What The National Pamphleteers Don't Report
    The NFL really get's 'their panties in a knot' if anyone uses these two words, conjoined in a phrase, sentence, question or exclamation: the word 'super' and the word 'bowl.'  So I just alter the term to:  'The Superbowel' or 'The Stupidbowl.'
    As for 'the big game,' I think I'm going with the Green Bay Packers over the Pittsburgh Steelers (35-31).  Why?  Purely fanciful;  Ben has two rings, Aaron has zip rings.  Aaron is a clean-cut guy; Ben is one of the NFL's most profound assaultists among the young ladies!

Obama pals provoked Egypt chaos

JERUSALEM – Months before protests erupted throughout Egypt aimed at toppling the regime of President Hosni Mubarak, "Clown Prince" obama's own associates provoked anti-regime chaos on the streets of the now embattled Middle East country and longtime U.S. ally.
    Egypt has accused the obama regime of championing the protests and of pressuring Mubarak to resign. Fed Passes China in Treasury Holdings

    The Federal Reserve has surpassed China as the leading holder of US Treasury securities even though it has yet to reach the halfway mark in its latest round of quantitative easing, according to official figures.

    After nine months of dutifully making lowered mortgage payments under the Obama administration's foreclosure-prevention program, Bea and Terry Garwood of Pinckney, Mich., are all set to move out. Despite the promise of relief, they are losing to foreclosure the two-story house that has been their family home since 1994. They say the administration's initiative has effectively pushed them out the door.
    The Garwoods are among nearly 800,000 American households that have managed to enroll in the program before failing to secure permanently lowered monthly payments. Their experience underscores why many housing experts and lawmakers have proclaimed the effort a failure. Though President Barack Obama promised it would help three to four million homeowners avoid foreclosure, only 522,000 had successfully secured so-called permanent loan modifications by the end of last year, according to the Treasury Department.

    This week, we received a report on jobs and unemployment that told us we’re continuing to move in the right direction. But we need to get there faster. In the short-term, the bipartisan tax cut we passed in December will give an added boost to job creation and economic growth. This is a tax cut that is already making Americans’ paychecks a little bigger and giving businesses more incentive to invest and hire.  But ultimately, our true measure of progress has to be whether every American who wants a job can find one; whether the jobs available pay well and offer good benefits; whether people in this country can still achieve the American Dream for themselves and their children. That’s the progress we’re after.   To get there, we have to realize that in today’s global, competitive economy, the best jobs and newest industries will take root in the countries with the most skilled workers, the strongest commitment to research and technology, and the fastest ways to move people, goods, and information. To win the future, America needs to out-educate, out-innovate, and out-build the rest of the world.
[What I'm not telling you:   That 'jobs and unemployment' report amounts to a massaging of the numbers; an obfuscation of the facts! The jobs market in the United States is dismal at best, primarily as a  result of George Soros' demands to continue "The obama Recession" as long as it takes to break the back and the spirit of the American worker.  We--as in 'Team Sorobama'--have used Roosevelt-esque meddling in the free market system to prolong the recession.  Had we not interferred, the recession would be showing favorable signs of waning.  Our interference has taken many forms:  pouring trillions-of-dollars of borrowed money into the economy;  designating some supportive large corporations as 'too-big-to-fail;' cuddling up to the communist countries like China, North Korea, etc., to continue to flood the market with vastly inferior products to continue our recession.  We continue to beat that 'tax cut' horse and the American public; the 'KoolAid drinkers,' continue to buy into it!  For the ump-teenth time: There Was No Tax-Cut!!  That action was nothing more--or nothing less--than the continuation of 'The Bush Era' tax rates.  Tax cuts are not a part of the fascist mantra; even to garner the few added votes from a distrustful conservative base.  By-and-large, those 'green jobs' that will remain in America..... haven't!!  Take for instance, that 'curly-fry' lightbulb; you know, the one that looks like two sexually active snakes 'in the heat of the moment,' that one!!  Soros had Jeff Immelt close his last incandescent blub plant in Virginia as part of the federal mandate to have less light in the home and in the workplace.  Now, those manufacturing jobs--with my 'laser-like' focus--are now in China; big surprise, there-huh?!?!  As you will note, George has developed a new buzz-phrase for the "Campaign of Fluff-Redux;" that being:  'Win The Future!'  You'll hear it ad nauseam, on the trail to the next 'selection-for-election.']
    On Thursday, I went to Penn State University, whose students and researchers are poised to lead the way on innovation and job creation. They’re taking up the challenge we’ve issued to scientists and engineers all across the country: if you assemble teams of the best minds in your field, and focus on tackling the biggest obstacles to providing America with clean, affordable energy, we’ll get behind your work. Your government will support your research.  The folks in Pennsylvania have decided to focus on designing buildings that save more energy – everything from more efficient lighting and windows to heating and cooling. This won’t just cut down on energy pollution, it can save us billions of dollars on our energy bills.  Most of all, discovering new ways to make buildings more energy-efficient will lead to new jobs and new businesses. Over the last two years, we’ve seen a window manufacturer in Maryland boost business by 55%. A lighting company in North Carolina hired hundreds of workers. A manufacturer in Pennsylvania saw business increase by $1 million.  All we did for these companies was provide some tax credits and financing opportunities. And that’s what we want to do going forward, so that it’s profitable for American businesses to sell the discoveries made by the scientists at Penn State and other hubs of innovation. If businesses sell these discoveries – if they start making windows and insulation and buildings that save more energy – they will hire more workers. And that’s how Americans will prosper. That’s how we’ll win the future.
[What I'm not telling you:  Don'cha just love it!!  If it's even possible, I'm spending more and more time out of 'barack-ingham Palace' travelling around the country; around the world, blathering about anything and everything-most of which I know nothing about; just what George has had uploaded into the teleprompter.  One must remember:  When I'm 'out-and-about,' I'm not at the palace, doing more damage to the economy, the Constitution, the American way-of-life!!  Speaking of 'damage to the Constitution,' notice how George has had all of us ignore that federal judge who--with a stroke of his pen--deemed obamaKare, unconstitutional??  He's instructed harry reid to have his puppets continue to offer amendments, bills to 'fix' portions of an unconsitutional law!!  Notice how--in this blather--Soros left out the phrase:  "We'll show you the money"....?  That phrase is getting harder to sell to the American public, as they become more and more educated in basic economic principles.  About 90% of every dollar the federal government spends, is borrowed money; backed only by 'full faith and credit' of the United States.  That 'full faith and credit' thingie...... it's becoming a hard-selll to the countries--primarily China--who buy our debt so I can continue to dig the country deeper and deeper into the hole I've continued from previous administrations.  Ya know.... old-timey Americans have a saying:  "When ya find yerself in a hole--STOP DIGGIN'!!"  That ain't gonna happen!!  All these 'green companies; green industries,' continue to be unsustainable.  Without hundreds-of-millions in subsidies and grants, they could not continue to exist.  Without federal mandates, example: the forced use of ethanol; some industries would never have started to begin with.  There is a forceful argument in the public that this regime-at least, continue to ignore:  Why does the federal government continue to enforce the ethanol mandate with millions starving to death annually, worldwide?!?!  We continue it because it's in our favor to have the public believe that's the way to reduce our dependence on foreign oil--not domestic oil exploration and production!!  The American companies that 'sell the discoveries made by the scientists at Penn State University' will be selling them to China--not the resultant products to the American public!!  The primary way to keep the manufacturing processes in the United States is to reduce the corporate tax rate to as close to zero as possible, then "get the Hell out'ta the way" to avoid the stampede of facilities returning to the American shore!!]
    Our government has an obligation to make sure that America is the best place on Earth to do business – that we have the best schools, the best incentives to innovate, and the best infrastructure. Next week, I’ll see that kind of infrastructure when I visit Marquette, Michigan – a place where high-speed broadband is connecting a small town to the larger world.  Supporting businesses with this kind of 21st century infrastructure and cutting-edge innovation is our responsibility. But businesses have a responsibility, too. If we make America the best place to do business, businesses should make their mark in America. They should set up shop here, and hire our workers, and pay decent wages, and invest in the future of this nation. That’s their obligation. And that’s the message I’ll be bringing to American business leaders at the Chamber of Commerce on Monday – that government and businesses have mutual responsibilities; and that if we fulfill these obligations together, it benefits us all. Our workers will succeed. Our nation will prosper. And America will win the future in this century just like we did in the last.
[What I'm not telling you:  Again-to make America 'the best place on earth to do business' is to reduce the tax burden on current and potential businesses.  The federal government investment in what is essentially private enterprise is to waste our borrowed funds; to intervene in private enterprise; to intervene in the free market system!!  This regime is becoming too invested in private infrastructure, private innovation; which is "Team Sorobama's" objective.  The ONLY obligation of American business is TO MAKE A PROFIT, secondarily to reward their investors for the risks undertaken!  This nation will never reach the full potential it's reached in the past unless--and until--the government removes itself from 'the business of business!']

Regime Tells Issa: 'Go Pound Salt!'
    Rep Darrell Issa is the incoming 112th Congress' Chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.  As such, the committee is the Congress' investigative arm and has broad jurisdiction in overseeing governmental operations.  The Chairman is empowered to issue subpoenas without a prior committee vote.
    In recent weeks Rep Issa sent two letters to the Dep't of Homeland Security, requesting documents concerning political interference with Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests to the agency.  The Issa requests were ignored by career employees who were instructed not to search for the requested items. 
    In July, the A.P. reported top DHS officials told career employees to steer sensitive FOIA requests to Obama’s political advisers for unusual scrutiny.  FOIA requests by lawmakers, watchdog groups and journalists were subjected to the special political reviews.  In his response to the deadline snub, Issa demands a set of key documents in two days, including e-mails between key DHS officials and 'barack-ingham Palace.'

    Well, I finally succumbed!  Last week I finally broke down and ordered from my most recent 'The Great Courses' catalogue.  Just because I'm price-driven and because I was intially just checking them out, I ordered one of the cheapest courses:  A History of Hitler's Empire, 2nd Edition.  The package arrived this past Monday; well protected with bubble-wrap in it's UPS box.  The package included 12-30 minute lectures on 6 CDs and a course guidebook.  The guidebook includes a blurb on each of the 12 lectures, a timeline of the era, biographical notes on each of the major players and a bibliography.  Thus far, I've read the guidebook twice and enjoyed both!!  I originally ordered the course as entertainment during our vacation drive-time.  I sincerely doubt that the course will wait that long; I'm anxious to get into it!!

    'Team Sorobama' still seems hell-bent on giving the country to the illegal aliens!!  Now the big thing is to re-start a program initiated during the Bush Era (09/2007) and later scrapped by this regime as one of Soros' first acts (02/2009).
     The issue I speak of is the "Cross-Border Trucking Demonstration Program."  The genius Ray LaHood, Transportation Secretary, has issued an edict resurrecting a 'failed program' with a new name:  "Cross-Border Trucking Pilot Program."  This new 'give-away' of American trucking and warehouse jobs--released Jan. 6--has several regulatory enhancements not included in the demonstration program, including:

1. All vehicles will be equipped with electronic on-board recording devices to allow monitoring of drivers’ Hours of Service and compliance with U.S. cabotage laws.
2. Each driver will have their combined U.S. and complete Mexican driving history checked to ensure that they have no history of unsafe driving that would disqualify them under U.S. standards.
3. The safety records of each company kept by the Government of Mexico will be examined in addition to any U.S. operating history the company may have, and
4. Each driver will have his/her English language proficiency and knowledge of U.S. traffic laws verified before being allowed to operate within the U.S.

    At worst, this program will be devistating to the American economy, the American jobs market and the American population in general!  While it should reduce Mexican tariffs on U.S. goods moving into Mexico, the added value will not equal the negative monetary effects of Mexican drivers 'jumping ship' while driving in the United States.  Historically, Mexican commercial drivers have a very poor safety record, added to their complete disregard for traffic laws in general; American traffic laws in particular.
    At best, the program will cost fewer American jobs than U.S. truckers expect.   Hopefully, this program will too, be scrapped before the highway devistation reaches 'national disaster' proportions!!
    Folks, I've seen these drivers in action!!  It ain't a pretty sight!!  As a 'Crete Carrier' driver with over ten years of commercial experience, I've delivered to all the border-cities; routinely to Laredo and Brownsville, Texas.  The Mexican driver has complete disregard for the laws of either nation; 'getting to the docks first' is the only policy the Mexican driver understands-complies with!!  This is to be a reciprical program, I know of no American truckers who want to-or will-drive into the Mexican interior; we have a greater respect for life-particularly, our own!!
    With Ciudad Juárez earning the title:  "The Most Dangerous City in the World,"  it's murder rate rivals that of other dangerous cities in the world and is more typical of regions where government has collapsed.  From 01/01 through 06/07/2010, there were 1,100 homicides in Juárez; a greater rate than San Pedro Sula, Honduras, (119 per 100,000); San Salvador, El Salvador (95), and Caracas, Venezuela (94).  Who--in their right mind--would even consider delivering to El Paso, Texas; the American city 'just across the crick' from Juárez?!?!

    As I mentioned yesterday, 'Team Sorobama' and the rest of the 'barack-ingham Palace' crew are supporting the thugs aiding the rioting in Cairo, Egypt.  The 'Muslim Brotherhood (MB)'--at first glance--seem far worse than 'Team Sorobama's very own--home grown--contract thugs, the 'New Black Panthers!!'
    We all know first hand, the compassion of the obama regime, George Soros and the rest of the 'barack-ingham Palace' minions, right?!?!  Destroying the American health care system at the expense of those who can least afford it; paying off supporters and contributors with PORKulus monies; installing an extensive 'shadow government,' et al.

    The real three branches of the federal government are the Legislative, the Executive 'n' the Judicial.  The House of Representatives (of which you were a member for eighteen-plus, years!) and the Senate (of which you've been a member for the past eleven-plus, years!) make up the Legislative Branch.
The presidency is not a branch of government, but--in this case--a minor member of the Executive Branch.  The federal departments, most 'councils,' various independent agencies, the staffs employed in 'barack-ingham Palace.'
The Judicial Branch is the one you pretty-much ignore, so it's understandable that you didn't recall it!!  Members of the Judicial Branch are appointed by those who control the Executive Branch-in this case, George Soros.  Another reason for your ignorance might be that Mr Soros (through the "Clown Prince") has determined that the judicial appointments must follow communist, marxist, socialist, fascist leanings.

    As one of Soros' many marionettes, the "Clown Prince" spent his first year in power 'performing' at several world-wide locations during the infamous "obama 2009 Apology Tour."  obama spent most of 2009 bowing and scraping; kissing every 'third-world ass' available.
    'Barack-ingham Palace (White House)' mouthpieces are trying to cover their proverbial asses with a statement that the regime has had no contact with the Muslim Brotherhood; practically at the same instant the "Clown Prince" affirming support for the 'MB' in their struggles!!  During a weekend phone call to Egyptian leaders, obama expressed his regime's 'desires:'

    Federal judge Roger Vinson ruled today that one provision of obamaKare is unconstitutional and 'the entire act must be declared void.'  That one provision is the mandate that all persons over the age of 18 purchase health insurance.
    Judge Vinson's ruling is in response to an argument against the new law made by twenty-six state attorneys general, two citizens and a small business lobby group.  The judge's 78 page opinion stated that the primary issue in the case concerns the country's 'federalist system.'
In an article written back in December (after federal judge Henry Hudson ruled that the 'individual mandate' is unconstitutional), Rep Eric Cantor suggests that obama instruct 'general' Holder to request the case be sent directly to the Supreme Court to spare the country years of litigation.

The challenge to obamaKare, he opined, "raises very important issues regarding the Constitutional role of the federal government."
