnus" eight-year 'Reign of Prosperity!!']

This'n'That; June Twenty-Ninth #1; Enjoy That?!?

obama RAPES All Americans!!
Yesterday "The Supremes" released their ruling on owe-bamaKare.  Rather than striking down the 'mandate' provision, "The Supremes" deemed that the 'mandate' provision is a tax and therefore constitutional because the Congress has the legal and legitimate power to levy taxes.  This new tax IS THE LARGEST TAX INCREASE on the planet; on any peoples; of any economic strata; in any era!!
Chief Justice John Roberts--long characterized as a moderate, if not conservative in his legal and political thinking--threw a monkey-wrench in the works when he sided with the communists in declaring the constitutionality of the obama Tax Law.  The 5 to 4 vote certainly didn't give the new tax law wide-ranging support, but.... hey, it only takes one to win!  What many may not realize that while "The Supremes" defended the Constitution's Commerce Clause (Article 1, Section 8, Clause 3),  they've opened a whole new 'can-of-worms' in declaring that the mandate is actually a tax.
Had the mandate been determined to fall under the Commerce Clause, it would have been ruled unconstitutional as an interference in the several states' right to determine their various intrastate commerce actions.  Now that the mandate has been determined to be a tax, a dangerous precedent has been set; a 'slippery-slope' if you will.
The most visible, broad-based national tax is the Revenue Act of 1913.  In part, the proposed legislation required an amendment to the Constitution (the 16th Amendment) for the income tax to become law. In upholding the owe-bamaKare Tax Law, "The Supremes" set the precedent that any tax can be instituted at any time, for any reason, on any subject, WITHOUT another Constitutional Amendment, like:
As of June 28, 2012, with the implementation of the obama Tax Law,
1. Every household having less than the maximum number of solar panels installed on their property, a 15% obama solar tax will be assessed on all household income, or

2. Every household must have a energy-producing windmill installed on their property or a 15% obama wind tax will be assessed on all household income, or
3. Every household that cannot prove ownership of at least one Chevy Volt will have a 15% obama Motors tax assessed on all household income, or
4. Every household containing more than the national average of 2.2 children, will have a 15% obama excess population tax assessed on all household income, et al.

One might presume--in Item #4--that a family would not be forced to kill their excess children under the obama Tax Law, although "Clown Prince" obama does admire and appreciate China's policies relating to their population.
One must consider all the ramifications of the constitutionality of the obama Tax Law.
1.  The obama Tax Law is all about wealth re-distribution; very little about actual health care.
2.  The unemployment rate will necessarily soar far above the current 11+%.
3.  The GDP will diminish as company expenses rise with the various taxes and penalties associated with the obama Tax Law are instituted.
4.  With 'The Fed' printing money as fast as the presses allow, the country most probably will descend into the obama Depression, much deeper, much longer than the Roosevelt Depression of the 1930s and '40s.
Yes Joe (biden) I agree:  "This is a big fuckin' deal!!"
'Splain to me again why YOU elected this Verdammte Arschloch!?!
