    With a hypocrisy-level befitting "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist," nay, the ENTIRE owe-bama family; the "occupy Wall Street" hierarchy is attempting to profit from their mob actions.  This hypocritical hierarchy--in the midst of decrying capitalism--is attempting to capitalize on the basic principle of capitalism by trademarking the phrase "occupy Wall Street." 
    On October 24th, Victoria Sobel and Pete Dutro--the mob's finance leaders--filed an application with the U. S. Patent and Trademark Office.  The application wants to protect those evil capitalist profits, control and use involving merchandise, backpacks, luggage, clothing, headgear, periodicals, newsletters, educational material, et al.  BUT.... other capitalists "beat 'em-ta-the-punch:"  On October 18th, Robert and Diane Maresca of West Islip, N.Y., submitted an application to trademark the phrase "occupy Wall St;"  on October 24th, an Arizona concern, Fer-Eng Investments LLC, filed an application similar to the Sobel-Dutro filing, but only covering merchandise.
    Whew!!  George Soros has his work cut out for him!!  He's gotta get the other two filers to drop their applications so his Soros-funded mob can capitalize on those evil capitalist principles they vilify!!

    Now that the Herman Cain candidacy is gaining notice; gaining traction, other negros and negro 'wanna-bes' are vilifying him so as to prop up their 'error-in-choice:'  "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist!"  Cornell West, Harry Belafonte and the not-a-reverend Sharpton are continuing to be 'bagmen' for the Hitler-esque fascism that is the "Clown Prince ZERO-bama the Narcissist" Regime.
First, a couple Cornell West quotes:

"[Cain should] get off the symbolic crack pipe and acknowledge the evidence is overwhelming."
"Black people have been working hard for decades; I think he [Cain] knows that if brother Anthony Davis, a brother that was just put to death, were a white Wall Street banker brother, that the response in the nation would have been very different  as opposed to being a poor black brother.  That's just one example, one very small example of racism still at work holding black people back."

"Because he [Cain] happend to have good fortune hit him, he had a moment where he broke through.... does not make him the authority of the plight of people of color."

"It's very hard to comment on someone [Cain] who is so denied intelligence, someone who has denied such a view of history."

"Herman Cain is just the latest incarnation of what is totally false to the needs of our community, and the needs of our nation. I think he's a bad apple, and the people should look at his hole card, he's not what he says he is." 

And now, the 'not-a-reverend' Sharpton's blather:
    What we're seeing here are some prominent (and not-so-prominent: right, Al?!?) negros who are fundamentally  'deniers' of their successes, their prominence, their error-in-judgement as it relates to the last presidential election.  To justify their collective errors, these guys will go to any lengths to continue to 'carry the "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist's" water' when anyone--negro or otherwise, with a modicum of basic education--can see said 'water' is destroying the United States, as we know it!!

"How could anyone [Cain] in their right mind--they grew up in the south and saw what they saw--and act like everyone that is unemployed and that is not rich, did it to themselves?  So I would assume that he [Cain] is socially ignorant or playing games to get votes, that he couldn't possibly have grown up and come to that conclusion unless he was one or the other."
"You ain't got to be Alan Keys or Clarence Thomas to be wrong.  To stand up and say that the n-word doesn't bother me two days after he [Cain] called it insensitive.... to say that people are causing their own unemployment and therefore ain't rich is wrong."

    The various forms of the socio-fascist destruction of the American economy, the American jobs market do not affect the prominent among us; their economic and employment futures are pretty-much chiseled-in-Jello;  they are some of he best at their chosen craft.  In 'not-a-reverend' Sharpton's case: he's more-than-well-versed in the various applications of racism as he defines it!!

In the 'Tawana Brawley' case, Sharpton's blatant manufacture of racism by local police department(s), blew up in his face (he's never paid the fines involved in that case)!
    At some point, practically the entire voting population will have to make some crucial decisions! 
Do they admit what an error-in-judgement they've committed?
Do they admit that the economy is nearly destroyed for everyone, not just the negro?
Do they admit that--regardless of his race--Herman Cain has valid ideas; valid plans to right the American economy; the American jobs market, the American 'ship-of-state?'
Do they admit that the American voting public will most probably hold "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" to his statement, made after a single year on the job (01/25/2010):
"I'd rather be a really good one-term president than a mediocre two-term president."
    My guess is that "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" disserned that even George Soros' vast political, financial and thuggery investments in the current regime will not continue to fill the void that is the 'lack of leadership' demonstrated by said "Clown!!"

This'n'That; September Fourteenth #2;Emails

One Email On Point; But Will Be Ignored!
    I can thank one of my many "friends-I've-never-met!"  During my years as a truck driver, I met lots of people on the internet as I traveled throughout the United States.  One of those folks--this one from central Virginia--sends me the highly-forwarded emails she thinks I might like.  This one is truly on-point, but will be ignored by those who violate it's principles as a norm:
The Problem with Public Housing

    The problem with public housing is the residents are not the owners.  The people that live in the house did not earn the house, but were loaned the property from the true owners, the taxpayers.  Because of this, the residents do not have the "pride of ownership" that comes with the hard work necessary to earn it.
    In fact, the opposite happens and the residents resent their benefactors because the very house is a constant reminder they themselves did not earn the right to live in the house.  They do not appreciate the value of the property and see no need to maintain or respect it in any way.
    The result is the same whether you are talking about a studio apartment or a magnificent mansion full of priceless antiques.  If the people who live there do not feel they've earned the privilege, they will make this know through their actions.

You--being the amateur president and professional community agitator, you are--may not realize this, but the desk you're using for a foot-stool has far more history than your one term can ever provide you.
    For your information and edification the desk you're abusing is known as "The Resolute Desk."  See, the 'HMS Resolute' was a British Artic exploration ship of the 19th century. The ship--and three others--were abandoned near Disaster Bay (in the Canadian Artic) after being 'frozen in' for the winter of 1854.  The ship was found by an American whaler, James Buddington, drifting in the thawing iceflow of the Spring of 1855.  He sailed the ship to a Navy facility in New London, Ct.  Even after England relinquished all claims to it, the HMS Resolute was repatriated to the British Navy, Spithead, England on December 17, 1856.
    The ship--after arriving in New London--was purchased from the salvager by the US Congress, sent to the Brooklyn Navy Yard for a complete refurbishing.  The presentation of the ship as a gift  to the British government was to soothe poor relations that had continued since the War of 1812.
    In 1879--after the Resolute had outlived it's usefulness--the ship was dismantled at the Chatham Dockyard, Chatham, England.  At Queen Victoria's request, timbers from the Resolute were used to build five desks, one of which the Queen presented to President Rutherford B. Hayes, in 1880.

    This weekend, we’re coming together, as one nation, to mark the 10th anniversary of the September 11th attacks. We’re remembering the lives we lost—nearly 3,000 innocent men, women and children. We’re reaffirming our commitment to always keep faith with their families.  We’re honoring the heroism of first responders who risked their lives—and gave their lives—to save others. And we’re giving thanks to all who serve on our behalf, especially our troops and military families—our extraordinary 9/11 Generation.   At the same time, even as we reflect on a difficult decade, we must look forward, to the future we will build together. That includes staying strong and confident in the face of any threat. And thanks to the tireless efforts of our military personnel and our intelligence, law enforcement and homeland security professionals—there should be no doubt. Today, America is stronger and al Qaeda is on the path to defeat.  We’ve taken the fight to al Qaeda like never before. Over the past two and a half years, more senior al Qaeda leaders have been eliminated than at any time since 9/11. And thanks to the remarkable courage and precision of our forces, we finally delivered justice to Osama bin Laden.  We’ve strengthened the partnerships and tools we need to prevail in this war against al Qaeda—working closer with allies and partners; reforming intelligence to better detect and disrupt plots; investing in our Special Forces so terrorists have no safe haven.  We’re constantly working to improve the security of our homeland as well—at our airports, ports and borders; enhancing aviation security and screening; increasing support for our first responders; and working closer than ever with states, cities and communities.
[What I'm not telling you:  I--as does every American; as do most world-wide inhabitants--realize that the result of the 9/11 attacks carry far more meaning than 'the individual;' it's all about a nation coming together for a common defense; coming together in shared grief; coming together in rememberance of the Americans murdered by the muslim radicals I so cherish, defend and bow to!! Given my closet adherence to the muslim tenets as well as my basic narcissistic principles, I have great difficulty in separating the need for this nation-wide somber salute to the fallen heroes created out of that evil act, from my place in the realm of national governance:  I'm the de facto leader of the free world; all eyes should be on me!!
    Not only was I 'less-than-instrumental' in obama Osama bin Laden's "assuming room-temperature,"  I had to be forced back to barackingham Palace for the 'war-room' photo op (note: I'm wearing someone's jacket over my golf shirt)!  My golf game needs all the help it can get!!  The attack on bin Laden was a necessary evil, given my close adherence to the aforementioned radical muslim principles.  'Seal Team Six' deserves the bulk of the credit as well as those intelligence operators we so vilify at every opportunity. 
    The ZERO-bama Regime is keeping the military actions going forward in both Iraq and Afganistan.  Had we been more forceful in border security and international-travel security, it is unlikely these two military actions would have had to continue beyond the capture and assassination of bin Laden.  The ZERO-bama Regime is committed to one-world governance; to a one-world economy.  To that end we must be lax in our border security; in our immigrant control measures.  Were George Soros and Valarie Jarrett to allow the regime to follow the legal precipts and tighten all manner of entry into the United States, the military men and women could be brought home; the regime would just let al Qaeda destroy both countries-but prevent their operatives' entry into the United States!  You'll notice as well, the teleprompter writers are using the socio-fascist playbook, to wit:  '....working to improve the security of our homeland as well--at our airports, ports and borders...'  OK, folks--with a show of hands--how many of you believe that line of bullshit?!?  The ZERO-bama Regime has 'left no stone unturned' in keeping the southern U.S. border as porous as possible!  We have sued upwards of five states to stop their legislation aimed at reducing said porosity.  The regime has used the various border kerfuffles as a reason to justify the curtailing of the Constitution's Second-Amendment:  Can anyone say-"Fast and Furious?"  When we couldn't mathematically justify circumventing said amendment, we went about creating statistics via "Fast and Furious" to give the illusion that the vast majority of weapons used, originated in the United States.  That blew-up in our faces!!]
    A decade after 9/11, it’s clear for all the world to see—the terrorists who attacked us that September morning are no match for the character of our people, the resilience of our nation, or the endurance of our values.  They wanted to terrorize us, but, as Americans, we refuse to live in fear. Yes we face a determined foe, and make no mistake—they will keep trying to hit us again. But as we are showing again this weekend, we remain vigilant. We’re doing everything in our power to protect our people. And no matter what comes our way, as a resilient nation, we will carry on.  They wanted to draw us in to endless wars, sapping our strength and confidence as a nation. But even as we put relentless pressure on al Qaeda, we’re ending the war in Iraq and beginning to bring our troops home from Afghanistan. Because after a hard decade of war, it is time for nation building here at home.  They wanted to deprive us of the unity that defines us as a people. But we will not succumb to division or suspicion. We are Americans, and we are stronger and safer when we stay true to the values, freedoms and diversity that make us unique among nations.  And they wanted to undermine our place in the world. But a decade later, we’ve shown that America doesn’t hunker down and hide behind walls of mistrust. We’ve forged new partnerships with nations around the world to meet the global challenges that no nation can face alone. And across the Middle East and North Africa a new generation of citizens is showing that the future belongs to those that want to build, not destroy.  Ten years ago, ordinary Americans showed us the true meaning of courage when they rushed up those stairwells, into those flames, into that cockpit. In the decade since, a new generation has stepped forward to serve and keep us safe. In their memory, in their name, we will never waver. We will protect the country we love and pass it safer, stronger and more prosperous to the next generation.
[What I'm not telling you:  The vigilance I speak of?  Just so much blusterful blather!  The ZERO-bama Regime is in complete adherence to the findings of the 'Church Committee' investigations.   Many in the 1970s American political world see the 'Church Committee' investigations as treasonous!  The investigations essentially 'gutted' the intelligence community; the CIA, the FBI, the various military investigative arms.  The many restrictions placed upon that community 'hog-tied' their efforts in protecting the United States and it's citizens.  The actions of the ZERO-bama Regime continue along that road; obstructionism at every turn!
    To this day, I'm mystified as to how the CIA and the military intelligence community were able to amass the intelligence nessary for the 'Seal Team Six' actions!  I was certain that we could maintain a stance of 'hunting down bin Laden' but realistically, just stumbling along hap-hazardly, making it appear we were sincere in our efforts!!  This revelation leads me to believe that neither my 'leading-from-behind', nor my 'leading-from-the-golf-course' policies are effective. 
    As is the norm in this second-decade of the twenty-first century, these 'alliances' we're forming have virtually no bearing on reality. Realistically, the countries we've chosen to ally with, take a 'business-as-usual' stance with regard to domestic and international security; with regard to domestic and international terrorism!  In the United States, we've taken the unofficial position of appeasing 'everything muslim.' To that end, siding with the American muslim clerics in their advancement of the muslim religion.]

    What other reason can there be?  The socio-fascist left is scared!  Probably not since the original Tea Party of 1773 has the body-politic been as frightened of public dissent as they are today.  All manner of private and public officials have taken to the microphone; to the stage; to the fundraiser; to the picnic, to denounce an organization whose sole purpose is to put American 'back on track' by a closer adherence to the U.S. Constitution.

    "Clown Prince" ZERO-bama has scored a trifecta-plus-one with various public derisions of the "Tea Party" movement by his political party members and supporters--to say nothing of his very own vice presidential choice--to wit:

*Maxine Waters--a 35-year California state and federal politicial hack--who stated, "This is a tough game.  You can't be intimidated.  And as far as I'm concerned-the Tea Party can go straight to hell."
*Andre' Carson--an Indianapolis, rookie political hack--who stated, "Some of these folks in Congress right now would love to see us [negros] as second-class citizens.... Some of them in Congress right now with this tea party movement would love to see you and me [the negro].... hanging on a tree." 
*James P. Hoffa (not to be confused with his father: James R. Hoffa)--who's only 'claim to fame' is his last name, which provides a highly paid, highly placed union hack job--who stated, "Everybody here has got a vote.... If we go back and keep the eye on the prize.  Let's take these 'son-of-a-bitches' [the Tea Party movement members] out and give America back to America where we belong." 
*V.P. joe "Hairplug" biden--first among these thugs for the throne--during a Cincinnati 'Organized Labor' Day celebration stated, "This is a fight for the heart and soul of the labor movement.  This is a fight for our very right to exist.  Don't misunderstand what this is.  Not a joke, not a joke.  Not an applause line.  You are the only folks keeping the barbarians [the "Tea Party" movement members] at the gates.  You are the only non-governmental power, the only non-governmental power.  The only one that has the power and capacity to stop this onslaught."

    With these four--among others--lie the kerfuffle facing ZERO-bama:  He has yet to condemn any one of these examples of the 'hate speech' he decried during the 'Giffords shooting and campaign kickoff,' where he demanded we temper the political blatherings and refrain from said 'hate speech.'  Ms Waters made her comments on August 22nd, while ZERO-bama was on his monthly family vacation; Mr Carson made his comments while ZERO-bama was managing Hurricane Irene--you know, lowering the level of the seas!!  Mr Hoffa made his comments while introducing "Clown Prince" ZERO-bama at one of his ubiquitous fundraisers, this time in association with a Detroit 'Organized Labor' Day IBT union picnic.  It is beyond any logical reasoning that ZERO-bama can justify this siding with the thuggery being promoted by the aforementioned miscreants!

    Started with the election drubbing owe-bamacRATics suffered in November, 2010, barackingham Palace has been conducting it's own internal polling.  Since the start, ZERO-bama's numbers have been dropping like a brick!!  Those inquiries conducted by the likes of Scott Rasmussen of http://www.rasmussenreports.com/, have likewise indicated a steady drop as well, to a current presidential daily tracking poll result of -22 (22% strongly approve; 44% strongly disapprove).
    It's assumed any existing polling results do not break out those "Tea Party" movement members who are also members of the various labor, service and public employee unions.
Although I'm sure my congressperson, Miz Dorothy "Geeze-Louise" McIntosh Rodham Slaughter will deny my request, I'm contacting her today to demand she not attend the upcoming blusterful blather opportunity on jobs by "Clown Prince" ZERO-bama!!

This'n'That; September Sixth #1; Wildfires

Will "Clown Prince" Even Acknowledge Fires?!?

    Remember the previous Texas wildfires, those in central and west Texas?  "Clown Prince" ZERO-bama failed to even acknowledge them, let alone send any federal help until they'd been out-of-control for several weeks.  Now Texas is fighting the "Bastrop Wildfire" with parts just south; with parts just east of Austin, Texas.  The fire has consumed nearly 500 homes with over 5,000 removed from their homes.

    Now that Texas Governor Rick Perry is in the race for the GOP nomination, one can just bet that it'll take more weeks for the "Clown Prince" to acknowledge this wildfire as well!!  A side effect of the fire is Governor Perry's presence is required back in the state to make the necessary decisions in the fight.
    Let's start a 'count-down' clock to check how long it takes for "Clown Prince" ZERO-bama to just acknowledge this latest Texas kerfuffle, let alone send help of any kind!
