....With Warren Buffett!!
Both of them: the worst ruler America has ever seen--in it's entire history--and one of the best investors in American--if not world--history agree; S & M is great!! Yea, while that kinda S & M ain't what I'm talkin' about, it very well may be another story for another day.
The S & M I'm talking about is the Smoke and Mirrors the "Clown Prince" uses on a minute-by-minute basis. The most recent is this "Buffett Rule" bullshit. Here's some of the facts, fallacies and rumors I've found:
1. The "Buffett Rule" will go down in flaming defeat in the Senate; proving this is nothing more that political posturing, if nothing else, to use to hammer Mitt Romney for the tax rate he paid for 2011, and
2. The "Buffett Rule" on the off-chance it passes will effect about 4,000 current taxpayers, and
3. The "Buffett Rule" will ONLY GENERATE $47 billion--here's that phrase again--over ten years; roughly equalling--a comparative paltry--$5 billion per year, which equals about a day-and-a-half of the government's annual deficit spending, and
4. The "Buffett Rule"--as scored by the Congressional Budget Office--actually is only a $3.2 billion gain!!
5. The "Buffett Rule"--per the "Clown Prince"--is supposed to 'stabilize the debt'. If enacted, the "Buffett Rule" will leave over 99.5% of the deficit intact, again proving it's ONLY political posturing.
This again, is nothing more than Warren Buffett fueled class-warfare as a part of the "Clown Prince" re-immaculation scheme!!

One of the fundamental challenges of our time is building an economy where everyone gets a fair shot, everyone does their fair share, and everyone plays by the same rules. And as many Americans rush to file their taxes this weekend, it’s worth pointing out that we’ve got a tax system that doesn’t always uphold the principle of everyone doing their part. Now, this is not just about fairness. This is also about growth. It’s about being able to make the investments we need to strengthen our economy and create jobs. And it’s about whether we as a country are willing to pay for those investments. In a perfect world, of course, none of us would have to pay any taxes. We’d have no deficits to pay down. And we’d have all the resources we needed to invest in things like schools and roads and a strong military and new sources of energy – investments that have always bolstered our economy and strengthened the middle class. But we live in the real world, with real choices and real consequences. Right now, we’ve got significant deficits to close. We’ve got serious investments to make to keep our economy growing. And we can’t afford to keep spending more money on tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans who don’t need them and didn’t even ask for them.
[What I'm not telling you: As you've found in the past three-plus-years, the truth has no place in my rhetoric! This has nothing to do with tax receipts to help fend off the continuing owe-bamaGeddon; it has nothing to do with fairness. This is all about my re-immaculation as your exalted ruler!! At the outset, let's define 'fairness:'
1. The state, condition or quality of being fair; free from bias or injustice; evenhandedness.
2. The quality of being light of hair or complexion.
Just by virtue of this definition, the 'Buffett Rule' has no place in in federal governance; in federal taxation code. There's nothing 'fair' about my proposal save the color of the paper on which it's printed! The 'Buffett Rule' is but one example of many in my class- and economic-warfares. The truly unique aspect of the 'Buffett Rule' is that it pits nearly every adult of working age against the most fortunate among us. Those 46% (the wagon-pullers) combined with the 52% (the wagon-riders) against--at most--several hundred high-earners!! This is right out of the Benito Mussolini 'Equalization' handbook!! Mussolini and your exalted ruler have many of the same character traits in common; that's blather best left for another opportunity.
This latest attempt to further the class and economic warfare has no chance of passing through the Congress to become law. I know that. This is all for show! As I'm losing my grip on the very electorate that swept me into power in 2008, something must be done to continue my reign until 2016! The current mindset of said electorate is wholly unexpected; we had not planned for any opposition going into the 2012 campaign.
The 'Buffett Rule'--as proposed tax law--does not have even a modicum of impact on the huge deficits I've attained in the last three-plus-years. Until those 4,000 affected U.S. millionaires become ex-patriots, the 'Buffett Rule' is expected to generate--comparatively--a measly $4.7 billion, annually. Let's check out the math, here so my loyal subjects can see how infintesimal the 'Buffet Rule' receipts will be in the whole scheme of things:
1. On average, there are 2,080 work-hours per year, and
2. The 'Buffet Rule' projection is $4.7 billion in essentially needless receipts, which equals $2, 259,615.30 PER HOUR to the Treasury, and
3. MY owe-bama Regime--just during the month of February, (but 29 days)2012--spent $232 Billion; which equals $11.5 billion-per-day; which equals $480 million per-HOUR, and
4. If the 'Buffett Rule' were currently in effect, this 'fuzzy-math' exposes $477,741,000--and change--in additional deficit spending, PER HOUR!!
If fairness' were really the objective-of-the-day, the 'Buffett Rule' is blatantly unfair as written!! What about MY 'chosen majority;' those who feed off the government tit and pay absolutely zero-point-shit for the privilege?!? You--of course--know of whom I speak: The WelfareRAT!!
If fairness were really the objective-of-the-day, the Alternative Minimum Tax (AMT) would be scrapped in favor of a Standard Minimum Tax which would tax ALL INCOME equally, be it from the government tit or actual hard work and wise investments!!]
Warren Buffett is one of the wealthiest men in the world. But he pays a lower tax rate than his secretary. That’s just the way the system is set up. In fact, one in four millionaires pays a lower tax rate than millions of hardworking middle-class households. As Warren points out, that’s not fair and it doesn’t make sense. It’s wrong that middle-class Americans pay a higher share of their income in taxes than some millionaires and billionaires. This week, Members of Congress are going to have a chance to set things right. They get to vote on what we call the Buffett Rule. It’s simple: If you make more than $1 million every year, you should pay at least the same percentage of your income in taxes as middle-class families do. On the other hand, if you make less than $250,000 a year -- like 98 percent of American families do -- your taxes shouldn’t go up. That’s all there is to it. It’s pretty sensible. Most Americans support this idea. One survey found that two-thirds of millionaires do, too. So do nearly half of all Republicans. We just need some Republican politicians to get on board with where the country is. I know they’ll say that this is all about wanting to raise people’s taxes. They probably won’t tell you that if you belong to a middle-class family, then I’ve cut your taxes each year that I’ve been in office, and I’ve cut taxes for small business owners 17 times.
[What I'm not telling you: Please bear in mind, I've made it my personal objective--in each weekly blather opportunity--to include at least one truth. This week, that one truth is the sentence:
"That's just the way the system is set up."
The tax code is written to compensate those who actually take the risk of investment in infrastructure, in businesses of all sizes as well as those who actively invest for job creation. The 'Buffett Rule' misconstrues this concept from start-to-finish!
1. MY owe-bama Regime pits 113,396,140 income-tax filers at all levels against those 4,000 millionaire taxpayers targetted by the 'Buffett Rule.'
2. MY owe-bama Regime pits the current annual tax revenue of $2.258 TRILLION against the possible, additional 'Buffett Rule' revenue of--a comparatively miniscule--$4.7 BILLION, for no logical reason other than class-warfare!!
As I said previously, my--self-imposed--one-truth rule has already been satisfied. Everything herein is--again, by my rule--pure bullshit!! All those tax cuts your exalted ruler gave both individuals and businesses are either the continuation of previous tax cuts about to expire or they originated in barackingham Palace and were coupled with fees and regulations designed to force a net-gain to the Treasury!!]
But the thing is, for most Americans like me, tax rates are near their lowest point in 50 years. In 2001 and 2003, the wealthiest Americans received two huge new tax cuts. We were told these tax cuts would lead to faster job growth. Instead, we got the slowest job growth in half a century, and the typical American family actually saw its income fall. On the flip side, when the most well-off Americans were asked to pay a little more in the 1990s, we were warned that it would kill jobs. Instead, tens of millions of jobs followed. So we’ve tried this trickle-down experiment before. It doesn’t work. And middle class families have seen too much of their security erode over the past few decades for us to tell them they’re going to have to do more because the wealthiest Americans are going to do less. We can’t stop investing in the things that will help grow our economy and create jobs – things like education, research, new sources of energy – just so folks like me can get another tax cut. So I hope you’ll ask your Member of Congress to step up and echo that call this week by voting for the Buffett Rule. Remind them that in America, prosperity has never just trickled down from a wealthy few. Prosperity has always been built by a strong, thriving middle class. That’s a principle worth reaffirming right now.
[What I'm not telling you: Now we come to the George Soros methodology. Even when Mr Soros fed me this research for this week's blather opportunity, I thought--and still think--it's just more of his tax-and-spend bullshit! But, it does fall in line with my--Saul Alinsky inspired--socio-fascist mantra. Mr Soros' advice:
"....we've tried this trickle-down experiment before. It doesn't work;"
only considers a small part of tax-versus-growth history in the United States. Mr Soros failed to have those Soros-funded websites fully research his statements; his blather suggestions. Had he gone back to the "Ronaldus-Magnus" era he would have found that President Reagan sheperded in the greatest period of growth in modern times-a record 51 continuous months of unprecidented GDP growth!! That was never achieved prior; has not been achieved since!! In the ten years that included the two terms of the Reagan Administration, tax revenue to the Treasury increased by 50--FIFTY--percent!!
On a personal note, both "Michelle Antoinette" and I--your exalted ruler--have agreed to take advantage of the very same tax code rules we're vilifying 'The Four-Thousand' for using. We've both donated $12,000 EACH, to EACH Princess owe-bama; that's a total of $48,000, more money than the vast majority of American workers make. I--your exalted ruler--have arrived at the Warren Buffett level of taxation: I--your exalted ruler--paid a lower percentage in taxes than my former secretary, Katie Johnson!! When all was said-and-done, I--along with "MIchelle Antoinette"--paid an effective rate of 20.5% ($162,074 in taxes on an AGI of $789,674); while Ms Johnson paid 24% ($21,663 in taxes on an AGI of $90,000)!! And.... I didn't create one-lousy-job to get where I am, tax-wise!!!
There is a side-benefit to all this taxation-based class-warfare: I--your exalted ruler--will hammer Mitt Romney into releasing his current tax records; then I--your exalted ruler--will hammer him for paying a--relatively--miniscule amount on suspected high earnings. See, the stupid people I--your exalted ruler--play to, don't care that they're only getting half the information; just enough to make the decision I--your exalted ruler--want them to make: RepublicRATics earn big money-pay little taxes! They don't need to know Mr Romney is paying the correct rate as enumerated in the current tax code!!

This'n'That; April Twelfth #1; Unremarkable Remarks
[General-of-the-Army; President Dwight D.]
Eisenhower Executive Office Building,
District of Corruption
April 11, 2012
(A Conservative Perspective....?)
Lately, we’ve been talking about the fundamental choice that we face as a country. We can settle for an economy where a shrinking number of people do very, very well and everybody else is struggling to get by, or we can build an economy where we’re rewarding hard work and responsibility -- an economy where everybody has a fair shot, and everybody is doing their fair share, and everybody is playing by the same set of rules.
It can be said that every society; every segment of every society has rules, no matter how loosely perceived; how loosely applied. To that end--in federal governance--there are rules for all participants in the system. For Executive Branch edification: laws are written by the Congress, voted upon by the Congress, signed into law--or vetoed--by the president--or currently--our exalted ruler. The rule is: the president doesn't circumvent the Congress--and by extension, the will of the people--with executive orders to install 'a rule' disagreeable to both said Congress and said people.
The people who have joined me here today are extremely successful. They’ve created jobs and opportunity for thousands of Americans. They’re rightly proud of their success. They love the country that made their success possible, and most importantly, they want to make sure that the next generation, people coming up behind them, have the same opportunities that they had. They understand, though, that for some time now, when compared to the middle class, they haven’t been asked to do their fair share. And they are here because they believe there is something deeply wrong and irresponsible about that. At a time when the share of national income flowing to the top 1 percent of people in this country has climbed to levels we haven’t seen since the 1920s, these same folks are paying taxes at one of the lowest rates in 50 years. In fact, one in four millionaires pays a lower tax rate than millions of hardworking middle-class households. And while many millionaires do pay their fair share, some take advantage of loopholes and shelters that let them get away with paying no income taxes whatsoever -- and that’s all perfectly legal under the system that we currently have.
How would it skew the "Clown Prince's" doctrine of "class-warfare wins political office," to consider those evil rich, pasty-white guys' having paid their fair share of income taxes ....by extension?!?! Those evil, rich, pasty-white guys have created umpteen hundreds-of-thousands of--TAX PAYING--jobs--far more than any owe-bama give-away program--and yet they're vilified for not paying additional monies to the IRS!!
You’ve heard that my friend Warren Buffett pays a lower tax rate than his secretary -- because he’s the one who’s been pointing that out and saying we should fix it. The executives who are with me here today, not just behind me but in the audience, agree with me. They agree with Warren -- they should be fixed. They, in fact, have brought some of their own assistants to prove that same point -- that it is just plain wrong that middle-class Americans pay a higher share of their income in taxes than some millionaires and billionaires. Now, it’s not that these folks are excited about the idea of paying more taxes. This thing I’ve always made clear. I have yet to meet people who just love taxes. Nobody loves paying taxes. In a perfect world, none of us would have to pay any taxes. We’d have no deficits to pay down. And schools and bridges and roads and national defense and caring for our veterans would all happen magically. We’d all have the money we need to make investments in the things that help us grow -- investments, by the way, that have always been essential to the private sector’s success, as well, not just -- they're not just important in terms of the people that directly benefit from these programs, but historically, those investments that we’ve made in infrastructure, in education, in science, in technology, in transportation, that's part of what has made us an economic superpower.
owe-bama, again with the 'apples-versus-oranges' comparisons! Warren Buffett's annual compensation is primarily dividends and interest income which is taxed at 15%. The "Clown Prince" would like the public--the stupid people he plays to--to believe that Mr Buffett has actual earned income like any factory or office worker which is taxed in a range of 0% to 28%. The 'average' evil rich guy pays 21%; the top 10% of working-aged adults pay 34% of taxes; the bottom 45% of working-aged adults pay ZERO-PERCENT of taxes!! So much for the "Clown Prince's" class-warfare!!
FACT: Are you aware that Warren Buffett--the guy owe-bama parades around at all these class-warfare blatherings--owes the U.S. Treasury over ONE-BILLION-DOLLARS in unpaid income taxes?!?
And it would be nice if we didn't have to pay for them, but this is the real world that we live in. We have real choices and real consequences. Right now, we’ve got significant deficits that are going to have to be closed. Right now, we have significant needs if we want to continue to grow this economy and compete in this 21st-century, hyper-competitive, technologically-integrated economy. That means we can’t afford to keep spending more money on tax cuts for wealthy Americans who don’t need them and weren’t even asking for them. And it’s time we did something about it. Now, I want to emphasize, this is not simply an issue of redistributing wealth. That's what you’ll hear from those who object to a tax plan that is fair. This is not just about fairness. This is also about growth. This is also about being able to make the investments we need to succeed. And it’s about we as a country being willing to pay for those investments and closing our deficits. That’s what this is about. Now, next week, members of Congress are going to have a chance to vote on what we call the Buffett Rule. And it’s simple: If you make more money -- more than $1 million a year, not if you have $1 million, but if you make more than $1 million a year, you should pay at least the same percentage of your income in taxes as middle-class families do. If on the other hand, you make less than $250,000 a year -- like 98 percent of American families do -- your taxes shouldn’t go up. That’s all there is to it. That’s pretty sensible. Most Americans agree with me, so do most millionaires. One survey found that two-thirds of millionaires support this idea. So do nearly half of all Republicans across America.
I have to admire how this guy--the "Clown Prince"--can speak in the abstract; lies just roll off his tongue like 'sweet-nothin's' in Michelle Antoinette's ear!
Speaking of "....we've got significant deficits that have to be closed...." Where do you suppose the bulk of these deficits came from?!? From the $787 Billion PORKulus give-away; from the purchase of two auto manufacturers and giving substantial ownerships to the labor unions; from the untold billions-of-dollars passed out like gum-drops to owe-bama's- and owe-bamacRATic- supporters; from the untold billions-of-dollars given to various alternative energy companies who promptly filed bankruptcy; each and every one a result of one in the myriad of failed owe-bama economic policies!! The interest on the national debt alone is $226.2 BILLION; wasted money that's taken out of the economy; money that could stay in the economy to create hundreds of small businesses hiring several million unemployed workers!!
Remember when earning a million-dollars was really big stuff?!? Now, if you earn a--comparatively--measly $250,000.01, you're one of those evil, rich, pasty-white guys to be demagogued by the owe-bama regime in their attempt to tax them out-of-existance!!
So we just need some of the Republican politicians here in Washington to get on board with where the country is. I know that some prefer to run around using the same reflexive, false claims about wanting to raise people’s taxes. What they won’t tell you is the truth -- that I’ve cut taxes for middle-class families each year that I’ve been in office. I’ve cut taxes for small business owners not once or twice, but 17 times. As I said, for most of the folks in this room, taxes are lower than they’ve been, or as low as they’ve been, in 50 years. There are others who are saying, well, this is just a gimmick. Just taxing millionaires and billionaires, just imposing the Buffett Rule won’t do enough to close the deficit. Well, I agree. That’s not all we have to do to close the deficit. But the notion that it doesn’t solve the entire problem doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t do it at all. There are enough excuses for inaction in Washington. We certainly don’t need more excuses. I’d just point out that the Buffett Rule is something that will get us moving in the right direction towards fairness, towards economic growth. It will help us close our deficit and it’s a lot more specific than anything that the other side has proposed so far. And if Republicans in Congress were truly concerned with deficits and debt, then I’m assuming they wouldn’t have just proposed to spend an additional $4.6 trillion on lower tax rates, including an average tax cut of at least $150,000 for every millionaire in America.
owe-bama--as his defeat gets ever closer--blathers on about tax cuts for this business; tax cuts for that class of taxpayer. What this clown NEVER REFERS TO is the 'net effect' of his actions. While he cuts taxes on the one hand; he's establishing new fees, fines, reglatory red-tape which--in the end--never reduces taxpayer's tax liability; most generally increases revenues to the Treasury to continue feeding his insatiable spending proclivities!!
They want to go in the opposite direction. They want to double down on some of the inequities that already exist in the tax code. If we’re going to keep giving somebody like me or some of the people in this room tax breaks that we don’t need and we can’t afford, then one of two things happens: Either you've got to borrow more money to pay down a deeper deficit, or you've got to demand deeper sacrifices from the middle class, and you've got to cut investments that help us grow as an economy.
You've got to tell seniors to pay a little bit more for their Medicare. You've got to tell the college student, we're going to have to charge you higher interest rates on your student loan or you're just going to get smaller student loans. You're going to have to tell that working family that’s scraping by that they're going to have to do more because the wealthiest of Americans are doing less. That’s not right. The middle class has seen enough of its security erode over the past few decades that we shouldn't let that happen. And we're not going to stop investing in the things that create real and lasting growth in this country just so folks like me can get an additional tax cut. We're not going to stop building first-class schools and making sure that they've got science labs in them. We're not going to fail to make investments in basic science and research that could cure diseases that harm people, or create the new technology that ends up creating entire jobs and industries that we haven't seen before. In America, prosperity has never just trickled down from a wealthy few. Prosperity has always been built from the bottom up and from the heart of the middle class outward. And so it’s time for Congress to stand up for the middle class and make our tax system fairer by passing this Buffett Rule. Let me just close by saying this. I’m not the first President to call for this idea that everybody has got to do their fair share. Some years ago, one of my predecessors traveled across the country pushing for the same concept. He gave a speech where he talked about a letter he had received from a wealthy executive who paid lower tax rates than his secretary, and wanted to come to Washington and tell Congress why that was wrong. So this President gave another speech where he said it was “crazy” -- that's a quote -- that certain tax loopholes make it possible for multimillionaires to pay nothing, while a bus driver was paying 10 percent of his salary. That wild-eyed, socialist, tax-hiking class warrior was Ronald Reagan. He thought that, in America, the wealthiest should pay their fair share, and he said so. I know that position might disqualify him from the Republican primaries these days but what Ronald Reagan was calling for then is the same thing that we’re calling for now: a return to basic fairness and responsibility; everybody doing their part. And if it will help convince folks in Congress to make the right choice, we could call it the Reagan Rule instead of the Buffett Rule. But the choice is clear. This vote is coming up. I’m asking every American who agrees with me to call your member of Congress, or write them an email, tweet them. Tell them to stop giving tax breaks to the wealthiest Americans who don’t need them and aren’t asking for them. Tell them to start asking everybody to do their fair share and play by the same rules, so that every American who’s willing to work hard has a chance at similar success, so that we’re making the investments that help this economy grow, so that we’re able to bring down our deficits in a fair and balanced and sensible way. Tell them to pass the Buffett Rule. I’m going to keep on making this case across the country because I believe that this rule is consistent with those principles and those values that have helped make us this remarkable place where everybody has opportunity. Now, each of us is only here because somebody, somewhere, felt responsibility not only for themselves, but also for their community and for their country. They felt a responsibility to us, to future generations. And now it’s our turn to be similarly responsible. Now it’s our turn to preserve that American Dream for future generations.
WHY--when he wants to APPEAR 'centrist'--does owe-bama invoke "Ronaldus-Magnus?!?" I'll tell'ya why: Ronald Reagan IS the best; the greatest president of BOTH the twentieth and twenty-first centuries!! Mister Reagan is one of the very few presidents in American history who truly took the best interests of the American citizen to heart. He presided over a period of almost unbelievable economic growth; 51 continuous months of increasing GDP! Over the ten-year period covering President Reagan's administration, revenues to the Treasury INCREASED nearly 30% due to his tax-rate reductions. As a result of the Reagan economic policies, those evil, rich, pasty-white guys paid more in taxes after the Reagan tax cuts than they did under the previous tax rates!! One needs no clearer evidence than Mr Reagan's policies to conclude the Buffett Rule is but one more of owe-bama's myriad of presidential failures.

This'n'That; March Eighth #1; Unremarkable Remarks!
The "Condemning-Conservatives" Tour
Compaigning on the "Taxpayers's Dime;"
"Clown Prince" Blather from Mount Holly, N.C.
....the Freighterline trucks that you’re making here at this plant run on natural gas, and that makes them quieter, it makes them better for the environment, it makes them cheaper to fill up than they would be with diesel. I hear you sold your 1,000th natural gas truck last November -– (applause) -- the first company to reach that milestone. And it was made right here in Mount Holly. (Applause.) And last year, this plant added more than 1,000 workers, hiring back a lot of folks who were laid off during the recession. (Applause.) That is something to be proud of.
Relative to the trucks you're building here in Mount Holly, my regime has not taken a stance on the on-going 'fracking' controversy in New York and other states where it's not an approved method of natural gas extraction. We plan to let the kerfuffle play out and take the side of 'the winners.'You're building trucks that use less oil. And you know that’s especially important right now because most of you have probably filled up your gas tank a time or two in the last week, and you've seen how quickly the price of gas is going up. A lot of you may have to drive a distance to work. Higher gas prices are like a tax straight out of your paycheck. And for companies that operate a whole fleet of trucks, the higher costs can make a big difference in terms of the profitability of the company. Now, here's the thing, though -- this is not the first time we've seen gas prices spike. It's been happening for years. Every year, about this time, gas starts spiking up, and everybody starts wondering, how high is it going to go? And every year, politicians start talking when gas prices go up. They get out on the campaign trail -- and you and I both know there are no quick fixes to this problem -- but listening to them, you'd think there were. As a country that has 2 percent of the world's oil reserves, but uses 20 percent of the world's oil -- I'm going to repeat that -- we've got 2 percent of the world oil reserves; we use 20 percent. What that means is, as much as we're doing to increase oil production, we're not going to be able to just drill our way out of the problem of high gas prices. Anybody who tells you otherwise either doesn’t know what they’re talking about or they aren’t telling you the truth.
My blather about today's fuel price increases is only a partial lie. Oil prices--and by extension, the retail fuel prices--are cyclical in nature; driven by both demand and production. What I leave out of every 'energy' blather event is that the national retail fuel price average has doubled--actually gone up about 105%--since my immaculation, and still climbing!!
Those oil statistics I quote are complete obfuscations of the actual facts as well as the listeners' perceptions of their meaning. I take advantage of the public ignorance as to the definitions of various numbers I quote. When I speak of '2 percent of the world oil reserves....' I actually mean 2% of the worldwide amount of oil actually extracted, NOT 2% of the world's DISCOVERED oil reserves. If what I say were actually true, wouldn't it stand to reason that we'd have to import 98% of our annual oil usage?!?
"We're not going to be able to just drill out way out of the problem of high gas prices."
I like to make that statement in my campaign speeches. Most attend my blather opportunities due to my notoriety, not because they believe--or agree with--my message. Look at the production problem logically: From application to the first production well, the drilling process is several years long. From that perspective, we'd have lower gas prices today if only that evil George W. Bush would have approved more drilling permits. It's all his fault, I'm just following his lead!! If the country will always have high fuel prices relative to the number of producing wells; why drill at all?!? Why not just import 100% of our oil needs?!? One of the most contradictory actions to come along since my immaculation has been the KeyStone XL pipeline. It has nothing to do with oil exploration, with oil drilling, with oil production; it's only involved with the transportation of crude oil from Canada to the refineries on the Texas Gulf Coast. And yet, I refused to approve it even though the various federal departments could find no area in which the pipeling was not in compliance!!Here is the truth. If we are going to control our energy future, then we’ve got to have an all-of-the-above strategy. We’ve got to develop every source of American energy -- not just oil and gas, but wind power and solar power, nuclear power, biofuels. We need to invest in the technology that will help us use less oil in our cars and our trucks, in our buildings, in our factories. That’s the only solution to the challenge. Because as we start using less, that lowers the demand, prices come down. It's pretty straightforward. That’s the only solution to this challenge. And that’s the strategy that we’ve now been pursuing for the last three years. And I’m proud to say we’ve made progress. Since I took office, America’s dependence on foreign oil has gone down every single year. In fact, in 2010, it went under 50 percent for the first time in 13 years. You wouldn’t know it from listening to some of these folks out here -- (laughter) -- some of these folks -- (laughter) -- but a key part of our energy strategy has been to increase safe, responsible oil production here at home. Under my administration, America is producing more oil today than any time in the last eight years. Under my administration, we’ve quadrupled the number of operating oilrigs to a record high. We’ve got more oilrigs operating now than we’ve ever seen. We’ve opened up millions of new acres for oil and gas exploration. We’ve approved more than 400 drilling permits that follow new safety standards after we had that mess down in the Gulf. We’re approving dozens of new pipelines. We just announced that we’ll do whatever we can to speed up construction of a pipeline in Oklahoma that’s going to relieve a bottleneck and get more oil to the Gulf -- to the refineries down there -- and that’s going to help create jobs, encourage more production. So these are the facts on oil production. If somebody tells you we’re not producing enough oil, they just don’t know the facts.
The 'development' I speak of should be true development, not a method of reward! How much actual development was financed by federal pork paid to Solyndra?!? I contend, very little! And, Solyndra was but one of those we financed that filed for bankruptcy a few short months--in some cases, just weeks--after accepting the federal 'checks.' In all cases, the corporate hierarchies involved were paid--and even received substantial bonuses--as many thousands were laid off--in some cases--with unfulfilled final paychecks. Many contend--and in most cases, it's proven out--that these federal alternative energy SCAMS are little more than rewards to the regime's donors, supporters and campaign workers.
But how much oil we produce here at home, because we only have 2 percent and we use 20, that’s not going to set the price of gas worldwide, or here in the United States. Oil is bought and sold on the world market. And the biggest thing that’s causing the price of oil to rise right now is instability in the Middle East. You guys have been hearing about what’s happening with Iran; there are other oil producers that are having problems. And so people have gotten uncertain. And when uncertainty increases, then sometimes you see speculation on Wall Street that drives up gas prices even more. But here's the thing. Over the long term, the biggest reason oil prices will go up is there's just growing demand in countries like China and India and Brazil. There are a lot of people there. In 2010 alone, China added nearly 10 million cars on its roads. Think about that -- 2010, 10 million new cars. People in China, folks in India, folks in Brazil -- they're going to want cars, too, as their standard of living goes up, and that means more demand for oil, and that's going to kick up the price of oil worldwide. Those numbers are only going to get bigger over time. So what does that mean for us? It means we can't just keep on relying on the old ways of doing business. We can't just rely on fossil fuels from the last century. We've got to continually develop new sources of energy.
Every country on the planet has ever-increasing fossil fuel demands, that's just a fact-of-life. Doesn't make sense that the United States become more involved in oil exploration, oil production and oil refining?!? My regime's complete lack of a beneficial domestic energy policy is--by design--forcing the country into the same circumstance as any third-world rathole. Rather than continuing on a "Saul Alinsky-esque" socio-fascist path, logic would tell everyone--excepting those regime 'followers and supporters'--that America needs to be 'in-the-game!!'
Constantly, the regime attempts to convince the naysayers that all these alternative energy sources will be workable subsitutes for fossil fuels. They may replace small percentages of other fossil fuels, but there's no--across-the-board--subsitute for refined oil! Can you imagine a solar-powered or--funnier, yet--a windpowered Boeing jetliner!?! That's unrealistic, whether your name is George Soros or not!! All those countries I mentioned as leaders in increasing their national oil demands and usage?!? Did I tell you that they're also stepping up their oil exploration and production levels?!? Didn't think so!!
And that’s why we've made investments that have nearly doubled the use of clean, renewable energies in this country. And thousands of Americans have jobs because of it. It also means we’ve got to develop the resources that we have that are untapped, like natural gas. We're developing a near hundred-year supply of natural gas -– and that's something that we expect could support more than 600,000 jobs by the end of the decade. And that’s why we've worked with the private sector to develop a high-tech car battery that costs half as much as other batteries and can go up to 300 miles on a single charge. Think about that. That will save you some money at the pump. And that is why we are helping companies like this one right here and plants like this one right here to make more cars and trucks that use less oil. When I ran for office, I went to Detroit and I gave a speech to automakers where I promised that I was going to raise fuel standards on our cars, so that they’d go further on a gallon of gas. I said we should do the same thing on trucks. I have to tell you, when I said it, I didn't get a lot of applause in the room, because there was a time when automakers were resisting higher fuel standards -- because change isn't easy. But you know what, after three decades of not doing anything, we got together with the oil companies, we got together with the unions, we got together with folks who usually do not see eye to eye, and we negotiated new fuel economy standards that are going to make sure our cars average nearly 55 miles per gallon by the middle of the next decade. That's nearly double what they get today -- nearly double. (Applause.) Now, because of these new standards for cars and trucks, they're going to -- all going to be able to go further and use less fuel every year. And that means pretty soon you’ll be able to fill up your car every two weeks instead of every week -– and, over time, that saves you, a typical family, about $8,000 a year.
Eight thousand dollars -- that's no joke. We can reduce our oil consumption by more than 12 billion barrels. And thanks to the SuperTruck program that we’ve started with companies like this one, trucks will be able to save more than $15,000 in fuel costs every year. Think about that, $15,000. So these trucks can save $15,000 every year. I want people to think about what that means for businesses, what it means for consumers. It is real progress. And it's happening because of American workers and American know-how. It's happening because of you. It's happening because of you.
It's easy for people like me--who rarely drive; who never fill a gas tank--to demand higher CAFE standards. It's far more difficult to meet those more demanding standards! The increased standards are at the expense of affordable vehicles; the retail costs go up a bit each model year, so the consumer doesn't fully realize the increase-over-time. Safety becomes an issue as well, with more-and-more of said vehicles being 'plastic' and aluminum rather than steel.
....and electric cars.... Don't get me started on electric cars!! They're selling so well that 'owe-bama Motors' is curtailing Chevy Volt for a couple of months so over-zealous inventory can catch-up with dismal demand. Who would want one?!? They barely get TWENTY-FIVE MILES on a charge! There's very few charging stations... anyone wanna get stranded?!? Not to mention the battery fires!! Oh.... and talk about payoffs to my buddies!!
You--of course--know about the $7,500 bribe that benefit Chevy Volt buyers ONLY.
Are you aware that the regime is considering raising the bribe to $10,000 for Chevy Volt buyers ONLY?!?
Are you also aware that the average annual wage of Chevy Volt buyers is $174,000?!? Shouldn't there be a "Buffett Rule" for Chevy Volt buyers?!?We’re also making it easier for big companies -- some of your customers, like UPS and FedEx -- to make the shift to fuel-efficient cars and trucks. We call it the National Clean Fleets Partnership. And since we announced it last year, the number of companies that are taking part in it has tripled. And that means more customers for your trucks. (Applause.) We're creating more customers for your trucks. And I am proud to say that the federal government is leading by example. One thing the federal government has a lot of is cars and trucks. We got a lot of cars and we got a lot of trucks. And so what I did was I directed every department, every agency in the federal government, to make sure that by 2015, 100 percent of the vehicles we buy run on alternative fuels -- 100 percent. (Applause.) So we’re one of the biggest customers in the world for cars and trucks and we want to set that bar high. We want to set a standard that says by 2015, 100 percent of cars, alternative fuels. So we’re making progress, Mount Holly. But at the end of the day, it doesn’t matter how much natural gas, or flex-fuel or electric vehicles you have if there’s no place to charge them up or fill them up. So that’s why I’m announcing today a program that will put our communities on the cutting edge of what clean energy can do. To cities and towns all across the country, what we’re going to say is, if you make a commitment to buy more advanced vehicles for your community -- whether they run on electricity or biofuels or natural gas -- we’ll help you cut through the red tape and build fueling stations nearby. (Applause.) And we’ll offer tax breaks to families that buy these cars, companies that buy alternative fuel trucks like the ones that are made right here at Mount Holly. (Applause.) So we’re going to give communities across the country more of an incentive to make the shift to more energy-efficient cars. In fact, when I was up in New Hampshire, in Nashua, they had already converted all their dump trucks -- they were in a process because of this program -- they were converting it to natural gas-driven trucks. This is something that we did in education -- we called it Race to the Top. We said we’ll put in more money but we want you to reform. We’re going to give you an incentive to do things in a different way. And if we do the same thing with clean energy, we can save consumers money and we can make sure the economy is more secure. So we’ve got to keep investing in American-made energy and we’ve got to keep investing in the vehicles that run on it. That’s where our future is. And in order to continue this progress, we’re going to have to make a choice. We’ve got to decide where our priorities are as a country. And that’s up to all of you. And I’ll give you an example. Right now, $4 billion of your tax dollars goes straight to the oil industry every year -- $4 billion in subsidies that other companies don’t get. Now, keep in mind, these are some of the same companies that are making record profits every time you fill up your gas tank. We’re giving them extra billions of dollars on top of near-record profits that they’re already making. Anybody think that’s a good idea? It doesn’t make any sense. The American people have subsidized the oil industry long enough -- they don’t need the subsidies. It’s time to end that taxpayer giveaway to an industry that's never been more profitable, invest in clean energy that's never been more promising. (Applause.) So I called on Congress, eliminate these subsidies right away. There’s no excuse to wait any longer. And we should put every member of Congress on record: They can stand up for the oil companies or they can stand up for the American people and this new energy future. (Applause.) We can place our bets on the fuel of the past, or we can place our bets on American know-how and American ingenuity and American workers like the ones here at Daimler. (Applause.) That’s the choice we face. That’s what’s at stake right now. So, in between shifts, get on the phone or email or send a letter or tweet -- (laughter) -- your member of Congress; ask them where they stand on this -- because it will make a difference. And you’ll know where I stand on this. Let’s make sure our voices are heard. The next time you hear some politician trotting out some 3-point plan for $2 gas -- (laughter) -- you let them know, we know better.
We're forgetting the affects of natural gas-fueled trucks in two segments, the military and the over-the-road trucks. First the military. Military vehicles from staff cars to pickups, to 5-ton trucks to tanks, must be 'multi-fuel (fossil)' engines, meaning that they'll run on practically any liquid the soldier can get into the fuel tank. During those armed conflicts I get the country into, the vehicles can't always make it to the 'gas station.' They have to find fuel--any kind of fuel--any place they can. The military vehicles must be of 'diesel-fired' design. For those who don't know--including me-I was recently told of this--a diesel engine can start and run with no required electricity, with the exception of turning the engine over to start it. Diesel engines fire by the heat developed in the compression stroke of the engine. Natural gas military vehicles are not practical. Natural gas fueling stations are not available on the battlefield!!
The over-the-road trucking fleets are not practical users of natural gas as a fuel either. The fuel tanks aren't compatible with travelling great distances. The expense involved in complying with their CAFE standards have increased the trucks' purchase prices by at least $6,000, to an off-the-rack price in the $90,000-$100,000 range. That's for a 'plain-jane' model with only the necessities aboard. To upgrade to natural gas fuel will add another $10,000-$15,000 to the purchase price. Pretty soon, the largest segment of the transportation industry--the 10-truck-or-fewer company--out of business. When that happens, you'll be pissin' and moanin' that the government do something!!
The only things I have to run for re-immaculation on are the various 'warfares' I use in nearly every blather opportunity. We have to continue the use of class and economic warfares as they relate to the oil industry. We whine-and-bitch about the subsidies Congress sees fit to give to "Big Oil," but without them, retail fuel prices would be even higher than I've driven them thusfar!! Without the $4 Billion in annual oil company subsidies, the prices would be several cents-to-a-dollar higher than they were the last time you got gas!! Many of those in Congress that I suggested you contact; are likely to support the continuation of said subsidies. And rightfully so!! They keep the fuel prices down a bit and any reduction in price is a good thing, whether I can claim credit or not!!

This'n'That; March Seventh #1; "Clown" Blather
More Importantly, What he DIDN'T Say!
[The blather 'decoded!']
barackingham Palace,
District of Corruption
Pamphleteer Briefing Room
March 6, 2012
The "Clown Prince:" Good afternoon, everybody. Now, I understand there are some political contests going on tonight, but I thought I’d start the day off by taking a few questions, which I’m sure will not be political in nature. (Laughter.) Before I do, I want to make a few announcements about some steps we’re taking to help responsible homeowners who’ve been struggling through this housing crisis.
Oh, Crap!! The cat's outt'a the bag!! I dam' sure didn't want you guys to know that my day starts at 1:15 PM!! Shit!!
What you have to understand is that I abhor anyone getting more 'face-time' infront of the national pamphleteers than I do. I'll go to any lengths to upstage anyone so bold as to get between me and the nearest camera!
We've clearly seen some positive economic news over the last few months. Businesses have created about 3.7 million new jobs over the last two years. Manufacturers are hiring for the first time since the 1990s. The auto industry is back and hiring more than 200,000 people over the last few years. Confidence is up. And the economy is getting stronger.
Some of that positive news:
the true unemployment rate has not yet reached 17%;
gas prices have not doubled everywhere in the country;
I've not started another war with no U.S. interests at stake;
"Michelle Antoinette" and the girls haven't taken this month's multi-million-dollar vacation yet,
and lots of other lesser items the American people aren't really interested in.
But there are still millions of Americans who can’t find a job. There are millions more who are having a tough time making the rent or the mortgage, paying for gas or groceries. So our job in Washington isn’t to sit back and do nothing. And it’s certainly not to stand in the way of this recovery. Right now we've got to do everything we can to speed it up.
I really have no solution to this 'jobs' kerfuffle; every jobs proposal I've spewed forth to the Congress has been soundly rejected by the Senate, which is controlled by my own party--the owe-bamacRATics! I do have one question that some of you in the audience may know the answer to: how does one speed up something that doesn't even exist yet?!? And by that I mean the recovery.... If we had one, I sure-as-hell missed it! The last campaign trip I must'a spent $80-$90 out of my own pocket.... Where's the 'recovery' in that?!?
Now, Congress did the right thing when they passed part of my jobs plan and prevented a tax hike on 160 million working Americans this year. And that was a good first step. But it’s not enough. They can’t just stop there and wait for the next election to come around. There are a few things they can do right now that could make a real difference in people’s lives.
The Congress played right into my hand: they passed that rediculous payroll tax break! Not only did it benefit me in that most of the "KoolAid drinkin'" sector of America actually thought it was more beneficial than preserving and protecting the Social Security system!!! See, the payroll tax is the only source of income for Social Security, and that $20-a-week in the paycheck sure-as-hell ain't gonna make that bigg'a difference no matter how many whiney-asses I parade in front of the American people!!
This Congress should, once and for all, end tax breaks for companies that are shipping jobs overseas, and use that money to reward companies that are creating jobs here in the United States. I’ve put forward a proposal that does just that, and there’s no reason why Congress can't come together and start acting on it.
SURE!! End the tax breaks for those evil companies.... one lasting affect of that is to drive up the retail price of everything! It's very easy for we owe-bamacRATics to whine and bitch about "Big Anything" and those evil tax breaks they get, but in the end.... who will 'pay for' each one of those breaks....? The net result of losing the break is passed on to the consumer--you dear taxpayer--in the form of higher prices!
This Congress could hold a vote on the Buffett Rule so that we don’t have billionaires paying a lower tax rate than their secretaries. That’s just common sense. The vast majority of Americans believe it’s common sense. And if we’re serious about paying down our deficit, it’s as good a place to start as any.
What ever happened to the concept of enjoying the fruits of one's labor?!?
Where would the American auto industry be if Henry Ford had been subjected to the "Buffett Rule?!?"
Where would the American oil industry be if John D. Rockefeller had been subjected to the "Buffett Rule?!?"
Where would the American steel industry be if Andrew Carnegie had been subjected to the "Buffett Rule?!?"
Where would Walmart be if Sam Walton had been subjected to the "Buffett Rule?!?"
Where would Microsoft be if Bill Gates had been subjected to the "Buffett Rule" early-on?!?
Where would Berkshire-Hathaway be if Warren Buffett had been subjected to the "Buffett Rule" early-on?!?
Ya know.... there WILL come a time when all these rich guys will take their 'toys' and go home; they won't want to 'play (make profits)' any more!!
All this 'class-warfare' CRAP of taxing the rich has not only immediate consequences but long-range, un-foreseeable consequences.
The most serious way to start paying down the deficit is to stop me from running it 'through-the-roof!!" Have John Boehner develop enough testicular fortitude to STOP raising the debt-ceiling every time I whine for more money!! Forever removing 'baseline budgeting' from the American lexicon as well as removing it as the primary method the regime uses to ensure that budget items continue to grow, no matter the blather to the negative.
And finally, this Congress should pass my proposal to give every responsible homeowner a chance to save an average of $3,000 a year by refinancing their mortgage at historically low rates. No red tape. No runaround from the banks. If you’ve been on time on your payments, if you've done the right thing, if you've acted responsibly, you should have a chance to save that money on your home -- perhaps to build up your equity, or just to have more money in your pocket that you can spend on businesses in your community. That would make a huge difference for millions of American families.
My regime will continue to remove any and all items possible from the 'personal responsibility' playbook! No longer will any American--riding in the wagon--be held to a standard that is financially unacceptable to them! It's time for the regime to take some responsibility and allow the housing markets, the construction markets, the auto markets, the green energy markets, et al, to be subjected to capitalism and market forces and go where they will; be it success or bankruptcy.... the bullshit has to end.... and end now!!
Now, if Congress refuses to act, I’ve said that I’ll continue to do everything in my power to act without them. Last fall, we announced an initiative that allows millions of responsible homeowners to refinance at low interest rates. Today we're taking it a step further -- we are cutting by more than half the refinancing fees that families pay for loans ensured by the Federal Housing Administration. That's going to save the typical family in that situation an extra $1,000 a year, on top of the savings that they'd also receive from refinancing. That would make refinancing even more attractive to more families. It's like another tax cut that will put more money in people's pockets. We're going to do this on our own. We don't need congressional authorization to do it.
Circumventing the U.S. Constitution and ignoring my oath-of-office are the two areas where I've had my greatest successes. I intend to build on those successes until someone has the balls to stop me!
We're also taking a series of steps to help homeowners who have served our country. It is unconscionable that members of our armed forces and their families have been some of those who have been most susceptible to losing their homes due to the actions of unscrupulous banks and mortgage lenders. Over the last few years that happened -- a lot.
This being an immaculation-year, now it's the military's turn to be pandered to. As a group, the military tends to vote decidedly republican. That has got to stop!! The military men and women of today are far more educated--both formally and in the 'school of hard knocks.' As such they see through socio-fascists like myself and George Soros.
So as part of the landmark settlement we reached with some of the nation's largest banks a few weeks ago, here's what we're going to do: If you are a member of the armed forces whose home was wrongfully foreclosed, you will be substantially compensated for what the bank did to you and your family. If you are a member of the armed forces with a high interest rate who was wrongfully denied the chance to lower it while you were in active serve, which banks are required to do by law, the banks will refund you the money you would have saved along with a significant penalty.
As a number, the $26 Billion settlement sounds huge to most Americans. As 'dollars,' the settlement is a mere drop-in-the-bucket to America's five largest banks! As such--if distributed evenly--the settlement will have a miniscule if any, affect on most homeowners. But, it sure as hell looks good on my resume' and will resonate well with the welfareRATs during the campaign.
The settlement will make sure that you aren't forced into foreclosure just because you have a permanent change in station but can't sell your home because you owe more than it's worth. Some of the money will also go into a fund that guarantees loans on favorable terms to our veterans, and there will be more foreclosure protections for every man and woman who is currently serving this country in harm's way.
As I've said before, no amount of money is going to be enough to make it right for a family who has had their piece of the American Dream wrongfully taken away from them, and no action -- no matter how meaningful -- will entirely heal our housing market on its own. This is not something the government by itself can solve. But I'm not one of those people who believe that we should just sit by and wait for the housing market to hit bottom. There are real things that we can do right now that would make a substantial difference in the lives of innocent, responsible homeowners. That's true in housing, and that's true in any number of different areas when it comes to ensuring that this recovery touches as many lives as possible. That's going to be my top priority as long as I hold this office, and I will do everything I can to make that progress.
I am so 'in tune' with protecting those brave souls, some time ago I recommended 'laying off' 80,000 of them during one of the worst unemployment cycles since the FDR Depression!! The federal government is the LAST ENTITY to look to for any equitable solution! To provide financing for all these 'do-gooder,' class-warfare schemes, the government first must confiscate those required dollars from the 46% who aren't "riding in the wagon;" from those 46% who actually pay income taxes!!
"That's my story 'n' I'm stickin' to it!!"

Some of that positive news:
the true unemployment rate has not yet reached 17%;
gas prices have not doubled everywhere in the country;
I've not started another war with no U.S. interests at stake;

This'n'That; January Twenty-Fourth #3; owe-bama Blather
[I tried to fix this-it's too blogspot-ted!! Go to www.justincase505.wordpress.com]
owe-bama State of the ‘Onion’ Blather Topics
“Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist“ will take a Tuesday evening opportunity to disrupt his subjects’ viewing schedules with insane blather on various insane topics. The relevant definition for tonight:
Insanity: Doing the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result.
[attr:] Albert Einstein (1879-1955)
Giving the aforementioned quote a face, “Clownie” will propose continuing to take the country down ‘the Soros road to socio-fascism:’
The public has experienced this policy for the past three years’ owe-bama rule. It’s gotten us exactly: NO WHERE!! Oh….. that’s not exactly true-the labor and service union heads; the major supporters; the major contributors, were handsomely rewarded with a large percentage of the proceeds of the $787 BILLION in PORKulus and bailout funds.
He wants tax reform so the wealthier among us pay more in taxes. He’d also like to see the ‘Bush-43‘ tax cuts expire. This serves no one except those in government addicted to spending money they‘ve not earned!! The reform proposal will take funds away from going concerns which in-turn will result in further economic downturns and lost jobs. This only exacerbates the actual problem-SPENDING! When George Soros determines that the hugely extravagant national debt is undermining his plans for a governmental takeover, SPENDING will be addressed….and, not until!
”Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist” is certainly ‘putting a face on’ the definition of INSANITY!! We’ve seen many of these proposals enacted in the current regime as well as past administrations, to NO POSITIVE EFFECT!! This is his feeble attempt to make the upcoming campaign and election about the role of the government and the future of the middle-class; not about his inept, incompetent rule!! The “Clown Prince“–in his attempt to reinforce his ‘income inequality’ philosophy–clearly doesn’t understand the ratio between “exertion extended versus compensation achieved.” This is nothing more than another attempt at cementing his ‘racial and economic warfare’ philosophy in the American mind.
‘Splain to me again, why YOU elected this Arschloch?!?
Til Nex’Time….The net-affect of the ‘Buffett Rule‘ will be a reduction of taxpayers’ monies to the Treasury Department. If one can't keep ”the fruits of his labors” then why ’labor?!?’ Why invest or labor any more than the amount which will earn UP TO the one-million-buck limit?!?Why–in the face of the Keystone XL pipeline jobs rejection–is this even relevant?!? Given the dismal graduation rates, the abysmal drop-out rates: clearly-money is NOT the answer! Monetary control must be at the district or county level rather than with the teachers’ unions. A teacher’s salary of $120,000 is not uncommon…. for six-months work!! This is nothing more than extending the students’ ignorance; extending the unions’ power and control! In this proposal, the word ‘incentives‘ is defined as: “payoffs to my supporters and contributors who were tipped-off to invest in the particular company we’ll give money to.“ Do we all remember “Solyndra?!?” This company was already failing when the Energy Department–at Soros, owe-bama‘s insistence–approved giving them $528 MILLION! Lazard (an asset management, advisory company [offices in 42 cities in 27 countries-WORLDWIDE]) told the Energy Department that Solyndra was already failing prior to the give-away. It happened anyway!! Solyndra took the money, promptly split it among it’s officers and “investors,” laid off 1,100 and filed for bankruptcy!! REMEMBER: Solyndra is but one of nearly a dozen failed businesses the regime has “invested” your money in!! It has been suggested by economists–of either party–nationwide that to bring jobs on-shore, cut the corporate tax from the current 35% to 15, 12, to ZERO!! Again, it’s the spending addiction that drives America’s current tax policy. While “Clownie” purports to be a tax-reform mouth-piece, he continues to propose ‘band-aids’ for budgetary problems. We’ve seen several of these bailout plans over the last three years. Of those homeowners who qualify, few took advantage of the plans. What ever happened to personal principles, personal responsibility?!? Do the math before you buy a house; if ya can’t afford it now, ya can’t afford it in the future!! When homeowners receive bailouts from the federal government and subsequently sell said house, how much of the profit do they owe the taxpayers who are majority stake-holders in the property?!?
The “Clown Prince” will continue down the Soros path of ‘devisive politics’ with his proposals concerning economic inequality and the federal government insuring ‘a fair shake for all.’
The “Clown Prince” proposes to continue his onslaught on those who’ve prospered with hard work and wise investments:
The “Clown Prince” proposes more bailouts for ‘homeowners-in-trouble:’
The “Clown Prince” will propose MORE tax breaks for those companies who return jobs to the United States:
The “Clown Prince” will propose more ‘clean energy’ incentives:
The “Clown Prince” will propose ‘enhanced’ education and job-training initiatives, primarily high school graduates seeking technical degrees:
The “Clown Prince” will propose the ‘Buffett Rule,’ establishing a minimum tax for those earning more than one-million-bucks:
‘Splain to me again, why YOU elected this Arschloch?!?
Til Nex’Time….

This'n'That; September Twientieth #3: Schumer Spouts!
[A better view: http://www.justincase505.wordpress.com/]
Issuing Marching Orders!
C. Ellis Schumer--The Putz of Park Avenue--is at it again: issuing marching orders to his ruling class underlings:
Schumer is praising "The Buffett Rule" which will greatly raise taxes on the very people who create the jobs America so desperately needs. If enacted, "The Buffett Rule" will drive--most, if not all--investors inward; reducing their taxable income to as close to zero as possible, further reducing receipts to the national treasury.

This'n'That; September Ninteenth #1; What To Believe?!?
Insanity Theorem Tested; Will Fail-Yet AGAIN!
As is attributed to Albert Einstein, the definition of insanity:
"Doing the same thing over-and-over, expecting a different result!!"
The socio-fascists among us proselytize this each time fiscal or social engineering topics arise in conversation or in legislative proposals. Much of this mind-set has to do with their education at every level.
In middle- and high school, college and post-grad studies--the texts have been so cleansed, so edited, so politically-corrected--the student--without off-the-grid personal research--is taught that the socio-fascists of the era: Franklin Roosevelt, Adolf Hitler and Ramsay MacDonald of Great Britain and their combined political and fiscal actions, brought the entire world back-from-the-brink of The Great Depression (in Great Britain: "The Great Slump").
Not-so-much! If it's possible to keep the "smart-people's;" the politicians' hands from tweeking the economy through federal spending; federal bail-outs; federal pay-offs made famous during the current ZERO-bama Regime; the national economy will recover as the population is allowed more control over their-own-money at the same time federal spending is reigned-in! The problem here--the problem, the socio-fascists don't see as a problem--is that any government, at any level, does not and cannot create money!! To spend one dollar, one mark, one pound on the social, give-away program currently in vogue; the government must first confiscate that dollar, that mark, that pound from the private sector!!
Therein, lies the kerfuffle; at best, a multi-faceted kerfuffle; at worst, an insurmountable kerfuffle, but a kerfuffle, none-the-less!! Currently, "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, The Narcissist" is grasping at straws, knowing full-well his re-election prospects are on life-support, even at this early stage in the process. The straws being grasped at: pretending to be a 'middle-of-the-roader;' continuing his class-warfare policies; continuing his race-warfare policies; continuing his "Slick-Willie"-esque blatherful obfuscations; continuing his Taliban-esque total-control-of-everything.
In "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, The Narcissist's" middle-of-the-road pretense, he's going about suggesting the very economic solution he--and his fellow socio-fascists--vehemently oppose: spending cuts! While looking good on their face, any eventual spending cuts will be all-for-naught. ZERO-bama and the rest of the regime's 'clowns' forever spout that ubiquitous phrase: "over-ten-years." They'd like you and me to believe that any of their fictious reduction numbers will be spread over a ten-year term. While this can happen, it's very likely the opposite will be true, A 'numbered Congress (currently: The 112th Congress)' cannot be forced to honor any previous "numbered Congress'" proslytizatisms, hence that "over-ten-years" phrase--and any associated fiscal policy--"goes out the window!!"
"The Buffett Rule" is nothing more than the next leg in the "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, The Narcissist's" on-going road deeper-and-deeper into class-warfare; into wealth re-distribution. If the 'serf class' hears his blusterful blather long enough and loud enough, they will begin to believe it. Those evil rich, those evil rich republicRATs; they take the money they make off the sweat of the serf class and buy those evil castles, those evil Rolls-Royces, those evil yachts, those evil private jets; you know the drill, you've heard it all-ad nauseam!! "The Buffett Rule" will do little more than reduce--to desired levels--the amounts that those evil millionaires and those evil billionaires are allowed to keep for future investment. The only clear and true benefit is that "The Buffett Rule" completely removes any association between "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, The Narcissist" and the forthcoming tax increases. "The Buffett Rule" will do little-to-nothing to tax the 'idle rich'--like the Kennedy Clan; like the Rockefeller Clan; like the Vanderbilt Clan; like the Du Pont Clan; like the Astor Clan; like the Gates Clan; like the Buffett Clan, et al. They all live on the proceeds of their trust funds or investment income which are taxed at an 'unearned income(15%)' rate. Not only do they receive favorable tax treatment, they--again--do little-to-nothing to start and/or grow businesses! Can anyone name the last time the late "Phatt" Kennedy created a job?!? I'll bet my piddlin' savings account he NEVER has! "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, The Narcissist" is using this "American Jobs (Destruction) Act" as a ploy to discredit the "Tea Party" movement membership as well as the House and Senate republicRATics! I'd bet that same "piddlin' savings account" that everything we see happening with his bill is completely by design! ZERO-bama whines--by design--daily that we should help him 'pass this bill;' call our congressmen to insure they vote for it. What he's not telling us is that the "American Jobs (Destruction) Act" doesn't exist as a piece of legislation. The "Clown" may have had it published but it won't exist until it's been introduced as a bill in the House!! Said introduction--again, by design--is being delayed several weeks so "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, The Narcissist" can gin-up animosity against everything, republicRAT; against everything "Tea Party!!" He has absolutely ZERO accomplishments onwhich to mount a re-election campaign. The only possible thing he can do is run a negative campaign against the republicRAT nominee; against those obstructionist republicRATs; against those evil "Tea Party" movement members!
Everything you've seen to date with regard to the "American Jobs (Destruction) Act;" everything you seen to date with regard to "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, The Narcissist's" entire term-of-rule, has been designed with obfuscation in mind!
Why has the "American Jobs (Destruction) Act" not been introduced in the House?!? By Design!
Why does "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, The Narcissist" blather-on, day-after-day about passage of "American Jobs (Destruction) Act," a bill that's not yet been introduced?!? By Design!
Why is "The Buffett Rule" getting so much 'press?!?' By Design-it isolates "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, The Narcissist" from the impending mega-tax increases!
Remember?!? During his 'selection-for-election' campaign, "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, The Narcissist" made very little mention of his race. By Design!
The leftist media deemed him the post-racial presidential candidate. By Design!
Now, anyone who opposes the "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, The Narcissist" Regime is labeled 'a racist.' By Design!
Now, anyone who has conservative thoughts is 'a racist.' By Design!
Now, anyone who wants a limited federal government is 'a racist.' By Design!
Now, anyone who opposes owe-bamaKare is 'a racist.' By Design!
Even a blind man can see where this is going! Everything negro, will be tolerated; everything conservative, everything constitutionalist, everything caucasian, will earn a negative label.
Where was "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, The Narcissist" when the New Black Panther Party overtly intimidated voters in Philadelphia?!?
Where was "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, The Narcissist" when 'General' Holder ordered the Justice Department's Civil Rights Division NOT TO PROSECUTE any cases brought against [negro] defendants for the benefit of [caucasian] victims?!?
Where was "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, The Narcissist" when that idiot Bloomberg forecasted nationwide unemployment-generated race riots?!?
Post-racial president-my achin' ass!!!
In conclusion: Everything this 'Clown' and his minions, along with his handlers; everything they do is by design; with an ulterior motive in mind!! Very little of what the public sees, is what it really is. Do the three-million-dollar, Canadian built Prevost tour busses--which ZERO-bama was on for a couple of miles before each stop--ring a bell?!?
"Clown Prince ZERO-bama, The Narcissist" is a prolific liar!! While "Slick-Willie" Clinton used the lie to perfection, at the end of the day he could still remember what was a lie. "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, The Narcissist" cannot!! After each telling of each lie, the "Clown" begins to believe his own blusterful-blather!! Very dangerous for ALL OF US!!

Til Nex'Time....
