New Jersey Governor Chris Christie is certainly 'smaller government' all the time.
    On Tuesday, April tenth,  New Jersey Governor Chris Christie correctly described the largest--and growing--contingent of American society:  The WelfareRAT!!  Speaking at the George W. Bush Presidential Center, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie is quoted:
"....the country is in danger of becoming a 'paternalistic entitlement society' where people sit on the couch 'waiting for the next government check.'"
Another 'Christie-ism' describing the 'least optimistic period he's ever seen for the nation,' from the same address:
"It's because the government's now telling them, stop dreaming, stop striving, we'll take care of you.  We're turning into a paternalistic entitlement society.  That will not just bankrupt us financially, it will bankrupt us morally."
NOTE:  President Bush (43) also spoke at the same conference, laying out the basis of his keynote topic: "Tax Policy for 4% Growth," aimed at the current Congress.  In keeping with his post-presidential policy of not commenting on the owe-bama Regime's public policy, President Bush (43) voiced approval of- and support for- "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist's" 'soak-the-rich' class-warfare tax policy--the "Buffett Rule."
    In conclusion, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie has earned a seat in the upcoming President Mitt Romney administration, just what that should be is anyone's guess.  While I don't think his basic nature is conducive to being Secretary of State, he may be a 'good fit' as Secretary of the Treasury--he knows how to navigate 'TurboTax!'--or maybe the EPA Administrator, or maybe the Secretary of The Interior, or maybe--if owe-bamaKare makes it through The Supreme Court--Secretary of Health and Human Services.  Any of these would be far better than anyone in the current owe-bama Regime!!  As expected, the national pamphleteer 'corpse' is labelling New Jersey Governor Chris Christie as a racist for his 'sitting on the couch' comment.  I contend the national pamphleteer 'corpse' are racists for their suggestion that most welfareRATs are negro, minorities; something New Jersey Governor Chris Christie DID NOT EVEN SUGGEST!!
    The "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist's" 'Buffett Rule' allegedly speaks to his 'paying-their-fair-share' principle.  Not So!!!  This tax policy--if foolishly passed by the Congress--is nothing more than thinly-veiled wealth re-distribution by a control-freak!!   If 'paying-their-fair-share' were truly in the "Clown's" policy construction, why doesn't he call me about my proposal:
"No representation without taxation,"
a take-off on our Forefathers' 'No taxation without representation' chant directed at King George III, of Great Britain.  Those among us who are--to quote New Jersey Governor Chris Christie--"sitting on the couch waiting for the next government check," are the very ones NOT 'paying-their-fair-share,' and yet--as a voting block--have sufficient numbers to force the re-immaculation of our exalted ruler, an Alinsky-esque socio-fascist!!  At the expense of most other voting blocks, "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" is concentrating on the aforementioned welfareRATs as well as the negro voter block.
    "Slick-Willie" Clinton had also declared he'd not comment on his successsor's public policy decisions for the usual one-year after leaving office.  As I recall, "Slick" lasted all of about 90 days before initiating pot-shots at President Bush (43) which continued for the full two terms!   Now's the time for President Bush (43) to make his start at carrying on the tradition, weighing in on various ludicrus policies, plans, regulations and decisions of the "Clown Prince."  That probably won't happen; President Bush (43) is far more presidential--out-of-office--than the two aforementioned political miscreants, combined!!  At the very least, President Bush (43) has to get back into 'campaign-mode' to help the Mitt Romney Campaign in any way he can!!  We can rest-assured, "Slick-Willie" and the rest of the 'commie-lib' miscreants will certainly render assistance in keeping the "Clown Prince"--the worst ruler in U.S. history--in office!!

'Queens' Filmed; Questioned
    Alexandra Pelosi--the 'poor' daughter of nancy PORKlosi--films short clips for the Bill Maher 'Communism on Parade' television show.  She's the 'author' of that film clip illustrating the dentally-challenged Mississippians who admitted disliking "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" because he's black.  If ya ever been in the south, that ain't an earth-shakin' revelation!!
    Lately, Ms Pelosi-The-Younger filmed WelfareRAT Queens in line to get the benefits they've never earned.  As a lead-in, Ms Pelosi interviewed the doorman at the building housing the WelfareRAT Office.  The doorman noted  that on most occasions he sees people who "don't look like they're handicapped in any way, they just look like they don't want to work." 
Ms Pelosi also asked questions; some of the responses she got:
--"I'm here trying to get some Obama bucks.  That's what I'm doing, trying to get some Obama money."
--"I want a check."
--Tell me why you like Obama. 
"Because he gives me stuff."
--Who you going to vote for? 
"Obama."
--Why? 
"Because he's black."
--When was the last time you actually worked? 
"About a half a decade."
--You're a perfectly healthy young man, why aren't you working right now? 
"My background.  Once you go to jail it's hard to get a job."
--Why should my tax dollars be going to you? 
"My ancestors came here to help build this place-my ancestors, slaves."
--Do you really want to work, or do you just want to get a free check? 
"I just want to get a free check."
    Whew!?!?  Ms Pelosi-The-Younger kinda hit an owe-bamacRATic 'nerve' there!!  No matter how many millions this Maher guy gave the "Clown Prince's" re-immaculation effort, he ain't gonna be too revered after this airs!
    As long as the 'worker-bees'--you and me--continue to pay through their confuscated taxes, we'll never see a change away from the 'my ancestors were slaves' mentality!!

Romney Win Reveals Revisions
    On Tuesday, 'Mitt' Romney eeked out a win in one of his home states, Michigan and a handy win in Arizona.  The week previous, Mr Romney revised the tax portion of his 59-point economic revival plan.  The unrevised plan would have left most tax rates unchanged and would at some future point, move to a flatter, fairer tax code.
    The revised tax plan will accelerate his timetable toward 'fairness.'
Under the new plan:

*Lower the current top rate from 35% to 28%, and
*Reduce the mid-level rate from 25% to 20%, and
*Reduce the lowest rate from 10% to 8%, and
*Eliminate the Alternative Minimum Tax (ATM).

    There's a few owe-bamaesque problems with Mr Romney's revised tax plan.  Primary of which is the proposed changes will result to an increase in the over-all deficit by $3.4 TRILLION over-ten-years.

Hey.... 'Mitt' baby.... the objective here is to eliminate the failed socio-fascist policies of "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist," NOT enhance them!!
     I have a couple of intertwined points that should be considered by all current GOP candidates.  It's a given that the federal welfare system has evolved into a welfareRAT lifestyle; a welfareRAT career path.  The Founding Fathers used--as but one basis for the Declaration of Independence as well as the United States Constitution--the basic premise of "no taxation without representation;" that all men are created equal-NOT: "Some men are created tax-exempt!"
    I contend that the aforementioned premise be revised to read: "no representation without taxation."  The United States and all it has to offer to those willing to strive to succeed, is for the benefit of everyone in residence.  Everyone in residence should be made to feel apart of the process, apart of the results; not to be made to feel like a lesser individual, like a second-class citizen.  To that end--to truly feel apart of the process--EVERYONE must have 'skin-in-the-game!'  The average welfareRAT household has two cars, air conditioning, big-screen TVs, game consoles, freezers, more than one charge card; they routinely play the MegaMillion and Power Ball lotteries as well as the purchase of multiple scratch-off tickets.  If said welfareRATs can have and do the things I can rarely afford to have and do, they must be subject to the same income tax code that I'm subjected to!!  I'm suggesting to the various GOP candidates that they consider taxing welfare cash as well as in-kind benefits, albeit at a lesser rate.... of say, 5 to 8%.  This would bring said welfareRATs up to the first-class status of being taxpayers; of being contributors to America's greatness; of being a wagon-puller, not a wagon-rider!!
    As it stands today, "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" has forsaken middle class males, middle and upper class women in favor of the 52% of America that are "riding-in-the-wagon," as well as the inevitable labor-union, federal and municipal-union, teachers-union, auto-union and service-union support.  The various union miscreants are free to support whom-ever they wish but it seems patently unfair--if not unconstitutional--that those who don't contribute.... have a say equal to those who're "payin' the freight, here."

This'n'That; December Twenty-Fourth #1; Entitlements

Call It What It Is.... and FIX IT!!
    Family Assistance; Aid to Families with Dependent Children; food stamps; SSI; cash compensation for low-income workers; free healthcare; utility bill assistance, just a few of the aliases welfare goes by. The word 'welfare' is the only one that applies to this multitude of benefits of the 'sweat of others!'
    Welfare--as we know it--has it's beginnings with The Franklin Roosevelt administration in the early 1930s.  Prior to that, most assistance was handled at the county level, and normally any cash benefits were repaid when possible.  President Lyndon Johnson continued--nay, greatly expanded--the various programs inplace at the time.  The 'Johnson' programs were expanded by republicRATics as well, namely Presidents Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford.
    After some political "slight-of-hand" both then-Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich and ex-President "Slick-Willie" Clinton deemed the welfare system 'reformed.'  That reformation largely transferred recipients from the 'welfare system' as we know it, into SSI (Supplemental Security Income).  A major point in the reformation was The Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 (PRWORA).  Along the way, PRWORA instituted TANF (largely Aid to Knocked Up Young Teens-Sperm Donor, Unknown) which replaced the 1935-era AFDC (Aid to Families with Dependent Children).
    Social Security old-age benefits have long been termed 'entitlements;' THEY ARE NOT!!  Welfare is entirely funded by the largess of the taxpayer via the confiscatory tax code of the federal government.  Social Security and it's offspring, Medicare--in federal mythology--is funded by individual workers paying into the non-existent federal Social Security "lockbox."  These funds were originally to be invested for the benefit of the eventual recipients; not so much any more!  By law, any funds not paid out in benefits are to be loaned to the federal government's 'General Fund.'  The federal government is then required to re-pay the funds and interest to the Social Security Trust Fund.  As is the norm with the 'Ruling Class,' not only do they not repay the Social Security debt, they don't even bother to produce a CONSTITUTIONALLY REQUIRED annual federal budget!!  As of December, 2009: The Social Security Trust Fund is owed $2,900,000,000,000.00 (2.9TRILLION BUCKS!!).
    There comes a point--and some think we're there now--when the 46% "pushing-the-wagon (workers)" can no longer afford to support the 54% "riding-in-the-wagon (freeloaders)!!  Members of the Ruling Class continue to heap debt-upon-debt on the America's Serf Class for their personal and professional aggrandizement!  That there's no reasonable way for future generations of the Serf Class to ever repay the vast debt amounts, matters not one whit to said Ruling Class!!  So long as they can continue to live the luxurious lifestyle denied their constituents; so long as they can continue to be re-elected are the only driving forces behind their greed and power accumulation!!
    The incessant borrowing at the federal level--if allowed to continue--will be the death knell for America's economy!!  The excessive borrowing is to create a utopian society for those who won't work, by those who buy their votes!  This continuing "free lunch" for the majority of working-age Americans does little beyond creating an 'entitled sub-class' whose perceived entitlement frees them from any exertions-for-pay.  America now has an entire sub-set within the Serf Class that can vote for it's own 'pay' increases--much like those of the Ruling Class!!  Thus far, it's continuing destruction of economic activity has had several consequences:
Mob Robberies-gangs of youths arbitrairily beat and rob or mug, individuals who appear to have no methods or means of defense.
Flash Mobs-gangs of youths and young adults almost instaneously--without perceived provocation--rise up and destroy anything and everything in their path; people, cars, buildings, public utilities-all is 'fair game!'
Personal Safety-most places that once were meccas of safety are no longer; cars, homes, barns, sheds, et al, in suburban or rural settings are now locked against those who would siphon gas, steal farm animals for food or sale; steal personal possessions, equipment for sale.
    We haven't YET come close to complete-and-total economic collapse!!  What we see today--the activities of everyone from the Ruling Class to the Flash Mobs--will seem like the 'Roaring Twenties' boom-times!!

This'n'That; December Sixteenth #2; The 'Poor?!?'

Can I Be Poor.... P-L-E-A-S-E?!?
    I grew up in the 1950s and early '60s.  We lived 2.5 miles out'ta town; we had a house with the proverbial "outhouse out-back!!"  My parents each had full time jobs.... we only had one 'full time' vehicle.  My Mom walked two-miles down to the corner (where our dirt road met the state highway) to catch her ride to work-four miles away.  We had several radios, but never got a TV until I was seventeen, in 1963.
    I've been on someone's payroll since I was 13 (so I lied!).  There were times when the income didn't quite keep up with the outgo; so much so, that at one time, I 'lived under a bridge' in the Kansas City, Mo., area.  Never once--I take that back; ONCE--did I consider "going on the county."  That once was a (just one) monthly allowance of $122 in foodstamps (in the early 1980s when they actually were coupons!).  When I tried to pay the county back some several months later, I found there was no mechanism to receive repayments; they wouldn't--COULDN'T--take my money!!  I donated the funds to the Salvation Army!
Can I be poor, P-L-E-A-S-E?!?
   When judged by the standards I grew up under (and we were by-no-means, poor!), today's "average poor family" would be considered UPPER middleclass!!
The same "average poor family" has (and we didn't have):

Enough "owe-bama Money" to live comfortably without working, and

Big Screen Televisions, and
Video Game Systems, and
Central--or multiple Window--Air Conditioners, and
Dishwashers, and
Personal Computers with Printers, and
Premium Internet Service, and
Cell and/or Cordless Phones, and
Washers and Dryers, and
at least one DVD Player, and
Cable or Satellite Television Service, and
a Microwave, and
Stoves and Ovens!!

A-a-h-h-h!!  If only to be 'poor!!'

    After last night's 'focus' on partying and separating his millionaire and billionaire friends from from their "walkin' 'round" money; at $35,800 per couple, I'm thinking "Clown Prince" owe-bama's 'laser' is misguided.  Believe it or not, it's a 'tiered event;' for $44, you can listen to Rahm Emmanuel and Jim Messina (no, NOT the guy from "Loggins 'n' Messina!!") blather on about all the benefits of being ruled by the SJo Regime; for $50, you get to listen to (ugh!) Jennifer Hudson-with "limited availability;" for the general admission tab of $200, I guess ya just kinda get the shaft; for a $1,000, you get to sit in the 'premium section' with a hosted bar; for $10,000, you get to have your photo taken under one of those huge, floppy ears!!
    Enough of this 'happy-meal,' "let-them-eat-peas" crap!  Does no one besides me see the massive destruction already caused; the future massive destruction planned by owe-bama and his controllers in the Soros/Jarrett/owe-bama Regime?!?  This guy--as handled by Soros and Jarrett--is more marxist than Karl Marx; more communist than Vladimir Putin; more socialist than Saul Alinsky; more Nazi than Adolf Hitler, his-own-self!  The guy hasn't a clue of what it takes to run a small business; make a payroll, let alone running the largest free-market (for a while) economy in the world.
    "Clown Prince" owe-bama doesn't understand even the very basic tenants of "Econ-101!!" 
It is not possible for the federal government to create private-sector jobs, nor is it their responsibility. 
It is not possible for the federal government to revive the economy by simply spending money; Franklin Roosevelt tried it for several years-didn't work for him,either.
Private-sector jobs are created by the private sector--primarily by small businesses--can we make it more simple?!? 
I know he's our ruler, but even owe-bama can't just pick-up-the-phone and suddenly fourteen-million unemployed have work tomorrow morning!
    If he'd been reading this blog, "Clown Prince" owe-bama would already know what it takes to create jobs, but "Clownie" I'll explain it again, just so you don't waste your 'laser-like' focus! 
Here's the problem:  You and your handlers are trying to control; trying to regulate every aspect of American life, work and leisure.  It doesn't work!  The business community never knows--from one day to the next--what will happen to its businesses.  Will they have a new--tax or environmental--regulation that will cost them hundreds--if not thousands--of dollars in compliance costs?  Everyone who has or runs a business doesn't do it for-the-fun-of-it, they do it to make a profit; they do it to provide their families' basic needs; they do it to provide educations for their children.  The onerous taxes levied by the state and federal governments destroy more business investment than the value of said taxes to the Treasury.
Here's the solution:  You, the SJo Regime and most of the Congress are addicted to spending other people's money!  Remember the Margaret Thatcher quote of February 5, 1976?  Ms Thatcher said:
"Socialist governments traditionally do make a financial mess.  They run out of other people's money."
    That describes the whole lot of you!!  You fail to remember that it is other people's money; you fail to remember you have a constitutional fiduciary responsibility to safeguard it; to which you've failed miserably for the past 2-1/2 years!!  "Other-people's-money" has run out!!  Continually raising the debt-ceiling has not and will not work; if it did, you'd only have to do it once!!  While you've proven spending more and more of "other-people's-money" does not work; you've yet to realize--and prove--letting the people actually keep and spend more of their own money does--and will--stimulate the entire economy!!  Restructuring the tax code in a reasonable way would go far to boost both the economy and the people's chase for 'the American dream.'  Oh, "Clownie...." while we're talking taxes, take a look at this:  I think that every American should have "skin-in-the-game," whether that 'game' is in the positive or in the negative.  To that end, the tax code should include those to whom you dole out my money, you know, the welfare cheats, the disability cheats, the SSI cheats, the Medicaid cheats; drags on the economy, all--even in the good times!  So, to boost their self-esteem; to treat them as equals, their monetary and non-monetary benefits should be taxed....say, at a more-than-reasonable 3% rate.  That ain't too bad, is it?!?  Not a financially crippling amount, but it would make them feel equal to the 'real taxpayers.'  You're gonna say: "It won't work, you'll tax seniors, veterans, the disabled, et al."  To that I say:  Allow a dollar-for-dollar credit for taxes paid on previously earned income; most of the cheats have never worked, thus would NOT have the credits that retired seniors, et al, will have earned.  See how simple it is, once you don't need to continue buying votes?!?

This'n'That; October 31st[Halloween;Welfare "Rats"]

Do You Trick-Or-Treat? When I had young children, we trick-or-treated, both giving and receiving. Even after the kids grew up and left home, we provided treats for all the little goblins that came to the door. Fast forward to this evening. One of my shortcuts coming home from work passes through a fairly densely populated suburb of the city. I travel about 10 blocks before getting to the major cross-street that separates the 'burb from the city. Some of the oddities I observed: The ghouls and goblins have advanced in age. There were several "twenty-somethings" out trick-or-treating. Those fine folks who volunteer to help me spend my money [read: Welfare Rats!] had about a dozen kids loaded into their Escalade and were driving from neighborhood to neighborhood. At practically each corner they stopped, all the doors opened, the kids flocked out and went "up one side and down the other!!" This WAS NOT just one vehicle, but at least a half-dozen!! This goes on all over the city!! I'll bet the kids get fifty-pounds of candy, each!! Mister Tooth Decay and the area dentists will be busy.... and we get to pay for it!! The government says I HAVE TO pay for these slugs to live "high, wide and handsome".... but it don't say I gotta give 'em anything, voluntarily!!! Til nex'time.....
